Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable of quality of service, product quality and price perception to customer satisfaction CV Pasti Jaya. Population in this research is buyer of CV Pasti Jaya. The sample in this study used random sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of the analysis can be concluded, that: quality of service has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of CV Pasti Jaya. Product quality has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of CV Pasti Jaya. Price perceptions have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of CV Pasti Jaya.Keywords: quality of services, quality product, price perception, and customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of each variable of product attribute, brand image and price perception to decision process of purchasing motorcycle matic Honda Vario. The population in this study is the owner of Honda Vario motor matic in Rejosari Village, East Semarang. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling, because in determining the sample based on certain criteria, namely: people who make decision process of purchasing motorcycles matic Honda Vario, and residing in Rejosari Village, East Semarang and more than 17 years old. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the analysis can be concluded, that: product attributes have no significant effect on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle. Brand image has a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle. Price perceptions have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle.Keywords: product attributes, brand image, price perception, and purchasing decision process

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, corporate social responsibility, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted in Indonesia by using unit of analysis of manufacturing company. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method using purposive sampling with research period 2014 until 2016 and obtained as many as 235 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure had a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on company value. Corporate social responsibility negatively affects not significant to company value. Meanwhile, firm size has a significant positive effect on company value.Keyword: Corporate value, capital structure, profitability, corporate social responsibility, and firm size.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Ownership Structure of Foreign Ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) on Corporate Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as intervening variable in registered financial services company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The research population is a financial services company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2016 as many as 248 companies. While in the sampling by using purposive sampling method. With this method, there are 130 companies that meet the criteria. Data is obtained through Annual Report and Monthly. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2016. Foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value of financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2013-2016. And indirectly or through CSR, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) also have a positive and Significant effect on Corporate Value on financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013- 2016. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Transformational Leadership On Performance Employees At Perum LPPNPI (Airnav Indonesia) Branch Pratama Semarang. This research uses qualitative research, with the employee population is 85 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research uses sampling The result showed that the Work Stress not affect on Employee Performance, Motivation not effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Employee Performance. From resul tresearch showed Transformational Leadership very strong and effect can explain the variable employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. Object of study in this paper is the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang City. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 60 respondents as data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question item, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, and compensation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance.Keyword : motivation, work discipline, compensation, and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work discipline, job statisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.This study use three independent variable, namely work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment, with the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 110 employees in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Based on the research that has been done shows that work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywork discipline, job statisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of product quality, brand image and price perception of Samsung Smartphone purchase decision. The result of the analysis is the quality of the product has no effect and significant so that all changes - changes that occur in the variable purchase decision is not influenced by product quality veriabel. Furthermore, the brand image does not have a positive and significant impact so that any changes that occur in the purchase decision variable are not affected by the brand image variable. While the perception of the price has a positive and significant effect so it can be stated that the perception of the price can affect the purchase decision. It is known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0,535 which means that 53,5% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by product quality variable, brand imageand price perception.Keywords: product quality, brand image, price perception and purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions, promotion and location to the purchase decisions of the product "BAGUS" camphor (Study on the consumer Giant BSB Semarang ). The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Giant BSB Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the quality of products and locations have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions of the product "Bagus" camphor . Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, and firm size on capital structure. This research also examines the influence of capital structure on the value of listed companies in IDX period 2012-2016. The data used are Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2015 and Financial Report as of December 31, 2016 that are sampled. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method with 33 companies listed in IDX. Data types used are secondary data which is panel data, because it is a combination of time series and cross section data. The analysis method used is fixed effect model estimation method and random effect model. The selection of estimation method was based on hausman test. The result of research showed that DPR, CR, ROE, and SIZE had a negative effect on DER. DPR and SIZE variables have no significant effect while CR and ROE are significant. DER has a negative effect not significantly on PBV. This study found no influence on capital structure of its independent variables.
