Abstract

Clinical Pathway is a procedural model or service flow from a hospital to carry out clinical actions, usually starting from patient registration to patient discharge. The most important thing in implementing this Clinical Pathway is as a control function for the quality of hospital services. In practice, most of the procedural implementation is still done manually, meaning that it has not used a computerized system. Usually, Clinical Pathways are written in the form of a form with action instructions on one side, and service time on the other. The amount of service time is converted into days based on clinical instructions, but this can also differ depending on the development of the disease or existing actions, for example, Clinical Pathways for chronic diseases may have a number of weeks or months. The Clinical Pathway documentation application that will be designed is a web-based application that will be able to utilize the hospital's intranet/internet connection in its operation. This application is expected to be used as an answer to the need for faster, more effective, and measurable Clinical Pathways implementation. In its design, this application will continue to use the concept of procedural stages as done manually (according to Standard Operating Procedures) which has been carried out by the hospital, only the application is already in a computerized system where every aspect of the User will be connected to each other. For the design stage, this application itself is only intended for certain diseases such as Ischemic Stroke or depending on the needs of the Hospital. The implementation for this application is still being carried out on a trial basis, the aim is to obtain temporary data on how to see the impact of using this application on the level of service of the hospital that will be the executor of the trial of this application.

Abstract

Peran sain data besar (Big Data) dan pembelajaran mesin dewasa ini tidak dapat terelakkan terutama untuk menganalisis data dan memberikan kecerdasan pada komputer agar bekerja secara otonom untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan tertentu. Perkembangan teknologi sensor dan internet membuat ketersediaan data tersebut melimpah yang selanjutnya dapat dilakukan analisis data dalam jumlah yang besar. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi bagaimana cara pandang komputasi dalam berbagai macam bidang baik ilmu alam maupun sosial. Data yang terkumpul dapat berupa beragam format dengan laju pertambahan yang cepat dan dinamis. Kita perlu algoritma atau model yang mumpuni untuk memahami dan menggali pengetahuan pada set data yang besar tersebut beserta rancangan modelnya yang secara otomatis mempunyai kemampuan memprediksi atau mendeteksi. Deep Learning dengan kapasitasnya yang besar serta hubungan korelasi antar neuron yang sangat banyak diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut didukung oleh beberapa penelitian terkini pada penerapannnya di berbagai bidang keilmuan. Dalam paper ini akan dipaparkan contoh pemanfaatan Deep Learning pada Big Data yang telah kita lakukan pada pengenalan video aksi manusia pada Youtube, Segmentasi pada sel berskala besar, citra dada x-ray dan data time-series multi variabel hubungannya dengan pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth-largest coffee exporter in the world. for the Indonesian state, it only focuses on quantity, in fact, the quality of Indonesian coffee has been recognized by various parties in various countries. The majority of the Indonesian population likes coffee, especially the people of Lampung, but only with certain types of coffee such as Arabica, Robusta, etc. Therefore, coffee sellers must provide a stock of various types of coffee products. In the supply of coffee products with various types, it can cause difficulties in providing coffee products and effective storage so that the existing products are preserved and the quality of taste is maintained. The provision of coffee products is carried out using estimates without any definite calculations and also the seller has not been able to predict the coffee products that are often in demand by consumers. Based on the problems experienced, we need a method that is able to predict the coffee products that will be sold a lot, so that there is no accumulation of product stock. One method that can help solve this problem is to use the single exponential smoothing method. Single exponential smoothing is one of the existing methods in the forecasting (prediction) system. By looking at the problems and methods that have been determined to solve the problems, this research will build a forecasting application (prediction). This system can help sellers in predicting coffee product sales. So that sellers can find out which coffee products will be selling well and can prepare the amount of coffee availability that customers are interested in.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the organizers or staff or administrative staff to make an efficient and effective schedule. The benefit of this research is that it can improve the ease of scheduling and minimize problems for organizers in scheduling activities. This research method uses a Filing System which is an indicator of looking for letters based on the calendar, subject, letter number, and others when the letter is needed or needed. The data collection technique uses an approach technique or commonly called a qualitative technique, namely by means of observation to ensure that the company still performs scheduling activities manually. Then conducted interviews with the authorities in the correspondence section. The research location is at the Department of Culture and Sports of Bandar Lampung City. The result of this research is that if the organizer does the scheduling, it can save time, energy, and storage. because everything is done computerized.

