Abstract

Re buying interest is a psychological aspect which has considerable influence on the attitudes and behavior of interest is also a source of motivation that will drive someone to do what they do. Factors affecting the buying interest re-include: product quality, brand image, and price perception. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and perception of the price of buying interest re-smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series. The population in this study is the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang Stikubank the re-purchase the smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . The sample size used is based on the formula proposed by Taro obtained as many as 100 people . Purposive sampling technique sampling is a sampling technique to the data source specific considerations . Consideration of the samples in this study is that consumers who buy and use smartphones the Samsung Galaxy Series at least one month . Accidental sampling is taking respondents in the sample by coincidence met at the Faculty of Economics, University of Stikubank SemarangJenis data used in this study is primary data is data in the form of a questionnaire . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results of the analysis can be concluded that : ( a) product quality has a positive effect on buying interest re- smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . ( b ) brand image has a positive effect to enthusiasm buy to repeat smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . (c) Perceived price has a positive effect to enthusiasm buy to repeat smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series .Keywords : product quality , brand image , price perceptions and Enthusiasm buy to repeat

Abstract

Customer is one of the most important elements in the establishment of an enterprise. Its existence must be considered, one of the issue of concern within the company is how to create customer loyality. Efforts to provide security for customer loyalty, it can be done by creating customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is : To analyze the effect of customer value on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. To analyze the effect of service quality on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. To analyze the effect of communication on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. The population in this study is the provider telkomsel users in the city of Semarang. By making use of purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study were 150 students of stikubank university. Type of data used are primary data, by using the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The analysis tool is regression analysis.The result of the study are : customer value positife effect on customer satisfaction, customer value means that if the increases, the satisfaction will increase. Service quality has positive influence on customer satisfaction, means that if the service quality increases, the satisfaction will increase. Communication has positive effect on customer satisfaction, means that if the communication increases, the satisfaction will increase. Customer satisfaction has positive influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction means that if increases, the loyalty will increase.Keywords : Customer Value, Service Quality, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study is a study that tested the effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Wahyu Onderstel. The research object in this paper is WahyuOnderstel Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data population of 53 respondents which means using the entire population by using the method of data collection questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach Alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination (R²) and F test models. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has not effect on the performance of employees, (2) The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Work motivation that grows from within high employee will improve performance and job satisfaction in completing a job. And higher employee motivation in completing the work it will improve performance and employee satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 62 respondents, object of research that will be used in this research is Semarang Disaster Management Agency. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection in this study was through koesioner. Analysis of the data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing that includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that in partial motivation (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Variable Kepuaan work (X2) and no significant negative impact on employee performance (Y). Results of regression analyzes Motivation (X1) positive value of 0.971 and job satisfaction variable is negative for 0.069. The test results are known variables determination and motivation Job satisfaction describes the value of adjusted R square of 0,920 (92%) of the employee performance while the remaining 8% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Poliplas Indah Sejahtera, Ungaran, Semarang regency. In this study, researchers used simple random sampling and sample rate and gain 94 employees. The test data used in this study include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity with product moment analysis method and tested reliability with coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. Results of analysis and discussion demonstrate that: 1 Compensation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the higher the compensation, the higher the performance of the employee; 2 Discipline of work positive and significant effect on the performance of the employee, the higher the labor discipline, the higher the performance of the employee; 3 physical work environment positive and significant effect onthe performance of the employee, the higher the motivation, the higher the employees performance.Keywords: Compensation, Discipline of Work, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the celebrity endorser, price perception, and brand image influence on consumer purchase intentions over the Pantene shampoo products and analyzing the dominant factor in influencing consumer repurchase intentions Pantene shampoo in Stikubank University Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique that non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative data analysis which includes Test Validity, Reliability Test, F Test, determinant coefficient, Normality Test, Regression analysis, t test. Regression analysis was carried out with the software Statistical Process Social Science (SPSS) was used to process the data. The analysis showed that, celebrity endorser positive effect on purchase intention reset, positive effect on the perception of the price of re-purchase intention, and brand image has positive influence on purchase intentions re. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1), Perceptions of Price (X2) significantly affect Repeat Purchase Intentions, whereas Brand Image (X3) does not significantly affect Repeat Purchase Intentions. While the F-test showed a significant, this means that the variable Celebrity Endorser (X1), Perceptions of Price (X2), and Brand Image (X3) jointly influence on Repurchase Intention (Y).Keywords : Celebrity Endorser, Perception Of Price, Brand Image and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Department of Marine and Fisheries Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 55 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment of 85%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The existence of a leader and in the organization where the job description is needed to bring the organization to its intended purpose. Both of these can lead to satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the work if not applied properly. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, job description influence on job satisfaction, and the influence of leadership and job description on job satisfaction. This study was conducted at 72 permanent employees Grasia Semarang hotel employee who has worked for at least 2 years, and have minimum education D3. Data collection methods digunaka nberasal of questionnaires. Data analysis methods used include test validity using factor analysis techniques, test reliability with Cronbach Alpha method, the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed an effect partially leadership Leadership significant effect on the improvement of job satisfaction karyawanHotel Grasia Semarang, the job description also affect job satisfaction Grasia Semarang Hotels, and is the dominant variable effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership simultaneously and job description simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction Grasia Hotel Semarang. The second major contribution of this variable to increased employee satisfaction is at 89.0%. From the results of this study concluded that the better the leadership, and the better the job description, the higher employee satisfaction.Keywords: employee satisfaction, leadership, and job description.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The samples were all employees of CV. Perkasa Mandiri amounting to 72 straight. Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that high employee motivation due to the direct effect of organizational commitment. While employee satisfaction is higher when the direct influence of organizational commitment and work motivation. Abstract

This present study examines the effect of capital structure, sales growth, firm size, and total assets turnover on profitability in manufacturing companies. The population in this study is manufacturing companis that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009- 2010. The sample of this study is taken using purposive sampling and obtain a sample of 105 sample companies Company’s data was examined by the normality examination, multicolinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity. The results showed normality data and free from the classic assumption examination. Furthermore, regression analysis was used to describe the relationship between these variables. Based on the research that has been conducted shows that capital structure variable has negative and significant effect on the profitability. Sales growth has negative and no significant effect on the profitability. Firm size and total assets turnover have positive and significant effect on the profitability.Keywords: capital structure, sales growth, firm size, total assets turn over, and profitability
