Abstract

Along with the development of technology, communications, and information, this has resulted in developing a communication technology revolution, thereby encouraging the emergence of the smart phone is a smartphone. With smartphones today all the information from the figure, voice, text, and audio-visual equipment, can be processed quickly and easily, either by using the online application. Line is an instant messaging application, in which there are many more features such as free call services, games, emoticons, as well as the sticker that makes this line unique from the other instant messaging applications. Line Messenger are now being popular, ranging from small children to adults. In theory Uses and Gratification audience basically using the mass media based on certain motives, which the media considered trying to meet the needs of the audience. This study purpose to determine whether there is influence motive application use line against user satisfaction in communication science student majoring in Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative method of explanation , the data collection through questionnaires. Location of the research conducted in the department of communication sciences University of Riau and Riau Islamic University . The total sample of this study are 135 respondents . The Sampling Ttechniques is using unknown Populations . To know how much influence these two variables , the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis . For data processing questionnaire , carried out using statistics program Product And Service Solution ( SPSS ) Windows version 20 .Based on simple linear regression results for this study , the regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 2,274+ 0.052 with a significance level of 0.0003 and smaller than α = 0.05 . Accordingto based on the determination test, the result amounted to 53.5 % . That means, there is the effect of being among the motives use online applications to user satisfaction in students majoring in communication science in Pekanbaru . While the remaining 46.5 % influenced by other indicators that are not included in this study . Thats mean H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords : Motive, Satisfaction, and Line Aplication

Abstract

Simalungun has a lot of potential with a variety of attractions such as the natural and cultural attractions are quite interesting that can be relied upon to be developed as a tourist attraction, one of which is the attraction White Crater High King of the District Glare Kahean Simalungun North Sumatra. Potential attractions and characters in Simalungun supported by government policy Simalungun listed in the Vision and Mission District Simelungun in Regional Economic Development. White crater nature reserve is located in the village of High King, District Glare Kahean, Simelungun District, North Sumatra. The crater is located in District Glare Kahean appeared and were among the limestone hill has its own exotic. In contrast to the Kawah Putih in Bandung, White Crater High King surrounded by pandanus forest is very high, blue water with chunks of sulfur that occur naturally such as a thick layer of ice. In this place there are also original hot springs which form the limestone hills of sulfur hardened. High King attractions include the nature reserve with an area of approximately 167 ha. Distance from city Pematangsiantar approximately 121 Km Bedagai Serdang regency. The number of tourists coming too big impact for the district, in addition to adding the PAD also can reduce the unemployment rate. To achieve this course of action that governments must do attraction development strategies.The concept of the theory used in this research is the development strategy, SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and documentation.These results indicate that the development strategy conducted by the District Government Simelungun not maximized. Abstract

Department of Revenue strip of Riau Province as one of the regional government which has duties and functions to manage local revenue that is necessary for the provision of financing penyeleggaraan governance, development, the vision of local Revenue Office in Riau Province should constitute part of a strategic and integral in its efforts to realize vision Riau Province which consists of a long-term vision and menengahyang term vision is the crystallization of the commitment of the whole society Riaubaik Province for the construction of long-term and medium-term development has been defined by Regulation strip of Riau Province.In this case I want to see how the policy program of the Strategic Plan Revenue Service Riau Province, the Strategic Plan can also be used as a means to undertake activities implemented within one year for the whole range of the Regional Revenue Office of Riau Province, the Strategic Plan also provide feedback that is needed in decision-making and planning in the future by the leaders of the management and entire staff Riau Provincial Revenue Office so that would be obtained performance improvement towards a better future. To analyze these problems the author uses the theory Dunn, 1994: 405 in Subarsono Ag, 2006: 126 which is consistent with the theory that problem. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach, where data collection technique is a technique of observation and interviews with key informants as key informants.Determination of Strategic Planning at the Department of Revenue Riau Province has been sufficiently supported by the accountability and competence of the employees, the work achieved quite reach the target, execution of the work being done already planned and systematic thus the need for a policy to conduct employee performance improvements so that the achievement of the Strategic Plan determination can be effectively achieved.Keywords: Evaluation, Strategic plan implementation, Riau Provincial Revenue Office

Abstract

Era of globalization, competition is getting tougher demands organizations that want to be able to continue to maintain the existence and success to make changes in accordance with the development of today's business world. Therefore we need leaders with transformational style. Actualization needs of employees and the articulation of a clear vision can increase organizational commitment of employees.This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership style and how the organization's commitment to PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru and the relationship between the two variables in the analysis of this study using a statistical techniques and models used in this study is the product moment correlation. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru, where the results of this calculation values obtained correlation coefficient of 0.612.Thus it can be seen that the transformational leadership style has a strong relationship with the organization's commitment to the employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the planning of tour packages in PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and what kind of consumer response to travel package in PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday.This study used a qualitative descriptive method for analyzing the problems. Key informant in this study is the first person from the management is Managing Director at PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and 31 customers who come in and use the tour package designed by PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday. Key Informant determination in this study using purposive sampling technique and for the determination of informants from the customer using accidental sampling technique, where the data collection techniques used is by observation, interview and documentation. Theory in this research is processed authors of the factors of packages tour planning the book Tours and Travel Marketing (Oka A. Yoeti, 2006).Results of this study are expected to improve the planning of tour packages and travel packages to increase sales, especially for PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and the entire business travel services providers in Riau.Keywords : Packages tour, Factors of Packages Tour Planning

