Abstract

Administration has elements wich are officialdom or appratus. To crry out it duties ang functions as the state apparatus in the administrasion of the need for human resource management. Human resource managemen are the state performance assesment of the state apparatus in craying out it duties and fungctions as public servants including the admnistrasion of residence. Administrative service residence especiallyresidents card and family card are important thing, it due to this Ministry in contact directly with the community. The large number of complaints that are submitted by users of this service, resulting in poor Imaging for a given instance of the authority in providing the service of Residents card and family card for the community, they isDinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Rokan Hulu.The concept of theory used is performance, raised by Kumorotomo in Harbani Pasolong with four indicators, they are efficiency, effectiveness, fairness and responsiveness. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness the service of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Rokan Hulu in providing service to make residents card and family card to the people who need this service. This research uses qualitative study with data in dekskriptif. In the data collection the author uses interviews technique and observations. The author uses the informant as a source of information the triangulationtechnique as the source of the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the service of making residents card and family card are already effective but still encountered constraints like a poorinfrastructure and lack of responsiveness employees. Factors that influence the effectiveness of employee performance in improving the quality of public service in Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Rokan Hulu is the infrastructure, human resources and public awareness.Key word: human resource management,performance, public service.

Abstract

This paper is a study of the phenomenon of international economy and politics in the study of international relations which elaborates and analyzes the political and economic interest of Singapore to implement Islamic economic system. Broad trading network owned by Singapore resulted in instability of Singapore’s capitalist economy during crisis. This underlies the application of the Islamic economic system as an alternative economic system to keep the economy stable.This paper was developed based on the framework of liberalism perspective supported by national interest theory as well as the use level analysis of the state as the main actor in international relations. This study uses qualitative research methods to the study of literature as a source of information.Application of Islamic economic system in Singapore other than as an alternative economic system is also an economic and political interests of Singapore to the Middle East demanding their economic system based on Islam in trade agreements. Strategic steps in applyintg Islamic economic system is an effort to maximize Singapore's bilateral relations with the Middle East.Kata kunci : Islamic economic system, economic crisis, interest, Middle East.

Abstract

Rural development is an essential element in the national development system that developed integrally. Implementation of rural development substance and essence or essentially involves 78% of the population and also the future of Indonesia itself. With the allocation of village funds, is expected to create equitable development, especially in rural areas will further improve the walfare and standard of living of rural people and encourage “the active involment” of village government and the people of the village itself in the development process.This research was conduted in the village of Sungai Putih from East Kampar, Kampar distcrict. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of rural development based on the use of Sungai Putih Allocation Of Village Funds. In this study, the researcher was using descriptive qualitative method. To obtain the data for this research, the researcher used techniques such as in depth interviews, direct observation and documentation.The result of this research, indicated that the implementation of rural development by the village fund allocation ha reached 70% or 80% of the expected. But rural development in this village is focused on the construction of buildings such as village offices and BPD reconstruction, as well as the manufactured of drainage channels so as not doing roadwork environment that has been severely damaged. The researched found there is less harmonious relationship between the government on village and BPD makes no involvement in the oversight of the development and allocation of village funds. The lacking of transparency of the village government to the village are involved and who served the government only three people because of the condition the village government leadership status officials don’t have the authority to appoint a new village officers. So that it resulting in double position in the implementation of development tasks and management of village fund allocation.Key Words: Implementation, rural development, and Village Fund Allocation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to review Singer determine the effect Training ( X ) Against Employee Performance ( Y ) PT ON , BNI Syaraih Main Branch Pekanbaru. Singer Research method is quantitative hearts WITH using SPSS 21 , Where samples which are used Namely All employees IN. BNI Syariah Branch of Pekanbaru WITH respondents as many as 52 orangutans . Sampling technique is using census method . Research shows that the results of simultaneous testing Operating TIN Google Pages Of Finding The findings in the know T count ( 7572 ) > T table (2009 ) and Sig . ( 0,000 ) < 0.05 . Abstract

The problems in this research are the decline in sales and unachievement of sales target that have been set. The purpose of this research are to investigate and analyze brand image, and buy interest to know the influence of brand imgae to buy interest of texas chiken. The results of this research concluded that buy interest in texas chicken found a deal, which mean the responden agree with brand image of texas chicken at this time that. Give product innovation, presenting accurate in product information, competitive price and has a good looking product. Buy interest of texas chicken Pekanbaru rated interest. Analysis using SPSS showed that the brand image has a very strong relation with texas chicken buy interst. Brand image has positive effect to buy interest, so if there is an increase to the brand image of texas chicken it will increase the texas chicken buy interst as well.Keyword : Brand Image, Buy Interest

