Abstract

Sales promotion is a seriesof actions to get the attention of consumers and provide stimulus to prospective customers. Integrative designed to promote and offer items that are considered by customers differ in important and unique to them. This research was conducted at CV. Tri Star Kencana Bangkinang Kampar District, the objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of the campaign carried out by CV. Tri Star Kencana Bangkinang and to know the problems found by using quantitative descriptive data analysis and several theories about the implementation of sales promotion. The indicators used in this study are real, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity as a measure implementing sales promotion on the CV. Tri Star Kencana Kampar District.Data collection techniques done with interviews and questionnaires. Sampling was done by accidental sampling by chance. The data source is devided into two, namely: primary data, obtained from the documents of the company as well as the organizational structureof the company CV. Tri Star Kencana Kampar District. The results showed that the implementation of sales promotion in CV. Tri Star Kencana categorized quite good.Keyword: Marketing Mix, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Publicity

Abstract

This research describes the policy of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych rejected the EU- Ukraine Association Agreement treaty at a summit of Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania on 29 November 2013. EU- Ukraine Association Agreement is a further form of cooperation between Ukraine with the EU which provide a variety of assistance to both sides, particularly to Ukraine in the face of crisis. In contrast, rejection and strengthening cooperation agreement with Russia that made Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych makes people do a large-scale demonstration and conditions in Ukraine is experiencing the worst crisis in the history of Ukraine. The policy of Ukraine rejected EU- Ukraine Association Agreement because of the influence of Russian power in the foreign policy of Ukraine. Russian power in the gas sector and trade makes Yanukovych change its policy direction with the European Union. Yanukovych under Russian pressure assumes that the Eurasian Customs Union is an alternative choice for Ukraine in finding a solution to the crisis. Viktor Yanukovych was eventually dismissed from the parliament Verkhovna Rada because it violated his authority and immediately turned into a suspect on one of the bloody demonstrations that occurred in Ukraine.Keywords : Foreign Policy, Crisis in Ukraine, Demonstration, European Union, Eurasian Customs Union.

Abstract

Supervision is very important in all work, what else in the government, lack of supervision is a phenomenon that is polemical and losses for various parties, this phenomenon also occurred in the village of Bandur picak Koto Kampar District of Hulu Kampar, where BPD Monitoring of Implementation Regulation of the Village About APBDes less maximum due to the realization of village finances has not been running well and there are many community organizations that have not received funding because the funding provided is not sufficient. The authors wanted to examine further on the Control of Village Consultative Body of Implementation Regulation of the Village About Budget village Village In the village of Koto Kampar District of Bandur picak Hulu Kampar Regency in 2012.The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of BPD in carrying out surveillance of Village Regulations About APBDes and determine the factors inhibiting the performance of BPD. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study is the Head Koto Kampar Hulu, picak Bandur village chief, village secretary, BPD Chairman, Vice-Chairman of the BPD, Desa Bandur picak Kaur, Chief LPM, Kadus, Ninik Mamak and picak Bandur Village Society, the Data Collection Techniques Interviews to find out the extent to which the BPD Supervision Regulations village, qualitative data analysis technique that is performed on the data, in this case the qualitative data in the form of information, a description in the form of prose language other then associated with the data to gain clarity on the truth.Results from this study, the Village Consultative Monitoring Regulatory Agency Village About Budget Village in the Village Bandur picak already implemented properly and in accordance with existing regulations, only lack of education BPD, BPD lack of understanding of the duties and functions, lack of facilities and lack of Inhibiting factors form the village fund BPD in carrying out their duties, as well as other factors, such as mental attitude, and indigenous factors / kinship that exist.Keywords: Monitoring, BPD, Village Regulati

Abstract

Research conducted in April 2015 to June 2015 in Faculty of MedicineUR and Faculty of Medicine Abdurrab in Pekanbaru it aims to find out how thebehavior of medical students who smoke against the dangers of smoking imageson cigarette packs. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive type(Deskriptive Research). Informants used are medical students who smoke.Collect observational data, which then obtained data analyzed qualitatively.The results showed that the image of smoking on cigarette packs do not have animpact on their. Medical of students respond to usual against the picture, so theuse of cigarette consumption and still no change. And also their responsetowards the phenomenon of smoke that gets bigger it’s also considered normalbecause according to them the smoking already familiar. Abstract

This research aimed to the tourist perception of culinary pricing at Pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi sub province. This research aims : (1) to knows tourism characteristic who visiting culinary central at Pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi sub province, (2) to knows the tourist perception about culinary pricing of central culinary at Pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi sub province.Sample in this research are using the accidental sampling, so that the writer taken 100 tourist who visiting the central of culinary at Pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi sub province as a sampling in this research.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the tourist perception of culinary pricing at Pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi sub province could be good enough. this is proved by the result of the anquetee spreading, observation and interview was doing by researcher.Constraints the tourist perceptions of culinary pricing at Pacu Jalur event ini Kuantan Singingi sub province are: (1) The government of Kuantan Singingi sub province have to more pay attention to the facilities of Pacu Jalur event, have to complete the facilities and keeping the facilities in good condition. (2) The government of Kuantan Singingi sub province have to more pay attention of culinary pricing was increase by the food merchant in so that the seller was not take the self decision to take the culinary pricing. (3) The government of Kuantan Singingi sub province have to more pay attention to improve the cooperation between the food merchant and the tourist.Keyword : Tourist, tourism, culinary pricing, food, facilities.

