Abstract

Abstract: The Covid 19 pandemic has caught the attention of many parties, especially in the education sector. Teachers must always innovate in developing media for the implementation of the distance learning process. One of the media that can be used is a web blog. A web blog is an alternative media that is easy for teachers to make and easy for students to use. Students who are the research subjects are XI grade and XII grade with a classroom action research model. From the results obtained, it appears that students can make good in using of the media, as evidenced by the 100% complete assignment of students even though in daily tests the completeness of the students is less than 50%. Abstract

Abstract: The success of a lesson can be measured by the achievement of student learning outcomes. Based on the preliminary test, it was found that 22 students (73.3%) were still under the KKM or who scored below 70. To improve learning outcomes, in this study the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative model was used. This type of research is classified as Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the implementation stages referring to the Kemmis and Taggart models. This research was planned in two cycles, including planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIB Bangsalsari Junior High School 2019/2020, totaling 30 students. The test and observation method was used for data collection techniques, while the data analysis technique used comparative descriptive analysis (comparison) by comparing the results of pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2 and was calculated using a simple statistical formula. The results showed that the students' average score in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II was 57.03; 71.97; and 85.57. Completeness of learning outcomes increased from 26.67% (8 of 30 children); 66.67% (20 of 30 children) and 90.00% (27 of 30 children). It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of class VIIB students of SMPN 3 Bangsalsari for the 2019/2020 academic year through the TSTS cooperative model can improve. Abstract

Abstract: A culture is born from the local community so as to produce works that become the characteristic of the culture. This culture is rooted and develops over time. One result of cultural work is Banyuwangi solok weaving. Education appreciates local culture in order to participate in preserving through the teaching and learning process. Weaving Solok Banyuwangi can be included as a medium for student learning in schools. Mathematics is one branch of science that studies symbols with logical reasoning. So there are estimates of the mathematical elements found in the Banyuwangi solok weaving motif. Mathematical elements found in Banyuwangi solok weaving include points, lines, triangles, quadrilaterals, hexagon, folding symmetry, rotary symmetry, congruence and similarity. Abstract

Abstract: Science learning in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Jember in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year is not optimal because it still uses conventional learning. In order for learning to be more effective and to increase the completeness of learning outcomes, it is necessary to use cooperative learning methods. The research objective was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in the material properties of the material through the application of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type of cooperative learning method. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK) which includes several cycles with the stages: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The research data was taken through tests in the form of description questions and non-tests in the form of observations and interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely 53.1% in pre-cycle, then 68.8% in cycle I, and increased again to 93.8% in cycle II. Thus the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type cooperative learning method can improve student learning outcomes. Kata Kunci: Learning outcomes, kind of substance, STAD.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPA students in class 9 H in SMP Negeri 10 Jember with picture and picture model). The type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). Class action in this research is done with two cycles. Each cycle implemented improvements to be achieved through the reflection. The results show that the application of cooperative learning model of picture and picture type can improve the learning outcomes of 9H class students. Cycle 1 achievement Minimum Completion Criteria is 41, 67%, while in Cycle 2 is 83%. Keyword: Picture and Picture Model, IPA Learning Outcomes, Reproduction System

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of learning is expected to be active, innovative, creative, and fun without leaving the learning concepts. Calculating algebra is a very important learning and many students have difficulty. From the researcher's experience, learning algebra by utilizing the algebra domino card has an impact on students' interest in learning but learning outcomes don’t meet the completeness standards. Researchers strive for more interesting learning by giving deeper concepts in the learning process through cooperative learning with a contextual approach assisted by an Algebra Domino Card, which called "KARMIN Algebra". Based on the results for two cycles, it shows an increase, in cycle 1 obtained 72% of students reaching Minimum Standard Learning (MSL), while in cycle 2 obtained 84%. Meanwhile, the psychomotor and affective, shown that students are more skilled in calculating algebra. Referring to these results, the researchers suggest that this kind of learning can be used as an alternative to learning mathematics in schools by adjusting existing conditions. Abstract

Abstract: Teaching and learning strategies with the jigsaw cooperative model, namely the teaching and learning process consisting of several students who are members of a group who are responsible for mastering the material being taught in the hope of transmitting it to other students / friends who are still in the group. The purpose of this study is to Improving the learning outcomes of Human Motion System Material for Class VIII G students of SMP Negeri 6 Jember using the jigsaw cooperative learning strategy. This research method uses a qualitative approach, this type of research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). Class action in this study was carried out with 2 cycles. Each cycle carried out the improvements to be achieved through the reflection stage. The results showed that by taking research subjects at SMP Negeri 6 Jember class VIII G. From the results of the test results of teaching and learning in cycle 1 obtained results with an average of 65.53% while in cycle 2 an average of 74.47% Keywords: The essence of science learning, jigsaw cooperative models, learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The ability of mathematical representation is very important to solve mathematical problems, because every solution must use mathematical representation. This research was conducted at Thailand's Streesmutprakan School because according to the results of the 2015 PISA test, mathematical representation skills also affected the execution of the PISA test. The PISA test results in 2015 showed that the Mathematics ability of Thai students was ranked 54th out of 70 countries with an average score of 415. While the average score for Mathematics from all countries taking the PISA test was 490. The results showed that Thailand was still in in a position below the average. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by giving PISA questions about shape and space content. The results of this study indicate that students with high abilities are superior in visual mathematical representation. This can be seen from the number of cube nets that can be drawn with different models. The indicator of mathematical expression is only one of six students who can meet the indicator and answer correctly. For indicators of the ability to represent in words or written texts, students with high abilities are also more prominent because they have a reason for each answer, whereas for students with medium and low abilities only guess even silence during interviews. Abstract

Abstract: Students of class 9C SMP Negeri Pakusari Jember have difficulty in understanding IPA, so the average value of daily repetition is still below 75, including in the Property Heritage material. The purpose of this research is the Model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) can improve the learning outcomes of IPA Material Inheritance in 9C students of SMP Negeri Pakusari Jember in the academic year 2018/2019. The data obtained in this study are student learning outcomes at the end of each cycle, teachers' ability in managing learning is taken from observation sheets, student activities are taken from student observation sheets. For the results of observation in cycle I observation of 80% research activity, student activity 75% included in the good category, in cycle II observation of research activity 90% student activity 88% included in the excellent category. Similarly, with the average learning outcomes of evaluation cycle I of 65, for cycle II of 85, From the results of the evaluation it can be seen that there is a significant increase in the average learning outcomes of students from cycle I to cycle II is 1.05. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research is to describe the implemenation of the use TGT model by applying Cerdas Cermat (Smart and Precise) Quiz to Increase the IXE SMP Negeri Sukorambi students’ learning achievement on dynamic electricity in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. Classroom Action Research was Designed by applying TGT Learning Model in Cerdas Cermat Quiz. The research steps was conducted by making small group the students at the beginning. Then, group discussion, presentation of group discussion result, and answering problems exercise. The result of Grade IXE SMPN Sukorambi science daily examination was still low, it was around 30%. It was probably because of the weakness of learning activity which was caused by uninteresting teaching model. Keywords: TGT, Cerdas cermat, Learning achievement
