Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline on employee productivity Palm Oil Factory production section (PKS) PT. PTPN V Sei Rokan district. Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Kab. Rokan Hulu. Labor discipline as an independent variable (X) and employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted to the production employees as many as 63 people.Data were obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and determination using SPSS. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test. thitung (14.241)> t table (2,000). This suggests that the labor discipline effect on employee productivity, the influence of labor discipline on employee productivity Palm Oil Factory production section (PKS) PT. PTPN V Sei Rokan district. Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Kab. Rokan Hulu amounted to 76.9% while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: work discipline, labor productivity

Abstract

Freelance SPG is one type of side jobs are much interested by the female students. In Pekanbaru itself, this phenomenon among student quite rapidly because the Event Organizer (EO) is usually recruit student as their SPG. This study aims to know the motive, the meaning and the student communication experiences as a freelance SPG in Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were 5 female students who worked as a freelance SPG who has been selective purposively. Data collection techniques is used by observation, depth interview, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation.This study shows that the motive student working as a freelance SPG past motive (because motive) is economic needs, utilizing the time, and the influence of other; as well as the motive future (in order to motive) is add work experience and get a better job. The meanings student of their jobs as a freelance SPG is a pleasant communication experience that is get a lot of new experiences, understand the character of people, receive the praise from others, as well as being more communicative; as well as the unpleasant communication experience is consumer abuse, bad responses and the views of society, and the negative stamp from society.Keyword: meaning construction, SPG freelance, motive, communication experience

Abstract

Local Government Of Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi have specified Perda. Kab. Pestle of Singingi About PBB-P2. But its fact of execution of payment of land tax and rural building and urban not yet reached goals. This matter is caused by the lack of socialization to masyrakat, lack of coherent sanction of taxpayer tehadap, its minim of data repeat to Iease object and taxpayer. Pursuant to researcher [the] mentioned perform a research about implementation of Perda. No. 1 Year 2013 About payment of land tax and rural building and urban in District Of Pangean Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi. Problem of this research is how implementation of Perda. No. 1 Year 2013 About payment of land tax and rural building and urban in District Of Pangean Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi and factors pursuing implementation of Perda. No. 1 Year 2013 About payment of land tax and rural building and urban in District Of Pangean Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi.Research use theory model Van Meter implementation and Van Horn. Method Research the used is descriptive method qualitative with data collecting technique by interview and observation where party/sides in concerned in policy implementation as informan.Result of analysis that Perda. No.1 Year 2013 About payment of land tax and rural building and urban in District Of Pangean Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi implementation not yet better this matter because of still lack of expense of transportation, data repeat taxpayer which not yet is effective, so also with active addiction pass/through exhortation letter and letter force and also stipulating of goals not yet as according to condition of rill. Abstract

The background of this study by no completion of the construction of roads in the village to the village Melai Kedabu Rapat Meeting. The second village is an outlying village Government Kepulauan Meranti, so the road construction affects the lives of border communities. Development Planning Meeting Melai Kedabu Rapat already started in 2000, when the Government Bengkalis, however the project is dormant and unresolved. Meranti Islands District began planning the construction in 2013 until today the project has not been resolved The purpose of this study to determine function Meranti Islands District Government in the construction of the road.The method used is qualitative research. Qualitative research can be regarded as the research that produced the data descriptive of the words spoken and written san behavior that can be observed from the people studied. In the research problems using the theory of functions of government and local government management.Based on the analysis the authors of the roads in the village Melai, are not optimal Local Government in carrying out its functions, it can be seen from the Regional Government management is not maximized in the implementation of the road. Abstract

Poverty is one of the most serious social problems. However he define poverty in will show the bad side of life that awaits a solution. Poverty is the worst state for man in the life of a complex society. Most of the poor are in rural areas, rural community known as hard workers because hard work is an important requirement in order to survive, the geographical factor is very influential for villagers as tied to the land and their dwellings harness nature for survival.The purpose of this study to determine the poverty profile in rubber farmer workers. This study is a qualitative research data collection techniques used in research that is through in-depth interviews and observation to 8 respondents. The unit of analysis is the study of socio-economic and cultural conditions of laborers rubber farmers, laborers factors rubber farmers stick with the job. And poverty indicators used by Dalil Hasan. The results show how the poverty profile of workers rubber farmers. This study suggests that workers rubber farmers in the area of research should be more observant in the search for business opportunities in increasing revenue, because if the only hope of tapping rubber it will be difficult to achieve revenues in excess.Keywords: Poverty, Labor rubber farmers, Qualitative Analysis

Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital of riau province that has been growing rapidly with good contruction. Pekanbaru is the basis of Deconnsentration as intended in a constition no 5 Year 1974 about principal of Government in a City. Pekanbaru consists of 12 districts. Based on the legislative election data in 2014, Pekanbaru gets 45 Chairs with 36.164 votes. From PDI-P for Jokowi as a president candidate with high popularity and electibility suscessgets 5 chairs. However, in general election Jokowi-JK is failed in all of districts in Pekanbaru. In this research the writer wants to know how is the role of Jokowi-Jk team in president election in Pekanbaru. The Purpose of this research is to find out the role Jokowi/Jk team in Pekanbaru.The location of this research will be Pekanbaru Riau province. The research uses Qualitative research methodology and the data will be collected from mass media. Last the data composed in stages for the writer in analysing.According to research finding, the writer find there are four (4) roles that Jokowi-JK team did general election to make Jokowi/Jk become the winner. They are : Mass Mobility, issue mapping, make a good political image and politics campaign. But all of thoses roles are not maximum because of the lack of money there for the result is not optimal.Keywords: the 2014 presidential election, team success

Abstract

This study was conducted in SMK 1 Subdistrict Kuok. The aim of this study was to determine the forms of the desired interest and attention in SMAN 1 Kuok. This study entitled "Specialisation Class XII After Graduating Senior in High School State 1 Kuok". Topics focus of this study is what the specialization class XII students after graduating from SMAN 1 Kuok. Informants of this study was students in SMAN 1 Kuok. Informants retrieval is done by using purposive sampling. Informants are numbered 15 students. Writer using qualitative descriptive method and data analyzed qualitative. Data instrument is observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that election interest respondents the most was interest in continuing education or courses totaling 6, followed by interest in the job consists of 4 respondents, anyone has the intention to marry amounted to 2 people and there were 3 respondents who chose to rest or unemployed first. In addition there are several things that affect the interests of students, namely the attention of parents and families as well as those closest to the interest of the respondents, and acts sera response to the interest of the selected respondents.Keywords: Children Interest, Student Options

Abstract

Background research problems. In the Rural Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes) aims to accommodate all the aspirations of the community to set priorities according to the needs of community activities in order to overcome the existing problems. The program proposed in Musrenbangdes Chart Manunggal an elite formulation refresentasi only and not based on the level of the priorities and needs of the community so that there are many developments that communities need that should be included in the proposed development plan will be but is not recommended in the proposed development plan. And also the lack of participation of stakeholders and communities in the implementation and lack of socialization Musrenbangdes representatives of government agencies Kepenghuluan about Musrenbangdes. Success or failure in the implementation of Musrenbangdes, can be seen from the quality of Musrenbangdes as well as effective, efficient and keoptimalannya in Musrenbangdes implementation and the factors that affect the implementation of Musrenbangdes.The purpose of this research is known that in order to know the process of village development planning meeting (Musrenbangdes) chart Manunggal look of the stages Musrenbangdes and the factors that cause not suksenya development planning Kepenghuluan Chart Manunggal theoretical concepts used are as for the cause of weak governance capacity of villages in village development planning (Asmara Hadi 2001) and the factors that influence the process of preparing the development rencanan villages / wards (Raharjo Adisasmita). The method used is a method of qualitative research study conducted by the descriptive data in the data collection, research using interview techniques, documentation and literature studies using informants as sources of information. Results of this study, a portrait that from the results of the implementation of Musrenbangdes Chart Manunggal said not optimal and maximum efficiency and effectiveness has not been done so that the results Musrenbangdes priotitas not based on the scale and needs of the community at large so that actually perceived benefits and impacts positively by the public.Keywords: Planning, Development, Kepenghuluan