Abstract

Hospital is an establishment that's engaged within the field of health service institutions that provide perfect health services for every individual who organizes outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services. By providing health services, hospitals must have complete data from patients in order that services get optimal results. At the time of service, the medical history department is that the most vital role. additionally, to provide services together with it, the medical history section also processes historical data from the patient. This medical record consists of registration, filling inpatient data, processing, data analysis, and documentation. If the medical record sheet is filled out completely and properly, the health history is going to be said to be appropriate and good. the tactic administered through chemical analysis resulted in the conclusion that the outpatient medical resume form in 2019 at the Bandung Hospital was found to possess an incomplete authentication review. The hospital must improve improvements in filling out the medical resume form for authentication that has got to be filled out completely because this authentication is proof that the doctor has done treatment for his patient.

Abstract

Currently, climate change due to global warming is a concern for many parties. The greenhouse gas emissions level is increasing day by day. The major contributors to Air pollution are the greenhouse effect. Transportation accounts for about 27% of air pollution, and governments in various countries use electric vehicles to reduce air pollution. However, the success of using electric vehicles is depending on perception, people’s sentiment, and understanding. The main purpose of this research is to find out how public sentiment towards electric vehicles is through tweets and comments on the Twitter social media platform using sentiment analysis. The data obtained are 1084 tweets and comments. The data were classified using the Naïve Bayes method, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Decision Tree. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes Classification Method gave better results than K-Nearest Neighbor, and Decision Tree with an accuracy rate of 94% positive sentiment by 53%, negative sentiment by 38%, and neutral sentiment by 9%. So, it can be concluded that public sentiment towards electric vehicles is quite good based on conversations on the Twitter social media platform. In addition, the author also visualizes the results of the analysis in the form of graphs and word clouds so that they can help the electric vehicle industry players to understand public sentiment better and more accurately.

Abstract

Top-up can be done by prepaid and postpaid. Top-up at this time can also be done by way of online purchases. Credit with a prepaid system is a real-time top-up. Payments are made before the customer uses credit. Prepaid credit is different from postpaid which is not real-time and is done after the customer uses credit. Before credit can be used, it is necessary to create a credit server first. In this case, limited resources become an obstacle in completing the credit server creation which will later be used by credit users. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the effort in the development of the server application, so that the estimation can be known, both in terms of resources, and processing time to estimates in terms of costs. In this case, the appropriate method should be used to overcome the obstacle and reduce the risk of software development. There are several ways to use the Fuzzy K-Mean and Fuzzy C-Means methods to complete the creation of impulse servers, perform analysis and interpretation, and provide information and actions for the quality of research output, education, and evaluation research. The result of the grouping comparison is to produce a derivative formula for the Fuzzy K-Mean and Fuzzy C-Means algorithms.

Abstract

SIMVONI is an acronym for the Virtual Indonesia Museum Application, which is a museum digitization service in the form of a virtual tour 3600. Every digital service requires feedback from users or visitors to achieve the basic goals of developing the service, not preparation for SIMVONI's efforts to become a digital e-museum in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of user experience on using SIMVONI through the website. This study uses a quantitative approach with the HEART method which is analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The number of respondents used for the sampling test is 257 provided that they have visited the SIMVONI page at least once. The results showed that there were 10 of 34 HEART items recommended for improvement (action) on SIMVONI, while the most important factors to get attention for improvement in a quick time were Retention and Engagement.

Abstract

Learning languages nowadays is massive and varies, therefore the interest in learning keeps increasing. But there are some limitations that cause students not to try to learn something, such as the matter of time and the fear of pronouncing and speaking a foreign language whether to people they know or do not know. Therefore, this smart English language learning application is one of the solutions as a platform for learning and practice. This application uses a Natural Language Processing (NLP) method that can act as a friend to practice speaking, especially English. This research is an option for learning languages that is more interactive and fun.

Abstract

One of the business strategies is to determine the location of the business, as well as a determining factor and very important in getting the best results in its business. Currently, there are many business locations that can be an alternative to running a business, such as the existence of new buildings being built, and the existence of housing that can bring business closer to the market. Taking this into account, business actors must be able to consider whether the location will be strategic or not. There are several considerations that can be taken by business owners, including building area, surrounding competitors, proximity to the market, available facilities, and rental prices. By paying attention to these things, apart from making criteria for choosing alternative business locations, it will also avoid losses for business actors by determining business locations that generate maximum profits. In this study, the author uses Multi-Objective Optimization on The Base Method of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) to determine the choice of the business location and as a strategy to develop its business. The author uses 5 criteria to choose 5 alternative business locations. Based on the calculation stages in the MOORA method, an alternative business A2, located in MGT Blok H, is generated, which is the best value from all alternative locations and is chosen as a business location that will provide business continuity, and will provide benefits in running its business.
