Abstract

Dojo LC 41 merupakan dojo yang berada di naungan salah satu perguruan karate yaitu LEMKARI (Lembaga Karate-do Indonesia) khususnya LEMKARI Kota Pekanbaru. Dojo Lc 41 mulai aktif pada tanggal 23 desember 2009, yang beralamat di jl taman karya. Kehadiran dojo ini merupakan suatu keuntungan massa dalam suatu perguruan karate di Pekanbaru, karena mampu meciptakan altel-atlet karate yang mampu bersaing dalam kejuaraan-kejuaraan karate yang di Riau. Meskipun baru, dojo LC 41 mampu menghasilkan prestasi-perstasi kohai yang sangat memuaskan yang meningkat setiap tahunnya, serta mampu menjalin kerja sama dengan dojo-dojo lemkari Pekanbaru lainnya. Seperti uji tanding dengan dojo Lemkari Pekanbaru yang lain.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan penyajian analisa secara deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini adalah pelatih atau senpai selaku tenaga pengajar dan atlit karate yang berlatih di dojo LC 41 tersebut yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perpanjangan keikutsertaan dan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa metode instruksional komunikator pada dojo LC 41 kota pekanbaru sudah baik hal ini terlihat dari keahlian pelatihdalam memberikan latihan dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengajarkan tekhnik-tekhnik karate pada atlit karate serta kepercayaan yang mereka peroleh dari para atlit.Metode instruksional yang digunakan pelatih dalam mengajarkan tekhnik-tekhnik karate serta membina mental atlit karate adalah metode demonstrasi, metode latihan, dan metode ceramah. Hambatan komunikasi instruksional pengasuh dan santri dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi hambatan teknis dan hambatan samantik. Dari hasil kesimpulan penelitian maka komunikasi instruksional senpai di dojo telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dan metode yang dilakukan senpai atau pelatih sangat berfungsi dalam proses latihan bagi atlit karate.Kata kunci ; Komunikasi Instruksional, Metode, dan Hambatan

Abstract

This Research is a contemporer study which analyzes about the challenge of International Labour Organization (ILO) in action to resolve the child labour problem in Bangladesh. Child labor is a social problem that has become a global issue and the agenda of nations in the world. The term child labor is often defined as work that hampers their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and is harmful to their physical and mental development. Bangladesh is a country with a high rate of child labor with a variety of issues contained therein. ILO as an international organization that deals with welfare has made various efforts but still has some challenges in resolving the problem of child labor in Bangladesh.This study aims to identify and explain the challenges of the ILO in its efforts to eliminate the number of child laborers in Bangladesh. This research was developed based on the framework of pluralism perspective that is supported by the theory of international organization, as well as the level of analysis using the government as the main actor in international relations. The concept leads to qualitative methods and the study of literature as a source of information.The challenges of ILO in its efforts to resolve the problem of child labor in Bangladesh, are the problem of poverty, the culture that assumed the child labour is normal, low education, and law enforcement that is not effective.Keywords: child labour, challenge, International Labour Organization (ILO), Bangladesh

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline of work on employee performance on permanent employees of PT. LG Electronics Indonesia Branch Office Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study used questionnaires as a data gathering tool distributed to 37 employees at PT. LG Electronics Indonesia Branch Office Pekanbaru. The data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R²) and hypothesis test with t test (partial) and F ( Simultaneous).The results showed that the results of the first variable hypothesis testing is the provision of motivation to employee performance is t_Hitung (4.847)> t_Table (2.030), meaning that the variable of motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The second variable of work discipline on employee performance is t? (3.553)> t_Table (2.030), work discipline variable significantly influence employee performance. Abstract

The news of the murder of Wayan Mirna Salihin became the news, early in 2016 that colored the mass media in ndoneisa. The investigation team also named Jessica Kumala Wongso as a sole suspect, from previously only a witness status. One of media that gives great attetion to this case is online media kompas.com. this research was conduted to see how kompas.com contruct the news of Jessica’s trial and how the ideology’s media in the news. This research arms to determine the construction of news and media ideology in the news coverage conducted kompas.com on the rubric “Mystery Mirna’s murder” from August 15th – October 27th 2016.This research uses qualitative method with data collection is documentation, interview, and literature study. The subject of this research is the trial contained in the rubric of the “Mystery Mirna’s Murder” from August 15th – October 27th 2016, with the analysis units of 11 articles seleted in four categories : the prosecution witness, Jessica’s witness, Jessica’s testimony and the final decision of the panel of judges. Data were analyzed using Robert N. Entman’s framing analysis tool.The result of this research found that the construction of the news conducted by using framing Entman’s model, that can be know the element of define problem of kompas.com emphasize the linkage of Jessica on the death of Mirna. The element of diagnose cause and make moral judgment kompas.com showed how the evidence, arguments of the experts and judges believe jessica has the oppurtunity to put cyanide into the Mirna’s coffee. The last element is treatment reccomendation, kompas.com is not straightforward in reporting the from of problem solving and also offen does not include treatment reccomendation in the news. Kompas.com also tends to priorituze economic’s of the raising the issue of Jessica’s crime track record to increase advertising revenue from the news of this cyanide coffee’s case and set a side their own ideology that is independent, fair and prosperous.

