Abstract

The study entitled "Framing of the News Issue of Weakening the Rupiah Ahead of Presidential Election 2019 in Media Online" aims to find out how online media news frames the issue of weakening the rupiah ahead of the presidential election. The news in this study is news that has a high popularity on the issue of the rupiah, namely the period 2 September-8 September 2018. Based on that period, four news were found through the google database. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative research method using the theory of framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki. By using four structures from Pan and Kosicki namely syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical structures. The results of this study indicate that Kompas.com's online media news framed the news of rupiah depreciation in the political frame, it is seen the use of the word "frying" in quoting statements to describe the rise of the US dollar against the rupiah exchange rate.

Abstract

This is the art of diplomacy (rather politics itself) and in the history of mankind the treaty of Hudaibiyah is one of the most perfect paradigm of this art. It was for a reason that Allah referred to it as a “manifest victory” and a “mighty help”. The backbone of treaties concluded between Muslims and non-Muslims in the pre-modern era.This research is to investigate Prophet Muhammad pattern of communicating withindividuals and masses. Hudaibiyah treaty between Prophet Muhammad and Qoraish was a beginning of a newphase in the prophet’s journey to accomplish his mission and preach his call for thedivine faith to all nations. The prophet planned to spread the message of Islam beyond Arabia.

Abstract

This article examines the pemmali as a method of da'wah by Bugis and Makassar ancestors in maintaining the noble values formulated in the cultural system. This study with the dawah approach found that the Bugis and Makassar people always maintained the most fundamental values, namely siri'. This value is at the core of a cultural system called pangadereng. Implementation of Pangangadereng is always maintained and controlled through paseng (warning / tazkirah) or (message / wasiyah) and pemmali or prohibition and prevention. Paseng has a role in directing the implementation of the values of Pangangadereng, while pemmali as an effort to prevent violations against pangngadereng. Paseng in the science of da'wah aims to amar ma'ruf, while pemmali is directed at the nahi munkar. Amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar in the science of da'wah are part of the function of dakwah activities that must be realized. There are various ways of carrying out these functions, including the tanzīr methods. The tanzīr which means a warning against this threat was taken by the ancestors of the Bugis and Makassar people with pemmali

Abstract

Today, positivistic in the political sphere has been invaded by the notion of relativism. The post-truth regime bursts into political discourse and public awareness. Community opinion is driven in distrust of objective data. Reality manipulation is increasingly being carried out for political purposes. In this condition, the community is more secure with pseudo-facts that match personal beliefs. The discourse of political lies is then packaged into alternative discourses to match objective facts. The development of massive information technology, through online media, helps the distribution of discourse in the community. Public awareness through opinion is built and new facts are created. This is how Indonesian political contestation in 2019 is full of strange discourses without data. Political recitals are chaotic because of the disparity among factions that spread lies, hatred, and nonsense. Community elements are exploited for the sake of discourse battle victory. Like passive objects that are annihilated, people are made slaves to win the political elite.

Abstract

The Community Based Total Sanitation Program (STBM) is a program launched by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. One of the pillars of the STBM, Open Defecation Free (ODF), is one of the homeworks of the local government. In contrast to other districts, in Tegal Regency the implementation of this program was regulated directly in the Regent's Regulation on the Regional Program for Community Empowerment. The purpose of this study is to explore further how PDPM will be implemented in an effort to realize Tegal Open Defecation Free District in 2019. The method used in the preparation of this study is descriptive qualitative. The author uses two data sources namely primary and secondary through in-depth interviews with three informants and documentation. The results show that so far the Jambanisasi PDPM has been considered successful in building public awareness of the importance of healthy sanitation. The implementation of ODF through the three main components of STBM and triggering techniques to meet the three expectations, namely right target, quality and benefits. PDPM Jambanisasi has succeeded in empowering communities in the health and economic fields through the community of sanitation entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The supervision process carried out by the Supervisor and Principal aims to improve the performance of the teachers. The teacher's performance includes the ability to prepare teaching materials, choose media learning, carry out learning and evaluate learning activities. For this reason supervisors in carrying out supervision activities must adopt a communication strategy that includes interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication. However, in the implementation of supervision, supervisors experienced various obstacles including: Clarity of roles and tasks, Policy Structure, Communication Ability of Local and National Leader Support Supervisors.

Abstract

Da'wah and technological development are inseparable, this is based on the concept of contemporary da'wah that is easily accepted by the present, various new phenomena such as the case of rejection of clerics in several regions arise along with the rise of activity on social media, which incidentally is full of information which is not necessarily true (Tornberg & Tornberg, 2016: 132-134). The news of the pros and cons of rejecting the da'wah experienced by Ustadz Abdul Somad was forwarded freely on social media, one of the social media is twitter. In analyzing discourse on social media, especially Twitter, the author uses analysis technic of critical discourse analysis theory by Norman Fairclough to dismantle discourse practices (Eriyanto, 2015: 285), and includes Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony to see discourse battles (Ives, 2004: 63 ) in the phenomenon of Ustadz Abdul Somad's rejection. The results of this study include: (1) The issue of the affiliation of Ustadz Abdul Somad can be mediated with tabayyun and clarification through the media, both traditional and social. However, the issue of khilafah is growing until it displays a process of mutual accusation between the parties involved in the discourse of the khilafah revival; 2) The discourse of Ustadz Abdul Somad's rejection on social media in this study contains trends from two different ideologies namely Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Hisbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI (3) The other tendencies are also influenced by political interests; 4) Between HTI and Banser has an impact on the image of Prabowo's and Jokowi's strongholds with the issue of the fight. HTI was identified as part of opposition supporters, while the impact on the Jokowi camp with anti-Islamic issues, because it was deemed not to show an attitude to clean up the chaos caused by burning the flag at the commemoration of the “Hari Santri Nasional.

