Ketepatan biaya dan waktu sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan penyelenggaraan proyek, tidak terkecuali pada proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Tahap II Sangatta. Namun, Pada pelaksanaanya tidak semua proyek yang diselenggarakan dapat mencapai hasil sesuai yang diharapkan. Keberhasilan proyek akan sangat ditentukan oleh keberhasilan dalam memenejemen pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Metode CPM dapat digunakan untuk mengatur waktu penyelesaian proyek secara efektif dan efisien, Percepatan durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilakukan pada pekerjaan – pekerjaan yang ada dilintasan kritis. Berdasarkan Hasil Percepatan yang dilaksanakan Pada Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Sangatta Tahap II dengan Menggunakan Metode CPM, Waktu Optimal Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan adalah 125 Hari.AbstractThe accuracy of expense and period greatly influenced the success of a venture, it included the construction of Rumah Sakit Umum Tahap II Sangatta. However, not all the constructions result were running as expected practically. The success of a venture would be determined by successfully execution of working managing. CPM method could be used to manage the completion of venture period effectively and efficiently. Accelerating the duration of working implementation was done on the jobs which having critical path. Based on the results of acceleration which was applied at the construction of Rumah Sakit Umum Tahap II Sangatta by using CPM Method, the optimal execution period was 125 days.

Flooding problems in the Sangatta city, especially in the central offices of the rainbowhill that occur almost every year in the rainy season of concern that need to be addressed. Thisthesis to analyze the ability of the existing drainage channel (actual) to accommodate surfacerunoff and stream flow, condition, shape, construction and the direction of the flow channel inthe area of the floodwaters. Boundary problem in terms of this thesis is a hydrological analysis toanalyze rainfall plans, rainfall intensity and time of concentration, while the analysis ofhydraulics to analyze the ability of existing channels (actual) at a location to be review, namelythe central office of Rainbow Hill Sangatta to accommodate runoff and stream discharge.The method used of data collection and analysis. The data used are primary data andsecondary data are then analyzed based on the analysis of hydrology and hydraulics analysis andevaluated based on the actual of the discharge channel with discharge plan.To determine rainfall plans to use two types of distributions are widely used in the fieldsof hydrology, distribution Log Person III and Gumbel distribution, then take of rainfall over theplan period 2, 5, 10, 25 years. Flood discharge plan is calculated using Rational method andNakayasu Synthetic unit hydrograph method.From the calculation of flood discharge on the actual channel with the largest channeldimensions b = 0.65 m and h = 0.70 m when compared with the discharge plan flood returnperiod of 25 years there are some channels that don’t meet so necessary to change thedimensions of the channel becomes b = 0.8 m and h = 1 m.

Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga Di Kabupaten Berau khususnya dalam cabang olahraga Badminton yang dilengkapi dengan sarana dan fasilitas pelatihan badminton untuk remaja usia 12 s/d 17 tahun. Selain itu dilengkapi dengan fasilitas sekolah tempat siswa belajar serta wisma atlet untuk siswa dari luar kota dan tempat tinggal untuk pelatih.               Dengan demikian proses pelatihan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat mencetak bibit-bibit atlet badminton di Kabupaten Berau.

Andriyan AtmawinataDimensional analysis of Soil Retaining Wall Bukit Pinang Suryanata streetSamarinda city. Avalanche is the removal of material such as soil or rocks coming down a mountain or mountain slopes. Bukit Pinang area is an area with tofografi wavy or in the sense hilly, very vulnerable to landslides. In the event of landslides in this area, the access to the landfill (Landfill) in Samarinda Ulu and to Tenggarong disconnected. Author only planned Retaining Wall Dimensions, for Planning Dimensions retaining wall located on a hill nut using the (Coulomb) to the dimensions of the retaining wall (Retaining wall), the analysis of this construction through phases - phases such, the actual data collection field (topography and soil investigation) to analyze the shape dimension and the stability of the soil bearing capacity. This construction which will withstand landslides. Key words : landslides, retaining walls (retaining wall), the stability of the soil bearing. Longsor adalah pemindahan material berupa tanah atau batuan yang turun kebawah bukit gunung atau lereng gunung. Proses terjadinya longsor akibat adanya air yang meresap didalam tanah yang kemudian menambah bobot tanah. Jika air menembus sampai tanah kedap air maka tanah akan menjadi licin dan tanah pelapukan diatasnya akan bergerak mengikuti lereng dan keluar lereng. Bukit pinang berada pada ruas jalan Suryanata Samarinda yang merupakan akses penting dalam menghubungkan kedua Kota antara Samarinda dan Tenggarong dan juga akses menuju Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) di kecamatan Samarinda Ulu. Daerah ini adalah daerah yang berbukit – bukit sangat rentan dengan terjadinya tanah longsor. Jika longsor terjadi didaerah ini maka takan memutus jaringan jalan di daerah tersebut. Maka harus dilakukan suatu tindakan yang cepat dan tepat dalam menangani hal ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data tanah dengan menggunakan boring dan sondir yang langsung dilaksanakan dilapangan. Sedangkan metode analisa dimensi dinding penahan tanah menggunakan Coulomb dan tipe dinding penahan tanah adalah Balok Kantilever. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimensi dinding penahan tanah menggunakan Trap dengan tinggi masing – masing 4 meter dan 3 meter. Untuk dinding tinggi 4 meter, lebar badan 3 meter, tebal pelat 1,8 meter sedangkan untuk dinding tinggi 3 meter, lebar badan 1 meter, tebal pelat 1,3 meter. Dengan segmen tinjauan sepanjang 70 meter. Stabilitas dinding penahan tanah aman terhadap geser dan guling.

