Abstract

This research aim to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Quality Perception and Price to Buying Decison Hemaviton Jreng in Sentral Swalayan, Jl. Soekarno-Hatta No. 305, Kabupaten Kendal. The population in this research were consumers who had bought energy drink non liquid Hemaviton Jreng. But this research just took 100 consumers only as sample of the research. The sample method used accidental sampling method. This research used primary data which was collected by quotionaire. Then data was analyzed by multiple regression technique. Research result show that : (1). Brand Image had positive and significant effect to buying decison. (2). Quality Perception had positive and significant effect to buying decison. (3). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the product, brand image and purchase decisions. The population in this study is the consumer who has the Honda Vario motorcycle brand in the District Gebog, Kudus. The samples in this study were as many as 100 customers. The sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used were primary analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1). Quality products and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (2). Brand image and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (3). Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and solvency of the stock returns on companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the year 2009-2011. The sampled by purposive sampling method of manufacturing companies are actively traded shares on the Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. The sample in this study in 2010 and in 2011 as many as 122 as many as 118, so that the data obtained were 240 observation data. To qualify regression model testing normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity and regression analysis to explain the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results obtained indicate that the data has been processed normally distributed and free from classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate that profitabilitysignificant positive effect on stock returns, liquidity no significant on stock returns. On the basis of these studies, this research suggests for subsequent research, to expand the sample, extending the years of research and add new variables. Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of  work environment, competence and compensation to performance. The research object in this paper is the in PT. Raja Besi Semarang 100 sample. Sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling is random sampling by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statement to the respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to look for answers that affect employee performance. The data were analyzed using the data to the normality test variable regression model gadfly or residuals have a normal distribution, the classical assumption of multicolinearity test to test correlation between the independent variables, factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of the partial of each independent variable was tested with the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test model to test and prove partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are : (1) Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Raja Besi Semarang. (2) Competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Raja Besi Semarang. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Abstract

This research is research that tested the influence of source credibility i.e. attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise in advertising shampoo Clear Men against the buying interest on Stikubank University  of semarang, to see how much the influence of an endorser/source in ads can attract and raise interest in buying consumer. In this study, researchers used a pusposive sampling and sample size of 150 samples of  students Stikubank University. Data from the questionnaire and then tested with validitas, Reliabilitas, Test hypotheses, and multiple regression. The result variable attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise influence on consumer buying interest. This study has limitations namely the sampling period is relatively short and just take sample of students Stikubank University. Therefore, further research on the period of time in considering recommend taking samples and wider use of samples and adding variables. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Its population is employees PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang totaling 131 employees. Given the population, then it deserves to be sampled. The sampling technique used is Loading Factor. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, which previously conducted test validity and reliability, to test the effect of partially magnitude of each variable as follows Y = 0,365X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,193X3. And the results of the coefficient of determination calculation of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.521, or by 52.1%, which means a change in the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the influence of the work environment variables (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and motivation (X3) , while the rest is influenced by other variables not tested or described in this research. The results of hypothesis testing showed a positive and significant relationship between the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Award Intrinsic and extrinsic Award to Employee Work Motivation. The population in this study were all employees of the Central River Region Pemali Juana Semarang.Obyek research in this study is the Central River Region Pemali Juana Semarang. Sampling technique using the "census sampling" were 70 respondents in the sample by using a questionnaire method of data collection (questionnaire) to distribute a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information from the respondents. The data used in this study is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. Test equipment used in this study to test the validity of the analysis method and tested product moment reliability using Cronbach alpha to examine the magnitude of the partial effect of each independent variable were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Award Intrinsic positive and significant impact on Employee Work Motivation (2) Extrinsic Award and a significant positive effect on employee work motivation.Keywords: intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards, and employee motivation

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of brand image and product quality on purchase decisions. Object of study in this paper is the consumers who buy and use the brand KYT helmet in District Gajah Mungkur Semarang City. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique is the method of purposive sampling, the sampling of carefully selected by taking the object of research is selective and has specific characteristics. The data used are primary data, analysis of data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that brand image in partial positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. Variable quality products and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. The test results of determination unknown variables brand image and product quality can explain the variation of 65.7% on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase Decision

This study analyzed the effect of competence, Physical Job environment, and motivation on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of simple random sampling (random) amounted to 90 respondents in the sample by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of competence, Physical Job environment and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable was tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are:(1).Competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2). Physical Job environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3).Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
