Abstract

Recess is a two-way communication between the legislative work with the public through periodic visits. While the recess is a time of activity Legislative Council (DPRD) outside activities during the trial and outside the parliament building. Carried recess for three (3) times a year or 14 times a recess in the period of 5 years term Legislative Council (DPRD) .The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the recess Members of Parliament (DPRD) Bengkalis 2009-2014 period, especially in the first electoral district san to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of recess Members of Parliament (DPRD) Bengkalis Period 2009-2014 , especially in the electoral district I. This research was conducted in villages in the District Bantan, District Bengkalis, District Rupat, and District of North Rupat Bengkalis Riau Province. This type of research is a descriptive writer is trying to portray the facts with express and describe the symptoms to fully studied in the research aspect. So this study sought to discover phenomena that occur in the field. While the methods I use in this study is qualitative and quantitative methode. Sampling method in the study ni is purposive sampling method . While the data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The conclusion of this research is undertaken in recess Bengkalis’s members were effective in absorbing the aspirations of the people in the constituency. It can be seen from the results of measurements by the author using liqueur scale, where the number of scores obtained from the study were 957 or 68.36%, of which 100% is expected. Thus, based on data obtained from 8 and 35 question questionnaire respondents, the average percentage of 68.36% or 957 to be effective in the category, where the effective percentage is 61% -80%. It can be seen that the factors supporting the implementation of local legislators recess Bengkalis especially on the selection of author, namely: the Fund recess provided and Public participation. Meanwhile, the results of interviews conducted by the author with the respondent factors inhibiting the implementation of local legislators recess Bengkalis especially on the selection of I, namely: opinion Expenditure Budget (budget) is limited, the limited meeting time, lack of facilities Bengkalis parliament, and parliament Member flurry Bengkalis.Key word : Recess, Members of Parliament, Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of airlines tickets promotion in PT Riau Karsa Pelita Pekanbaru and respondents reaction about the implementation of airlines tickets promotion.This research is using descriptive quantitative methods. There are 100 sample of people is taken for accidental sampling. The data collection techniques in this research is using observation, interview, and quesionnaires. The likert scale uses to know how long or short intervals to generate quantitative data.The result of the research shows that PT Riau Karsa Pelita Pekanbaru has implemented airlines tickets promotion by using the promotion mix: Advertising, Sales Promotion, and Personal Selling. According to respondents, the implementation of airlines tickets promotion in PT Riau Karsa Pelita Pekanbaru is still needed to be improved.Keywords: promotion, airlines tickets, promotion mix

Abstract

This research explains about the effect of free flow of goods as a form of schedule blueprint strategies for the scheme towards the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on the development of Indonesia's trade to Siangapura. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015 will open up more opportunities for free flow of goods, services, investment, capital to labor through out the ASEAN region. On one hand, implementation of free flow of goods ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) would provide opportunities for expanding and intensifying Indonesia. The efforts to expand and intensify export to ASEAN market would give optimum result if it is accompanied by promoting cooperation among industries in ASEAN through regional production network. On the other hand, free flow of goods ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) would also become a threat for Indonesia and domestic market if businessmen as well as government have not prepared yet for this new era competition in ASEAN. Since ASEAN member countries produce almost similar products, the challenge for businessmen is to produce competitive products based on differentiation, efficiency and innovation.This research uses the perspective of liberalism that supports the international economy based on free trade, because it involves the cooperation in the field of trade between Indonesia and Singapore. The data sources used in this research are books, journals, working papers, and valid news from websites.Implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint will have implications on the economy of Indonesia and ASEAN in terms of macro-economic conditions or competition between the regions visible from local revenues, state investment allocation and composition of international trade.Keywords: Blueprint, Economic Integration, Cooperation, Trade.

Abstract

This research explains Bangladesh’s response about UNHCR’s “United Nations Joint Initiative” in handling Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is now home to 29.016 Rohingyas. The refugees has caused social and economic problems for Bangladeshi goverment over 33 years. UNJI was proposed by UNHCR to help Rohingyas ang Bangladeshis.The research applies qualitative methods, and case study in this research the data collected through library research, literature studies, official documents, academic journal, mass media.Bangladesh refused UNHCR proposal becouse UNJI has caused security threat to the country of Bangladesh. That UNJI provide assistance to Refugees without care about what will happend to local people, it seen from the more dense the population, the strunggle for jobs, and food shortages. Abstract

In any company or government agency, communication experiences thatoccur slowly will form a pattern of organizational communication. This happens alsoin the office of the University of Riau Pekanbaru. Organizational communicationatmosphere has such an important role in influencing the way of life of its members,to whom they spoke, what they like, how they feel, how the activity works, how itgoes, what it wants to achieve and how to adjust to the organization. The purpose ofthis study is to describe how the relationship between organizational communicationClimate with the performance of employees in the office of the rector in University ofRiau Pekanbaru.This research is a quantitative approach of explanation. This study uses asampling technique based on the consideration of Quota Sampling anyone can besampled according to the desired requirements or until the desired quota of the totalpopulation, then gained 64 respondents. Respondents were Employees in the office ofthe Rector in University of Riau who work more than one year, both honorary andCivil Servants.The results of this study indicate that the alternative hypothesis is accepted,which means there is a low correlation between organizational communicationatmosphere with the performance of employees in the office of Rector in University ofRiau. This result is evidenced by the Pearson Correlation value Y = 1.000 + 0.394 Xwith a significant level of α 0.05. The coefficient of determination (r 2) of 0.155 whichmeans that 15.5% of the relationship between organizational communication climatewith the performance of employees in the office of Rector in University of Riau. Whilethe remaining 84.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.Key Words : Communication; Organization Communication Climate; EmployeePerformances

