Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interpersonal relation and self monitoring toward employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Banda Aceh. This research conducting in the certain conditions the relationship between individual  is difficult to connecting among employees (peer). Likewise self monitoring were often miss communication to each other between employees.Sample of 80 employees of the bank were taken by the convenience sampling method. Data collection using questioner, and then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results found that the simultaneously and partially positive impact on the employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in Banda Aceh. Relation between the performance of Bank employees with the ability of the interpersonal relation and self monitoring closely pertained, which is shown by koefisien corralation ® is 0.732 or 73.20 percen.. Statistical using the F test and T test showed that both simultaneously, and the partial correlation between individual ability and self monitoring is a significant (real) on employee performance of Kanwil PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. So that Ha  hypothesis is accepted and the other way Ho hypothesis is rejected. Therefore the leadership of the institutions must improve the capacity of employees to build relationship in the lead employees work environment and educate employees to be able and willing to make their own monitoring, this providing a direct and undirect effect with working performance will going better in accordance with the company vision and mission. Keywords: the effect of interpersonal relation,  self monitoring toward employee performance, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Abstract

Lingkage of economy between sectors in economic either economy of a country or a distric is very important to be analized. To know the economics interlated in Aceh special province, this research will observe about linkages between sectors through input – output table analizing. Data that used in this research was secondary data that taken from statistic center. The date were Table I-O 1988 and I-O 1997. Eight relative dominant sectors chosen, namely rice/padi, plantation, animal husbandry, food industry, drink, tobacco and oil and natural gas sectors. Model that used was input-output model. Variabel that used: matrix output domestic product (P), matrix identity (I), input matrix coeficient from domestic input (Ad) and final request matrix sector toward product (Fd). Based on the result explained that lingkages between sectors in special Aceh province economy having change for several years. Every sector had different lingkages stage with others sector that shown through the number of the input and output sector and the sum of input coeficient that required by that sector. Inplication of result mentioned that economic sectors will have changing and increasing if technology factor and coeficient stage of every economy sector predicted in every bussiness.

Abstract

This aim of this research is to know the influence of serving toward the satisfaction of midwifery department in department of health,  Aceh Province. The sample of this research is 70 students that it’s consisted of the second grade and the third grade of students which is taken randomly. Data collecting was carried out with questionnaires and data analysis with multiple linear regression.The results of research finds that it influence service toword the satisfaction of students of midwifery department in health department of Aceh Province. It’s better for students evaluation toward education service, it’s also higher to their satisfaction to the the department. Based on the results of evaluation statistical is know that F-testF-table, and t-test for each services are also bigger when it’s compared to t-table. So, it can be concluded, either simultan or partial, all dimensions of service quality that influence significant to the student satisfaction of midwifery department in department of health, Aceh Province.Keywords: satisfaction, influence of serving

Abstract

Sebelum menyelenggarakan kegiatannya lembaga penyiaran wajib memperoleh izin penyelenggaraan penyiaran. Izin dimaksud diberikan oleh Negara melalui Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia berdasarkan minat, kepentingan dan mampu menjaga kepentingan umum dengan memperoleh masukan dan hasil evaluasi dengar pendapat anatara pemohon dengan komisi penyiaran Indonesia, rekomendasi kelayakan penyelenggaraan penyiaran, hasil kesepakatan dalam forum rapat bersama yang diadakan khusus untuk perizinan serta izin alokasi dan penggunaan spektrum frekwensi.                Berbagai tahapan proses perizinan yang harus dilalui oleh sebuah lemabaga penyiaran tersebut tidak satu tahappun dikenakan biaya kecuali pada saat lembaga penyiaran tersebut sudah selesai dan diterbitkannya Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran dengan membayar Biaya Hak Penggunaan Frekwensi dan Biaya Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran yang besarannya sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku.  Hal ini jelas memberikan kewenangan kepada Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia sebagai Lembaga yang bertanggungjawab dan diberikan kewenangan yang penuh dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang melakukan permohonan pendirian lembaga penyiaran. Sebagai Lembaga  Negara yang mengemban amanah Undang-undang, dalam pelaksanaan kewenangannya, lembaga ini juga diberikan kebijakan-kebijakan sesuai dengan kepentingan masyarakat guna menjamin pelayan yang baik.              Dalam upaya mencari tingkat kepuasan Lemabaga Penyiaran terhadap  Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Komisi Penyiaran guna memproses Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran, penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran daftar quisioner kepada objek penelitian yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis lembaga penyiaran yang ada diwilayah layanan siaran Kota Banada Aceh yang telah melakukan proses permohonan Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran pada Kantor Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah Aceh.  Selanjutnya informasi yang didapat memlalui quisioner akan dilakukan cross-chek dengan berbagai peraturan yang berlaku  agar didapatkan informasi yang valid untuk menyusun suatu sistem  konsep dan hubungan serta jalinan teoritik prinsip-prinsip tingkat kepuasan yang berlaku secara umum.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Perizinan, Kepuasan  Lembaga Penyiaran, Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah Aceh