Abstract

Community is a group of people who share the environment, attention, problem, and has an interest or the same passion for a topic, and can deepen their knowledge and skills by interacting continuously. In the community, members of which were in it has the intent, belief, resources, needs, risks, and a number of similar conditions. Unwittingly, the human community has been living in two worlds of life, that real life and public life virtual (cyber community). This virtual community of public life came to be known as a virtual community. The virtual community is a group of internet users who form a network of personal relationships. Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) included as one of the virtual community in the city of Pekanbaru which has a number of members of each semester increased dramatically. This study aims to determine the motive and communications experience Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) members in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were ten members are selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques is done through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed, the motive member following the facebook community Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) consists of because motive be able to trade online, try, selling a wider, more profit, sals easier, find items easily, get new relationships, and Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online (PJBO) is it marketplace Pekanbaru. While in the order to motive that wants their business and increasing widespread and one of them joined just for the money side only. Communication experiences are categorized into two pleasant communication experience in the form of their quick response from administrators when any members which in terms of buying and selling. While not pleasant communication experience in the form of their fraudulent thins done by one admin that makes its members at a disadvantage, being cheated at the time of purchase, and comparing prices with others.Keyword: virtual community, because motive, in order to motive, communication experiences

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock prices on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange partially and simultaneously. Where the independent variables in this study is the capital structure and profitability while the dependent variable is the stock price. The number of samples in this study were 7 companies with quantitative data types. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis either partially or simultaneously shows that the variable of capital structure and profitability have a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction (study at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Work Environment as Variable (X1), Employee Welfare as Variable (X2) and Employee Morale as a variable (Y). The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru that is as much as 100 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of this research conclude that Work Environment variable and Employee Welfare have significant influence to Employee Morale at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru Keywords: Work Environvent, Employee Morale

Abstract

This research is about work discipline of housekeeping employee at Hotel KTM Resort Batam. This study aims to (1) be able to know the existing rules in housekeeping department at Hotel KTM Resort Batam. (2) can know the working discipline of hosekeeping department employees at KTM Resort Batam Hotel. The sample in this study amounted to 14 people using census sempling technique. This research uses quantitative descriptive to categorize data and then use interview. And for data collection techniques in this study using observation and interviews. Based on the results obtained on the motivation of employee housekeeping work at Koh Tien Meng (KTM) Resort Batam is quite good. Abstract

This research was conducted at the University of Riau precisely in the secretariat of BEM University of Riau. Differences in views between students who follow organizations and students who do not follow the organization that causes authors interested in researching this issue. With the formulation of how the influence of organizational activity on the achievements of the Board of BEM University of Riau and what are its factors. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of organizational activity on learning achievement. The theory used is organization theory, interaction theory, motivation theory, achievement theory by using descriptive Quantitative research method. How to get data by observation and questionnaire. The results of this study can be known the influence of organizational activity on learning achievement and the factors that influence it. In this study note that organizational activity has a positive influence on the board that follows it. One of the positive effects yag gained is able to manage the time between organizations with college, good communication. The influence is influenced by several factors, both internal and external. Internal factors come from self like parents, front masses, competition and confidence. While external factors such as friends, thinking patterns and views, the soul of competition and organizational experience.Keywords: Organizational Activity, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Moral behaviour and Attitudes of Council of Pekanbaru City members are interesting to investigate because ethical and moral issues also begin to be considered since the drafting of local regulations to the implementation of local regulations and enforcement in the midst of society. The ethical and moral factors underlying this stage are very important and very strategic in the development of this nation and state and greatly determine the shape and form and the resulting regulatory character and conditions of society that will be created by the regulationThe purpose of this research is to know attitude and behavior of DPRD member of Pekanbaru City in function of legislation year 2015 in discussion of Ranperda PMB-RW. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research method. The location of this research is conducted in Pekanbaru City DPRD Office. Data collection techniques were conducted with interviews and documentation.The results of this research can be seen that the attitude is not mutually open among fellow members of the board because members of the Pansus who came from the PDIP faction claimed to have not received a draft of the Ranperda and decided to Walk Out because from the beginning did not agree to the ratification of this regulation.Keywords: PMB-RW, Moral Behaviour, Attitude, Counsil Of Pekanbaru City, Legislation
