Abstract

One of the causes of smog case in Riau is there’s no seriousness in anticipation of land and forest fires. Mass media is the most effective tool for increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation, especially regarding the smog case. In this case, Riau Pos made smog as media agenda and consider this issue is very important through their preaching on main page. This study aims to determine the representation and social cognition of environmental news in smog case on the main page of Riau Pos newspaper. This study is a discourse analysis that uses qualitative methods with critical discourse analysis approach that pointed by Teun A van Dijk or better known as social cognition. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Subject of this study is the smog case news on the main page of Riau Pos newspaper during June 2013. While the object is how representation of smog case news on the main page of Riau Pos newspaper. The results of this study, first, representation of environmental news smog case on the main page of Riau Pos newspaper raised the smog case based on the development of events. That found in thematic elements, schematic, semantic, syntactic, stylistic, and rhetorical. Second, social cognition environmental news on journalist are Riau Pos preach this case from various aspects ranging from the impact, causes, and efforts to mitigate them. This the need for information about smog surrounding the case can be met through the news. Social cognition of the readers are Riau Pos is still not up to preaching efforts to deter perpetrators of forest and land fires, and also news about the efforts that smog case is not repeated.Keyword : Representation, Smog Case, Environmental News

Abstract

This study was conducted in March 2013 in the Rubber Factory PT. Bangkinang Village Middle Tangkerang Pekanbaru. This study berujuan to know or meminimalisirkan negative impacts such as odors from waste rubber factory itself and to determine the factors that influence it.While data collection techniques in research with direct observations in the field and called observation, collection of data obtained through interviews with the Director of the rubber factory of PT. Bangkinang, employees and the communities residing around the factory rubber and literature, with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. It is also used SWOT analysis is used to see and study the factors that became strengths and weaknesses as well as the factors that are an opportunity and a threat to the rubber factory of PT. Bangkinang along with the surrounding community.From these results it can be concluded that the rubber factory of PT. Bangkinang Village Middle Tangkerang Pekanbaru based on the SWOT analysis, the position or location of the rubber factory of PT. Bangkinang now in the wrong place due to the dense population. Abstract

Monitoring of inventory and procurement of raw materials is the main thing that must be done by a company in order to meet the needs of the desired material . In the procurement and supply of raw materials in the company of accuracy needed to see if the raw materials both in terms of quality and quantity .The population in this study is the head of the company and employees of PT . Industry and Trade Bangkinang Pekanbaru . The company leader is being key informant , while the purchasing department , production department and the warehouse is taken as the research sample , which is taken proportional random sampling is sampling by taking 50 % of the population in every part of the company that will be investigated and then used respondents in this study .Based on the results of previous studies , the authors can draw conclusions and suggestions . The conclusion of this study , the implementation of the inventory control of raw material of rubber on the PT . Abstract

This research purpose is to know the size of effect of Samsung Galaxy SIV advertising on toward the decision of middle upto high economy class in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Populations in this research are the society of Ujungbatu Subdistrict as the respondent. Respondent selection process as an object of the research is based on society appraisal in their decision to buy Samsung Galaxy SIV which effected by the advertising. By using Purposive Sampling Technique, from the Slovin Equation, thus this research gains 81 people as respondents. Collecting Data Method is by field research using questioner, inquiry and library research. Data Analysis that used is data analysis using software program SPSS version 16 (validation test and reliability test) and apply likert scaling on the questioner. The result of the research shows that from simple regression analysis (r) the relation between TV advertise (r) is 0.830 and r2(r-square) is 0.690 (69%). These values describe that the effect of advertise on television has a strong effect toward buying decision as much as 69%. The effect of advertise on television trough music or jingle, story board, copy or script, endorsement, slogan, logo has affection for consumer. They get a feeling that the Samsung Galaxy SIV advertise is about a good product, competent. Among respondent above, better response comes after the advertise of Samsung Galaxy SIV in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Whereas buying decision based on AIDDA theory toward Samsung Galaxy Product is affected after watching advertise on television, valuing and learning the information from that quality product and so it produce a high confidence to buy Handphone Samsung Galaxy SIV.Keywords : Influence, Advertise, Samsung Galaxy S4

