Dinas Perhubumgan Komunikasi Dan Informatika (Dishubkominfo) Pekanbaru City is the one from many institution that serve and set affair about traffic and rood transportation in Pekanbaru City Wheter In Land Area, Sea, Air, And Also Post And Telecommunication. In Area Regulation Pekanbaru City Number 2 Year 2009 About Traffich And Road Transportation In Pekanbaru City that contained in section 191 and section 194 sentence (2) Dinas Perhubungan manage, Keep and look after condition of traffich signal giver. In order to keep the function, as remain to this decision. But problem that happen is the lack of monitoring at field so that a number of traffich light that exist in Pekanbaru City got damage and not operated in a long time. The target of this research is to know how the monitoring excetution to traffich light in Pekanbaru City. To analizhat problem the writer used the Manullang thein that suitable with that problems namely the procces from monitoring. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative method, where the way to get the data is with observation technique and interview with the key information as key sources and snowball sampling in determination after shocus informants. The conclusion that we can take from this research is in Monitoring Implementation Dinas Perhubungan Against Traffich Light At Pekanbaru City is cess effective and unrealized well. Because many of phenomenons that often happen at the field point location prone to damage to traffich light and even. Some that did not function and operate as it should. So it make the flow of traffich can not run normally and make uneasy for riders in road traffich. Therefore now to increase survei ence on employees and provide insight and direction to the implemention of the work tone really well so that goals and objective can be accomplished. Programs grand strategy is the development of four regional programs, one of which is a regional development program for the District of transit and petropolitan Saber and baseboards. In theory model of implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn there are six variables into factors that affect the implementation, namely: basic measures and policy objectives, policy resources, communication between the organization and activities of the implementing body characteristics implementers, economic conditions, social and political as well as the tendency executor. The method used in this study is a qualitative research technique is purposive sampling conducted on key informants and analyzed using the data tringulasi. In this study, the informant is the Head of programming and monitoring of the Regional Development Planning Agency Bengkalis, Secretary of the Department of Public Works Bengkalis, Secretary of the Department of City Planning, Spatial and Settlements Bengkalis, Secretary and Secretary of the District Head Saber Edge sub-district. Based on research conducted by perpedoman on the concept of the Grand Strategy Implementation Programme Preparation Saber and Uptown District of the City of Transit and Petropolitan. In an effort to improve the city's image as a clean Siak beautiful, orderly and comfortable then demanded an active role of government as a policy maker, the necessary regulations concerning the structuring and empowering Local street vendors (PKL), this refers to the rules that have been set by the central government the Minister of Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41 Year 2012 on Guidelines for Planning and Empowerment Street Vendors, Planning and Empowerment is the make the determination, removal, demolition and removal of street vendors by taking into account the location of the public interest, social, aesthetic, health, economy, security, order, cleanliness environment and in accordance with legislation. And as pedomanya Regional Regulation (Government) Siak District No. 12 of 2007 on Structuring and Empowerment street vendors (PKL) the Empowerment of Arrangement has yet to be implemented by the government in 2013 District of Tualang Perawang. This study was conducted in order to find out about the arrangement and the Empowerment of Street Vendors in the District Tualang Perawang Siak, and determines the factors that inhibit Planning and Empowerment Street Vendors in the District Tualang Perawang, Location of the study was conducted in the District, the Department of Market UPTD, and SATPOL PP.Jenis this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The nature of this research is a case study.The results of this study indicate that the policy of restructuring and empowerment of street vendors (PKL) in District Tualang Perawang not been successful, due to various factors ie, traders feel less clear on the policies made by the sub-district government Tualang Perawang, trades do not want to be moved because of the new place is managed by investor, price shanties place burdensome new allocation street vendors (PKL), shortage of funds, the allocation of new places away from the crowds of the population, the presence of weak enforcement interest groups conducted by the Civil Service Policen Unit (SATPOL PP)Keywords: Strukturing, Empowerment, Street Vendors (PKL)

