Abstract

Not enough facility of parking, causing government of Pekanbaru City make the road as location of parking facility because the government see there is potential that can help regional revenue by organize collecting of parking retribution. Implementation on street parking is regulated in Perda Nomor 2 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Pekanbaru. But acceptance of parking retribution is not stable in the last 5 years because of increased and decreased, and did not reach the target. The purpose of this research was to evaluate Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Pekanbaru spesifically for organizing on street parking and to know the factors that influence the evaluation of Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Pekanbaru spesifically for organizing on street parking.Dunn In theory, there are 6 (six) evaluation indicators, that is: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy of policy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. Informants in this research is Dinas Pehubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pekanbaru, Traffic Observer of Pekanbaru City, Coordinator Parking, Parking Attendant and Public Parking Service Users.Based on research that has been conducted by the authors, Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Pekanbaru which arrange about organizing on street parking has not been successful categorized and not appropriate with this time. In this research, it looks very much difference between expectations and reality. This conclusion is based on the concept of Dunn evaluation criteria. It also found the factors that influence policy evaluation, that is traffic growth factors, availability of land, and public participation.Keywords: Evaluation, Parking, On Street Parking

Abstract

The problem of save water on the big city is still have some interesting to be discuss allaround. Because save water is premiere needed for consumption of the society and have someinfluence on activity of that society's. So that in fulfillment of needs of save water for society weneed some role from our government and private company for distribution of that save waterfocus on edge of big city. Pekanbaru is city what have a PT. PDAM Tirta siak who have sometask to distribution save water to society in pekanbaru city. But they are not capable yet fordistribution save water to edge of Pekanbaru city.As for this phenomenally is PDAM Tirta Siak isn't make this easy for they needs with theycomplaint and this proved weakness of our government. There is still have private company tohelp the government that is Yayasan Waha Mitra Indonesia. This company beside distribution ofsave water, they make some education for important society got consumption of save water andhealthy in every day of life. The socialisation they make at Kecamatan Tenayan Raya.The method of this research is used method of quantities with descriptive approach.Technical of taking sample on this research is make some survey. Which is all of population usedfor sample are 22 samples.The result of this research prove the character of family who used the save water fromYayasan Waha Mitra Indonesia got their education in middle range of level, the religion on thisfamily more Islam than other. The number of member family have 4 - 6 peoples. Generally thefamily used save water from this Yayasan is majority of etnic malay cause their indigenous onthis area.Keywords: save water, socialization, response, society and service

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role in promoting tourism ambassador Solok Regency tourism.This Research carried out in the Tourism and Culture Solok Regency. To achieve the goal is meant, in writing bachelor theses qualitative analysis methods are used descriptive. Where I give the impression tourism ambassador role and tourism objects clearly and systematic. This analysis based on the data obtained from both libraries and observation, namely or directly in field by doing interviews directly to informers that are considered to be able to give a clear associated with the problems that are examined.The Ambassador tourism was symbolic of the district level solok to tourism. That is the ambassador tourism in title as transmitted through air (male sex organ) and the European Union (women). Ambassador role tour which will be done through three promotion mix that is as follows: our through our sales is the role tour ambassador met face-to-face with the community/visitors when they were events event of the exhibition, the promotion through public relations at the ambassador role tourism information reported to attract tourists to come to Solok district, and the promotion through the information from mouth to mouth that ambassador role tour to convince people with pengalam which are related to the tourists interested in visiting tourism Solok Regency. During the time that has been done is a promotion that people are those least represented by the Ambassador subjoin Tourism based on events that are made by Tourism Solok district such as the exhibition, in events tour de singkarak culture week, west Sumatra, Indonesian Independence Day Solok district, a pageant transmitted through air European Union west sumatra, and so on. This is a routine activity performed by the ambassador tourism solok district every year. Abstract

Tradition Nujuh Bulanan is a custom or a ceremony conducted in the 7th time a woman's first pregnancy. Nujuh Bulanan events are often held by some people who have tribes Java because it is a tradition handed down by ancestors past. Nujuh Bulanan event in the village of beehive New District of Lubuk In Siak in implementation has no longer the same as in past, but at the present time has been the change in both the ordinance and the meaning contained in that tradition. This study aims to find out about the changes that occur in the nujuh bulanan tradition in the village of beehive New District of depths in Siak district. The type of data obtained in this study used descriptive qualitative method. Techniques used the data collected through observation and interviews. Inforaman gained as many as 7 people: one person's status as the host of the nujuh bulanan and 6 people from the community who had had monthly nujuh event. Data collection techniques using purposive technique. After the interviews, observation, and documentation. Results of research conducted in general, the authors can show that in the tradition of nujuh bulanan has experienced a change in the procedure during the first implementation that has seven steps being taken, while at the present time are made only 6 stages. Changes in this nujuh bulanan tradition that is because of the factor of family, tolerance, the absence of sanctions and technology. So by increasing the advance of age at the present time the above factors are influencing the course of events this nujuh bulanan.Keywords: Tradition of Nujuh Bulanan, and Changes

Abstract

This research is to know how the implementation of the promotion mix at Muara Takus Temple XIII Koto Kampar District Kampar Sub-District Riau Province.This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual state by collecting data and information in the field. The sample in this research as many as 100 were taken using census sampling. While data collection techniques in this research use observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measuring instrument determines the length of the short interval.Based on the research that has been done, tourists responses on the implementation of the promotion mix at Muara Takus Temple XIII Koto Kampar District Kampar Sub-District Riau Province, about advertising, sales promotion and publicity is not good enough and not run the proper promotion planning strategy.Key words : Promotion Mix, Muara Takus Temple.

