Abstract

In the 2020 APJII Survey, Indonesians who use Twitter for social media are 10% of the entirety of social media users in Indonesia (APJII 2020), the issue that is being discussed a lot both on social media and offline discussions, is the National Capital City (IKN) of the Archipelago, which is the new capital city of the Republic of Indonesia. The relocation of the capital city raises pros and cons. With these pros and cons, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the IKN issue becomes a necessity. In this research, the model that will be used to analyze sentiment analysis uses the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm and lexicon based on two scenarios, which is the scenario that uses 100 data of tweets and 5112 data of tweets. The results for the 100 tweets dataset scenario obtained 64% accuracy, 40% precision, 64% recall, and 79% F1-Score. Meanwhile, the results for the 5112 tweets data scenario obtained 79% accuracy, 82% precision, 79% recall, 79% F1-Score. The sentiment results obtained from the 5112 tweets data are 44.8% positive sentiment, 36.2% negative sentiment and 19.0% neutral sentiment. Based on this research, the number of datasets will affect the performance of deep learning models built using lexicon based and LSTM algorithms.

Abstract

Way Kambas National Park in Lampung is a National Park in which there are various kinds of flora and fauna that must be preserved, the most popular of which is the elephant. The problem faced by the Way Kambas National Park Center is that it does not yet have optimal technology and does not yet have a clear plan in developing its technological infrastructure so that the provision of information or exchange of data regarding flora and fauna is experiencing problems and the development of natural sustainability is only based on the needs at that time. not necessarily have optimal value and benefits. Therefore it is necessary to use the right method for its development. In this study the method used is the Enterprise Architecture Planning method which is applied in the form of a Blueprint. This blueprint can be used to support the policy strategies taken by the management in taking steps to develop natural sustainability related to information and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze threats or causes that can damage the natural sustainability of Way Kambas National Park, analyze data, architecture and technology used in Way Kambas National Park management and to develop the natural preservation of Way Kambas National Park by using better technology so that sustainability nature can be well preserved without overriding the tourist attraction. The result of this research is to produce an information architecture picture (blueprint) both from data architecture, application and technology which is expected to be used as a basis for the development of information systems in Way Kambas National Park.

Abstract

This decision support system for selecting the best stocks in the financial sector aims to make it easier for investors to determine stocks with the best categories in terms of the fundamentals of these stocks. With a system that can select and determine healthy stock fundamentals, of course, investors can easily compare what stocks are worth investing in. This study uses the financial ratios of a stock (issuer) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a comparison which is calculated using the Wighted Product method consisting of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per share (Eps), Price to Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Price Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is secondary data from the banking financial statements for the 2021 period taken in the final quarter. Based on the research that has been done using the Wighted Product method, it can be concluded that the Wighted Product method can display and calculate stocks or alternatives with the best categories starting from the smallest to the largest values based on existing criteria. The contribution to this research is to help investors choose the best stocks with the output provided by this Decision Support System with the Weighted Product Method so as to minimize losses.

Abstract

PT. MEI is a consulting company providing human resources and management of human resource functions, one of the programs implemented is the Domestic Apprenticeship program, to carry out these business processes. PT. MEI already has an information system but it is not optimal and is named (Apprenticeship Administration Information System). Therefore the use of COBIT Design Toolkit 2019 aims to help PT. MEI in aligning the governance system so that it is well mapped and ensures that IT achievements are aligned with the management and business environment in the company. This study aims to design a Governance Design based on the 2019 Cobit Design Toolkit The method used is to utilize the Cobit 2019 design factor, this study produces recommendations for the use of the priority core model and the competency level of PT. MEI The results of this study will be based on 31 core models or processes that need to be run with level 1 capabilities, two core samples or processes that need to be run with level 2 capabilities, four core models or processes that need to be run with level 3 capabilities, and two models or core competency processes that need to be implemented with competency level 4. Companies must conduct an assessment of the main point stage model According to the results of this study to ensure that business processes operate optimally. The core model evaluation phase must be done by level of importance put forward by the 2019 COBIT design factors as a follow-up to the findings of this study.

Abstract

The use of technology and its development in the world of education helps in improving the quality of education. But the inequality of facilities in the use of inter-school technology in Indonesia remains uneven. Add to this the appearance of covid-19 at that time causes the quality of learning to be reduced because it cannot be performed effectively and efficiently.Learning management system development is a helpful solution to learning problems. SMAN 1 Gedangan building adopted the application of Learning Management System during the covid-19 pandemic. The platform used was the Google Classroom application.But the use of the platform is sustained to this day. With this in mind, researchers would like to explore what factors might influence interest in the use of learning management system. In addition, researchers would like to examine the effects of Learning Management System's continued use. The model in this research is using UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Sampling retrieval using Stratified Random Sampling techniques. The data collection technique involves the distribution of questionnaires through Google form and distribution done in person so that researchers can see for themselves. The respondents in this study numbered 279 students from XI and XII classes. Based on analysis obtained that Perfomance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence significantly affect the Behavior Intention. Apart from these, notices and Facilitating Condition also generate significant results regarding the use of behavior. This means that more and more users are willing to use learning management systems and will be affected by future use of the services and impact on both academic value and the quality of learning.

