Jurnal Tematik
Jurnal Tematik merupakan media komunikasi para akademisi, guru dan pemerhati dunia pendidikan dalam perspektif kependidikan. Jurnal tematik merupakan hasil penelitian, refleksi dan kajian kritis yang aktual berkenaan dengan tema-tema pendidikan, seperti kebijakan atau regulasi pendidikan, kurikulum, inovasi pembelajaran (kajian materi, pendekatan, model, metode, media dan evaluasi belajar) dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan dasar. Terbit tiga kali dalam setahun yakni April, Agustus dan Desember. Terbit pertama kali untuk edisi April 2012. Jurnal Tematik adalah jurnal berkala ilmiah berisi tulisan yang diangkat dari hasil penelitian pendidikan dasar pada fokus aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan kependidikan. Jurnal tematik merupakan jurnal nasional bermitra bestari yang diterbitkan tiga kali setahun dalam bentuk cetak dan online oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Dasar Pascasarjana, Universitas Negeri Medan, Indonesia. Pernyataan ini menjelaskan perilaku etis seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam penerbitan artikel dalam Jurnal Tematik, termasuk penulis, dewan penyunting, mitra bestari, dan penerbit. This study aims to increase the motivation to learn theme 1 through the application of the Group Investigation learning model for 4th grade students of SDN 1 Sukorejo. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in two cycles consisting of 4 stages, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students in grade 4 at SDN 1 Sukorejo, totaling 30 students. The data collection technique used was non-test (observation, documentation) and then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed an increase in the average percentage of learning motivation from the first cycle totaling 7 students (23.33%) included in the classification highly motivated, 11 students (36.67%) entered the classification quite motivated while 12 students (40%) entered in classification is not motivated and cycle II as many as 26 students (86.67%) enter the classification highly motivated and 4 students (13.33%) in the classification are quite motivated. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model can increase motivation to learn theme 1 grade 4 SDN 1 Sukorejo.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran quantum teaching dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa yang memiliki sikap belajar tinggi dengan sikap belajar rendah, (3) Interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan sikap belajar terhadap hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Awal Karya Pembangunan Tumpatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang T.P. 2012/2013 sebanyak 96 orang siswa. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 siswa dimana 32 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang diajar menggunakan strategi pembelajaran quantum teaching dan 30 siswa sebagai kelompok yang diajar dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan tes sikap belajar siswa dan tes hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran quantum teaching lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori (rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan quantum teaching = 77,88 > rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan strategi ekspositori = 74,50) (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa yang memiliki sikap belajar tinggi dan rendah (rata-rata hasil belajar dengan sikap belajar tinggi =78,32> rata-rata hasil belajar dengan sikap belajar rendah =73,89), (3) Terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan sikap belajar terhadap hasil belajar kemampuan membaca siswa (Fhitung = 4,37 > Ftabel = 3,980) Kata kunci: Strategi pembelajaran, sikap belajar dan kemampuan membaca

This paper is based on the results of quantitative descriptive research by exploring the parents 'and teachers' perceptions of early childhood play and learning aims to find out the perceptions of parents and teachers about early childhood play and learning as well as differences in perceptions of both. The sample of this research is 64 children parents and 64 teachers in early childhood education institution of Medan City which determined by using random sampling technique. Parent and teacher perceptions data were collected using questionnaires and continued focus group discussions with limited samples. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to calculate the mean score, standard deviation and percentage and qualitative analysis to see perceptual tendency and continued with difference test with formula χ2 to see difference of perception of parent and teacher and difference of parent perception based on education. The results of the analysis show that (1) the perception of parents and teachers on early childhood play and learning is in the moderate category with the tendency to play rather than learn, (2) there is no significant difference between parent and teacher perceptions about play and learning (3) there is a significant difference between the perceptions of parents with under-educated and upper-educated elderly parents on early childhood play and learning, and (4) there is a significant difference between teachers' perceptions of play based on educational background.

This study aims to know increasing of learning outcome of sprint runningthrough the scientific approach and the playing approach to the seventh grade students of15 medan public junior high school. This research method is Classroom Action Research.Judging from the preliminary data on the results of learning to run a sprint, only 12students completed (32.5%) and 25 students who did not complete (67.5%). After the firstcycle of action, students who completed 20 people (54.05%) and students who have notfinished 17 people (45.94%) classically. Then in the second cycle students completed 32people (86.48%) and students who had not finished 5 people (13.51%). The average valueof student learning outcomes in the initial data is (44.56%) (complete), in the cycle test 1the average value of student learning outcomes increases to (62.58) (complete), on theimplementation of the cycle II test the completeness of student learning has reached(79.21%). The percentage of students 'mastery learning in the initial data was 32.5%, inthe cycle I test it increased to 67.5% and in the second cycle the percentage of students'mastery learning had reached 79.21%. The increase in the average value of learningoutcomes from the initial test to the first cycle test is 15 and the increase in the averagevalue of learning outcomes from test I to cycle II is 40.54 and the increase in the averagevalue from the initial test to cycle I is 32, 5. And the increase from the first cycle test tothe second cycle test was 86.48%.