Abstract

This research intent to know job motivation influence and work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee on plant wide PT. Eka Dura Indonesia. Where is proposed two variable free and one variable be tied-up, which is job motivation and variable personation work condition frees and variable personation job satisfaction be tied-up.Population in observational it is fire an employee on plant wide PT. Eka Dura is Indonesia, with total sample take 66 person with slovin's formula. Seeking procedure to be done bases accidental sampling. Observational data as data of primary, with questionnaire as instrument research, analisis is data that is utilized is with analisis statistic with help programs SPSS.analisis's result utilize bifilar linear regression, quiz t, and quiz f so gets to be known that variable motivates job and signifikan's ascendant work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee (H1), that influential job motivation signifikan to job satisfaction fires an employee (H2), and signifikan's ascendant work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee (H3).Key word : Job motivation, Work condition, and job satisfaction

Abstract

The focus of this research is the role of Bali process in dealing with people smuggling in Indonesia. People smuggling into today's complex problems. Human smuggling is a crime that is relatively favorable for the syndicate smugglers. It is estimated that annually can produce five to ten million dollars. Indonesia is a transit country for illegal immigrants who want to go to Australia. Not only a transit country, Indonesia has also become a destination country for illegal immigrants. From year to year, illegal immigration and people smuggling to Indonesia increased. This is evident from the facts obtained indicate that illegal methods most frequently used and the choice of the migration process.The problems of people smuggling can not be handled by a single country. For that Indonesia, together with Australia initiated of the Bali Regional Ministerial Meeting on People Smuggling, Trafficking in Persons and Related Transnational Crime in 2002. The meeting discussed about transnational crime lately increasingly troublesome countries affected. The meeting then produce a Regional Consultative Process, known as the Bali Process on People Smuggling, Trafficking in Persons and Related Transnational Crime or shortened by the Bali Process.Keywords: Bali Process, irregular migration, people smuggling,

Abstract

Christian teaching and tradition forbids divorce, as in the Christian Scriptures is written inMatthew 19: 6 "So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, letno one separate. " Likewise with the Batak Toba oppose divorce. Sirang so sirang is avoidedthroughout the Batak Toba. The impact it is very detrimental to both the families of both the menand women of the party. Wedding costs are pretty much spent, especially women sinamot costsshould be considered in order to avoid divorce. Mental development of children is also supposedto inhibit them to divorce. Batak Toba delivered through Hula-hula ie Bones says tung naso soHamu marsirang, so sinirang hamatean ni "(can not divorce except as separated by death ordeath). Customs and religion that forbids divorce no longer feared by Batak Toba society ashappened in the district of Bangko Pusako where there are 6 couples Batak Toba ethnicChristian experience Sirang so sirang (separation not separated). Factors causing them toexperience sirang so sirang (separation not separated) is social media, infidelity, not havingoffspring, shifting the role of parents and domestic violence. This research have a title role of teacher in increases student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru. Based on problem background so thisresearch formulation: is form teacher role in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru? and everything student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru?. This research aims to detect to what teacherrole form in increase student accomplishment at private senior high school 12Pekanbaru and everything student accomplishment at private senior high school 12Pekanbaru. Research conduct at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. this research time is during 6months commencing from January 2015 until June 2015 or since proposal continuedwith writing skripsi up to scholar test. Population is object or subjek that present at oneparticular area and fulfil certain terms related to research problem Riduwan (2005:11). Population in this research teacher SMAN 12 Pekanbaru that numbers as much as65 students and entire to made sample. This research has descriptive so data analysistechnique that is used depiction technique with words or sentence and separate followthe category to get data conclusion and get accurate conclusion in this research. Basedon data about teacher role in increase student accomplishment at private senior highschool 12 Pekanbaru inferential: 1) teacher role in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru with percentage 76% and belong to intocategory enough. Mean, has part good enough in increase student accomplishment atprivate senior high school 12 Pekanbaru. 2) Student effort to reaches accomplishmentat private senior high school 12 Pekanbaru with percentage 86% and belong to intogood category. Abstract

This the is under the guildance of father Ir. Rusmadi Awza, S.Sos, M.SiWhite jasmine TK school is the frits school kindergarten in the village Kratai hill. Inthis study the quthors wanted to see how persuasive comunication teacher in earlychildhod creativity to build on TK White Jasmine.As for the purpose of this research is to know: 1) learning methodsapplied at school TK White Jasmine. 2)To devermine the components of the learningcurriculum that is in White Jasmine TK. Research uning descriptive qualitatifresearch method informen that has been set using purposive sampling method amongthe principal TK, TK two permanent teachersin budget parents, students TK WhiteJasmine. Data celecting interviews, observation, and documentation. Results of thestudy stated that the method applied learning school TK White Jasmine.so buildchildren creativity in developthing their thinking at an early agel. The learningmethods inclued : preparation of teachers in the learning process, control andassesment techniquen, build confidance in learning, learning how to build creativitychildren.
