Abstract

Abstract - The object of research done at PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus. The population is all employees of the marketing division active in PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus consisting of 43 people. The sampling technique was done by using census or saturated samples because all study populations were sampled. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work environment on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Citra, Production Quality and Price Perception Against Purchase of Milkfish Presto Bonafide Decision in Semarang. The sample used in this is research is 100 respondents with sampling technique that Accidental Sampling method. The data which is used is premiere data, the analytical data which is used involving validity test, reliability test, multiple regression linear test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test involving F test and t test. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis test showed that partially, the service quality variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Price perception variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Location variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions.Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Location and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Semarang Tire Anugrah Store. The dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. Independent variable are Product Quality, Price and Location. The population in this study was all the customers at Semarang Tire Anugrah Store in 2016. The sample of this study is 100 respondents. This study used purposive sampling method.The analysis used in this reseacrh are multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the testing of hypotheses partial evaluation shows that Product Quality and Price have positive and significant effect to Customer Satisfaction, while Location has positive and insignificant effect to Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze members' intentions at the Cooperative Taman Usaha in Jepara City. The population in this study is a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with criteria of respondents who have become members of the cooperative. The sample in this study was obtained as 115 respondents. Data analysis method used include, descriptive statistics, instrument test include validity test with KMO value >0.5 and loading factor >0,4 and reliability test with alpha cronbach >0,7, model advisability test include F test and coefficient of determination test , and hypothesis test with significance <0,05. Based on the results of hypothesis test results obtained: Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Subjective Norm have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Perceived Behavior Control have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha.Keywords: Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioural Control, Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Environment, and Competence on Employee Performance Social Office Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 45 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Motivation, Work Environment, and Competenceh of 57,7%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of corporate image, trust, satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kudus branch office. The study tested three hypotheses.The population of this research is customers PT. Bank Tabungan Negara of Kudus branch office. The sample size is 100 respondents withmethod convenience sampling. Data testing techniques used include validity test with product moment correlation, reliability test with alpha cronbach and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are: Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, trust does not affect customer loyalty and satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.Keywords: Corporate Image, Trust, Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of product, price perception, promotion and location to the purchase decision. Analyzer used multiple regression, as for to test hypothesis using t test. Data collection through questionnaires with measurements using Likert scale 5 (five) alternative answers. The object of the research is the consumers of Ben Bless Shop West Semarang. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses that Purposive sampling. The result of the research shows that (1) The productquality has a significant effect on purchasing decision, (2) Price perception have significant effect to purchasing decision, (3) Promotion media has no significant effect on purchasing decision and (4) Location has significant effect to purchasing decision.Keywords: product quality, price perception, promotion media , location, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions. The population and sample of this research is the buyer of Polytron Smartphone brand in Polytron Smartphone Showroom Citraland Mall Semarang. Sampling method used in this research is Purposive Sampling method with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Data collected questionnaires analyzed by using Factor Analysis to test the validity of question items, alpha croanbach formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested with the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, price, promotion of purchasing decisions Smartphone brand Polytron.Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence quality product of the process decision purchase, brand image of the process decision purchase and perception price of the process decision purchase of cosmetics brand Wardah at store Elisha Beauty Semarang city. The population in this study is all consumers who buyers product Wardah cosmetics at store Elisha Beauty Semarang city and samples set as much as 100 respondents. Primary data obtained by using the questionnaire closed because of the respondents simply choose the answer is provided. The answer to use the scale likert from the number one up to five. The data is processed using SPSS version of 19.00 program. As a result is all the question valid and all variable is reliable. The result of regressing showed that all variable independent marking positive and significant. According to the test model this third variable independent only able to explain 71,3 percent about process decision purchase. Thus, then quality product have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah., brand image have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah and perception price have had a positive impact and significant of the process decision the purchase cosmetics brand Wardah.Keyword : Quality Product, Brand Image, Perception Price, Process Decision Purchase.
