Abstract

ABSTRACT Klungkung Regency became the lowest area in the compliance assessment of public services in Bali Province in 2017. Electronic identity card’s data recording is one of public services that the implementation is still not running well. The elderly, disability, and patient are difficult going to office. This was responded to by forming Predator Program (Electronic Identity Card’s Data Recording by Motorcycle) to improve electronic identity card’s service quality in Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this research is to know service quality of Predator Program (Electronic Identity Card’s Data Recording by Motorcycle). This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, deep interview, and documentation. The result of this research indicate it still found obstacles on managing the service quality of Predator Program (Electronic Identity Card’s Data Recording by Motorcycle) is still not running well. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism is the biggest sector of Badung's Revenue, therefore it needs to be supported by various activities, especially activities in maintaining the environment as tourism assets in order to survive in the long time. The progress of tourism in Badung Regency also has an impact on the environment, especially from the hospitality industry activities, especially in Kuta Sub-Distric. The problem behind this research is that there are still many hotels in Kuta Subdistrict that do not have space a while saving of hazardous and toxic material waste, lack of supervisory staff from the government. The results of this study illustrate that the monitoring of hazardous and toxic waste carried out has not been effective because of the three approaches to monitoring effectiveness, only the objective approach has the same perception while from the system and stakeholder approaches there are still differences in perceptions seen from the lack of supervisory staff with those supervised , a different and random place of supervision then the hotel is less comperative when it will be monitored and the different ways of stakeholders, which hotel in handling hazardous and toxic material waste. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the health facilities in Tabanan Regency which is important to supporting development in the health sector is medical personnel. To guarantee its quality, every medical personnels in Tabanan Regency must have a practice license (SIP) and extend it if the practice license has expired as stipulated in Tabanan Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2014 concerning Licensing in the Health Sector. However, there are still many medical personnels who do not have practice license (SIP) or have expired. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the implementation of Tabanan Regency Local Regulation Number 9 of 2014 (Case Study of practice license for Medical personnel in Tabanan Regency) by using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, this research used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate the implementation of Tabanan Regency Local Regulation Number 9 of 2014 Concerning Licensing in The Health Sector specially practice license for medical personnels in Tabanan Regency has not been running well because communication flow that has not been effective, inadequate resources, and SOPs that has not run optimally Keywords: Implementation, Practice License, Medical Personnel

Abstract

ABSTRACT Uninhabitable home surgical program is one of the public policy implemented in Sub-distric of Pupuan. This study is to get an actual view about implementation of non-habitable home surgical program for poor family. Thisstudies applies qualitative research method in the form of descriptivesurvey, and data was collected by interview, documentation, observation. Indicator that used in this research are (1) policy standards and objectives, (2) resources, (3) characteristic executor agent, (4) dispotition of implementers, (5) communications of implementers, (6) social, economic, political condition. The result of this study indicate implementation of surgical non-habitable home program is still not optimal. Only policy standards objectives, characteristic executor agent and communications of implementers are running well, while the others such resources, dispotition of implementers and social, economic, political condition are still not going well. Abstract

ABSTRACT Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Denpasar city implements an Electronic performance system (e-kinerja) as a form of e-government development to control the performance of employees through the assessment of Employee Performance Standards (SKP), as well as the basis for granting performance benefits. The regulations governed by the e-performance (e-kinerja) are contained in the Denpasar Mayor Regulation No. 38 of 2017 concerning the Amount of Additional Income Based on Work Achievement in Civil Servants (PNS).Indicate that all performance indicators have been included in the management of e-performance systems and can improve employee performance from the increase in employee performance target values ??(SKP), the increased of community satisfaction, and the increased of retribution income in 2017-2018, but there were still shortcomings, namely the absence of operational standards, the ability of civil servants who cannot use technology and overlapping systems. Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of local wisdom-based tourism is the development and development of sustainable tourism that pays attention to the sustainability of the culture that lives in the community and the quality of the environment and in order to increase prosperity and prosperity of the people. The research objective to be achieved is to obtain an actual picture of the polemics that occur in the development process and development of local wisdom-based sustainable tourism in Jatiluwih Village. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The indicators used to dissect the results of the research are the theory of sustainable tourism and the concept of tri hita karana. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of tourism in Jatiluwih Village has been running but has not been optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT Klungkung regency is one of the regency ini Bali which has the lowest number of population. According to that fact, of course it must be easy to give the best demography service to all citizen. But, the fact shows that the range of people who own demography document is still low, which is caused by minimum accessibility toward demography administration service. Caling Tanduk program is an innovative program from Klungkung government ini order to improve public service ini klungkung regency. Through the innovation of Caling Tanduk program, Klungkung Government attains to create more efficient demographic administration service process. The result of this research is the implementation of Caling Tanduk program in Population and Civil Registry Service Klungkung Regency has ran quite well, but there were still some obstacles in implementing this program, such as the lack of professionalism of human resource which was involved in this research, the socialization was not spread evenly, and the lack of specific Standard Operating Procedure about Caling Tanduk Program Keywords: Implementation, Caling Tanduk Program, Demographic Document

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ecotourism development is part of a sustainable tourism policy. Ecotourism aims to support environmental preservation of nature and culture, also increase community participation to provide economic benefits to the community and local government. One of the villages that began to developing ecotourism is Nyambu Village in Tabanan Regency. Ecotourism development through the Langgeng Ecotourism program begins with the excavation of village potential in the form of natural and cultural resources. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the implementation of community-based ecotourism development (case study: langgeng ecotourism program in Nyambu Village, Tabanan Regency). The method used in the research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that implementation of Nyambu Village ecotourism development has been going well but problems still arise in the community’s concern to protect the environment, especially in the management of plastic waste. Abstract

ABSTRACT Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) that aim to improve the quality of life of poor families bye providing the goverments the fields of education, health and social welfare as a form of social protection based on the Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 42 / HUK / 2007. The results of this study indicate that all implementation indicators have been included in the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan and can improve the quality of life of RTSM as evidenced by the PKH graduation but in implementation there are still obstacles, namely the PKH assistants or assistants who are less than the PKH recipients. This study resulted in recommendations for improving the implementation of family programs in the hope of improving the quality of life in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Denpasar City One Stop Integrated Licensing and Service Office implements an extension service and re-registers licenses through the Online Licensing Information System (SIPON). This concept is a development of Management Information System that aims to address problems in extension service and re-registers licenses. This research used descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This research measures the effectiveness of licensing services through the Online Licensing Information System by measuring the effectiveness of services according to Richard M Steers which consists of goals optimizing, system perspectives, and pressure in terms of employee behavior in the organization. The results of research shows that the effectiveness of licensing services through the Online Licensing Information System (SIPON) has not been maximized. Based on three indicators used to see the effectiveness of services that still encounter several obstacles in each indicator.