This study aims to determine the implementation of play-based and digital project learning models as a strategy for character development of PAUD teacher candidates. This research is a combination of survey and intervention methods through field experiments. The subjects of this study were a team of instructional lecturers and students who took courses on AUD learning approaches and strategies as many as 90 people. Data were collected using document analysis techniques, observation and questions and answers and analyzed with descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning with play based and digital project models can be used in learning with stages, (a) the initial stage, which consists of developing interests and preparing projects, (b) investigations conducted with field visit activities and discussing activities that have been carried out, and (c) conclusions and results obtained that are carried out with activities that conclude results and present the resulting product; (2) the competencies of students designing learning for AUD are at an average score of 71 and as much as 74% have successfully passed viewed from the design and quality of the video, (3) the play based and digital project learning model can develop the character of responsibility and cooperation

This study aimed to 1) determine whether there was an authentic assessment in teacher and student grade book IV, 2) develop an authentic assessment tool that does not exist in the book of teachers and students based on curriculum assessment in 2013 to the theme of hero in the fourth grade elementary school Pekanbaru , 3) determine how the accuracy of authentic assessment tool developed in accordance with the hero theme based Jugdment experts, and 4) determine how the validity and reliability of authentic assessment tool developed. This study was conducted from December to February 2015, this type of research is the development of research that uses the type of formative research. The subjects in this study consists of five subject matter experts, one expert Thematic, and one expert evaluation in order to assess the accuracy of the assessment instruments developed. Data on quality of product development were collected by observation sheet and questionnaire validation. The data collected was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. assessment instrument that does not exist in the book of teachers and students on the theme of "hero" is the attitude assessment instruments. The results of the expert validation overall scoring average was 95.63 very good category. The results of the validation of five components 1) objectivity, 2) systematic, 3) construction, 4) language, 5) Practicality. This suggests that authentic assessment instrument based curriculum developed in 2013 based on the results of the validation performed by experts can be expressed Excellent and are appropriate to be used or worn for menilaian student attitudes during the learning process in the classroom. The test is a test of the validity and reliability of assessment instruments developed. The validity test with 2 way teachers are given instruments and assigned to assess students simultaneously. On the validity of the test is performed 2 trials, namely small-scale trials 2 and 6 teachers of students and large-scale trials 2 teachers and 20 students. Assessment instrument as valid if two teachers give the same assessment on students. Experimental results show that the same two teachers in assessing students. Thus be valid assessment instrument.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Instrumen penilaian aspek afektif pada buku guru dan siswa di kelas V Negeri 054871 Suka Makmur Kabupaten Langkat, pengembangan instrumen penilaian aspek afektif siswa yang belum ada pada buku guru dan siswa di kelas V SD Negeri 054871 Suka Makmur Kabupaten Langkat, dan Validitas instrumen penilaiai aspek afektif yang dikembangkan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 054871 Suka Makmur Kabupaten Langkat. Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru siswa kelas V SD Negeri 054871 Suka Makmur Kabupaten Langkat, serta ahli validasi sebanyak 3 orang yang memiliki kriteria ahli materi, ahli konstruksi, dan ahli linguistik/Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian R & D yaitu suatu proses yang dipakai untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan prodak tersebut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan instrumen penilaian aspek afektif siswa yang merupakan salah satu dari perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dikemukakan kesimpulan bawah tidak ditemukannya instrumen penilaian aspek afektif pada buku guru dan siswa. Pengembangan instrumen penilaian aspek afektif siswa disusun berdasarkan tema dan sub tema dari kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli diketahui bahwa rata-rata penilaian pada komponen objektivitas yang terdiri dari dua sub komponen mengemukakan hasil rata-rata penilaian validitas sebasar 100,00 dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. Komponen sistematis dengan dua sub komponen penilaian rata-rata sebesar 100,00 dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. Komponen konstruksi yang terdiri dari dua sub komponen dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata validasi sebesar 83,33 termasuk kategori baik. Komponen kebahasaan dengan satu sub komponen dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 91,67 dengan kategori sangat baik. Komponen kepraktisan dengan dua sub komponen dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,84 dengan kategori sangat baik. Selajuntnya hasil keseluruhan validasi ahli adalah sebesar 93,33 termasuk berkategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: pengembangan instrumen, penilaian afektif.

This study aims to determine the effect of playing throwing balls on the gross motoric development of children aged 4-5 years. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method with a Quasi Exprerimental Design design with the form Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Determination of class samples is done randomly. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the game of throwing the ball was better than the control class, the highest score was 18, while the control class obtained the highest score of 14, the average for the experimental class was 14.54 and for the control class 10.68. The number of children who scored above the average in the experimental class were 11 children (50%) while in the control class the children who got the above scores had an average of 8 children (36.36%), whereas the number of children in the control class who scored below the average more (54.54%) than in the experimental class (45.5%). Based on the results of these data states that the data is normally distributed and has the same or homogeneous variance fulfilled for both groups of data. Hypothesis test results are known t_ (count) = 6.012> t_table = 1.685. This shows that there is a significant influence between the activity of playing throwing the ball against the gross motoric development of children aged 4-5 years.

The purpose of this study is to improve mathematical communication skills with the independence of student learning by using a reciprocal teaching learning model. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study consisted of all vocational students in Percut Sei Tuan District, by taking a sample of Gema Buwana Private Vocational School. Data analysis was carried out with Anava two paths. The results of this study indicate that (1) Increasing the mathematical communication skills of students taught with reciprocal teaching learning models is higher than students taught with conventional learning, (2) Increasing the learning independence of students taught with reciprocal teaching learning models is higher than students taught with conventional learning, (3) There is no interaction between learning models with students 'initial mathematical abilities to increase students' mathematical communication skills, (4) There is no interaction between learning models with students 'initial mathematical abilities towards increasing students' learning independence.