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of organizational culture, spiritual leadership and job satisfaction as well as the influence of organizational culture and spiritual leadership both partialy and simultaneously to job satisfaction.This research conducted at MQ Corporation. The desain of this research is descriptive and verificative with an explanatory survey method. Where the respondents of this research are company’s employee. The collection of data is carried out by interview and disseminates the questionnaires to 85 respondents. The analysis of data and hypothesis-test uses path analysis.The result of research and hypothesis-test indicate that: (1) there is close correlation between organizational culture and spiritual leadership by positive connection direction; (2) organizational culture and spiritual leadership to job satisfaction partialy have a significant effect, with a larger influence on spiritual leadership; (3) organizational culture and spiritual leadership simultaneously have a significant on the increased job satisfaction. Key words: organizational culture, spiritual leadership and job satisfaction

Abstract

Customer Satisfaction is an initial factors to influence the intention of customers to make a repeat buying. Mark loyality is a decision by customers to buy a certain mark in comparison to the others in  the same category of product.The research question is how much the influence of customer satisfaction on mark loyality for Simpati pre-paid card users.Primary data was collected directly through its object which is pre-paid card users in Banda Aceh. while Secondary data was from archival research and literature. The sample of the study consists of 50 Muhammadiyah Aceh University students users of Simpati Pre-paid card.The result of the study exhibits that customer satisfaction significantly influence  mark loyality for Simpati pre-paid card users. It is shown by somee factors namely expectation, product performance, comparability, confirmation and unsuitable. The most dominat factor is expectation, followed by product performance. Thus, the increase in ecpectation and product performance lead to the increase in mark loyality for Simpati pre-paid card users.

Abstract

Penerapan Strategic Management (SM) di sektor publik, terutama pemerintahan tidak mungkin ditunda lagi. Memang terdapat perbedaan penerapan SM pada organisasi bisnis dengan publik, terutama dalam size dan complexity yang dihadapi. Republik Indonesia, meskipun relatif sudah lama merdeka, belum menampakkan bentuk penerapan SM modern. Perlu diadopsi dengan negara maju yang telah menerapkan MS modern, seperti AS, Inggris, Australia, atau New Zealand. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to find out the impact of the inflation rate,percapita income as wall as the interest rate on the household comsumption of the population of Aceh.Secondary data 1983 – 2008 are collected or couning from various ageucig and instution and ordinary least square econometric model used as a method of analysis.            The result of the study tells us that the rate of inflation and the percapita income hare positive and significoutly effect on the household consumtion while the rate of interest on the other hand statistically has a negative and not significant effect on the house hold consumption. The interest rate which reflect the influence of the consumption has a positive, not significantly and in elactic.

Abstract

The aim of this reseach is to find out the effect of motivation, supervision and work culture toward the productivity of civil servant sub-district head Lueng Bata Banda Aceh. The research problem is “how the motivation influence, supervision and work culture toward productivity of civil servant sub-district head Lueng Bata Banda Aceh district.To prove the hypothesis that is used multiple linear regression method with independent variables are motivation, supervision, work culture and the dependent variable is productivity and with degree of confidence 5%, the third of independent variables have influence significantly, either partial t-test or F-test. R2 value 0.727 that means 72,7% changing productivy can explain by contribution of  motivation variables, supervision and work culture toward the work productivity, and 27,3% can explain by other variables outside model. Keywords: motivation, supervision, culture work, productivity

Abstract

Emas adalah harta atau aset kekayaan yang hampir semua masyarakat memilikinya, pembelian emas bukan hanya dilakukan oleh orang yang mempunyai banyak uang, tetapi emas juga dibeli oleh masyarakat umumnya sebagai perhiasan.Penelitian ini bersifat empiris, dimana yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian emas (studi pada masyarakat Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh).Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Desa Batoh dan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan emas di Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode “convinance” terhadap 90 responden yang sering menggunakan emas di Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Thitungternyata faktor budaya, faktor sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian emas di Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh., sementara faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian emas di Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh. Dengan menggunakan uji F­hitungmenunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis berpengaruh signifikan (positif) terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian emas di Desa Batoh Kecamatan Lueng Bata Banda Aceh. Keywords : Perilaku Konsumen, Pembelian.