Abstract

Abstrak : Analisis Pelayanan Medik pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) KabupatenKepulauan Meranti.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pelayananmedic pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti.Penelitian inibersifat deskriptif kualitatif dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik snowball. Hasilpenelitian menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan medik belum berjalan dengan maksimalsesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimum yang telah di tetapkan dalam peraturan yangberlaku.Hal ini dapat terlihat dari fenomena,masalah dan fakta pelaksanaan pelayanan medikyang terjadi dilapangan.Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pelayanan medik padaRumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti antara lain : Perilaku PegawaiKurangnya tenaga Medis Struktur Organisasidan tupoksi masing-masing Sarana dan prasaranpenunjang medis RSUD belum mencukupi.Kata Kunci : Analisis pelayanan medik,publik,kesehatan

Abstract

Abstract: This research goes from from the problems of the low productivity of theemployee section of the production processing of CPO at PT. ASMJ Kuansing,indicated by is not the achievement of a target production of set and the presenceof disiplinan employees of ditetap company work rules. As for the purpose of thisresearch is to know the working Climate and employee morale as well asinfluence the granting of Work Climate to increased employee morale theProduction processing of CPO in PT.ASMJ Kuansing. This research analyzes thedata by using a descriptive quantitative analysis and to answer hypotheses havebeen proposed to do statistical analysis using simple linear regression. Results ofthe study concluded that the granting of incentives overall judged to have goodand overall employee morale was judged good enough. Based on the results ofdata analysis through statistical analysis, it can be noted that the independentvariables (climate) have an influence on the dependent variables are (employeemorale). The independent variables (climate work) give a positive and significanteffect on the dependent variable (employee morale), so that when more freevariables are fixed then it will give rise to an increase of the variable is bound.Keywords: The Working Climate, employee, morale

Abstract

This research purpose is to explain about the trade policy of the European Union towards Indonesia’s shrimp export commodities in the form of non tariff barriers. This research purpose too for explain about Indonesian shrimp harmful to health of European consumers. Unit analysis of this research is a group (the European Unions). This research analysed used neo mercantilisme perspective, protectionisme theory to approve the trade policy of European Union towards Indonesia. This research is a qualitative of research. Data collection method of this research is library research. The result of this research are the existence protection high levels by European Union of European Consumers. Abstract

This study was to investigate the performance of the District baseboards Bengkalis and cultural factors influence the organization , leadership style , quality of human resources on the performance of the District Uptown Bengkalis . A general overview of some of the above is based on observations in the field discovered phenomena occur : ( a) . still shows a lack of employee working attitude as an employee does not comply with the existing regulations in the discipline of work and loyalty and dedication this is evidenced by the still quite high absenteeism of employees , ( b ) . still a lack of desire and awareness of employees to do the job execution completion of office in accordance with set targets to support the achievement of the implementation of the organization's work , ( c ) lack of leadership in respect of performance of subordinates and motivate subordinates work .In this study the authors use the concept of the theory according to Mangkunagara ( 2010:13 ) , the factors that affect performance are : capability (ability ) include : ( a) . knowledge (knowledge ) , ( b ) Skill . Motivation ( Motivation ) include : (a ) . Attitude ( Attitude ) , ( b ) . Working situation ( situational )The results showed that Skirting Head Office employee performance is seen from ( 1 ) capability (ability ) is here covers the knowledge and skills of employees where the capabilities of an employee in an organization that includes knowledge and skills or skills and attitudes , emphasizing measurable behavior as an application of the resulting performance , ability Uptown District Office employee is considered to be running pretty well . Abstract

This research have done in PT. Angkasa Raya Taluk Kuntan Setting of the problem is how implementation diffusivity are promotion in PT.Angkasa Raya Taluk Kuantan. The purpose of this research is too find out implementation of diffusivity promotion in PT. Angkasa Raya Taluk Kuntan and to find out the obstacles found.Using use descriptive analysis method and some theories about Analysis implementation. Indicator used of this research are Tangibles, advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, and publisitas assurance as measurement of analysis implementation diffusivity promotion in PT.Angkasa Raya Taluk Kuantan. Data collecting technique is done by interview, observation and quisioner. Sampling is done by sampling accidental. Data sources devided in to two: primary, which is gotten from questioner,observation and interview. Another one is secondary data, which is gotten from documents in PT.Angkasa Raya Taluk Kuntan The result shows that diffusivity promotion in PT. Angkasa Raya Takuk Kuantan is categorized as good .Keyword: promotional mix, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing, And Publicty.
