Abstract

Faktor eksternal apa saja yang menentukan keputusan pembelian daging sapi di pasar Terong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor eksternal yang menentukan keputusan pembelian daging sapi di pasar Terong. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2015 di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, yaitu jenis penelitian yang sifatnya menggambarkan beberapa faktor eksternal yang menentukan konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian daging sapi di pasar Terong. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli daging sapi di pasar Terong berjumlah 585 orang, karena jumlah yang begitu besar maka digunakan sampel sebesar 45 responden dengan metode sampling aksidental. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu beberapa faktor eksternal yang menentukan keputusan pembelian daging sapi di pasar Terong adalah keluarga 82,2%, teman 15,6% dan orang lain 2,2%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Research has been conducted to determine the Factors Affecting Purchase Amount at Market Broiler Eggs Eggplant, Makassar. Held on August 10, 2013 until the date of 12 September 2013 in the Market Eggplant, Makassar. This research is a kind of explanatory Quantitative Study is the type of research that look at the effect of one variable with another variable and to test hypotheses and data sources used are primary data and secondary data, then using multiple linear regression method. The results obtained show that the price, quality of eggs, quality of service, revenue, and number of family members simultaneously significant effect on the amount of purchase eggs, but in partial service quality does not significantly influence the amount of the purchase eggs at the Market Eggplant, Makassar City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The application of processing technology on duck eggs by application of liquid smoke on duck salting and technology of egg shredded to woman duck farmer community is aimed to improve shelf life and quality of duck eggs by egg salting and egg shredded. This application technology was applied on duck farmer community with hoping to improve knowledge and know-how and also by indirect to improve the revenue of farmers community. This activity consist of training in theory and practical, making product post training, examination of product quality and monitoring and evaluation. The activity took place since August until December 2012. The results of activity showed that all participants were very enthusiast to receive the offering technology, and then they were making duck egg salting with liquid smoke product and egg shredded. The quality and quantity of duck egg salting with liquid smoke were better than egg salting without liquid smoke. The quality of egg shredded was very good with protein and fat content was 16.57% and 32.11% respectively. The result of evaluation showed that there are 2 business units which to be active in technology application concern of course materials during training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung daun sirih (Piper betle Linn) dalam ransum terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi ransum serta konversi ransum ayam ras pedaging yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ternak Ungas Jurusan Ilmu Peternakan, Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, selama enam minggu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan 3 kali ulangan menggunakan 68 DOC yang dibagi ke dalam 15 unit kandang. Peubah yang diukur yaitu pertambahan berat badan, konsumsi ransum dan konversi ransum. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari ransum yang tidak mengandung tepung daun sirih (P0) dan ransum yang mengandung tepung daun sirih 0.1% (P1), 0.5% (P2), 0.7% (P3) dan 1% (R4). Ransum dan air minum diberikan ad libitum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun sirih dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan konsumsi dan konversi ransum ayam ras pedaging.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT. Implementation of IbM through cooling technology for dairy housing, using sprinklers, and the addition of katuk leaves into UMMB in Manassa dairy farm cooperation were intended to improve the productivity of dairy cows as well as indirectly would increase the income of cooperativemembers. This program were involved training, theory and practice for making UMMB, installation of cooling technology for dairy housing, several aspects of dairy cattle reproduction, and quality testing for milk and dangke. This program was conducted during a period of six months (JulyDecember 2012). The results of this program showed that the participants could receive the given technology enthusiastically, followed by post-training application of these technologies. Application of technology for making UMMB in which added by 2% of katuk leaf powder in formulation resulted an IbM product of UMMB-katuk with high in nutrients. Similarly, the application of cooling technology for dairy housing resulted an IbM product of cooling housing technology that can improve milk production and quality of Manassa cooperative members. Interaction between technology of UMMB katuk and cooling technology resulted milk production and quality of milk as well as dangke were much better than without the application of these two technologies.

