Abstract

Effect of splitting expansion district Of Service. This study aims to determine how the effect of expansion on provision of service in District Sentajo Raya Regency Kuantan Singingi especially in the areas of governance section. This study menggunankan quantitative methods. The results showed the significant influence of the sub-district division to provision of services, with a correlation coefficient of 0.854 obtained are included in the category of very strong with an error level of 5%. Thus it can be seen that the variable division of districts accounted for 72.93% of the provision of services in the District Sentajo Raya Regency Kuantan Singingi.Keywords : Expansion area, service, organisation

Abstract

Based on the phenomenon in the implementation of government programs on HIV / AIDS is the responsibility of the Local Government Pekanbaru. For its implementation, local governments will delegate authority to the KPA Pekanbaru. While in charge is Deputy Mayor. Evaluation of programs implemented in Pekanbaru City Government with respect to the Program Counter is not running as it should. It is seen not sanggupnya government in response to the spread of HIV / AIDS in the city of Pekanbaru, even people with HIV / AIDS continues to increase every year. Thus, prevention programs can not be implemented that require evaluation in order to know the cause of this reduction programs can not reach the target.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze Evaluation of Government Programs on HIV / AIDS in the city of Pekanbaru in 2012. Data obtained from respondents will be grouped by type, and then processed and presented in tabular form and then analyzed qualitatively and eventually will get conclusions about the results of the research.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the program is the reduction of HIV / AIDS due to the limited amount of budgetary funds provided for the KPA limited so as not sufficient to carry out the work program primarily working in AIDS prevention programs in City Pekanbaru. Facilities and infrastructure lacking in the work program that caused the KPA is an independent institution which is not a government-owned institution. So the government needs to support the NAC effort in order to implement the program of work as are assigned. Solidaristas society lacking in addressing the problem of HIV / AIDS. Places that can cause infections such as AIDS where prostitution is still widely available in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Evaluation, Government Programs, HIV / AIDS

Instant culture is practical culture in make prakarya. Instant culture thatpurposed in this research is student that not work prakarya task result howeverpay sartorial to work prakarya task embroidery application namely sewing createstablecloth. If student not creative, so student will be unable to work prakarya taskhimself. Creativity is expression or expression from uniqueness individual ininteraction with the environment that reflect originality from individual. Wayteacher in motivate student so that guilty of no insta culture is by providingdirection and support in student that they able to work prakarya task their own.Effort teacher in improving creativity student are by ppreciate student workresult, grown selfconfidence in student that they able to make prakarya own handcreation result.Purpose from this research is to know student that mak instant culture increating make prakarya. Indoor location this research s SMA Negeri 2Pekanbaru. That enacted by informant in this research is XI student class IPSmajor 5 people and 1 art teacher person. This data col ted next analyzed byDeskriptif Kualitatif. Factors that are impacted stude in make instant culturenamely internal factors and external factor. Abstract

This study was conducted at the First Tunjang Sop located on Jl . Cinnamon Pekanbaru Riau , which is a company engaged in the trade . The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of product differentiation in the face of the culinary competition in business tunjang perjama pekanbaru soup . The research methods include the location of the research conducted on the first attempt tunjang pekanbaru soup , types and sources of data used is primary data , where the data is obtained directly from the company include product differentiation strategy that made the first attempt tunjang pekanbaru culinary soup and secondary data is data annual obtained from the company's other sales data from the years 2008-2012 , and a general overview of the company , while the analysis of the data using the method of analyzing the data in this study would be conducted degan qualitative descriptive method .Based on the results of research on product differentiation strategy in the face of the culinary competition in the business case tunjang Handsome soup can be seen that most of the respondents to respond well enough that as many as 21 people , or 52.50 % , then the respondents who gave a good response ditangggapi many as 8 or 20 , 00 % and to respond less well addressed as many as 11 people or 27.50 %The obstacles in the face of the product differentiation strategy culinary competition among others : That the lack of parking, lack of ability of the company to maintain a corporate image , a lack of desire and willingness to further develop its business enterpriseFrom these results , the actual product being supported first Handsome culinary soup is considered to be able to compete , but business owners should still consider the quality of marketed products , as well as looking for new innovations . Abstract

