Abstract

Abstract: This study examines and examines the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Mabel company that is PT. Country From Furnitur Semarang. Object pene thesis writer of this thesis is an employee of PT. Country From Furnitur SemarangRandom sampling sampling technique amounted to 100 with return of sample back to 94 with data collection using questionnaires by distributing kuesiomern by spreading questionnaires to respondents to obtain information.The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Environment bepengaruh positive e and significant to Employee PerformancKeywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work discipline , training, and work environment on the employees performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Respondents research it consists of 93 on officials of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Model analysis the data used was test validity with product moment, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha and multiple linear regression as using software IBM SPSS version 20,0 to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The data collected following the completion of testing the results all data expressed valid and reliable. The result of analysis and discussion shows that: (1). Work dicipline It has some positive effects and significant impact on the employees performance, (2). Training have had a positive effect and significant of the performance of employees, and (3). Work environment have had a positive effect and insignificant of the performance of employees. Simultaneously discipline work , training , and work environment influential positive and significant of the employees performance.Keyword : Work Dicipline, Training, Work environment, Employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 102 respondents. The Data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of training on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of labor discipline on employee performance.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited toQuality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline. The population in this study is the total employee Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province amounting to 182 people. In this study, using sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique and and elected as many as 92 respondents are used as a sample. The data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents as well as secondary data from archives owned by instance and literature studies. Data testing technique used include data feasibility test, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test t-test. The result of the research shows that Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Work discipline has a positive and not significant impact on theemployee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province.Keywords : Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to in order to understand the the influence of leadership that we are doing , much of his best work discipline and fuel compensation , in coordinated with partial or unwillingly as these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers. The data used in the research is the primary data was , with the questionnaire as absence of research , who after that it is processed with an amount of spss ( statistical product saw a private economic analyst said ) version 20 .Percent of the population in this research was an employee at the office of jakarta manpower and transmigration city of central java province , that the others were twice 341 workers bitter .The technique of over the withdrawal of funds by smeru within the was used in the study random sampling by using the method what is the formula slovin , so that research a significant proportion of respondents there were a total of 100 respondents in the present study .An instrument the analysis used is linear regression of multiple. The results of the study indicate that there has the influence of there had been a positive leadership that we are doing in welfare between these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers .There have been instances of the influence of there had been a positive much of his best work in welfare between discipline these pay rises on performance tens of thousands of workers .There have been instances of the influence of there had been a positive significant.Keyword: leadership, work discipline, compensation and of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study waas to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Work Discipline, Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment moderated Clan Culture Organization. The population in this study are employees who work there. The sampling in this research same with the population it was sensus. Data collection was done through questionaires. Regresion analysis revealed that Self Efficacy and Work Discipline influence Organizational Commitment. Motivation Work, and Clan Culture Organization uninfluence Organizational Commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job characteristics variable, work discipline and work motivation to job satisfaction of employee of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. Respondents of this research are employees of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang who have worked for more than 2 years as many as 77 people. Sampling technique using sampling census method, then analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Data from the questionnaires were tested with validity, reliability and multiple regression tests. The results of his research are: (1) job characteristics have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) discipline has positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) motivation has not positive effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: job characteristics, discipline, motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the effect of Service Quality, Perceptions of Price of customer satisfaction, and the effect of customer satisfaction of customer loyalty. The population of this study is the customer of Susan Executive Club Semarang. The method of taking sampling is used purposive sampling method, and got 100 respondent sampling. The analysis method is used doubled linier regression. Based on the analysis can be concluded that there is significant effect of service quality variable to customer satisfaction, and significant affect of sevice quality variable to customer loyalty. There is significant effect of perceptions of price variable of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Mulberry’s effect of service quality variable and perceptions of price to customer satisfaction amount 53,001%, and the effect of service quality, perceptions of price, and customer satisfaction of customer loyalty is amount of 55,433%.Key word : service quality, perceptions of price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation at PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited to motivation, work environment with the mediation variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is the total employee PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara, amounting to 130 people. And elected as many as 116 respondents are used as a sample. Data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple regression analysis, and significance test of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis and mediation test. The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction is 64,3% on employee performance. While the other by 35,7% influenced by other variables. From the mediation test can be seen that job satisfaction mediate the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examines the influence of the debt, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on dividend policy and its consequences to firm value. This research was conducted at Indonesia by using analysis unit manufacturing company that have gone public. The population of this research is manufacturing company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the study period of 2014 until 2016 and obtained as many as 85 companies. The technique of data analysis is used multiple regression analysis with documentation method. The results of this study shows that debt and liquidity negatively insignificant affect dividend policy. Profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on dividend policy. While dividend policy has significant positive effect on firm value.Keyword: Debt, profitability, liquidity, firm size, dividend policy and firm value
