Abstract

This research analyze about internship training program by Depertment of Labour in Pekanbaru, the purpose of this training have not been accomplished. From this problem, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of entrepreneurship training program by Department of Labour in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the entrepreurial training especially the implementation of the program. This research is based on theory of William N Dunn that explains there are six evaluation criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. This study uses qualitative descriptive method and technique of data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Based on the result of interviews, researcher note that entrepreneurship training program by Depertment of Labour Pekanbaru still not reach the purpose of the program. It is ineffective as seen from the imperfect purpose and goal, the program also is inefficient seen from the time and man power needed is still not sufficient, the program also can not satisfy the need of the people, also the distribution of benefits to policy grup still uneven, and is still a lack of responsiveness to the problems that trainee faced, because many trainees are discontent to the program. The goals of the Program is good but still not properly implemented. This regulation must be repaired again to strengthen the basis of the program in the implementation of the program. This could happened because there are factors that affecting it such as, limited funds, limited human resource, and inadequation of facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Interest is a form of such a person's attitude and sense of taste more like the attachment to a thing or activity without being told. This research was carried out in the Housing Paus Flower Recidence located street arwana.the purpose of reason authors conducted a study on this developer because PT.Ekaredi Mitra Nusa is a development company that has long build housing projects in Pekanbaru. In this research methodology is descriptive, where the samples used were residents of the type 54 of 60 respondents. To determine the sample using accidental sampling technique. The collection of data is through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the analysis of consumer interest in choosing the type 54 into 8 sub variebel includes aspects of culture, social class aspect, the aspect of a small reference group, family aspects, aspects of the experience, personality, attitude and confidence and self-concept scores collected: 5407, which means 8 sub variables in interest in choosing a home type 54 Pope Flower Residence pertained agree. Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Tapung Hulu Kampar regency. What problem formulation Influencing factors Defeat Pair Herman Abdullah and Agus Widayat (HA) in Riau Governor Selection Round 1 in the District of Hulu Tapung Kampar Regency in 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the cause of the defeat of the couple Herman Abdullah and Agus Widayat (HA) in the first round of election of the Governor of Riau in 2013 on 4 September 2013 in the district of Hulu Tapung and to know the strategic mistakes made successful teams Herman Abdullah , Data collection techniques that writers use consists of interviews, and documentation, this study used qualitative methods are described in the discussion of descriptive. Judging is based on research results from internal factors of lack of cooperation HA successful team in rallying public voice dikecamatan Tapung Huhu, this is due to lack of team success before with the community approach and successful team that is less known to the public dikecamatan Tapung Hulu, so that the vision and mission of the HA pair is not conveyed properly. Lack of coordination is done successful teams HA pair, where the less successful teams in coordination with community leaders and also the team leader of its own success, so places that are scheduled for the campaign was not implemented due to a conflicting schedule resulted in many people are disappointed. Lack of socialization is done either through the media or through the successful teams in the district Tapung Hulu, while the dissemination through the mass media more done in other districts, so that people in the district Tapung upstream felt less close and feel less attention by HA pair and external factors that mindset that people are easily influenced in particular by the views that should be changed that Tapung Hulu district community leader who had expected a figure of participation and socialization of the high life in order to realize an area with good again. Abstract

The Asia-Pacific's Coral Triangle is defined by its extremely high marine biodiversity. Over one hundred million people living in its coastal zones use this biodiversity to support their livelihoods. Hundreds of millions more derive nutritious food directly from the region′s marine resources and through local, regional and global trade. Biodiversity and its values to society are threatened by demographic and habitat change, rising demand, intensive harvesting and climate change. In partnership with international conservation organizations and development funders, the governments of the region′s six countries have come together to develop the Coral Triangle Initiative (CTI) on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security. The focus of this research is Efektifity Indonesia for ecosystem in the CTI-CFF. This study uses the theory of International Organization and the use of perspective Neo Liberalism. The data is taken from books, journals and websites.

Abstract

The title of this research is “Implication of economic crisis management by Consortium Troika to economics and politics domestic of Greece during 2009-2012 periode. The management of Greece crisis by Consortium Troika (European Commission, European Central Bank, and International Monetary Fund) as a regime. This research uses international regimes theory and liberalism perspective. The Consortium Troika make the rules, such as bail out, appliying high taxes, etc. As implication of Consortium Troika’s rules, economics Greece is low, wich is characterized by rising unemployment, deficit reduction and a decrease in the tourism sector. The politics domestic condition is not good, make George Papandreou resign to be Greece Prime Minister, Greece public protest, and there is competition of political parties between Demokrasi Baru, Pasok, and Syriza. Abstract