Abstract

The success of universities in managing learning standards can be seen from the number of students who can graduate with high predicates and on time. The graduation predicate of a student is influenced by several factors. This study aims to find out the profile of students who graduated with a set predicate and what are the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining CRISP-DM by utilizing the Naïve Bayes algritma in looking for graduate predicate patterns and Decision Tree in looking for causative factors. In the calculations using the NBC algorithm it was found that the profiles of students who passed the predicate were less satisfactory, satisfactory, very satisfactory and with praise . In the Desicion Tree calculation, the highest gain value is obtained at the attributes of IPK4, IPS5 and IPK5. The factors that most influence graduation are the cumulative achievement index in semesters 4 and 5 and the achievement index in semester 5. The pattern of graduating with predicate can be known from the second year of the incoming student to the third year. This research needs to be developed again by increasing the number of attributes and data, and it is necessary to create a system for determining student graduation predicates from the patterns that have been produced in order to help universities to improve the quality of student graduation in each period.

Abstract

The Sigeh Penguten dance is a dance originating from Lampung where the Sigeh Penguten dance is often called the worship dance. Traditional dance is one of the heritages of Indonesia culture. This Sigeh Penguten Dance research aims to get comparison results from the data training that has been carried out and to get the desired results in accordance with the data testing that has been carried out. With the advancement of technology, a system is needed to determine the comparison results of training data and a learning system is needed to conduct test data. Where MongoDB is used as a Database to store large files with a better level of security. The training data will be automatically saved to mongoDB in the form of a CSV file. Researchers used 3 phrases, namely Ngerujung, Cockfighting, and Rejecting Cliffs. The system will implement by using a Kinect sensor to detect motion in dance. To get the results, the dancer will stand in front of the Kinet sensor.

Abstract

Since the end of 2019, the Covid-19 virus hit the whole world, including in Indonesia. One of the efforts to deal with the Covid-19 virus is vaccination. In Indonesia, the government requires people to vaccinate 3 times, that are  First Vaccination, Second Vaccination, and Booster Vaccination. The public's response to the booster vaccine are varies. This study aims to reveal public sentiment towards booster vaccine activities. The research was conducted by collecting tweet data from the Twitter platform. The research was conducted by collecting data tweets from Twitter. The method used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier because the method is simple, the process is fast, and it has a fairly high level of confidence. In this method, public sentiment is divided into three, that are positive, neutral, and negative. The results showed that most people responded positively to this booster vaccine activity with a value of 56.8%, neutral as much as 39.9%, and negative as much as 3.3% with an accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract

Movement of Non-Playable Character in Stealth Game using Finite State Machine - Stealth is a game genre that relies on hiding skills and strategizing to complete missions. Challenges in the form of enemy Non-Playable Character (NPC) are one of the vital elements of this genre game. However, NPCs generally only move according to a predetermined line or path of movement, so that their movements can be estimated easily after the player has seen them several times. This causes the movement of NPCs to look monotonous and not challenging. Finite State Machine (FSM) is an artificial intelligence method that can simply model enemy behavior. FSM consists of states and transitions where the state is the current state of the NPC, while the transition is the state of a state. This study models the behavior of enemy NPCs in stealth games using FSM so that it is not easy to predict their movements by adjusting idle time, walking, and moving speed The results of this study indicate that NPC can have nine variations of behavior that can change according to these conditions.

Abstract

Analysis of User Interest in Using Gopay E-Wallet with UTAUT2 Model Approach - Technological and economic developments have resulted in consumer behavior patterns changing from cashless to cashless. The widespread use of cashless e-wallet transactions is due to the emergence of many service providers, one of which is Gopay. Consumer behavior patterns in technology have the potential to utilize as measured by several models. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) is used as a model. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer usage behavior of e-wallet services (Usage Behavior) interest in using e-wallet services consumer behavior intentions. Gopay uses the UTAUT2 model. The analysis of this usage behavior model is measured using 6 independent variables, namely performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, conditions of support, motivation, and hedonic has on the dependent variable usage behavior by examining the effect of intermediary variables on behavior. As well as the intent to use IPMA To evaluate the relevance of each independent variable and its effectiveness about the dependent variable. The methodology employed in this study is quantitative research. Non-probability sampling and purposive sampling are the sampling techniques that have been utilized. The sample size is 400 respondents and the respondent's information is from the survey. The results of this survey were processed with SmartPLS 3.0 with the calculation results of Achievement Expectancy -0.008, EE0.056, Social Impact 0.008, HM0.118, Enabling Condition 0.176, HA Behavioral Intention, 0.4039. Then it is concluded that efficiency expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and HM do not affect user behavior through behavioral intentions. However, BI influences user behavior.
