Abstract

To analyze the effect of using the index card match method with historical learning outcomes in class X SMKN 10 Malang. The method used ex-post-facto, because researchers relate to variables that have occurred and they do not need to give treatment to the variables examined by the results of research, namely the variables that have the greatest standardization coefficient on historical learning outcomes is the index card match of 0.524. Thus the index card match is the most influential variable or has the most dominant influence on learning outcomes in history.

Abstract

Realita di sekolah dasar kondisinya saat ini, pembelajaran IPS menunjukan indikasi bahwa pola pembelajarannya masih bersifat teacher centered. Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah untuk pengembangan media flashcard pada mata pelajaran IPS pokok bahasan tentang Keragaman Suku Bangsa dan Budaya Indonesia bagi peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Pucangsari II Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran didasarkan pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Adapun langkah pengembangan model ADDIE. Uji pengembangan produk media pembelajaran flashcard ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu uji perseorangan, uji kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan. Disamping itu, uji coba juga dilakukan oleh ahli materi pelajaran, uji ahli media pembelajaran dan uji guru sebagai pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan: (1) Setelah melalui proses penyusunan media flashcard mata pelajaran IPS bagi siswa kelas IV SDN Pucangsari II Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan, maka tersusunlah media fashcard sesuai standard kompetensi, (2) Proses validasi dimulai dari validasi ahli materi, ahli media, guru, peserta didik kelas IV SDN Pucangsari II Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan, (3) Setelah memperoleh saran perbaikan maka media flashcard layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar, dan (4) Produk akhir pengembangan adalah berupa flashcard, telah dilakukan revisi dan perbaikan sebagaimana yang disarankan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Media pembelajaran flashcard perlu diterapkan tidak hanya pada mata pelajaran IPS tetapi juga mata pelajaran lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Keris as a historical and cultural artifact of the Indonesian nation from the perspective of Structure-Function-Activities from the past as well as the contemporary era. This research is a qualitative study, with the Ethnoarchaeological Approach to study the Keris, with the object of the Keris Artifact research collection of the Association of Society "AJISAKA" which is based at the Public Corporation. Dinoyo Permai kav. 2 Malang. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with informants namely the main board of the AJISAKA community, namely KRAP Prasena CakraAdiningrat (Chair), R. Aldo Pamalzie (Secretary), Fais Risky Amaluddin (Treasurer). The results of this study indicate that the Keris as part of the history of the Indonesian nation, has existed from around the 8th century to the present. Ancient keris as a cultural artifact, preservation while for other preservation by creating new krises. Structurally, a kris can be viewed from history, manufacture, type (dhapur), structure (materials and parts) and meaning as important for the philosophy of life. In terms of function, the kris can be seen from the cultural, social, economic and function of the kris to strengthen character education. Abstract

Sumber belajar kontekstual perlu digali dari wilayah sekitar mahasiswa guna mewujudkan pembelajaran bermakna mata kuliah Geografi Sumberdaya Alam. Salahsatu studi kasus pengelolaan sumberdaya alam adalah pengelolaan hutan oleh Perum Perhutani dan LMDH Desa Giripurno. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji dinamika pengelolaan hutan menuju co-management, model kerjasama dalam co-management, selanjutnya diakhiri dengan mengintegrasikan temuan tersebut sebagai sumber belajar kontekstual pada mata kuliah Geografi Sumberdaya Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive-snowball sampling meliputi pihak Perum Perhutani, Pihak LMDH, dan petani hutan. Data sekunder digunakan untuk mendukung temuan lapangan. Analisis data dengan mengelompokan data kedalam kategori dan selanjutnya disusun berdasarkan tema sesuai tujuan penelitian. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Dinamika pengelolaan hutan Desa Giripurno Kota Batu melalui tiga periode besar orde lama, orde baru, dan reformasi dimana titik balik diterapkannya PHBM adalah kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat. Model co-management PHBM dilakukan melalui kemitraan sejajar antara Perum Perhutani, LMDH dan pihak lain yang berkepentingan untuk mencapai kelestarian hutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Integrasi temuan ke dalam mata kuliah bahwa temuan penelitian dapat dijadikan sumber belajar kontekstual dengan melihat kesesuaiannya dengan CPMK, Sub-CPMK, dan indikator capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah Geografi Sumberdaya Alam

