Abstract

Abstract The low student learning outcomes are caused by many factors, including the lack of good student perceptions and learning effectiveness to learning economics. One of the efforts made by the teacher to student learning outcomes is by telling the students that the lessons are not too difficult economy, so the perception of students and the effectiveness of learning in order to better student learning outcomes are also good / will increase.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students perceptions of the learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang, to determine the effect of the learning effectiveness of the learning outcomes of students in high school economics I PGRI Padang and to determine the effect of perception of students and the effectiveness of learning together terhadab learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang.Based on the data analysis conducted in the form of hypothesis testing, where the value obtained F_hitung = 83.831 and obtained values of 3.10 F_tabel, then F_hitung> F_tabel and significant value <the value of α (5%) ie 0.00 <0.05 means H_a hypothesis accepted. So the perception of students and the effectiveness of the learning economy posirif significant effect or influence on learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang. Keywords : Student Perceptions, Learning Effectiveness and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cici Idrus ( 09090045 ). Differences Using Student Learning Outcomes Learning Model Type Talking Stick With Conventional Learning Lesson In Economics Class X SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol. Thesis. Economic Studies Program, School of Teacher Training and Education ( STKIP ) PGRI West Sumatra. Padang. 2013 The research was motivated by the results of the economic study class X SMAN 1 Bonjol are still low , still centered learning for teachers , so that students are less active , creative and motivated. One attempt to improve student learning outcomes is by applying economic learning model type Talking Stick . This study aims to determine the differences in students learning outcomes economics learning model type using Talking Stick with conventional learning in class X SMAN 1 Bonjol .This research is a kind of experiment . The study population was a tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol , while a sample of the class X3 using learning model type as a class experiment Talking Stick and X4 classes as class control with conventional learning .The results show the average results of studying experimental class higher ( 79.62 ) than the control class ( 73.21 ) . On the results of hypothesis testing that use SPSS version 16 . obtained value of t = 2.892 and t table = 1.671 so it > ttable then tolah H1maka Ho and accept the research hypothesis is accepted . So it can be concluded that " There is a significant difference in student learning outcomes using the model of the type of learning with conventional learning Talking Stick on economic subjects class X SMAN 1 Bonjol " . Recommended for teachers of Economics especially in SMAN 1 Bonjol and high school teachers in general need to do a variety of learning models in economics learning one type of learning models Talking Stick to the material needs of man , and motivated students are expected to learn to use a type of learning model Talking Stick .   Keywords : Learning Outcomes , Learning Talking Stick , Conventional Learning .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal: 1) How does the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 2) How does organisasit commitment on employee performance Transport Department of Communication and Information Agam; 3) How does the influence of job satisfaction and organisasit commitment  on performance Department of Transportation employee Agam Communications and Information Technology.Object of study is the Department of Transportation employee Agam Communication and Information. The study population was all employees of the Department of Communication and Information Agam numbering 70 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.206. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Information Agam, 2) There is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment on job performance at the Department of Communication and Information Agam with regression coefficient 0.109. Means to increase employee performance can be done by improving the organization’s commitment to the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Agam. To achieve high performance, the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in Agam District should be improved. Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Organisasit Commitment, Employee Performance multiple regression.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was conducted in Dharmasraya, the influence of pricing and promotion on purchase decisions. Research time in July of 2013. Data processing techniques performed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16. Defined samples studied were 105 respondents. Sampling techniques using sampling techniques Claster.Regression test results show that all the independent variables (price and promotion) positive influence on purchasing decisions. Greatest positive influence on purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles in Dharmasraya is the variable (XI) as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.559, then followed by a promotion variable (X2) of the indicated value of the regression coefficient of 0.117. From the results of this study suggested that the price has the most dominant influence on Consumer Purchase Decision, expected the company to defend it. For promotional variables did not significantly affect Consumer Buying Decision expected the company to increase it so as not to be outdone by other competitors. Keywords: Price, Promotion and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRAK         Pengamatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang strategi pemasaran industri tahu studi kasus tahu “Bulu Laga” di Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat. Adapun permasalahan yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini antara lain ialah : (1) Bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh industri Bulu Laga Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dalam rangka memasarkan produknya ? (2)  Strategi apa yang dilakukan oleh industri Bulu Laga di Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat dalam rangka memasarkan produknya ?. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah diatas, maka penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh industri Bulu Laga di Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat dalam rangka memasarkan produknya, (2) Untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang dilakukan oleh industri Bulu Laga di Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat dalam rangka memasarkan produknya.           Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dimana data dan informasi diolah berdasarkan pendekatan deskriptif yakni menguraikan dalam bentuk analisis dan penapsiran. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan empiris sebagai berikut:Perusahaan industri tahu ini telah menerapkan strategi produk dan strategi distribusi. Strategi produk diaplikasikan dengan metode kulitas poduk, sedangkan strategi pasar dengan cara memperluas saluran distribusi.Dampak dari strategi produk dan pasar ini teleh menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan tahu selama 2011-1012 yang berkisar sebesar 10 %. Kata Kunci : Strategi pemasaran, analisis SWOT

