Abstract

Ronggeng Pasaman is a traditional art that is presented in the form of singing that is accompanied by music and dance. Dancer or players Ronggeng consists of four people, one of whom is a man who wears women's clothing and three others were wearing ordinary clothes and tidy. This study aims to determine the prior art in Kenagarian Ronggeng Pasaman Simpang Tonang, District Two Koto, to know Ronggeng Pasaman present in the District Tonang Kenagaian Simpang Dua Koto and to find out what factors cause changes Ronggeng Pasaman in Kenagaian Simpang sub-district Tonang two. The theory used in this study is the cultural theory and the theory of change. Culture consists of several patterns of real or hidden, of and for behavior acquired and transferred by symbols, which became decisive results of human groups, the main core of the culture is traditional notions (ie the obtained and have been historically), especially the values of belonging on the other hand as elements that affect the next action. Social change can be interpreted as changes that occur as a result of the mismatch of different elements in society, the change does not occur suddenly, but through various stages and processes of change.Keywords: Ronggeng Pasaman, Arts, Culture, Change

Abstract

Autism is a brain disorder that affects the person's development. Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder in children characterized by the disruption and delays in cognitive, language, behavior, communication and social integration. This study aims to determine the learning activities and learning structures of autistic children in Yayasan Harapan Bunda Dumai, to learn the knowledge and skills of teachers in the learning process of children with autism in Yayasan Harapan Bunda Dumai and to identify perceived barriers when teachers give lessons to children with autism in the Foundation Harapan Bunda Dumai. The theory used in this research that socialization theory and the theory of the role. Socialization is a learning process experienced by a person to gain knowledge about the values and norms so that he could participate as a member of a group in society. Abstract

Facebook is very influential on adolescent social interaction seen from a high level of adolescent motivation in using this facebook. The research aims to determine the effect of using facebook to adolescent social interaction in the play facebook. Metode study is correlational nature with quantitative approach that compares motivation teenagers using facebook and social interactions play facebook. Sampel used in this study is the Integrated Agricultural SMKN Riau Province consists of 100 class X and class XI 79 Random selected Sampling. The results of analysis data can be concluded that the use of facebook influence on adolescent social interaction with significant value Sig.0.001 of <0.05 and views of the value of the average score Motivation teenagers using facebook as much as 67 respondents with a percentage of 37.4% and the Social Interaction 39 respondents with a percentage of 21.8% .With thus seen a significant difference between the use of facebook with Social Interaction teens in play facebook.Keywords: Facebook, Social Interaction, teenagers

Abstract

This research starts from a growing fascination with tattoos of indigenous traditions and culture into popular culture, pop culture even a unique work of art which is now many urban teens life accompany. Tattoos are images or symbols on skin body carved by using a type of needles and decorated with colorful pigments. Now this tattoo is already wearing the modern tools. At the time many tattoo enthusiasts at this time in teenagers, as for the reason the teenagers wears a tattoo of the search for identity so easily influenced by the attractive values, environmental conditions and is easy to make changes, and the children of the family removed wear tattoos as a symbol of liberation.This research aims to know the factors cause teens to wear on his body as well as to analyze how the meaning of the tattoo itself by teen users of the tattoo in city Pekanbaru. This research method using qualitative descriptive.The cases in this study a total of 10 subjects taken using the technique of snow ball having regard to the criteria.The results of this study showed that the use of tattoos in teenagers is because of the influence of friends as well as trend and fashion as a lifestyle and the meaning of tattoos in teenagers user tattoo is as an expression of feelings, art, spirituality (trust), to make it look cool and as fashion trends.Keywords: Tattoos, Teenager, Meaning Tattoos

Abstract

American Idiot is a song with sosial-politic theme by American rock band, Green Day. This research aims to: First, find out the meaning of denotation on American Idiot song lyric. Second, find out the meaning of connotation on American Idiot song lyric. Third, find out the meaning of myth on American Idiot song lyric. Fourth, find out people’s viewpoint about social and politic in America on American Idiot song lyric.Method of this resesearch is qualitative research method with Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach. Data was collected through documentation (American Idiot song lyric), observation, and interview. Data analysis unit in this research consist of 16 lyrics line on the song American Idiot. In this research people’s viewpoint came from interview result with three informants who choose using purposive technique.Result of this research indicate that: First, according to denotation meaning represented appearing of a hysteria or over reaction from American society relate to information from media. Second, according to connotation meaning represented that informations from the media is a propaganda. Third, according to myth meaning represented that there is changing on social and politic of American society after the 9/11 tragedy. Next thing indicate that there is a discrimination to homesexual in America. Futhermore there is a sentiment beetwen people in North and South America relate to negative stereotype toward people in the South. Fourth, from people’s view point indicate that whole informant’s opinion support and suitable with result of this research.Key Words: Representation, Semiotic, Barthes’ Semiotic, American Idiot Song Lyric.