Abstract

Abstract – The use of technology and information in the Covid-19 pandemic has affected learning methods in the network. The Google Classroom (GCR) application is considered an online learning medium that is time efficient and without being tied to learning in the classroom. At the beginning of the pandemic, the implementation of GCR which actually had various good features but was not yet fully understood and practiced by lecturers, this became the researcher's thinking whether GCR was effective in supporting the achievement of student competencies set out in the curriculum. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using various Google features, namely GCR, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by giving questionnaires to 15 students of economic education class 2017 and 5 lecturers who use the application. The results show that lecturers and students have used Google classroom effectively and are very supportive of learning. Google Docs is used only by one lecturer and 12 students, they use google docs because it can be accessed anywhere and can be accessed by more than one person. Google Sheets have not been used by all respondents, lecturers and students, because they use Microsoft Excel more often. Google Slides is only used by one lecturer and 13 students, Google Slides helps with online presentations. In the future, it is hoped that there will be more users of the Google feature to facilitate the work of both lecturers and students.

Abstract

This article is aimed at explaining the potential and management of Agro History Menang Tourism Village in Kediri regency as well as its analysis as a means of education and social science learning resources. The Agro-History Tourism include: Agro-tourism Kampung Blimbing, Petilasan Sang Prabu Sri Aji Jayabaya, and Petirtaan Sendang Tirto Kamandanu. The research approach used is qualitative. While the type of research used is descriptive analysis. The subjects of the study were local tourist area managers, caretakers and the local community. The primary data is in the form of direct observation and participation into the field and the results of interviews with several key informants and supporters, namely tourism managers, Tourism and Culture Office of Kediri Regency, Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kediri Regency, IPS teachers and MTsN 8 Kediri learners. Data analysis is obtained through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The next analytical technique is to use SWOT analysis that produces a formulation of strategy analysis in utilizing the potential of Agro-History tourism in Menang Village as a means of education and source of social science learning both for the public and for related education parties. Therefore, the resulting research is the identification of the value of social knowledge contained in the potential of agro-tourism - history in Menang Village. This SWOT analysis formulation can also be used to optimize efforts to manage agro-history tourism potential in Menang Village in order to realize the natural environment and cultural history tourism that is useful and potential both in the present and in the future.

Abstract

Distance learning is the best step to do so that the learning process can continue during the Covid 19 pandemic. Problems that occur arise student saturation so that many children complain about being lazy and some even don't want to go to school anymore. This study aims to determine leadership role of the principal, teacher motivation and parental support in distance learning at Elementary school 2 Wajak during the Covid 19 pandemic. Distance learning in question is a non-face-to-face learning.This study used a qualitative method with 29 respondents consisting of principals, teachers, guardians and students of Elementary school 2 Wajak. The results of this study indicate the role of the principal in motivating teachers to develop learning methods and models, the limited ability of teachers to develop the distance learning model because it is a new thing. Parents support distance learning activities by providing internet quota for learning. Student assistance during Distance learning is carried out by parents who are not busy at work.School principal must increase they role so they can monitor the implementation of Distance learning, both the methods and models used through the class WA group, while at the same time ensuring that teachers in Distance learning include strengthening character education. It is hoped that if strengthening character education has been instilled, the awareness of students to participate in Distance learning activities will be high, students are increasingly aware that learning is a right, not just an obligation.

Abstract

Problem in this research is the low of student's study results. Therefore, researcher chose to use a problem-based learning model to determine its effect on student's learning outcomes and examine differences from the model seen from the level of intelligence. Student's learning outcomes problem could occur due to the lack of encouragement and passivity of students in participating in the learning process. In addition, the problem of learning outcome was because students got less grade during daily test. This study aims is to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model and the level of student's intelligence on student's learning outcome of class XI SMK Ar-Roudhoh Beji, Pasuruan. The design of this study was a comparative causal experiment with a pretest and posttest control group design consisted of experimental and control classes. The subjects of this study were class XI Multimedia 2 as the experimental class and XI TKJ 1 as the control class. This study used an instrument in the form of a 3-point essay with guidelines for scoring student learning outcomes. The calculation of student's learning outcomes and the level of student's intelligence used a 2x3 factorial. The data analysis technique used SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hypothesis testing was done by using the t-test (partial test). The results of this study indicated that the Problem Based Learning model had an effect on the student's learning in SMK Ar-Roudhoh Beji. The results were evidenced by the class scores which used the Problem Based Learning model that had an average value (85.5) higher than the class which did not use the Problem Based Learning model (79.5). In addition, the difference in the average score of each classification category "A" to category "C", showed a very significant result between the application of the experimental class using the Problem Based Learning model and the control class with the application of the Role Playing model on the basis of student's intelligence at SMK Ar-Roudhoh Beji, Pasuruan. This study concludes that there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning model on student's learning outcomes and there is a difference in the average score of each classification of IQ category "A" to category "C" on learning outcomes based on student's intelligence

