Abstract

Transvestites are men who prefer to play a role as women in their daily lives. Transvestites can be interpreted as analogous to the behavior of men who are graceful, soft and womanish .. The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the characteristics of transvestites, to know what are the social pressures experienced by transvestites and to know how or how transvestites face pressure social community. The theory used is the theory of aberration. Deviations are all actions that are not in accordance with the norms of social berlaku.Tekanan experienced by study subjects were from families and communities around such derision received by transvestites, the anger of families, punches and even evicted from the house by the family. Efforts made by the subject of research in facing social pressure is to run away from home to avoid ridicule from the local community and the anger and the blows that come from the family.Keywords: Sex, Deviant Behavior, effort and Pressure

Abstract

Every student needs to adapt and socialize to a wider and heterogeneous environment to enable them to adapt and socialize when they have to face different environment. The ability to adapt with a heterogeneous environment is very important to help them to get used to socialize well and affect their future time. Special needs students need special guidance from shadow teacher in order to improve their academic achievements. Therefore, the shadow teacher needs to apply appropriate communication pattern in guiding the students. The purpose of this study is to find out the communication pattern used by shadow to in SMPN 4 Pakan Sinayan Inclusive School Payakumbuh in guiding special needs students to improve the students’ academic achievements in SMPN 4 Inclusive School Payakumbuh. The researcher used symbolic interactionism and communication patterns as the theoretical basis. However, researcher are more inclined to use the communication pattern. The type of this research is a descriptive research with qualitative analysis. The technique of collecting prime data is through deep interview. Based on the result of this study, it is found that the shadow teachers use verbal and non verbal communication patterns in teaching special needs students in SMPN 4 Pakan Sinayan Inclusive School Payakumbuh. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the promotion of Rural Tourism Koto Sentajo conducted by Singingi Kuantan District Government as well as to determine the response of tourists to the promotion of tourism village of Koto Sentajo conducted by the District Government Singingi Such Kuantan.In this study the research methods that I use is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, where researchers tried to describe to explain in detail the issues to be examined based on data that was obtained from a questionnaire research reports / questionnaires have been collected, then analyzed and spoken in the form sentence to then be deduced. Processing results are then presented in the form of numbers -angka so that gives an impression more easily captured its meaning by anyone who needs information about the existence of these symptoms. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires / questionnaire.Based on the research that has been done, the promotion of village tourism in some media have not fully achieve maximum results, but the overall promotion of tourism village conducted by Regency Kuantan Singingi already considered good.Keywords : Tourism Marketing Promotion, Tourism Village, Village Tourism Koto Sentajo

Abstract

MONICA P. NAINGGOLAN, NIM : 1101112660. The Quality of Birth Certificate Administration Service at Deli Serdang Population Administration and Civil Registration. Supervisor Abdul Sadad, S.Sos, M.Si.Population Administration Service is part of the local government obligatory functions carried out by Department of Population and Civil Registry. Department of Population and Civil Registry has the task of providing services arrangement of birth certificate regulated in accordance with Law No. 23 Year 2006 concerning Population Administration, Deli Serdang is a district which has big population that it has a wide range of population issues.The study aims to determine the role of the Department of Population and Civil Registry in providing administrative services population, especially in the maintenance of a birth certificate in Deli Serdang district as well as to identify factors that affect the role of the Departmnent of Population and Civil Registry.This research uses descriptive method and qualitative data analysis. As for the informants in this study consisted of key informants: the Secretary, Head of Civil Registration Service, the Head of Birth and Death Section, Officer of Birth and Death Section and Society. Key informants are community users of the service in the administration of Birth Certificate.Conclusions from this study indicate that the Department of Population and Civil Registration plays an important role in providing maintenance service on the birth certificate Deli Serdang. Factors that affect the service quality Making Birth Certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Deli Serdang are Human Resource, Infrastructure (Facilities) and Public Participation.Keywords: Service, Population Administrasi, and Civil Registartion

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Wirastuti Siak with the aim to analyzethe effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Wirastuti Siak.Variable in this research is the motivation to work (independent variable) andperformance (the dependent variable). The sample in this study is as much as 55employees by using census techniques. The analytical method used is a simpleregression analysis. The result showed that the analysis of employee motivation atPT. Wirastuti Siak in the category Good with a score of 1,712 acquisition.Analysis of employee performance at PT. Wirastuti Siak was in good categorywith the acquisition of a score of 2,135. There are Work Motivation Effect AgainstEmployee achievement using the coefficient of determination is KD = r 2 x 100%= (0446) 2 x 100% = 0199 means that the average value of 19.9% of workmotivation is determined by job performanceKeywords: Work Motivation, Job Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in Natasha Skin Care Pekanbaru, the setting of the problem is how to influence the image of the skin care industry consumer interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the company's image indusrtri consumer interest Natasha Skin Care skin care Pekanbaru branch. The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis method and some theories about the company's image and interests. Indicators used in the independent variable is the personality, reputation, value, corporation identity and the dependent variable is the interest. Gathering data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data. These results indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of corporate image to consumers.Keywords: corporate image, interests. The skin care industry.