How Pattern Journey in SMPN 10 Samarinda.For data matching with the problem of accurate by hence researcher use technique data collecting of spreading 150 Sheet of Kuesioner and by holding an interview with family done with a view to get direct Information as for questionnaire at Sheet of Kuesioner and Program of Softwere SPSS used to do Calculation.           Of Visitor data in SMPN 10 Samarinda there are 30 Class with amount of pupil 1005 and teacher 56 soul with total entirety 1061. Result of obtained data of kuesioner there are 2 journey attraction model that is Distance Journey ( X2), Way Of Going to Journey ( X3) so that variable tied to have equation of Y regrensi= 0,271 + 0,026(X2 + 0,839(X3) and Value Test R ( Coefficient of Kolerasi doubled = 0,739. Menunjukan mount [relation/link] of variable dependen ( Variable tied) with independent Variable ( Free Variable) [at] storey;level of Kolerasi Strong [of] menunjukan that 73,9 % from ( variable tied) can be explained by perunahan in Variable Apart Journey ( X2), Way Of Going to Journey ( X3).

Growth in the number of vehicle wheels 2 (R2) and 4-wheel vehicles (R4) in Samarinda City continues to increase every year. However, it is not accompanied by increments of roads or road capacity significantly. Consequently, the delay often occurs especially during rush hour (peak hour). This is because the need for the movement of traffic is greater than the level of service of the existing road infrastructure. One of the bottlenecks which are felt by people in Samarinda occurred at Jalan Pahlawan that its land use is commercial environment that is the center of the market activities as well as some educational facilities. Facilities reverse the direction of rotation (U-Turn) in Jalan Pahlawan adjacent to the educational facilities market activity and this causes the vehicle speed when the vehicle stops what did reverse the direction of rotation (U-Turn). The presence of U-Turn This causes delays to vehicles traveling in the direction of the straight.The intent of this research was to determine the performance due to turn around the direction (U-turn) against traffic in JL. Pahlawan Samarinda              Results of the analysis of a U-turn (U-Turn) in two (2) points Jalan Pahlawan Samarinda namely;1. The time between the vehicle with another vehicle (time headway) on average for motorcycles (MC) of 0.501 seconds and the light vehicle (LV) of 6.059 seconds.2. When turning the vehicle will perform round-turn (U-Turn) average of motorcycles (MC) of 5.674 seconds and the light vehicle (LV) of 9.602 seconds3. Service queues round-turn (U-Turn) using the First In First Out (FIFO) averaging motorcycles (MC) amounted to 12.768 and light vehicle (LV) of 1,670 where Ï> 1.0 that occurred queues round reverse direction (U-Turn).

Jalan merupakan suatu prasarana transportasi bagi mobilitas kendaraan angkutan penumpang maupun barang. Fungsi transportasi sendiri adalah memindahkan barang atau orang dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain, dengan cara yang aman, nyaman, lancar dan ekonomis juga sebagai penunjang pariwisata dan sosial budaya serta pertahanan dan keamanan.Alat berat yang dikenal di dalam ilmu teknik sipil adalah alat yang digunakan untuk membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan pembangunan suatu struktur. Alat berat merupakan salah satu faktor penting di dalam proyek, terutama proyek– proyek konstruksi dengan skala yang besar. Tujuan penggunaan alat–alat berat tersebut untuk memudahkan manusia dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya sehingga hasil yang diharapkan dapat tercapai dengan mudah dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Alat berat yang umumnya dipakai di dalam proyek konstruksi antara lain : Bulldozer, Excavator, Compactor, Motor Grader, Dump Truck, Wheel Loader dan lain–lainDalam Tugas Akhir ini , penulis hanya membahas mengenai Pekerjaan galian tanah untuk saluran dan perkerasan agregat klas B sepanjang 15,00 Km (STA 0+000 – STA 15+000) .Pembahasan yang di bahas yaitu menghitung volume pekerjaan galian tanah untuk saluran dan perkerasan agregat klas B, menghitung produksi alat berat yang digunakan , perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan serta biaya pekerjaan galian tanah untuk saluran dan perkerasan agregat kas B.Kemuadian dari hasil perhitungan tersebut kita dapat menentukan berapa jumlah alat berat yang harus digunakan agar efisien dan tepat waktu.

Re-Desain Stadion Rondong Demang Tenggarong  merupakan sebuah stadion olahraga sepak bola di Tenggarong yang didesain ulang di karenakan kondisi stadion jauh dari standar - standar stadion yang baik. Skema perencanaan dan perancangan ini menggunakan beberapa metode, yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan dan perancangan bahwa Re-Desain Stadion Rondong Demang Tenggarong ini dirancang dengan pendekatan konsep moderrn dan peka terhadap lingkungan pada bangunan. Konsep tersebut dibuat dengan tujuan meminimalkan perusakan alam dan lingkungan serta mempertahankan identitasnya sebagai fasilitas Stadion olahraga di Tenggarong.