This study aimed to describe the actors involved in the process of budget policy PDAM Tirta Siak in improving the performance of the company responsible for providing clean drinking water for the citizens of the city of Pekanbaru . Phenomenon that will be seen is the process of budget policy in 2008-2012. The usefulness of this study are as material information regarding the use of budgetary funds provided to PDAM Tirta Siak or other funds that go to the PDAM Tirta Siak , as well as the elements are concerned that use and know about the utilization of these funds so that customers and the general public know about the existence of and utilization of these funds .The method used in this study is qualitative methods of data that can not be expressed in terms of numbers but in the form of an explanation that describes the shape of the state , a process , a particular event . Data collection techniques using interview techniques , documentation and observation .To implement the required policies based on the concept Ndraha best choice within the limits of the competence of the relevant actors and institutions and formally binding . From the research it can be concluded that the budget policy in the years 2008-2012 PDAM Tirta Siak still not optimal due to the lack of cooperation between the Government and the company and other parties related to the PDAM Tirta Siak .Keywords : policies, performance, budget, government, society.

Abstract: Retribution is one of the main sources of finance reception areain the original income component. Department of Transportation (Affair)Pekanbaru City is one of the City Government which is responsible for managingone of the primal source of income is the one area on the edge of the parking levya public road by Regulation No. 14 of 2001 concerning the organization andmanagement of perpakiran. One effort to increase revenue Pekanbaru, PekanbaruCity Department of Transportation through levies, saw the potential of publiccurbside parking levy has great potential to contribute to the reception area. Thepurpose of this study: To evaluate the acceptance of curbside parking fees inpublic in the city of Pekanbaru Transportation Agency, and to determine thefactors that influence acceptance of curbside parking fees in public in Pekanbarucity Transportation Department.Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitativeanalysis method that is based on trying to explain the phenomena that exist andexplore all the facts relating to the subject matter covered by the results ofresearch on the evaluation of Levy Proceeds In Public Road Parking InDepartment of Transportation (Transportation Agency) Pekanbaru.Based on the research and the analysis that has been conducted on thisstudy , obtained In the sub- indicators of the development of the second highestGDP Pekanbaru in Sumatra after Medan . Thus the possibility of receiving aroadside parking levy greater than that in the target of Rp . 5.5 Billion . Everincreasing population growth will certainly affect the increased revenue roadsideparking fees , due to the increase of population , the need Transporter toolincreasing two-wheeled one . In sub-indicators tariff adjustments , that there is adifference in the two-wheeler parking rates of legislation that has been establishedwith self-managed parking designated or established by the government , so it canbe assumed to be one cause of the reduced parking fees receipts in one curbsideparking rates difference . Abstract: Performance Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi Dan Informatika City PekanbaruIn Conducting the Examination City Transport ( Test KIR).In order to do inspection citytransport in the case of test KIR. City transport is one of the transport that is widely used by thecommunity in the city pekanbaru. For that city must transit meet the three criteria in order forconvenience, security, and the feasibility of the road for passengers and other road users.Thereare several obstacles or constraints in conducting the examination city transport in the citypekanbaru still, among others, the number the city does not take care of the transport test KIR inaccordance with a predetermined time. In addition the city transport in pekanbaru his condition isvery poor, some of the vehicles were off due to old.Concept ofthe theoryisthat researchers useperformance. The performance consists of the responsiveness, responsibility and accountability.This researchused qualitative research methodswithstudyof descriptivedata.The results ofthisstudy indicatethat Dinas Perhubungan komunikasi dan informatika city pekanbaru in particularUPTD motor vehicle testing in conducting an examination test KIR it is not maximal, this is dueto the presence of the city transport already passed test KIR but still worrying situation, so maycause disquiet in the community.Keywords : Performance, Examination, Test KIR
