Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesian education has a system for implementing education aimed at increasing knowledge and being able to grow potential. then there is a fair distribution of the education system. This study aims to describe the performance of the Denpasar City Education and Sports Service in supervising the 2018 zoning system in zones 1 to 4 of secondary schools in the city of Denpasar. Using qualitative methods with techniques, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques and data presentation techniques. The theory is (1) productivity, (2) quality, (3) responsiveness, (4) responsibility, (5) accountability. Results, productivity of the Department of Youth and Sports Education is still considered lacking because it is not optimal, the responsibility of the Office of Education is also felt to be lacking. The quality of services provided by schools must also be considered where schools in this case must be more selective and open to the acceptance of new students. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study focuses on the performance of Village Facilitators and Local Village Facilitators who served in Abang, Karangasem District. The performance is the level of achievement of one's work in carrying out its responsibilities in accordance with the objectives set. Someone's performance can be used as a reference and measure of success in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. There are 6 indicators used in assessing the performance of Village Facilitators and Local Village Facilitators in Abang District, including quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence, and work commitment. This study will also discuss the obstacles faced by the assistants during their duty. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to describe the phenomenon of the performance of Village Facilitators and Local Village Facilitators by conducting observations and interviews with related parties. The results showed that the performance of Village Facilitators and Village Local Assistance in charge was good enough. Keywords: Performance, Village Companion, Local Village Companion, Village Fund

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe community participation on waste management in TPST 3R of Penarungan Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive type with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is community participation according to Cohen and Uphoff with indicators of community participation in decision making; Implementation of Acceptance and utilization of results; Evaluation. The result of this research shows community participation in decision making is still lacking. One form of participation that still lacking is the willingness of people to buy compost and limitation the creativity of the group to recycle anorganic waste.the benefits of waste management have not been felt because it has no income. Community participation in an evaluation form group's internal; and evaluation by the people who become customers in the form of comments and suggentions on the implementation of TPST 3R. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.13/PRT/M/2011. The Tabanan Regency Government through the Highways Sector Office of Public Works is obliged to carry out monitoring and reporting activities on the implementation of road maintenance aimed at maintaining road conditions and improving the quality of roads in Tabanan Regency, especially Selemadeg Barat.The unit of analysis of this research is monitoring,namely the Highways Sector Tabanan Regency. In this study, it had been described the surveillance criteria proposed by Siagian in Silalahi, namely process, implementation, organi ation and plan. The Informants in this study were determined by using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of monitoring of road maintenance carried out by the Highways Sector Office of Public Works Office of Tabanan Regency has not proceeded properly. Abstract

ABSTRACT Foreign Workers in Bali is increasing every year and there are still widespread foreign workers who do not have work permits (illegal), therefore optimal supervision is needed to prevent violations committed by the foreign workers. Aim of this study to discover performance of the Department of Manpower and Einergy and Miineral Resources of Bali monitoring foreign workers. This used qualitative-descriptive method. Based on resuilts, the performance Department in monitoring foreign workers had gone well but was not optimal because there were still obstacles including lack of human resources and infrastructure, very narrow supervision targets, and lack of coaching which is carried out mainly towards small companies. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to understand the performance of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning Office of Denpasar City in handling domestic violence in 2018. The indicators used to examine performance of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning Office of Denpasar City is Dwiyanto’s measurement of performance which are Productivity, Service Quality, Responsivity, Responsibility, and Accountability. The research method used are descriptive qualitative with data collection from observation, interview, and documentation study. The outcome of this research showed that performance of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning Office of Denpasar City in handling domestic violence haven’t been run optimally in 2018. There are still some obstacles that causes domestic violence cases haven’t been handled optimally which are unspecified time period of case-solving, unmaximized access of information because of uncomprehensive socialization, and no responsibility to the society. Abstract

ABSTRACT Village development in PemecutanKaja Village was increased through community and government participation. This was done tozovercomeztheproblemzof poverty in PemecutanKaja Village. The poverty rate in PemecutanKaja Village is the highest in Denpasar, even though it has the largest APBDes. This research is intended to describe the role of community empowerment as an effort to realize development in PemecutanKaja Village. Thiszresearchzwaszconductedzusing qualitative research methods through descriptive approaches such as in-depth interviews. The analysis carried out is based on the theory of development and uses the concept of economic empowerment with indicators in the form of human resources, human resources, capital and infrastructure of production and marketing. Thezresultzofthiszstudy indicate that the village development that has occurred so far is still being carried out unevenly and underdeveloped planning. Abstract

ABSTRACT Neutrality in the bureaucracy can be influenced by a patron-client culture, political elite intervention, and job motivation. This research was conducted on the Regional Government of Gianyar Regency. This study uses a case study with a qualitative descriptive research type. The unit of analysis in this study is head and staff in Gianyar Regency Goverment. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of dismissal of the Regional Secretary of the Gianyar Regency was in the perspective of bureaucratic neutrality to improve the quality of the Gianyar Regency area. The technique of data collection is done by field studies, namely through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the analysis show that the rational bureaucracy has not been carried out maximally and there is still political intervention in the regional government bureaucracy. Abstract

ABSTRACT Every organization needs to look for performance to determine which results have been achieved through the implementation of tasks that are given in accordance with the objectives set. In this case, Denpasar City Health Office seeks to provide services for schizophrenic patients (ODS) in obtaining a good healing process and improving the performance and quality of its empowermentprograme. However, in current practice there are problems arise as the impactof less optimal achievements that diversfrom the organization's vision. This study aims to determine the performance of Denpasar City Health Office in empowering people with schizophrenia (ODS) in RumahBerdaya Denpasar. This research used descriptive qualitative. The theory used performance theory of Mahsun 2006 which has six measurement indicators include; input, process, output, outcome, benefit, and impact.From the result obtained, showed that the performance of Denpasar City Health Office has not been good and ineffective, some inhibiting factors have been found that make the performance not optimal. It is necessary to evaluate the empowerment performance of Rumah Berdaya, so that the goals of empowerment can be achieved. Abstract

ABSTRACT Through the program of Sistem Tanggap Penduduk Pendatang (SIGAP) mobile version, the Kutuh village government seeks to create a digital-based service to realize the concepts of good governance in Kutuh Village. This,research,was,conducted,with descriptive qualitative,method, with,data,collection techniques in the form of interviews with several informants. This research was measured by used.the.theory.of.policy.implementation.(Charles O. Jones) which is consists of 3 (three) indicators namely organization, interpretation, and application. Theresult of the research was indicated the implementation of SIGAP program in Kutuh Village was not run optimally due to several obstacles. There were the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the program namely lack of coordination and communication between Linmas and Panyukertha Desa in carried- out the data collection, SIGAP application having the problems due to unstable signals, and not maximized the socialization of SIGAP program yet.