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to reveal the effect of: educational background and training of employees kierja account officer (AO) BRI Bank of West Sumatra.Type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is the total number of employees accounts officer (AO) Bank BRI Sumatra were 30. Sampling technique in this research is to use the total sampling where respondents were less than 100 then all the population sampled.Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. To test the hypothesis used t test and f. Based on the results of t-test of hypothesis testing is not educational background and significant positive effect on employee performance, training t-test positive and significant impact on employee performance. While testing the influence of f together positive and significant correlation between educational background and pelaihan on employee performance. The amount of influence the educational background and training on employee performance is 32.90% and the remaining 67.10% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Keywords: Educational Background, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to analyze economic differences in learning outcomes of students who use the jigsaw method of cooperative learning with conventional learning method on economic subjects class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang. This research is a research experiment. The study population was all students in the class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang listed on the Academic Year 2013/2014 a number of 291 students. The second sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques that can number in the sample of 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. Types of data from this study are primary and secondary data. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis , the main data of this penlitian obtained from test results to learn both classes are conducted through a sample Z test using the test for normality and homongenitas grade sample variance with SPSS version 15. Based on the analysis of the data found that the two classes are normally distributed and homogeneous samples .Hypothesis test results obtained Zhitung was 3,508 while 1,960 Ztabel is that it looks bigger than Ztabel Zhitung, means tested hypothesis (Ha ) is accepted at the 5 % significance level alfha so his decision is H0 is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there is a difference economic learning outcomes of students using cooperative learning jigsaw with the conventional method in class X SMA Negeri 6 Padang. From the results of this study are expected to teachers to implement jigsaw method of cooperative learning for material that is the theory . This jigsaw cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes so that problems that occur in the learning process can be overcome  Keywords: Learning Outcomes, jigsaw cooperative learning methods, conventional methods

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of parental income and parental level on learning outcomes in economy class XI SMA 12 Sijunjung school year 2012/2013 . This type of research is quantitative . The population in this study were all students of class XI in SMA 12 Sijunjung many as 49 people . The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire . Data analysis is used in two ways : 1 ) descriptive analysis , and 2 ) inductive analysis. The results showed that : the first concern of parents of learning outcomes in economy class XI SMA 12 Sijunjung significantly to the value of t_ ( count ) > t_tabel ie 3.217 > 2.021 , and sig 0.002 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . The second level of parental income on learning outcomes economy class XI student at SMAN 12 Sijunjung significantly to the value of t_ ( count ) > t_tabel ie 7.609 > 2.021 , and sig 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . The third concern and income level of parents of learning outcomes in the economy class XI SMA 12 Sijunjung significantly to the value of F_ ( count ) > F_ ( table ) is 39.276 > 3.23 and sig 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . Contributions of attention and income of parents of the results of the economic study in class XI Sijunjung SMA 12 is 0.631 or 63.1 %. Parental concern and the level of parental income is an important factor that can affect student learning outcomes in economic subjects . Contribution of this study is that parents pay more attention to their children about the issue kependidikannya , in order to increase student learning outcomes.  Keywords : Attention Effect , Income Parents , Student Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi yang diperoleh siswa kelas X SMA Adabiah 2 Padang tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dengan pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas X di SMA Adabiah 2 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Adabiah 2 Padang tahun ajaran 2012/2013 yang terdiri dari Sembilan kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan  purposive sampling. Oleh karena itu sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas yang memiliki nilai rata-rata paling rendah atau hampir sama, dimana kelas yang memiliki nilai rata-rata paling rendah adalah kelas X6 dengan nilai rata-rata  61,91 sebagai kelas ekperimen dan kelas X8 dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 62,47 yang akan dijadikan sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar. Bentuk tes yang digunakan adalah bentuk objektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t satu pihak, pada ttabel = 1,645 dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 17.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa kedua kelas sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil dari uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 3,937 dan ttabel = 1,645 dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yang diperoleh 0,000 < 0,05. Karena thitung > ttabel maka H0 dan ditolak, dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 maka H1 diterima. Jadi berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperaif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dengan Pembelajaran Konvensional  Siswa Kelas X SMA Adabiah 2 Padang.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif NHT, Pembelajaran Konvensional, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal : 1) How does the performance of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh; 2) How does the feature of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh West District; 3) How does the reliability of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh western districts; 4) How does the conformation of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erin a District West Payakumbuh; 5) How does durability to consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai District West Payakumbuh; 6) How does the esthetic of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District western Payakumbuh; 7) How does the quality of the product dimension to the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District west Payakumbuh Object of study is the consumer brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh. The study population was all consumer brands gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh Payakumbuh consumers with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Based the results of statistical tests, using the t test showed that the variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetics has a significant level <0.05 so that these variables have a significant influence on consumer buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the calculation of F count, together variables of product quality have significant level <0.05, it is proved that these variables significantly influence buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the test results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R Square) showed that consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai influenced by variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetic of 33.8%, while the remaining percentage of 66.2% is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Keywords : Dimensions of Product Quality, buying interest, multiple linear regression