Abstract

Selama  ini  banyak  keluhan  masyarakat  akan  dampak  buruk  dari  kegiatan  usaha peternakan karena sebagian besar peternak mengabaikan penanganan limbah dari usahanya, bahkan  ada   yang   membuang  limbah  usahanya  ke   sungai,   sehingga terjadi  pencemaran lingkungan. Limbah peternakan yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas peternakan seperti feses, urin, sisa pakan, serta air dari pembersihan ternak dan kandang menimbulkan pencemaran memicu kritikan dari warga sekitar baik berupa bau tidak enak yang menyengat, sampai keluhan gatal-gatal ketika mandi di sungai yang tercemar limbah peternakan.Pada satu sisi pengolahan limbah akan mengurangi dampak  terhadap  lingkungan,  disisi  lain  pengolahan  limbah  akan  memberikan keuntungan kerena pengolahannya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar. Salah satunya adalah teknologi biogas yang merupakan bahan bakar yang layak digunakan secara ekonomis terutama untuk mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan di daerah pedesaan. Teknologi biogas di Desa Pinang Kecamatan Cendana Kabupaten Enrekang pada awalnya sebagai upaya pemanfaatan feces sapi sebagai energi alternatif dan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Sehubungan dengan itu, muncul masalah yang  berhubungan dengan adopsi  biogas di kalangan peternak sapi perah. Menurut teori Rogers (2003), difusi-adopsi berhubungan dengan cepat lambatnya seorang individu mengadopsi inovasi lebih dini dibanding anggota lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyuluhan, pengalaman, pendidikan, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap adopsi teknologi biogas di Desa Pinang, Kecamatan Cendana, Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Februari 2016 bertempat di Desa Pinang Kecamatan Cendana Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap adopsi teknologi biogas adalah penyuluhan dan motivasi, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh adalah pendidikan dan pengalaman.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to : 1 ) Determine whether the herbal ingredients (onion , betel leaf , and cinnamon ) can inhibit the growth of bacteria and the bacteria S. aureus S. thypi 2 ) Knowing the long fermentation time best herbs to suppress or inhibit the growth of bacteria and bacterial S. thypi and S.aureus. Design method used is RAL 5 x 4, 5 treatments and 4 replicates for each - each test bacterium used . The treatment is carried out to test the bacteria time to see the most effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria S. aureus and S.thypi in units of weeks. Result obtained were processed using SPSS. The results obtained from this study showed that the herb may inhibit bacterial growthinhibition test and the best herbs that herbal ingredients are fermented for 21 days (P3) can suppress the growth of S. thypi bacteria’s . In other words , P3 significantly different from P0 , P1 , P2 , and P4 ( P <0.05) . As for the bacteria S. aureus , which is a good herb to inhibit the growth of S. aureus bacteria fermented herbs either 1 week (P1) , 2 weeks (P2) , 3 weeks ( P3 ) and 4 weeks ( P4 ) . Or in other words , each of these treatments has nosignificant difference in inhibiting the bacteria S . aureus . The treatment is said to becapable of inhibiting bacterial growth due in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health on scale power resistor material used is 12 mm . The materials used in this study according to treatment had a greater inhibition than the prescribed limit ( P < 0.05 ).

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Shell of commercial capsule (CC) is generally made of gelatin from skin or bone of cows and pigs, while the capsule shell made from goat skin is not widely publicized. This study aims to determine the properties shell of hard capsules of gelatin from Bligon goat skin. The gelatin from male Bligon goat skin (GBGS), glycerol, MgCO, tapioca and sago starch were used as main materials, and than shell of CC number zero was used as a control. The Simplex Lattice Design method was used to prepare formula of shell. Anumber 10 g of GBGS + 9 g of glycerol + 22 mg of MgCO3 + 5.5 mg of tapioca starch + 72.1 mg of sago starch were used as formula of capsule shell. An uniformity weight of shell (average, deviation and coefficient of variation) and than disintegration time (coefficient of variation) were used as parameter of this study. The data of this study were analyzed by descriptively with shell of CC as control. The results showed that the average of weight and disintegration time of shell from GBGS higher than CC. The solubility (dissolution) of active ingredient (paracetamol) on shell from GBGS has maximum percentage of 95.85% with dissolution in the thirty minute, and therefore has been declared the eligibility criteria of dissolution by the British Pharmacopeae 2007.

Abstract

Sebagian besar peternak tidak memiliki gambaran dasar secara terinci tentang besar pendapatan yang diperoleh baik dalam kurun waktu satu bulan maupun satu periodenya. Masalah yang sebenarnya adalah para peternak ini tidak mengetahui bahwa besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh melibatkan berbagai variabel, seperti skala usaha yang menjadi tolak ukur untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapatan peternak ayam ras petelur di Desa Allakuang, Kecamatan Maritangae, Kabupaten Sidrap berdasarkan jenis pakan yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2015 bertempat di Desa Allakuang, Kecamatan Maritangae, Kabupaten Sidrap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kondisi variabel yaitu besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh pelaku usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peternak ayam ras petelur yang memiliki skala usaha 1001 – 2000 ekor pada periode layer di Desa Allakuang, Kecamatan Maritangae, Kabupaten Sidrap, yang berjumlah 29 peternak. sampel yaitu sebanyak 29 orang. Jenis data terdiri dari data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari dua yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan jenis pakan, pendapatan tertinggi adalah pengguna pakan C dengan rata-rata Rp 81.620 Ekor/Periode. Sedangkan yang paling rendah adalah pengguna pakan A dengan rata-rata pendapatan Rp 79.048 Ekor/Periode.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine how the role of social capital at marketing agencies of beef cattle in the District Bantimurung Maros. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by using quantitative and qualitative data, which was held from March to April 2015 on beef cattle marketing agencies in the District Bantimurung Maros. Analysis of the data used in this study descriptive statistics, while to determine the role of social capital on marketing agencies using Likert scale. Results of this study indicate that the role of social capital on beef cattle marketing agencies in the District Bantimurung Maros at the high category (1206.4 to 1551) with a total overall weight is 1233. if you see the  magnitude of the score or the weight obtained based marketing agency response cow cut to social capital, it can be said that are in the High category. On Social Capital variables have weights 318 norm with medium category, the network has a weight of 240 with the medium category, the trust has a weight of 352 with a high category, has a weight of 323 reciprosity the medium category.