Abstract

This Research describes is an international study that examines the political economy of the US policy-related tax rules known as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and how the cooperation between Indonesia and the United States in implementing this policy. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) is a new provision that is set by the Government of the United States are included in the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act passed on March 18, 2010 and entered into force in July 2014. The main objective of the establishment of FATCA is to tackle tax evasion (tax avoidance) by United States citizens who do direct investment through financial institutions abroad or indirect investment through ownership of overseas companies. FATCA requires that foreign financial institutions to report to the Internal Revenue Service on financial accounts held by US Taxpayer owned or foreign institutions where the US taxpayer has a substantial ownership. Formal agreement between Indonesia and the United States about the implementation of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) was conducted on May 1, 2014, the Government chose to use the model IGA in implementationFATCA in Indonesia, namely the reporting of financial institutions to the IRS.Keywords : Tax, National Intererst, Investment.

Abstract

Attractions Muara Takus as a relic of Buddhist temple located in the area throughout the Moslem inhabitant, and still stronger hold their customs and culture. This temple began much visited by tourists from various ethnic backgrounds, religions and cultures. This certainly raises different perceptions against the travelers.This study aims to determine the public perception of the tourists visiting Muara Takus Kampar regency. This perception viewed from the aspect of cognitive, affective and conative aspect.The method used is qualitative method. In a study that is the subject of research amounted to 7 people, which is the surrounding community as informants. To determine the informant researchers used purposive sampling technique, which the researchers took the informant based on certain criteria which are based on objective research.This study identified into three main issues, namely the perception viewed from the aspect of cognitive, affective and conative aspect. Thus researchers can determine how the public perception of the tourists in Kampar regency Muara Takus.Keywords: Perception, Society, Travelers, Muara Takus.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Research location in the village of Padang Island District of Merbau Meranti Islands District to focus research on the conflict between Padang and PT Society Islands. RAPP, In 2009 PT.RAPP have obtained the addition or expansion of Utilization License Timber Forest Products Forest Plants (IUPHHK-HT) through Decree SK.327 / Menhut-II / 2009 on June 12, 2009 covering an area of 115 025 ha. So when this area of PT.RAPP is 350 165 hectares, including an area of 41 205 hectares ereal located on the island of Padang. 41 205 hectares of land is the one who in the community problem in Padang IslandBased on research conducted by the authors of the Conflict Padang Island, people refuse beroprasinya PT.RAPP in Padang Island neighborhood by performing various kinds of protest to the company up to the central government. As for the actions that are carried out demonstrations, mouth sewing action, the action of self-immolation threat to the President, Establishment of the monument as a form of rejection PT.RAPP in Pulau Padang.;. Solutions conflict settlement between the company PT.RAPP is already in promise promised by the government such as conciliation and mediation. Governance Management mounted by Countryside of Bandur Picak of District of Koto of Pate;Upstream Camphor generate various polemic in management of countryside governance, specially Countryside of Bandur Picak, where countryside management during the time namely countryside of mains of Countryside Sibiruang cannot be locked out of a concept " String of Bapilin Tigo or Tigo of Stove Sajarangan" with the meaning activity management in countryside very relate to the institute of exist in countryside namely, Countryside Governance, Ninik Mamak (leader of tribes) and Moslem intelectual. Target of research is to know and explain the impact of pemekaran countryside to unity of Customary Law in Countryside of Sibiruang and Countryside of Bandur Picak of District of Koto of Pate;Upstream Camphor, and description of about effort is solving of the problem of unity customary law in Countryside of Sibiruang and Countryside of Bandur Picak of District of Koto of Pate;Upstream Camphor. Analyse the data of performed within this research is data analysis qualitative. Affect the breaking countryside to unity of Customary Law in Countryside of Sibiruang and Countryside of Bandur Picak of District of knowable Koto Pate;Upstream Camphor namely, Breaking of Countryside of Countryside of Bandur Picak of District of Koto of Pate;Upstream Camphor from its mains countryside is Countryside Sibiruang generate the polemic in execution of values and unity [of] customary law of exist in both the countryside. Both the countryside difficult cut loose from customary law unity is woke up by since of old. Abstract

Community Engangement from about CSR, As one of strategy to increase corporate image is to set up and carry out CSR program are on target. PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia as one of the companies active in the field of oil and gas trying to realize it with focus to carry out CSR program in several operational areas. This research aim to find out how CSR program in the run PT Chevron, and knowing the constrainsts of PT.Chevron in carrying that CE programs. This research used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at PGPA PT.Chevron distric in duri. With the object of research is the CE program PT. Chevron. And research subject which team manager of Policy Goverment and Public Affair (PGPA) and sakai community’s both internally and externally through pruposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that run the company’s CE program in several aspecys of life. That is economic,education and then health is related to the role of Public Relations and CSR Officer.CE Program that run the company are prepared in accordance with need and condition of public and the capability of the company itself. By carrying out CE Program as an effort to increase corporate image, PT Chevron Has been able to create good impression on the community and attract public confidence. In carrying program are constraints CE it socializatin between the two parties is considered not maximized evenly in various aspects.