Abstract

Ritual togak belian is one of traditional culture of Riau people. There are symbolic in ritual togak belian with special meaning that is represented by sesajen, musical instrument in ritual togak belian, and mantra in ritual togak belian. The purpose of this research was determining the meaning of dymbolic situation, the product of social interaction, and the interpretative of ritual togak belian as traditional treatment in Koto Rajo Village. This research used qualitative methode by symbolic interaction approach. Informant of this research is togak belian’s shaman, public figure who were selected by using purposive techniquw, and togak belian’s patient were selected by using accidental technique. Data collage technique used observation, interview, and documentation. The result of research showed that symbolic of ritual togak belian as traditional treatment in Koto Rajo society include physical objects such as sesajen and musical instrument in togak belian (gendang, genta) with special meaning in every part while the social objects from ritual togak belian include the movement of togak belian’s shaman (fast movement and slow movement),mantra on ritual togak belian and object social have meaning to call supernatural beings and to say thanks for them. The meaning of social product’s interaction includes the meaning of ritual togak belian’s shaman side where the shaman interpret ritual togak belian has tradition value and to help people sick who need ritual togak belian as traditional treatment, from public figure of Koto Rajo people’s side ritual togak belian has indigenous traditions,historis value, sacredness, togetherness and concern value and from ritual togak belian’s patient side ritual togak belian has trust value, social value, economy value and system traditional treatment also alternative treatment. Interpretation’s meaningof ritual togak belian include closed action and the opened action. The closed action include internal and external motivation of togak belian’s shaman and both of scientific heritage hereditary and public demand. The opened action of ritual togak belian’s shaman include the expression of shaman and the attitude of shaman who were always compact and have a good teamwork the both of shaman.Keyword: Symbolic Meaning, Ritual Togak Belian, Symbolic situation, The Product of Social Interaction, Interpretation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise training on the performance of employees of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru (Case Employee Suzuki Car Dealer Marketing Division). This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru (Suzuki Car Dealer) located in the SM. Amin Number.89 Simpang Baru Tampan. In this research method used is a method of statistical tests with SPSS, where samples were used that employee marketing division of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru and as an informant to interview is with the Marketing of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using census techniques and techniques of data collection by interview and questionnaire. From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, test T, test R and simple linear regression showed that training has an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Branch Pekanbaru with a value of 0.285 means that the influence of variables of training on employee performance variables was 28.5%. The results of hypothesis testing found that t-count is greater than t-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

Regional Public Hospital ( RSUD ) of Teluk Kuantan is a type of class C Hospital. This hospital is one of the government agencies designated as providers of social security programs especially to improve the quality of health care at the Regional Public Hospital( RSUD ) Teluk Kuantan. However, there are still some problems in the health services provided by the Regional General Hospital of Teluk Kuantan to patients BPJS participants. This was revealed because there are many complaints from patients of BPJS participants not satisfied with the health services provided. As the limitations of existing drugs in the Hospital so that patients have to pay for healthcare BPJS participants to other pharmacies, doctors delay in providing services so that patients have to wait a long time, and still feel the injustice of their patients get the service. Based on this, the researchers is interested in examining how Quality of Service for Participants of Social Security Administrator (BPJS) in the Regional Public Hospital of Teluk Kuantan.The theory used in this research is the theory of service quality by Zeithaml et al with views through five service indicators, namely: (1). Tangible (2). Reliability(3).Responsiveness(4).Assurance(5).Empathy. This reserach aims to determine the quality of service and the factors that affect the Quality of Service for Participants of Social Security Administrator (BPJS) in the Regional Public Hospital of Teluk Kuantan. This reserach used a qualitative approach. Informants in this reserach is the Head of Service Regional General Hospital of Teluk Kuantan, BPJS service officer at the Regional General Hospital of Teluk Kuantan, doctors, nurses and patients BPJS participants.Quality of Service for Participants of Social Security Administrator (BPJS) in the Regional Public Hospital of Teluk Kuantanhave not been felt to the fullest. It is seen from the supply of medication to participants BPJS very limited, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, as well as the schedule of services is not timely. While the factors that affect the quality of Service for Participants of Social Security Administrator (BPJS) in the Regional Public Hospital of Teluk Kuantan is a factor of funds and facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Quality of Service, Participants of BPJS

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Inpres Bangkinang Market Kampar regency with problems: (1) What forms of social relations between traders in the daily goods Inpres Bangkinang Market?, (2) What factors are driving competition between traders in the daily goods Inpres Bangkinang Market. The purpose of this study was to determine the shape of social relations between traders in the daily goods as well as the Inpres Bangkinang Market To determine what factors are driving competition between traders in the daily goods Inpres Bangkinang Market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study population were 17 merchants using census method. To gather data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation of the respondents and the parties concerned. From the results of this study concluded that social relations Shape Inpres Market traders daily in Bangkinang is in the form of cooperation, accommodation and competition as well as the trader uses the principles of their own interests. But there is no occurrence of any conflict or dispute (conflict). But there are traders who have disharmony social relationships with other traders. Then factor that encourages competition among traders is the factor (1) the local economy, because if the local economy is low then sales decreased, (2) factors lies the store will also affect, because if the location of the store is not located, so consumers find it easy find and not too far to walk, (3) the service factor, because if satisfactory service consumers so that consumers will always remember and are interested in buying, (4) factors lies the goods traded, consumers are interested in buying when the consumer sees what one wants to buy, (5) the quality factor goods, if the goods were traded good, then consumers will become loyal customers to buy daily items needed and (6) open and close the store in accordance with market conditions, the faster the more revenue is opened and vice versa.Keywords: Social Relations, Dealer, Market

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bank riau kepri the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X), while the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 28 respondents, all employees of a Bank riau kepri data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,609. That is to say, the recruitmen affects the performance of employees amounted to 60,9%.Keywords : Recruitment, Employee Performance, bank riau kepri