The change of land type is to increase the land-use type in one sector followed to other sectors by the reduction of land types. By the other word, the land-use change is the change of land function in a particular period of time, as such the changes of agricultural land that used for non-agricultural land. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the conditions of farming business society in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency as well as to investigate and analyze the factors that affect farmers to make the conversion of the paddy land to oil palm land in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency. This study is expected to be as inputs and sources of thought for other studies in deeper investigation of the land conversion issues. This study was occurring at the beginning to end of January. The quantitative descriptive study methodology was employed to find out and describe the particular social phenomenon and attempt to analyze it appropriately with the fact based on collecting data. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques were using questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive quantitative methods was used for data analysis, first the authors frame the data into a table and then briefed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the data presentation of this study described based on data gathered from field research which includes a variety of farmer’s characteristics may include demographic character, social character and the character of the economic condition of the farmers themselves. These characters differentiate the type of farmer behavior in certain circumstances. Characteristics observed in this study were age, education, the number of dependents, employment, land area, income. The factors influencing farmers to conversion of land-use were social change in the farmer groups community wherein bring the change of social and economic conditions around him both internally and externally. Abstract

Online games users who have high self-control is able to regulate the use of online games that are not immersed in online games, are able to use online games as needed, able to integrate online activities with other activities in their lives. Instead, users of online games with low self-control is not able to direct and regulate his online behavior. They are not able to interpret stimuli encountered, and not able to choose the appropriate action. Based on the problems described above, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title: "Positive and Negative Impact of Online Gaming Amongst Students". Based on the background described above, the formulation of the problem in this study are as follows: 1) The characteristics of students who play online games. 2) What positive and negative effects of online game addiction among students. This study uses data collection techniques as follows: 1) Observation 2) interviews. Data analysis was done to answer the problem in this research is Descriptive Statistics. Based on the research results, the conclusion to this study are positive and negative effects of online game play among teens can be concluded that: 1) The characters of players who frequently play online games from 30 respondents most respondents are: a) students or young school school layout adjacent to the cafe, b) student male sex with 28 people, c) most respondents are students aged 13-17 years with a number of 22 people, and d) most respondents are students whose parents work as civil servants / employees with a number of 12 people. 2) Positive Impact, can eliminate the stress of school routine, the value of the most prominent subjects in the school computer, quickly resolve issues about (problem solving) in the lesson, and easy to get acquainted with new friends who have the same hobby. 3) Negative Impact, absenteeism to be able to play online games in Internet cafes, low academic achievement, use of improper spending money properly, rarely exercise in every week, and wasteful if you have money. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of market management in the District Ujungbatu Rokan Hulu. This policy is implemented as Rokan Hulu Government's efforts to take care of the problem in every district government administration in Rokan Hulu in the field of management of the market to achieve the objectives that have been planned. Agenda contained in the decree No. 31 of 2008 on the delegation of authority management and market development to the District. The success of a program is to implement a policy or program policy based on the theory proposed by George C. Edaward III suggests that there are four factors that influence the success of a policy. The usefulness of this study are as material information on how the policy implementers in implementing policies that have been present in the market management in the District Ujungbatu to provide input to the government especially in the implementation of the policy and toknow the shortcomings and obstacles that occur. The method used in this study is qualitative methods of data that can not be realized in the form of figures but rather in the form of an explanation that describes the shape of the state, process, certain events. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and documentation. From the results of the qualitative descriptive data analysis of the implementation is in the district market management policies Ujungbatu categorized Rokan Hulu has not been successful. This is evident from a comparison between the target and the realization in the market levies, the absence of guidance provided to the market management, the absence of strict sanctions for merchants who pay late or do not pay the levy markets, low market awareness trader in pay the levy. Abstract

Adipura trophies a great achievement for a local chief. Not only the achievements, but also Adipura trophy is the prestige for the region it self. For the first time Pasaman was awarded adipura trophies in 2013 and then successfully for the second time in 2014 and became the only district/city are awarded in the province of West Sumatra.This achievement is the result of cooperation with the relevant agencies that assigned through the regent decree about the establishment of a coordination team of healthy city / Adipura. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of coordination in order to achieve the Adipura award in Pasaman and the factors that influence it. The concept theory that used is the Stoner coordination concept. It means that the better coordination includes four indicators, planning, communication, schedule of work, and supervision. This study used a qualitative descriptive study. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation, and documents. Informants were taken using snowball sampling technique. The result of this research is showed that the implementation of coordination in the Adipura award has been implemented optimally. The implementation of coordination has covered all four indicators. It is influenced by the high commitment of heads of regions and their incentive funds budgeted forthe implementation of this coordination. Keywords: Implementation, Coordination, and Adipura

Abstract

Service Quality is how far the difference between reality and expectations of consumers with the services they received or acquired. loyalty is described as the desire of consumers to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using products and services repeatedly, and recommend the company's products to others. Under these conditions, then a corporate banking services should be able to provide a quality service to its customers, in order to create customer satisfaction yhat will lead to these customers would be loyal to the product or services that exist in the bank. This research was conducted at Bank BRI Syariah branch Pekanbaru is located on the road Arifin Achmad, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyality on Bank BRI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru. In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customer bank BRI Syariah Pekanbaru is a minimum use of the bank services bank BRI Syariah products at least 1 year and as a source of information is the General Manager, Manager Operational. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, the quality of service in this study included five components of both the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and caring. Each one has an indicator interrelated and positive effect on customer loyalty Bank BRI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty
