Abstract

Judging from the development history, communicate to influence the outlook and behavior of people has started since time immemorial. This is evident in the slogan Vox Populi, Vox dei (the voice of the people is the voice of God). In theory S-O-R communication is an action-reaction process. This means that this theory assumes that the words of verbal, non-verbal cues, certain symbols will stimulate others to respond in a certain way. Pattern S-O-R can take place in a positive or negative; for example if the person will be rewarded smile smile is a positive reaction, but if the smiling exhaust face then rewarded with a negative reaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of News Values House journal Sinamar Positive Image Formation Against Government Public Eyes Limapuluh Kota.The method used in this research is a quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The total sample for this study of 166 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. To find out how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. For the processing of questionnaire data, were performed using the Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 17.Results of research on the effect of the news value house journal Sinamar to the formation of positive image in the eyes of the public district government limapuluh kota regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 0.409 + 0.879 X 0.000 with a significance level of less than α = 0.05. This means that there is influence between newsworthy house journal Sinamar to the formation of a positive image of the government amounted to 76.3% and is categorized as a strong influence. These percentages show that the government has formed a positive image in the eyes of the public. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords: Government, House Journal, Positive Image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix and brand loyalty toward customer satisfaction save savings sikoci Bank Nagari Pekanbaru Branch. This research method is quantitatively using SPSS 21 program, where samples were used that sikoci savings customers who use savings products sikoci by respondents as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling slovin formula. This study has shown that the results of hypothesis testing t test, t known t arithmetic (5966)> t table (1.985) and sig. (0000)> 0.05. means the marketing mix variables significantly influence customer satisfaction. t (7011)> t table (1.985) and sig (0000) <0:05 means brand loyalty variables significantly influence customer satisfaction.Key words : marketing mix, brand loyalty, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Pattern foster the maintenance of a child that is how parents treat, educate, guide and discipline and protecting the child. Based on the above, then the problem can be formulated as follows: "How do child care in a family environment and the Police Are family upbringing affect the child's social relationships outside the hostel". Based on the formulation of the above problems, the purpose of this study was to determine how parenting within the family and the police to find out if family upbringing affect the child's social relationships outside the hostel. Democratic Parenting, parents are rational, always takes action on the ratio or thoughts. Parents of this type also is the reality of the child's abilities, do not expect exceeds the limit of their ability. Parents of this type also gives freedom to children, to train and perform an action and its approach to children is warm. In accordance with the problems and objectives that have been formulated, then the population in this study is the entire family who live in dormitories Police Polda Riau. The author takes a sample using purposive sampling totaling 30 households. This research data collection instruments such as questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data using quantitative descriptive method. The research results parenting parents in the family, the police amounted to 64.96% categorized into Parenting in the Police Families Good. Parenting applied in the national police family is Democratic Parenting. Parenting impact on the child's social relationships outside the hostel dominant done by children of their families is the dominant National Police be polite to older, give a smile to greet friends, and exchanged greetings with each other when each other. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the percentage of 67.1% is in the range of 61% -80% value. Shows that the categorization of Parenting Family Impact on Social Relations Children outside the hostel was included in the category of Good. Keywords: Parenting, Family

Abstract

Detak Riau an actual news program that raised about the incident in Riau, Pekanbaru and its surroundings especially in Detak Riau program is divided into several program again. In Detak Riau program also featured speakers who are competent in the form of direct talk show, so the audience can interact with the contact person provided. The purpose of this study was to determine how the program Detak Riau, the study of political economy, as well as see the audience's response to the program Detak Riau.This study uses descriptive qualitative theory of political economy media. Data collection techniques used by realities on the ground through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people consisting of Editor in Chief, Field Coordinator, two journalists, PR Pemko Pekanbaru and 4 people in the audience selected based on purposive sampling. As for data validity checking researcher using triangulation techniques. This study aims to determine program Detak Riau as well as the audience's response and to look at the political economy model of the program.The results showed that process of serving program Detak Riau uses the concept POAC this planning, organizing, actuating and controlling in the management of material news. Most of the audience gave a positive response about the information displayed then there is also a negative response on the news that is always discussed about government in general. This relates to the model of political economy in program Detak Riau, namely the commodification, spatialization, and Structuration. So most of the news content displayed is determined by economic interests and the interests of the owner some the political elite. Detak Riau beating of media institutional renewal through horizontal, while the RTV structuration under the auspices of Jawa Pos Group and Riau Pos Group is not so great, because investors or stock investor is not involved in politics.Key word : Detak Riau, Commodification, Spatialization, Structuration

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the development of bilateral relations with Argentina Indonesia's political economy and the interests of Indonesia in cooperation with Argentina in the framework of FEALAC. This research uses descriptive method, the data obtained from library research by collecting data in the form of secondary data from the literature and then analyze the data using quantitative analysis. By using this liberalism perspective assumes that an interdependent world economy based on free trade. Results from the study show that with the cooperation between Indonesia and Argentina within the framework of FEALAC a positive impact on the improvement of bilateral relations between the two countries are influential Indonesia to increase trade volume, particularly in improving Indonesia's exports to Argentina which will also increase the value of GDP.Keywords: FEALAC, Indonesia-Argentina bilateral relations, international cooperation

Abstract

This research aims to study and discuss about factors that led crab exports from Indonesia to United State of America declined. Crab exports from Indonesia to United State of America were expected could give big contribution for foreign exchange and tighten Indonesian economic relation between Indonesia and United State of America. Some of the factors that led to exports decline of crab from Indonesia to U.S come from the internal and the external factors.This study uses analysis level of the stated that focus on crab exports from Indonesia to U.S decrease factors. This study also uses liberal perfective and international trade theory from Ricardo and Porter. Crab exports that experience obstacles from U.S made Indonesia had to fix their system. This case caused Indonesian marine sector decreasing.Crab exports from Indonesia to U.S experienced decreasing almost every year, especially in 2009. The external factors are the crisis that happened in U.S and the refusal to Indonesian fishery products, particularly the crabs. The internal factors are lack of attention from the government for crab cultivation development. Indonesia still rely on the catch of fisherman. Abstract

Every region in Indonesia has natural resources of each one of them in the province of Riau. However, social issues such as education still can not overcome. Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai an orphanage that provides social services in the field of development and social skills to teenagers who dropped out of school. This study aims to determine the methods used by social workers to conduct persuasive communication strategies to clients, knowing the strategies used by social workers in coaching clients, and knowing the barriers experienced by social workers when persuasive communication strategies to clients. This study uses qualitative descriptive study, with the selection of informants using purposive and Snowball theory . The collection data techniques are using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis data technique, referring to the interactive model Huberman and Miles. Where as examination of the validity of data using triangulation techniques and the extension of participation. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy persuasive Social Workers in panti Sosial Bina Remaja ( PSBR) Rumbai done emotionally and rationally, take into account the client's environment, stages purport clien and predict the way of thinking that is most familiar use by persuasive target, The method used is a method of social case work and social group work. Abstract

Extension activities in agriculture development act as a bridge that connects the practice run by peasant farmers with the knowledge and technology that is always evolving into the needs of farmers in Sentajo Kingdom . So that farmers can carry out practices that support farming , the farmers need information on innovation in agriculture . Such information can be obtained by farmers from PPL ( Agricultural Extension Field ) through the implementation of agricultural extension activities , the perpetrators of counseling required to work hard and sensitive to the community . This study aims to determine strategies that do extension in improving agricultural production in district Sentajo Raya .The method used in this study is a qualitative method that attempts to explain the phenomenon that occurs in accordance with the results obtained by setting 15 (fiveteen) of the study subjects as informants through purposive technique . The object of this study is the extension of communication coordination agency extension of Riau province in an effort to increase agricultural production in the district highway Sentajo Raya Kuantan Singingi of data based on information obtained through observation , interviews , and documentation . Technical analysis of the data in this study using interactive data model with data validity checking is done using the extension of participation and triangulation techniques.The results showed that the dimensions of the communicator with the limited number of extension workers are still not optimal in the provision of agricultural extension , and media dimensions are available but underused . While the dimensions of the message , the communicant and the effects already performing as it should . For the dimensions of empowerment : the ability and skills have been applied and be realized by extension agents and farmers. However, for the dimensions of knowledge , there is the educational level of farmers are still low .Key words: comunications, counseling, instructor agriculture

Abstract

This study was purposed to understand the implementation process of Regional Policy number 02 year 2014 on the regulation of smoke free area in Padang Panjang. This policy was aimed to protect public health from the dangerous effects of smoking, to protect passive smokers i.e women, children and adolescents, also decreasing number of the new smokers. This policy was one of many solutions to increasing amount of fresh and clean air in this area. To achieve the vision of Padang Panjang city to improving the quality of public health. This study was held in Padang Panjang. This study was a qualitative with descriptive methods. Data were collected by the writer using interview technique, observation and documentation. With using the key informant as the information source by seeing the phemonenons in the legal files. The results showed the implementation of Regional Policy number 02 year 2014 on the regulation of smoke free area in Padang Panjang was effectively successful. The policy received strong supports from public because its positive effects. One of the main factors contributed to the successfulness of the implementation of smoke free policy is the good cooperation between various elements in the community like government and the society.Keywords : Policy Implementation, City Regulation, Smoke Free Area, Padang Panjang City

Abstract

This study analyzed the changes in socio-economic status in the dusun Sepakat. This phenomenon is a social phenomenon that occurs in people who have low socio economic status change for the better. The theory used is the theory of social change. Data analysis was conducted to address the existing problems in this research is qualitative descriptive approach further analyzed based on the theories in the study and presented in narrative form qualitatively, informants in this study were 8 people consisting of seven heads of families, a man who once served as the village chief. From the results of research in the field that the development of infrastructure such as paved roads and footpaths were carried out to bring change to the socio economic status of people in dusun Sepakat. The construction carried out in the dusun Sepakat going well despite the circumstances dusun located in the middle of the Kampar river and flanked by two bridges Hanging. Social change in the community there are five aspects such as housing, employment, income, area of plantation land ownership and education. Changes in socio-economic status can be seen from the changes in community development efforts such as rubber and oil palm plantation ownership, ownership of shops and small stalls and animal husbandry. The main occupation of people in dusun Sepakat once only as a vegetable farmers, but now turned into rubber and oil palm growers. Land community garden not only in the dusun but there are also outside the dusun.Keywords: Development, Social Change, Socio-Economic Status