Abstract

Abstrac : Monitoring the implementation of the placement of billboards in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aimed to determine how the implementation of surveillance placement billboard in the city of Pekanbaru. Qualitative descriptive study where data acquisition is done by snowball technique. Monitoring the implementation of the research results show the placement of billboards in the city of Pekanbaru is not going up, it is proved in ideally with no ad placement.Keywords: Billboards, Placement, Controlling

Abstract

Along with the development of banking institutions in the city of Pekanbaru with diverse product offerings as well as all the advantages given to make people have a lot of alternatives comparison to determine which banks will be selected . Competition in the provision of credit and the interest rate is also seen still small number of customers who receive credit in Bank Nagari Branch Pekanbaru . This is due to the lack of knowledge about the bank loan products villages . Based on field data collected from each respondent obtained the factors that influence the marketing strategies of Bank Nagari jackfruit branch road which in this study is divided into factors strengths and weaknesses . Factors that influence the strength in determining marketing strategies village bank credit can be seen as follows : a strategic location , being located at the center keramain and private and government offices and the interest rate offered is able to compete with other banks . Which is a factor that village bank weakness : The terms in the credit application that requires a lot of valid supporting evidence and the Administration also requires accurate data and also process credit search long enough .Excellent service from staff , because in serving customers with appropriate credit standards of customer service , marketing strategy Bank Nagari is located at coordinates ( 1.452 ; 3.215 ) . These results indicate the position of village bank marketing strategies are in quadrant I where the threat factor , so the marketing strategy shows a progressive strategy means the company is in good shape it is possible to continue to expand to increase growth and achieve maximum progress .Keywords ; Competition in interest rates , Strategy progressive , Bank Nagari

Abstract

Wage payment is one important issues in employment relationship. To protect workers from arbitrary wage by the company, Dumai city government set the minimum dumai city wage is Rp 1.287.600.00/month for the year 2012 which be regulated through Riau Governor Regulation no. 54 of 2011.This study want to see how the implementation of the minimum wage in Dumai city particularly at cooperative maritime employess PT. Pelindo Dumai branch and what are the follow up government to a cooperative maritime employess PT. Pelindo Dumai branch that does not run the minimum wage.The study was conducted using a qualitative approach. Techniques used in collecting data in the qualitative research are interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected and then processed qualitatively.Based on the research, it can be concluded that the implementation the Minimum Wage policy of Dumai City in 2012 have not been implemented in the cooperative maritime employess PT. Pelindo Dumai branch. Cooperative maritime employess PT. Pelindo Dumai branch give wages to workers Cleaning Service of Rp. 850.000.00/month. While the factors which become obstacles in the implementation of Riau Governor Regulation No. 54 of 2011 is :a. Structural weaknessb. Lack of reporting companies in manpower and transmigration Dumaic. Lack of facilities and infrastrusture supervision activitiesd. Abstract

The study on "Studies of the poor response to the health insurance program(Assurance ) in the Village District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail". This studydescribes the characteristics of the intended recipient of a health card, health cardpublic response to the reception, and the expectations of society with a healthprogram. The response is the acceptance or rejection of the public with an innovationin the form of a government health card program. This y will look at the peopleusing the health card to get treatment or not use it for treatment. This study is locatedin the Village District of Sail Tenayan Kingdom and get as many as 12 subjects.Mechanical withdrawal of subjects in this study is the snowball method is to get thesubject to get a key informant who knows the community and further health cardrecipients get a health card recipient of the poor and the poor who do not receive ahealth card which is then interviewed by investigators. Analysis of the data in thisstudy conducted with qualitative methods which are then presented descriptively andsystematically. Based on the analysis of the data, the conclusion of the characteristicsof the beneficiaries of a health card that can be seen by observing the relative povertyhousing conditions, education level, income, number of family members. If thecharacteristics meet the poor people are entitled to a health card. The response of agiven society is receiving assistance programs and others do not receive. As for theexpectations of the poor is that the aid program can continue to run a health card andhealth card can be used for both medical treatment at health centers and hospitals thathave been previously set by the government. society also expects that the standard ofcare in hospitals further enhanced and standard services equated with public service.Keywords : Card JAMKESMAS , the Poor , Response.

Abstract

States of America. Indonesia is the country's largest shrimp exporter to theUnited States. The dispute began on charges filed by the Coalition of Gulf ShrimpIndustries (COGSI) to the Indonesian government because they feel there has beenan unfair trade related influx of U.S. shrimp imports cheaper than U.S domesticshrimp. The Indonesian government has been accused of giving subsidies toexporters to suppress the price of shrimp is marketed to the U.S. Disputes that havehappened to be disrupted for trade between the two countries, especially shrimpexports to the United States.This study used a theory of justice by Adam Smith. This theory is intended toprotect from the loss ("the end of justice is to secure from injure") caused by unfairtrade in international trade. In addition, the U.S. and Indonesia feel there has beenan unfair trade, so that the application of fair trade should be applied in order toavoid trade disputes.
