Abstract

This study titled Function headman In Peace Organizing and Public Order In New Simpang Village Subdistrict Handsome Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is how the headman Function In Hold Public Peace and Order in the New District of Handsome Simpang Village Pekanbaru. This includes research into the type of qualitative research that provides a descriptive overview of the headman Function In Hold Public Peace and Order in the New District of Handsome Simpang Village Pekanbaru. Based on the description that has been described previously, it can be concluded that the function of village chief in the implementation of peace and order in the Village District of New Simpang Handsome Pekanbaru already well underway. Abstract

In an affort to curb the place of entertainment, the government of pekanbaru city make local regulation, number 03 of 2002 about general entertainment, one of which is karaoke place. the suvervisor of karaoke aims to curb the place of karaoke so that in the implementation of this business operations do not make a disadvantage, a danger, and disturbance to the society and surrounding environment. Based on the experience of research in field, most place of karaoke do not comply with local regulation that made by government of pekanbaru city. The purpose of this research is to know how the surveillance of karaoke place by Civil Service City Force of Pekanbaru and to know the factors that affect surveillance karaoke place in pekanbaru city. This research conducted in Pekanbaru city with using qualitative descriptivr method, with collect data through observation and interviews. this research done by using theory of Manullang, which set the standards, make an assesment snd take correctivr action. The result ot this research conclution, supevision by Civil Service City Force of Pekanbaru still not implemented effectively, this is proven by the many of karaoke place that still dilo not comply with the rules that made by government of Pekanbaru city. this happend because of government do not serious in supervission, do not maximal in implementation the rules. and sosialitation for the own karaoke busines in Pekanbaru do not maximal. Abstract

Jemur island is one of the attractions that will become a mainstay in Rokan Hilir. Tourist attraction is under the management of the Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Rokan Hilir Riau province, which is responsible for introducing to the local tourists and foreign tourists. Beautiful scenery, as well as a typical phenomenon which is owned attractions such as websites that contain historical value that can be inviting tourists to come to the tourist attraction. But in reality attraction drying Jemur Island visit not too many tourists. The authors are interested in examining how the communication strategy undertaken Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy used Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Rokan Hilir in promoting attraction Jemur and messaging strategies and the use of media in the promotion. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques that can be sorted by the fact the field is through observation, interviews, and documentation.Informantn in this study were 12 people who were taken bypurposive sampling method.Interactive Data Analysis Model writersuse to describe the results of research in data analysis techniques, and for examination ofthe validity of the data the researchers used a technique extension of participation as well as triangulation. The results showed that the communications strategy undertaken by the Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Rokan Hilir not maximized. The communication strategy undertaken in the form, cooperated with the agency derah and outside the region inparticipating in various events as well as assistance in meeting the tourism support facilities, brochures, billboards, website. Factors affecting split into supporting factorssuch as: openness, availability of infrastructure, cooperation is compact, good relationswith the media and the private sector, technological advances.Then inhibiting factors,such as limited funds and support from the local community is still lacking. Abstract

Delinquency and crime among children and adolescents continues to increase in fact lead to acts classified as crimes . To restore the attitudes and behavior of children and adolescents is needed coaching . One container of coaching for children and adolescents are prisons . The development occurred in the communication is a tool to change the behavior of children and adolescents . This study to know how the desire of communication between supervisors and inmates , the message delivered between supervisors and inmates , sending messages between supervisors and inmates , receiving messages between supervisors and inmates , understanding messages between supervisors and inmates , as well as feedback between supervisors and inmates in correctional facilities and child class II Pekanbaru The design of this research was used descriptive qualitative method which is explaining and interpreting the data that have already existed. The informants of this research are the cultivator and the cultivate society by using the purposive technique. The technique of data collection has done by using observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research was showed the process of interpersonal communication thathave done by cultivator and the cultivate society that prove that it can be running well at Correctional Institution of II B Class of Protégé in Pekanbaru. Moreover, the desire of communication between the cultivator and the cultivate society can be fulfilled to each other. The message that will be delivered by cultivator and the cultivate society should be aimed to personal problem so that one of the side can feel comfortable to share what they feel. The sending messages that have done by cultivator and cultivate society were doing directly or face to face where the messages that have been sending will be delivered directly. The delivering message that have done by cultivator and cultivate society is still running well, in addition the cultivate society are very enthusiastic when they join the agendas that held by Correctional Intuition, as well as on the other way, so that the cultivate society can be assimilated to another. The understanding of cultivator and cultivate society have well enough where the cultivate society can be understood what the cultivator has communicated, as well as on the other way. Abstract

Indonesian General Election 2014 is the 11th general election held in Indonesia. In the 2014 election, the PPP into 10 major parties and get the sequence number 9 (nine). In the 2014 Legislative elections, Chairman of the DPC PPP has a target to get 8 seats in Pekanbaru City Council of five constituencies. But only able to get four seats this increase, since the legislative elections of 2009 the PPP only get 3 seats. For this study aims to determine how the credibility of elected candidates of PPP, knowing how the process of marketing communication in the candidates and their campaign teams success in winning legislative elections in 2014 in the city of Pekanbaru and to know campaign techniques. This research method is a method of qualitative research agenda setting theory by Maxwell McCombs and L.Shaw. Investigation determination of the agenda (agenda setting) to view the functions of mass media in campaigning. Techniques of data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. These results indicate that marketing communications in the legislative election campaign in 2014 in Pekanbaru City run by the elected candidates of PPP along with the success of the team operating effectively. The communication process is carried out very clear and to the point. Because of the vision, mission and programs delivered by the candidate and his campaign team greatly affect the public election region by providing support in the form of people's right to select the candidates.