Abstract

Abstract; Titik kelemahan pemikiran teologi Islam klasik akan tampak dalam ranah realitas jika alur pemikiran tersebut dihadapkan pada kenyataan atau realitas sosial empiric kehidupan manusia yang selalu tumbuh dan berkembang sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Mohammed Arkoun adalah intelektual Aljazair yang mencoba membaca ulang bangunan pemikiran Islam secara konfrehensif baik yang menyangkut pemikiran kalam (teologi), tasawuf, fiqih, etika maupun tafsir. Dalam konteks Indonesia, pemikiran Arkoun pertama kali dikenal pada tahun 1987 dalam sebuah diskusi di Yayasan Empati. Adalah Muhammad Nasir Tamara yang memperkenalkannya pertama kali dengan menulis artikel yang berjudul Mohammed Arkoun dan Islamologi Terapan. Dalam beberapa tulisannya tentang modernitas, Arkoun tidak secara tegas merumuskan batasan modernitas, apalagi tantangan yang dibawah olehnya. Menurut Arkoun, modernitas dapat dibagi dua kelompok, yaitu, modernitas “material“ dan modernitas “ intelektual “ atau “ kultural “. Yang pertama berarti berbagai kemajuan yang terjadi pada bingkai luar dari wujud manusia, sedangkan yang kedua mencakup metode, alat analisis, dan siakp intelektual yang memberi kemampuan untuk lebih memahami realitas. Salah satu kegelisahan Arkoun terhadap pemikiran teologi Islam adalah terjadinya pemisahan antara Islam konseptual dengan Islam actual atau pemisahan antara teori dan praktek yang menurutnya adalah warisan Descartes. Membumikan teologi Islam dalam konteks kehidupan modern memang memerlukan strategi dan metodologi yang akurat. Usaha Arkoun dalam konteks rekonstruksi bangunan pemikiran teologi Islam adalah salah satu strateginya. Mohammed Arkoun is Algerian intellectuals who tried to reread the building of Islamic thought in comprehensive both involving thought kalam (theology), Sufism, jurisprudence, ethics and interpretation. In the Indonesian context, Arkoun thought first recognized in 1987 in a discussion on Empathy Foundation. Muhammad Nasir Tamara, who introduced first by writing an article entitled Mohammed Arkoun and Applied Islamology. In some writings about modernity, Arkoun does not explicitly formulate the constraints of modernity, let alone challenge under him. According to Arkoun, modernity can be divided into two groups, namely, modernity "material" and modernity "intellectual" or "cultural". The former means that much progress has occurred in the outer frame of the human form, while the latter includes the methods, analysis tools, and intellectual siakp which gives the ability to better understand the reality. One anxiety Arkoun against Islamic theological thought is the separation between Islam and Islam actual or conceptual separation between theory and practice which he said is the legacy of Descartes. Grounding Islamic theology in the context of modern life does require accurate strategies and methodologies. Abstract