Abstract

Society health need to be considered because there are many society who complain about the services provided by the hospital when treatment specially society who use the health card (agency the social security mandiri). This research intend the first, to determine the society perception user of agency the social security mandiri health in service hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Second, factors affecting service in hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. To analyze data obtainable from the field, this research using descriptive analysis namely to describe the phenomena that exist in the field and then interpret it according to the method, theory, techniques and those of the author with the existing repertoire literature. This research do hospital Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. The results of the field showed research that society who use of agency the social security mandiri to response to the lack of services provided by the hospital Lubuk Basung starting from the timeliness service, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness in service, ease in getting service and convenience in service. In this research, using the theory of perception, the perception theory Notoatmodjo say perception is experience of objects, events or relationships obtainable with collect and interpret information. Perception is obtained mostly from the perceived user experience agency the social security mandiri always take medication there. This is affected by the lack of medical personnel remain, facilities work and the clarity of drug users agency the social security hospital Lubuk Basung. It is expected that the cooperation between society, hospital, agency the social security and government in realizing the quality of service.Keyword : Perception, Society, Service

This research aims to find Tiongkok interest in Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Shanghai Cooperation Organization is Central Asia Regional Organization with members is Tiongkok, Rusia, Kazakshtasn, krygyztan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, Central Asia States is Country with rich natural resources. Tiongkok currently a country that has a very rapid economic development, but Tiongkok is also experiencing problems would need energy for it Indusrty`s, and therefore the Shangihai Cooperation Organization is the solution for Tiongkok, To Stregthen the relationship and Cooperation with the Countries Of Centarl Asia and Rusia for Secure energy demand. Abstract

Undang-Undang No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional mandates that every citizen over the age of 7-15 years are required to follow basic education. One of the efforts undertaken by the government in order to accelerate the achievement of nine-year compulsory education program is to promote Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) program. BOS is a government program that is basically the cost of funding for the provision of non prosonalia operating costs for basic education unit as the executor of compulsory education. One of the schools that received the BOS funds are SMPN1 Tanjungsamak, of the phenomenon is seen in the use of BOS at SMPN 1 Tanjungsamak there are still problems that the purpose of the BOS funds can not be achieved.This purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness use of BOS in the learning activities of students of SMPN 1 Tanjungsamak Kec. Rangsang Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti and to know the factors that influence the effectiveness usage of BOS at SMPN 1 Tanjung samak learning activities. In this research, researchers used the theory of management, the effectiveness theory, and the theory of organizational effectiveness. Which is used as a measure is the theory of organizational effectiveness by Sondang P. Siagian.The research location was at SMPN 1 Tanjungsamak. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this research is principals, school treasurer, school committees, school inspectors, head of administration, society, and students, with data collection techniques include observation and interviews. While the types and sources of data include the premiere of data is data obtained directly from the informant research includes interviews and observations and secondary data is the data obtained to supplement primary data obtained, which aims to support the research.Based on the results of research through interviews and observation is known that the effectiveness usage of BOS on learning activities of students at SMPN 1 Tanjungsamak Kec. Rangsang Kepulauan Meranti yet effective. This means there is still a problem in the use of the BOS, and the factors that influence the use of BOS in the learning activities of students of SMPN 1 Tanjungsamak Kec. Rangsang Kepulauan Meranti are socialization factors and control factors.Keyword : Effectiveness, BOS, Strategy

Abstract

National development is an activity which takes place continuously and sustainability that aims to improve the welfare of society both materially as well as spiritually. Dumai, currently doing rapid development especially in terms of the economy. This can be seen from the emergence of a variety of businesses/companies that use Intenitas Great Disorder/high, medium and small scattered in Dumai. The establishment of places of business must have permission of disorder (HO). Interference permits aims to provide protection to entrepreneurs and residents of surrounding communities, as the environmental pollution prevention efforts, the preservation of natural resources and the environment as well as Original Income earner area (PAD). The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2012 about the disorder in Dumai city and to know the factors that hampered the implementation of such policiesThe concept of the theory used is the implementation of a policy model of Edward III. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation, and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and data analysis.The results of this study lead to the conclusion that the implementation of local regulations Dumai No. 6 of 2012 about the disorder, has not done optimally because there are many businesses in the industrial plant in Dumai City unlicensed nuisance and its location also carelessly place that can harm the environment and surrounding communities. This can occur because of a lack of human resources in fostering the spaciousness, as well as communication and coordination between Badan Pelayanan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal (BPTPM), and Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) has not created properly due to the ignorance of the tasks to be carried out, and attitude the implementers are mutually awaiting orders.Keywords: Implementation, Permit Interference in Dumai City
