Abstract

Tradition bajapuik (japuik, shuttle) is a tradition that marriage is a trade mark of Pariaman area. Tradition bajapuik seen as the duty of the woman's family gave a number of items or money to men (future husband) before the ceremony performed. This study raises a bajapuik tradition which has grown in the district Sand Turtle. This study aims to determine the motive, knowledge and experience as well as the values contained in bajapuik tradition.This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological approach Schutz. The subjects were 10 women in sub pariaman turtle sand and selected by the snowball technique. To get the data, the authors used three data collection techniques, ie observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques phenomenological research according to Creswell, using the techniques of observation perseverance, the extension of participation, and the adequacy of reference.Results showed that women have a motive pariaman motivated by motives "because" (past) that women wear traditional pariaman bajapuik in marriage is because it has been the tradition and customs of their native areas and still run if married to fellow Pariaman too, and follow the way provisions of the Prophet Muhammad. The second motive "for" (the present) that is to maintain the tradition that has existed since the first as well as to appreciate the male origin in order not to underestimate Pariaman and humbled. Knowledge about the procession of women pariaman custom bajapuik based on their experience that is unique tradition, but takes a lot of time. If you do not use this custom to get a waffle from the person (fellow pariaman). as well as the values contained in this tradition is the value of religion because in accordance with the provisions of the Prophet Muhammad, the unique cultural values as well as transaction marriage and social values, so that the man (husband) is no authority in the family home (female) later. So the starting point of the indigenous traditions that exist in the district bajapuik turtle sand that is like saying "who ducked anyone hunchback, who jumped who broke"KATA KUNCI : MOTIF, PENGETAHUAN DAN PENGALAMAN, NILAI-NILAI, KONSTRUKSI MAKNA BAJAPUIK., FENOMENOLOGI.

Abstract

This research explains the role of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in the ethnic conflict that accurred in Rakhine State, Myanmar, between Arakanese Buddhist and Rohingya Muslims in mid 2012. The violence against the Rohingya Muslim minority has a very long felt. They were not granted citizenship and be oppressed minorities. They also got discrimination in various fields, economic, political and social.The research applies qualitative methods, and case study in this research the data collected through library research, literature studies, official documents, academic journal, and mass media.Therefore, as a form of international concern as the OHCHR human rights bodies providing assistance to the Rohingya Muslim minorities. Abstract

Differentiation strategy is a set of integrated measures designed to produce and offer goods / services which are considered by different customers in the things that are important and unique for their customers. Satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (or outcome) that he felt compared to expectations .Tiki as one freight company must be able to survive from the times to increase competition. for the creation of customer satisfaction, therefore Tiki has a business concept in the form of freight services and money to place into the goal, trying to continue to get closer to its customers.The results of this study indicate that the strategy of differentiation effect on customer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results in the know t (11.444)> t table (1.985) and Sig (0,000) <0.05. This means that differentiation strategy variables significantly influence customer satisfaction. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the influence of the strategy of differentiation and customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Internal communication is considered necessary to improve employee job satisfaction, because if the communication that exists between management and employees as well as fellow employees in harmony, it will create a pleasant climate so that employees can be comfortable in the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal communications on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei. Kuko, Benai, Kuantan Singingi.The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a population of 135 people and the number of samples is 58 respondents. The data obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews were measured using a Likert scale.The results of this research indicate that the influence of internal communications on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei. Kuko shows the corresponding criteria.Keywords : The Influence, internal communication, job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the early realization PPDB is The students acceptance theimplementation of the program New (PPDB) in Pekanbaru on all levels ofeducation from elementary school until senior high school and vocational schools.However, see the condition that sembrawutan the implementation of the program,the scope has been scaled down only junior secondary schools in and senior highschool and for the schools and vocational training still manually. The purpose ofthis researchis to know there is no policy implementation The students acceptanceinformation system (PPDB) Online high school (SMA) in Pekanbaru in 2011-2013. The method data analysis that is used in this research is descriptivequalitative analysis method that is trying to present based on the phenomena thatare and to all the facts related to problems that discussed based on the results ofresearch policy implementation is The Learners New acceptance (PPDB) onlinehigh school in Pekanbaru in 2011-2013. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village District of Seberida indolent Indragiri Hulu aimed to find out how to form the Social impact of the CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum against villagers indolent. This study entitled "Social Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Riau Baraharum in the Village District of Seberida indolent Indragiri Hulu ". The main problem in this research is Any CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum against villagers indolent and How Social Impacts resulting from CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum indolent Village District of Seberida Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all heads of household (husband) who make a living in the village of indolent. sampling in research is purposive sampling technique. Total population in this study in 2013 amounted to 900 heads of household, the sample taken 45 heads of household who has represented from the specified population. The method used is quantitative method Deskriptif with Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis. Data screening instruments used were observation, questionnaire, Key-informants, and systematic interviews and tabulation of data contained in a single data tabulation and diagrams. The results of the conducted research in general, the researcher can say the average respondents aged over 30 years, the majority of primary school education level, income levels Rp. 1000000-2000000, mayorits work of farmers, number of dependents on average 1-2 people. CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum good, the public relations firm RBH against indolent village well be one to keep the existence of the company RBH. Abstract