Abstract; Media dakwah adalah satu elemen penting dalam dakwah. Media ini menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan dakwah, karena medialah yang membuat pesan-pesan dakwah sampai ke masyarakat. Fungsi dakwah ini terbagi dua, yaitu bersifat universal dan yang bersifat khusus. Fungsi pertama secara inheren melekat pada kode etiknya dan konsisten dalam membina dan menjaga moral dan etika masyarakat. Fungsi kedua, yang berisi pesan islami pada media massa, dapat dilakukan dengan mendirikan media massa: pers, film, radio dan televisi. Fungsi dan peranan media dakwah Islam sangat penting bagi suatu komunitas. Mereka harus menyiapkan kepada khalayak pengetahuan tentang Islam melalui program penyampaian informasi mengenai Islam. Mereka dapat mendidik masyarakat di samping dapat menghilangkan semua kesalahfahaman berkenaan dengan Islam. Peranan media dakwah yang paling penting adalah untuk mempromosikan harmonisasi sekte-sekte keagamaan di tengah-tengah masyarakat dengan menunjukkan berbagai program dan mengajak ulama untuk mendidik masyarakat. Ayat-ayat media dakwah dalam Al-Qur’an memang senantiasa memerlukan pengkajian dan penafsiran ulang untuk mendapatkan wawasan baru. Pemahaman akan ayat-ayat alam berdasarkan temuan-temuan baru dari para ahli akan lebih memaksimalkan peran alam sebagai media dakwah. Hasil-hasil temuan baru ini pertama-tama harus diujicobakan dalam memahami terma-terma sains tentang alam dalam Al-Qur’an. Karenanya para dai seyogyanya juga terdorog untuk menggunakan media dakwah aktual. Pembacaan media dakwah para Rasul tidak dimaksudkan hanya untuk mengenang peristiwa historis di masa lalu melainkan hendaknya menghasilkan suatu gagasan baru untuk lebih memahami dan menyadari perlunya penggunaan media terbaru dalam aktivitas dakwah di berbagai lini. Kata Kunci: Wawasan, Pembacaan, Media dakwah Media of da’wa is an important element in the da’wa. This media determines the success of da’wa, because the media that make da’wa messages to the public. Da’wa function is divided into two, namely the universal and the particular nature. The first function is inherently attached to their code of ethics and consistent in fostering and maintaining moral and ethical society. The second function, which contains the Islamic message to the mass media, can be done by setting the mass media: press, films, radio and television. The function and role of media da’wa that Islam is very important for a community. They must be prepared to public knowledge about Islam through the delivery of information about Islam. They can educate the public on the side can eliminate all misunderstanding with regard to Islam. The role of the media propaganda of the most important is to promote the harmonization of religious sects in the midst of society by showing a variety of programs and invites scholars to educate the public. Media of da’wa verses in the Qur'an is always require review and reinterpretation to gain new insights. Understanding of the verses of nature based on new findings of the experts will be to maximize the natural role as a medium of da’wa. The results of these new findings should first be tested in understanding these terms of natural science in the Qur'an. Therefore preachers should also pushed to use actual media of da’wa. Reading of da’wa media the Apostles is not intended only to commemorate historical events in the past, but should generate a new idea to better understand and realize the need to use the latest media in da’wa activity in the various lines. Abstract

Abstract; Konflik, terutama yang mengambil bentuk kekerasan telah menjadi kajian banyak psikolog terutama dalam kaitannya dengan aspek-aspek internal manusia. Sigmund Freud misalnya memandang konflik atau kekerasan sebagai wujud frustasi dari suatu dorongan libidinal yang bersifat dasariyah. Dalam perspektif negatif, konflik antara umat beragama dan antara agama orang di Indonesia tampaknya terus menjadi ancaman. Tampaknya, hidup harmoni atau salam ke arah kehidupan masih sulit untuk membuat. Mengapa manusia Indonesia yang agamanya, berpancasila, yang terus membangun jiwa, dan tubuh masih rentan untuk menyakiti satu sama lain, tidak hanya secara fisik tetapi juga fsikis. Mengapa agak sulit untuk membangun hubungan sosial yang sopan, toleran, egaliter? Apakah karena konstruksi sosial bangsa ini tidak benar? Apakah pandangan keagamaan juga berperan dalam memicu konflik-konflik ini? Atau jangan biarkan manusia yang secara naluriah membawa potensi konflik? Ketidakmampuan untuk menerjemahkan pesan wahyu, yang mengakibatkan hilangnya orientasi atau ketidakpastian dan bahkan putus asa. Ini adalah salah satu masalah agama, yaitu masalah makna. Masalah ini menjadi salah satu yang bisa menjadi salah satu alasan bagi keselarasan hidup sulit untuk membuat dalam bentuk sebenarnya. Banyak upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengurai dan mencari sebab agresifitas masyarakat Indonesia yang dahulu dianggap sebagai bangsa yang beragama, santun dan lain-lain. Penyebab konflik dapat berupa faktor politik, kesenjangan ekonomi, kesenjangan budaya, sentimen etnis dan agama. Hanya saja, faktor ekonomi dan politik sering ditunjuk berperan paling dominan dibanding dua faktor yang disebut terakhir. Kata Kunci: Konflik, Hubungan Sosial Conflict, particularly those taking the form of violence has been the study of many psychologists, especially in relation to the internal aspects of human. Sigmund Freud for example looking at violence as a form of conflict or frustration of a libidinal impulse that is dasariyah. In a negative perspective, the conflict between religious communities and between religions in Indonesia seems to continue to be a threat. Apparently, living in harmony or greeting towards life is still difficult to make. Why Indonesian man whose religion, berpancasila, which continues to build up the soul, and the body is still vulnerable to hurt each other, not only physically but also fsikis. Why is rather difficult to establish social relationships polite, tolerant, egalitarian? Is it because of the social construction of race is not true? Is religious views also play a role in triggering these conflicts? Or do not let the man who instinctively bring potential conflict? Inability to translate the message of revelation, which resulted in the loss of orientation or uncertainty and even despair. It is one of the religious problem, namely the problem of meaning. This issue is one that could be one reason for the harmony of life is difficult to make in its true form. Many attempts have been made to break down and look for the Indonesian people because aggressiveness formerly regarded as a religious nation, polite and others. The cause of the conflict may be political, economic disparities, gaps cultural, ethnic and religious sentiments. However, economic and political factors are often assigned the role of the most dominant than the latter two factors. Keywords: Conflict, Social Relations