Abstract

Industrial development is a change from an industrial organisasai or business entity which was originally small in a specified period turned into a huge industry in which the entrepreneur is required to make it happen.The existence of entrepreneurs engaged in small industries supporting Indonesian state economy that has not moved forward and thrive . through training and implementation of the entrepreneurial spirit is a small industry will be able to experience the business development on a larger scale gradually . This research aims to identify and analyze the entrepreneurial spirit that has been applied by traders convection aur kuning market . The sample 94 respondents. Data obtained through observation and questionnaires is measured using a Likert scale . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical method to test equipment SPSS version 16 . The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial spirit of the UKM product sales trader convection aur kuning market with a level of correlation equal to 33.2 %, which indicates strong criteria . Abstract

This research study Entitle political economy of mining management "base" (non-metal mineral mines) in the district Kunto Darussalam 2010-2013. This study aims to determine the cause of the lack of regulation of the mining base in the district rokan upstream by analyzing the existence of rent seeking practices that occur in the management of mining base in the district Kunto Darussalam. Rent seeking theory is a theory that became the foundation of thought in this study, in addition to the concept of shadow state is also used to describe forms of rent seeking practice and its impact in the management of mining base in the district Kunto Darussalam. The object of this research is the management of mining base in the district Kunto Darussalam conducted by the local government district rokan upstream. Rent seeking practices in the management of mining base in doing the mining and energy department officials rokan upstream counties with mine operators and officials of financial services and asset managers rokan district upstream with the contractor base in the determination of the tax base. Rent seeking practice is giving birth to their shadow state in the body upstream rokan local government district that makes the local regulations regarding the management of mining in the district upstream rokan not realized.Keywords : Base, Mining, Political Economy, Rent Seeking, Shadow State.

Abstract

This research aim to analyze positive and significant of implementationorganization structure unfluence work satisfaction at PT Citraciti PacificPekanbaru. This reseacrh used simple linear regression analisis by means SPSS16 program. The result show that the implementation of organization structuredimension consisting of complexity, formalization, centralization –decentralization together effect on work satisfaction at PT Citraciti PacificPekanbaru. Dimension implementation of organization structure to contribute towork satisfaction variable of 0,260 or 26% while the remaining 74% iscontributed by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

This research describes how the effectiveness of the Indonesia government adoopted a policy that Indonesia can be a determinant of the price of CPO in the international commodity market. Indonesia is the world's largest palm oil producer since 2007, but global CPO market still refers to the physical market and the futures market Rotterdam / derivatives Malaysian Derivative Exchange (MDEX) in Kuala Lumpur as the CPO's market price. Indonesia also determines the price and has a strong position in the international palm oil trade but not effective yet, the trade liberalization needs to be done to reduce export duties, strengthen coordination between government, employers and local communities, in addition to the need for support from the government to build infrastructure and strengthen negotiations at international level.Keywords: Commodity, CPO, Price Reference, Rotterdam

Abstract

The purpose this study was to determine the effect of working capital management toprofitability in industry pulp and paper listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Variables ofworking capital indicated by working capital turnover and profitability was indicated byReturn on Investment (ROI).The data used were taken from financial statements of each company obtained fromIDX which is located at Jenderal Sudirman street number 73 pekanbaru. The population inthis study is pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Method that wasused to pick the samples is purposive sampling and obtained a samples of 6 companies havefinancial statements period 2008-2012, so that obtained of 30 observation.The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. SPSS 17 is the softwarewhich was used to analysis the data in this research. The result of analysis indicate thatworking capital turn over have no significant effect on Return on Investmen (ROI).Keywords : Working Capital, Profitability, Working Capital Turn Over, ROI