National Sports Week (PON) is a national multi-sport event held 4 (four) years, and is the culmination of sports activities in order to increase and development of national sports achievements. Besides, PON act as a coaching outcome evaluation conducted by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) together Province Provincial Board (Pengprov) sports, KONI Regency / City and all of the components in each area. Where in 2011 the province of Riau to host PON XVIII, which became the center of Pekanbaru City of PON. The government's role in the success of Pekanbaru City National Sports Week XVIII of course highly charged. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of government in ensuring the success of Pekanbaru City National Sports Week XVIII and to know what are the factors that affect not optimal. This study uses qualitative research methods to include an assessment of descriptive file. Intake of informants in this study was purposive sampling namely retrieval techniques with particular data source, specific consideration is the person who is considered the most out of what we expect or as a ruler that will allow researchers to explore the object / social situation under study.Based on the research that has been done is used the theory of policy and policy evaluation. Researchers concluded Pekanbaru city government's role in the success of the National Games of the XVIII is not going well. Abstract

PAD (Local Own-Source Revenue) Enhancement so depends on potention owned by an area. One of the attempt that can be used to increase PAD is by increasing local tax excavation and area retribution of Government City/Regency as optimal as possible. Therefore, it requires the efforts to increase Local Own-Source Revenue through establishment of local finance development management enhancement program. To know intensification and ekstensification program conducted by Department of Finance Management Income and Local Asset of North Labuhanbatu Regency in increasng PAD. Where The regency of North Labuhanbatu had been able to increase PAD in every year since 2008 this area was raised.This research was conducted in North Labuhanbatu Regency, precisely Department of Finance Management Income and Local Asset, where the informan of this research was the Leader of Department of Finance Management Income and Local Asset, also Head of Income Division Department of Finance Management Income and Local Asset. Sampling method by using purposive sampling. In data collection was used field reasearch method, interview, observation, study of literature and documentation. Gathered data then analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis.After the research conducted, found that the implementation of Department of Finance Management Income and Local Asset program in increasing PAD North Labuhanbatu Regency had done well and had been able to increase PAD of North Labuhanbatu Regency every year, but it was not maximal yet due to the existence of troubles faced in running the program i.e., Human Resources, People Awareness, and Infrastructure.Key words : Program, PAD Enhancement.

Abstract

This research explains about blue economy models in Asia Pacific region, especially the implementation of the blue economy models in Indonesia fisheries industry. Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is a forum of economic cooperation countries of Asia Pacifik which aims to improve the welfare and economic growth has a vision of marine and fisheries which competitive and sustainable for community welfare. To realize the vision of marine and fisheries development implemented by blue economy models.This research used primary data which derived from interviews, official document government and APEC, and used secondary data which derived from review of the literature and also used qualitative methods with descriptive analysis approach, namely how to describe and analyze the various situation of the issues under study and to support the facts that occurred.Based on the results of the research showed that the function of APEC seen its role to facilitate the economic growth of member countries with the agreement achievement the blue economy of commitment to form partnerships more integrated, sustained, inclusive and mutually beneficial. In addition, Indonesia has the potential of fishery commodities, Indonesia utilize the opportunity to contribute significantly in the implementation stage of blue economy models in sector of the fisheries industry.Keywords: Blue Economy, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Sustainable Development, Fisheries Industry

Abstract

Career development is very important for a company, career development is also very helpful employees in analyzing their willingness and interest to achieve individual career employees in accordance with the needs and development of the company. purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the career development of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch PekanbaruThe method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a population of 56 people and the amount of sample is 50 respondents. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the career development of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru indicate the criteria agreed or appropriate.keywords : Analysis, factors Career Development, PT.