Abstract

Mass Media has a huge influence on the direction of public life, as understood in the mass media itself that the media specifically designed to reach a very broad community. Type media itself has traditionally are newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. Entertainment media needs of the audience will be as fulfilled by the existence of the shows that are presented by the mass media. In accordance with the uses and gratification theory which explains about the freedom in choosing which media audiences are considered to be able to meet their needs after consuming media. Where in theory there are concepts of measuring satisfaction Sought is Gratification (Motif) and Gratification Obtained (Satisfaction). Sought gratification is the background of a person's motive to used media, while Gratification Obtained is a real satisfaction obtained after using media.The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the motive watch quiz program on the Mata Lensa ANTV Komunitas Fotografi Pekanbaru as an information satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative method with a survey of explanation, the researchers collected data using questionnaires. The location of this research is in the Community Photography Pekanbaru. The total sample for this study of 37 respondents who watched the program Mata Lensa ANTV. To find out how much the relationship between the two variables, the researchers use Person Product Moment correlation analysis. As for the questionnaire data processing, done using Statistics Program Product Of Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 17. These results indicate that the influence of motive watch quiz program on the Mata Lensa ANTV Komunitas Fotografi Pekanbaru as an information satisfaction, that the value of R = 0.603 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is approximately 0,363 result of squaring the correlation coefficient of 0.603 x 0.603 with 0.001 significance level of less than α = 0.05. The figure shows the understanding that the contribution of the effect of the use upon the satisfaction motif variables obtained amounted to 36.3% with a weak category. Abstract

The research used a descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Departing from the phenomenon that appears in the PT. Budiman Subrata Niaga Pekanbaru is the low comfort of employees while performing work that resulted in the lack of commitment and raises employees' desire to leave the company. The problem in this thesis is the communication patterns leader in improving employee loyalty. This study aims to determine how the processes and forms of communication patterns leader in increasing employee loyalty PT. Budiman Subrata Niaga Pekanbaru. The data in this study was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, library research and internet searching. Data analysis techniques in this study is a model of data analysis techniques Miles and Hubberman by using the component data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing. Meanwhile, data validity checking techniques through extension of participation and triangulation. Results of the study showed that the pattern of leadership is communication made structural and familial patterns of communication in which the communication pattern has been running as expected. The communication process is done there feadback leaders, formal and informal communication and the message that was delivered in the form of informative and persuasive messages. Forms of communication patterns lead to tips leadership in strengthening leadership and employee relations, reward or prestige as well as providing knowledge and a sense of security for each employee. Abstract

Cultural tourism in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province is one of potential tourism object that worthy to introduce to the tourists who will make tourism travel to Kuantan Singingi. One of the cultural attractions in Kuantan Singingi is Rumah Godang, Koto Sentajo Village. The purpose of this study is to determine perception of tourists to the cultural tourism attractions in Rumah Godang Koto Sentajo Village, Kuantan Singingi, which became one of the tourism object that based on culture and it was one of cultural heritage that is still preserved by society or Kuantan Singingi District Government. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to to examine the issues raised. The subject of research consists of proposive sampling which produces 3 key informants and accidental sampling which produces 5 informants. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentations. Based on the research that has been done, the perception of tourists to the cultural tourism attractions in Rumah Godang Koto Sentajo Village, Kuantan Singingi has had a historical interest, architectural interest, traveler comfort, convenience services, architectural beauty, material beauty and historical development. However, Rumah Godang as a tourism object that has cultural tourism attractions are still not maximal in providing information about the history and cultural objects and the management nor promotion that still have to be improved in order to Rumah Godang more widely known by tourists. Abstract

One of indicator of beauty and handsome concept is an ideal figure that is resemble from a model image that much served in poster and celebrities magazine. Healthy life-style had been trend among people in Indonesia. Especially the people who leaves in big city. Trend body fit in now making ideal body as an icon and trendsetter which influence their paradigm and self concept in society. The progress of fit body phenomena very related to self concept of someone in appreciate himself and also the desire to be appreciated by peoples. The forming for ideal body though body fit could be said an information to attempted by the offenders to delivered about him self. A shifting in self concept could be seen in how they representated themselves from face to face or by social media. The purpose of this research is how self concept’s body fit in pekanbaru, how the motives the body fit offender sto get an ideal body. How is the self-pride before and after complied the body fit program. This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach. This research uses miles and hubermen’s interactive data analysis model, with the data validity examination technique through participation extension and triangulation. The subject of the this research is one of member prince gym in pekanbaru. The subject chosen by using purposive technique that is the writer decide to take by particular consideration. The result of this research indicates that body-fit’s offenders in pekanbaru is the body fit offender’s motives comply body-fit program want to support the work, changing appearance , psychological burden, and want to be healthy. Te image self of the offenders before complied body fit program which dominant in this research, view of it self doesn’t had confidence and always wore loose dress for the fashion style. The image-self of the offenders after comply body-fit program which dominant in this research view of it self more confidence and the slim fit for the fashion style. The self-pride’s offenders before complied the body fit program which dominant in this research, the undesirable body parts are arms and abdomen and the feeling of informer in the middle of crowd was uncomfortable. the self pride offenders before complied the body fit program which dominant by desirable body parts are arms and abdomen, and the feeling of informer on the middle of the crowd became comfortable. Abstract

This research purpose for knowing what is Tourism Opinion About Tourism Police on Dit Pam Obvit Riau Province Police Departement and for knowing what is tourism want on destination object for tourism pleasure. This research uses quantitative method to analyzes the appointed problem. The samples by using accidental sampling. Whereas, the data accumulation technique of this research uses observation, questionaire, and interview. To establish interval’s length, it uses likert scale measuring. Based on the research that has been done, the responses of respondents regarding the Values of Tourism Police is the most important variable that affect the image of tourism police because the discipline indicator is the highest point selected by the respondents.