Abstract

This research discusses about the implication of shale gas development to Indonesia coal export to United States. United States is one of the biggest energy consumption states. As a superpower state that has second lead in energy consumption, United States has to keep save its energy security. United States begin to develop alternative energy, such as shale gas resources. Shale gas development reach the successes which shale gas has been consumed for a half of total energy consumption in the United States lately. United States has a lot of shale gas resources in the country that not only decrease the gas prices but also makes a substitution of energy in US. The substitution does implication to other energy resources such as coal that has been used in United States for several years.This research is based on librarian research like book, relevant, journal, newspaper and internet.In this research, the writer uses qualitative research method.Using a level analysis of state, the used perspective is structuralism perspective to understand the implication of shale gas development.Indonesia is the biggest coal exporter country in the world. The coal is imported by several countries include the United States. However, since there was shale gas development several years ago, the energy of coal has been substitute in the United States that has an impact to Indonesia coal export into the United States. The United States consumption and production of coal has been decreased because of the subtitution which impact to coal prices and coal demand in the United States.Keyword: Energy, Shale Gas, Impact, Energy Subtitution, Coal, Export

Abstract

This study has several goals for the researchers themselves and other students. The first conduct this study is the first that is to mengetahiu about the process of acculturation between Javanese and Batak village Malasori Serdang District of Dolok Masihul Bedagai. The second purpose is how the process of acculturation that occurs between Javanese and Batak village Malasori Serdang District of Dolok Masihul Bedagai. Analyzing the data in this research use descriptive research method Kualitatitif. This is a qualitative descriptive analysis seeks to provide a detailed picture obtained by the reality of the fact-faktalapangan and also supported by the primary data and secondary data in order to support the data-data that exist. Qualitative research is presented in the form of descriptions and assisted with the calculation of figures, percentages, and included in the table, then the data is included in the table and the data will be analyzed by descriptive so that in analyzing research problems can be meaningful and can be explained and be able to answer what is permasalahanya. The research was conducted in the village of Malasori In the District h Dolok Masihul Bedagai Serdang. the results of this field study showed that the presence of changes in the form of social, economic and cultural. Abstract

Interaction between people of different cultures often happens in everyday life. In the interaction between the cultures, there is an understanding that focuses on the role of verbal and nonverbal communication in the conversation, which was based on the belief that people from different cultural communities will adjust to accommodate other cultures. Each occurrence of communication accommodation, there are strategies used to stabilize the communication process they were doing, such a strategy is the convergence and divergence and overaccomodation label. This study aims to determine the forms of strategy in the accommodation as a strategy of convergence, divergence and overaccomodation labeling to the speaker by the people of the Malays and Javanese in the village of Bukit Gajah District of Ukui Pelalawan.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach of symbolic interaction and using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and dokumentation. Informants in this study amounted to 20 were determined by purposive samplingThe results showed that the shape of the convergence strategy undertaken by the community of the Malays and Javanese in the village of Bukit Gajah are using the language of his interlocutor, physical approach, adjust the speed and volume, adjusting ornaments used, as well as customize the dress code when communicating. Shape divergence strategy using different languages with the language of his interlocutor, does not create body movement which describes interests, trying to distinguish the volume and rate of speech, trying to create distance limitations, and show differences ranging from social status to ethnic differences when communicating. Causes overaccomodation labeling is due to an error in using the language of his interlocutor, excessive share the experience and knowledge the speaker, as well as excessive in adapting the communication distance. The goal are diverse ranging from can easily familiarize themselves, demonstrate the existence, providing motivation to interlocutor, but its main purpose is to create a balanced communication between ethnic Malay and JavaneseKeywords: intercultural communication, Accommodation Communication, Convergence, Divergence, Overaccomodation

Abstract

This research was conducted on a small industrial traditional food lempuk durian, Bengkalis regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the competitive strategy adopted by employers lempuk durian in Bengkalis regency from marketing their products and to find out the constraints faced by entrepreneurs lempuk durian Bengkalis regency.this research used census method by using the tools / techniques of data collection in the form of a structured interview conducted on 15 lempuk durian industry in Bengkalis regency. analysis by the author is a descriptive analysis.From the research, the authors concluded that the competitive strategy applied lempuk durian industry to create competitive advantage with 3 porter generic strategies that cost advantage, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. As well as the efforts made to each of competitive strategy, 1) Efforts to strategy, namely competitive advantage over similar products in terms of the type / shape / size, cost efficiency, and competitive prices. 2) differentiation strategy is through product differentiation, service differentiation, and differentiation image. 3) strategies that focus on serving specific consumer groups, and serve demand orders from certain areas. Abstract

Pambang bay village is located in the District Rural Bantan Bengkalis and includedinto the Malay cultural social, Pambang in Bay Village, there is a unique tradition istradition Bara'an are held once a year just in the celebration of Eid, is the originBara'an words from Malay language meaning "Entourage" historical emergence ofthis tradition is that Bara'an in 1911 as time goes by they keep running traditionBara'an that they live in their home countries with the aim to strengthen thebrotherhood and solidarity and foster a sense of camaraderie. The purpose of thisstudy is the first to find out what function the tradition of the Bara'an tradition for thevillagers in the Gulf Pambang and second objective is to determine what it means forthe people of Bay Village Pambang about Bara'an tradition which has been for manyyears. Analyzing the data in this study using Qualitative Research Methods,Qualitative Research Methods This is an analysis that seeks to provide a detailedpicture of reality based on facts obtained from the field and also supported by thedata in order to support the primary and secondary data exist.
