Abstract

ABSTRACT Hope for Families Program is a social protection program in the form of cash aid given to very low- income household along with a series of responsibility to fulfill. The problem that occurred in the implementation of this program in Bantang village are inadequate update on the poor-family database, and some difficulty in carrying out monthly gathering with the program recipient thus decreasing the frequency of gathering to only every 3 months.The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of PKH in decreasing poverty in Bantang Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The study is using descriptive qualitative methods and collect data by mean of interviews or observation This study conclude that the program are successful in ensuring the fulfillment of children’s educational and medical need, but still not be able to drastically change the bad behavior of the adults. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Denpasar City Government in this case to protect and manage these facilities has compiled Regional Regulations (Perda). The Denpasar City Regulation includes: Denpasar City Regulation Number 27 of 2011 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and Denpasar City Regulation Number 6 of 2001 concerning Building Permits. However, in its implementation there are still many people who have not yet realized the importance of having a Building Construction Permit. Hence, this study aims to find out how the performance of the One Stop Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BPPTSP) and Denpasar Capital Investment concerning Building Permit Services using the method descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and method of literature. Measuring the performance of public bureaucracy using performance indicators according to Dwiyanto (1995), namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability. Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of LPD in Bali plays a major role in constructing Desa Adat (village). It is because 20% of the profit is allocated to develop the village. To maintain the existence of LPD in Bali, the villagers need to support it and the staff also has to improve their service quality because the service quality can affect the customers’ loyalty.  This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. This study is a quantitative study which uses questionnaire technique to collect data. The sample of this study was 98 customers which is gathered by using Slovin pattern. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. The instruments of the study were examined using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique includes descriptive analysis, classical hypothesis testing consisting of normality and heteroscedasticity testing. To investigate the effect of independent variable towards dependent variable, the researcher did a simple linear analysis and to investigate the percentage of the impact caused by the independent variable towards dependent variable, the researcher used coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing was done using t test. The result of the study shows that the service quality gives positive and significant impact towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Transportation Goverment Agency of Tabanan Regency is the government's institute as the practitioner in improving the quality of transportation services, especially management of parking fees at the public roadside. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the target and the realization of public roadside parking fees for the last three years (2015-2017) continues to increase. But in the other side, there are still problems in terms of input indicators that need to be addressed such as the quality of human resources and the potential for parking retribution seen from the number of vehicles increasing each year which has implications for the availability of parking spaces. One strategy to improve the performance of the Tabanan Regency Transportation Service in collecting parking fees at the public roadside is the increase in parking rates and the use of electronic parking machines. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Mobile JKN application is an information technology-based application tofacilitate administrative services requirements through the application. One area that has implemented the Mobile JKN application is Karangasem Regency. The research uses the theory of Policy Implementation of Charles O. Jones, covering organization, interpretation, and application. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results in this study make explanation that the implementation of the Mobile JKN program in Karangasem Regency not run quite well both in terms of organization and interpretation that has not gone well. Then the aspects of the application are quite good. Through the use of the Mobile JKN application, especially in Karangasem Regency, it is expected that it will make it easy for the public to take care of other administrative needs and can increase JKN users. Abstract

ABSTRACT Green Open Space is an.elongated.area/line.and.clustered, which is an open sapces, where plants grow, both naturally grown and planted. The.purpose.of this research is to.know.how.the.Implementation.Green.Open.Space.Policy of Badung Regency in Maintaining the Green area in North Kuta Sub-District. The policy perfomance was measured by.using.policy.implementation model from Van.Meter.and Van.Horn.with 6 variables that influence policy performance. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the green open space policy implemented by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Badung Regency still experiences several problems for controlling and spatial planning such as the occurrence of massive function shifts in North Kuta Sub-District and the implementation of sub-optimal regional regulations. Abstract

zABSTRACTz Putu Eka Wiryastuti was the first female regent in Bali to lead Tabanan for two periods. The purpose of research that is to be achieved is to know the leadership style of Putu Eka Wiryastuti as the female leader in Tabanan Regency period 2010-2020. This research uses a qualitative method of exploratory with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. Leadership styles are generally divided into authoritarian, democratic and laissez-faire leadership styles. While the distinctive style of women leadership is divided into masculine-feminine and transactional-transformational styles. The results of this research show that the leadership style that was applied by Putu Eka Wiryastuti as the female leader in Tabanan Regency in 2010-2020 period generally more in accordance with the approach of Democcentric leadership with objective features and Women's distinctive leadership style that is more in line with a feminine-transactional approach with a cooperative trait. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of the principles of Transparency and Accountability to manage village fund allocation (ADD) in Pecatu Village, South Kuta Regency, Badung Regency in 2017 in developing villages and based on Village Law No. 6 of 2014 and Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of this study indicate that the allocation of village funds in this village has applied the principle of accountability supported by the principle of transparency in stages. the preparation of the RPJM was prepared with the community through village meetings. In realizing transparency in managing the Village Fund Allocation, Pecatu Village provides information to the community through village meetings and the installation of billboards in front of the village office. Therefore, in Pecatu village it is transparent and accountable, but there are still weaknesses which are obstacles that must be overcome. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Kanto Lampo Waterfall Tourism Object is the Tourism Potential of Gianyar Regency. Development strategies began to be taken by Tourism Object Managers such as the establishment of Tourism Object Management Board and the Construction of Tourism Object supporting facilities. The indicators used to dissect this research are the Tourism Development Phase indicators, (1) Exploration, (2) Involvement, (3) Development, (4) Consolidation, (5) Stagnation, (6) Rejuvenation. The results of this study indicate that the five phases of the development indicator have been included in the Development of Tourism Object Strategie. This study produced a recommendation in the form of a New Village Tourism Object Development Model to provide the right strategy to increase the potential of a Tourism Object. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the effectiveness of supervision of the Tampaksiring Traditional Market. This study applies descriptive qualitative. This study applies a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are: Accurate, information about market regulations is only for internal organizations and there are no specific regulations on market supervision. Focused on strategic supervision points, the supervision of the Tampaksiring Traditional Market has not yet become a priority, focusing only on small scale supervision. On time, supervision is carried out in a timely manner so that it does not affect the quality of supervision. Flexible, supervision is static so it is unable to respond to irregularities in the market. As a guideline and operational, there is no supervision system that guides the market supervision process. So, it needs improvement so that the monitoring system is effective. Keywords: Supervision, Traditional Markets