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are the most basic activities in the whole educational process in school. This means that the success or failure of achieving educational goals depends a lot on how the learning process is experienced by students. The objectives of this research were: 1) to analyze the effect of teacher’s teaching skill, learning discipline, and learning interest on the learning achievement. 2) to analyze the teacher’s teaching skill on the learning achievement. 3) to analyze the learning discipline on the learning achievement. 4) to analyze the effect of learning interest on the learning achievement. This research belongs to quantitative research. The sample of this research were the students of VII grade at MTs Darun Najah Karangploso Malang. This research applied multiple linier regression method. The basis of decision making for the proposed hypothesis testing is as follows: Anova test results obtained an F-count score is 2,957 with a significant level of .040b because the significant level is smaller than 0.05, then the results of this study are: there is a significant effect simultaneously among Teacher Teaching Skills, Learning Disciplines, and Learning Interests on Student Learning Achievement. T-count value for variable X1 (Teacher Teaching Skills) is 1,668 with a significant level of .050 because the significant level is smaller than 0.05, then variable X1 (Teacher Teaching Skills) affects variable Y (learning achievement). So, there is a partially significant effect of Teacher Teaching Skills on learning achievements. T-count for variable X2 (Learning Discipline) of 2,283 with a significant rate of .026. Because the significant level is less than 0.05, the variable X2 (Learning Discipline) has an effect with variable Y (learning achievement). So, there is a partially significant effect on students' perception of learning disciplines on learning achievement. T-count value for variable X3 (Learning Interest) of 2,009 with a significant rate of .049. Because the significant level is less than 0.05, the variable X3 (Learning Interest) has an effect with variable Y (learning achievement). So, there is a partially significant effect on students' perception of learning interest in learning achievement. This study indicates that Teacher Teaching Skills as one of the external factors that affect students' learning achievement in Social Sciences subject (IPS). This researcher also proves that learning discipline as one of the external factors from within students has an effect on learning achievement, obedience to learning activities and adherence to school discipline. This research also proves that the interest in learning as one of the factors from within the student has an effect on the student's learning achievement.

Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan karakter belum dijiwai oleh semua pelaku pendidikan sebagai sebuah transformasi nilai dan pembentukan kepribadian. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengaruh negative yang sudah masuk pada dunia pendidikan, seperti; tawuran antar pelajar, hoax, pergaulan bebas, perundungan, menyontek, korupsi, malas, intoleransi, kesombongan, merusak lingkungan, konsumerisme, fitnah,bohong dan hal-hal negative lainnya. Kondisi seperti ini menjadi tantangan dalam pembentukan karakter dan mempengaruhi sikap sosial serta rasa kepedulian peserta didik pada lingkungan sosial semakin berkurang. Sekolah hendaknya mencari cara agar peserta didiknya memiliki karakter baik, mampu membangun sikap sosial dan karakter kepedulian tetap terjaga seperti yang diharapkan melalui penerapan pada visi misi dan tujuan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mau mengetahui implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter untuk membangun sikap kepedulian sosial peserta didik di SMAK Frateran Malang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa impelemntasi pendidikan karakter menjiwai seluruh aktivitas sekolah mulai dari kurikulum sekolah, program sekolah, mata pelajaran dan kegiatan sekolah. Implikasi dari implementasi pendidikan karakter dapat membangun sikap kepedulian sosial peserta didik seperti adanya sikap toleransi, peduli, disiplin, jujur, saling menyapa, solidaritas.