This study titled consumption behavior of non-medical use of braces ( the study of non medical users of braces in the sub kuantan mudik kuantan singingi). This study aims to determine the caracteristics of the social, economic, non medical users of braces. There is also an explanation of the background of the consumption behavior of non medical use of braces.To analyze the data descriptive qualitative research conducted is aimed at revealing the facts, phenomena, variables, and the state wich occurs when running and deliver research is in accordance facts on the ground.Socio-economic characteristic of non-medical users of braces that is composed of male gender and woman aged 14 to 28 years who have junior high school, senior high school, graduate or equivalent which is the subject of research work consisted of student, students treaders, salon workers, tailors, and the driver with income up to 280.000 ro Rp. 3.500.000. consumption behavior of non medical use of braces that income and knowledge about the low braces as well the desire to raise the self-image and raise the social status so called beautiful, cool, popular, confident, and raise the social status so called rich and more acceptable in society.Keywords : Consumption Behavior, use, non-medical braces

Marketing communication as communication activities aimed to deliver a message to consumers using a variety of media, with the purpose of communication can generate a positive response from the public. Through marketing communications activities, Awal Bros hospital Pekanbaru can determine the effectiveness of implementation of marketing communications in maintaining customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of advertising, face to face sales, sales promotion, direct marketing and public relations in maintaining customer loyalty.This research was conducted at the Awal Bros hospital Pekanbaru. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique, for 7 people informant of business and development divisions were selected based on certain characteristics and 10 people from the consumer by using accidental sampling technique taken by chance. Data collection techniques used is participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentationThe results showed that Awal Bros Hospital maintain consumer loyalty early brooch run marketing communication activities using a mix marketing communications, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, direct marketing and public relation. The overall implementation of marketing communication does not escape from the media, where the use of the media also plays an important role in the delivery of the message to consumers.Keywords: Marketing Communications, Awal Bros hospital Pekanbaru, consumer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the implementation of the services carried out by PT. Bank Bukopin. Pekanbaru on customer satisfaction is one of the private banking firm of commercial enough in the eyes of Indonesian society, especially citizens pekanbaru. PT. Bank Bukopin have to apply the implementation of services to its customers to cause satisfaction to its customers which would cause annoyance want to use banking services on a continuous basis Bank Bukopin. In this case the optimal performance of employees and work in accordance with the standards of the company will be able to realize the objectives of the company. In this study, the population is Bukopin customers as many as 100 people by distributing a questionnaire and interviews. The study concluded that implementation of the service effect on customer satisfaction in PT. Bank Bukopin. Pekanbaru. With evidence of regression calculation results showed that t calculate is greater than t table is t calculate (4.447)> t table (1.985) and Sig. Sub-district has been instrumental in giving encouragement or motivation to officials village to improve governance in the country, training in order to improve the ability of the apparatus of the village and make a comparative study out daerah. Role in the sub-district administrative guidance is to provide training and supervision in order to orderly administrasi. Coaching rule making and financial management of the village, sub-district only play a role in facilitating the development activities carried out in which the conduct training is part of the legal and financial parts of the district, sub-district party had never done coaching directly due to budget constraints in terms. Sub-district been instrumental in governance and development among rural districts where the district head region always involve village officials, BPD, LPM and community leaders in the district. Implementation activities undertaken Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kecamatan Inuman in improving the performance of the apparatus villages had barriers namely the lack of human resources and less budget village officials in the implementation of development, but the sub-district also received support in improving the performance of village officials that the presence of a high spirit of village officials in following development activities are carried out and also the support of the village to the party apparatus subdistrict to always conduct development activities in order to improve the performance of the governance of Desa Pulau Busuk Jaya.Keywords: Evaluation Authority District Head, Development, Supervision, Government.UIL

The objectives of study were (1) to find out The factors influenced early marriage, (2) to find out society perspective on early marriage at the village of Pulau Birandang. The study focused on the age of first marriage with education background, knowledge, neighborhood, family system economy, culture social system, and religion. Early marriage means in the study was the marriage on the age of 21th. The conclusion made was on supported factors such as emotion, economy, education, education pattern and social. The study was descriptive qualitative using deep interview on one public figure of religion, 2 public figures, 1 staff of religious affair five respondents and 5 parents those did early marriage.The results of study that supported factors influenced early marriage at the village of Pulau Birandang the most was parent factor, because their children saw their parents got marriage early and the other said that his brother did early marriage too. So they see that early marriage is fun and they want to do it.The factor of group reference and environment factor has big influenced to create self-concept of young for early marriage, most respondent said the factor of group reference has the important effect, one of respondent said that their friend did early marriage so they wanted it too and it is also from their intention. One of informants said that in his place so many people did early marriage and it is not something strange for them.Keyword: early marriage, society perspective, the factors of early marriage
