Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of Economic Value Added on stock prices at food and beverage’s sub sector industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) period 2010 – 2014 . This research used financial ratio analysis, it was Economic Value Added. The method to observe the effect of Economic Value Added on stock prices was simple linear regression of stastical analysis. Analysis data using simple linear regression , t test , and coefficient of determination test.The result showed that the Economic Value Added variable partially affect significantly againts the price of share in food beverage industry that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords : Economic Value Added, Stock Prices

Abstract

This research aimed to describe how Palestine movement to get independence and recognition from all above United Nations member state. In this research will explain the progess of Palestine‟s Authority to become non-member observer state in United Nations. Authority of Palestine was the Palestine‟s people representation that had right to vote and right to submit point of view at international forum. Palestine Liberazation Organization (PLO) take important role for Palestine movement. In any relations, especially foreign relations, Palestine had some of good attitude. But all of Palestine disputes with Israel hamper the independence of Palestine.Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Researcher use realism perspective. The level analysis of the research is nation-state and also use international cooperation theory by K.J. Holsti.From this research it can be seen, Palestine used some steps toward international rezime. There are three steps that will shown in this research. First, by using confference diplomacy, under Mahmoud Abbas rezime as President of Palestine‟s Authority used diplomatic relations with other nation state with delivery speech in front of the forum. Second steps with parlementary diplomacy made Palestine as a non-member observer state in United Nations after 67th general assembly at 44th panel discussion on November 29th, 2012. This result supported by 138 countries, rejected by 9 countries, 41 counstries abstain, and 5 countries absen. The last step from Palestine movement for recognition by using international organization. This seen when Palestine joined as a full membership of UNESCO. Abstract

This research is trying to explain about the role of Global Ecolabelling Networks (GEN) against Indonesia’s ecolabelling program in 2014. Global Ecolabelling Networks (GEN) is an international non-profit network of third party ecolabelling organizations that encourages and promotes type 1 ecolabelling development across the world.This research is using perspective Constructivism, theory international organizations and also using concept of role and sustainable development. This research is also applying qualitative methods and the data obtained comes from books, journals, documents, articles, internet sites and other sources related to this research.Global Ecolabelling Network as international organizations leaded the standardization of eco-label certification, who corporate with ISO and create standard ISO 14024 series. Indonesia become the member of GEN in 2006, the purpose of joining Global Ecolabelling Network is the Indonesian product can compete with another international product, and to protect an environment. RAPP is a large company that has a production paper in Indonesia and it certificate from program eco-label Indonesia. Abstract

Senua Island is an located island not far from the village sepempang district bunguran Timur. The island is located in the south china sea bordering the eastern state of malaysia (north kalimantan). Senua Island is an area that has been set as a conservation area. This study aims to determine: (1) to describe the natural tourist attraction on the Senoa Island; (3) The government's efforts to develop tourist attractions In the senoa island.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach, this subjects of this study werw taken from Tourists, Tourism Awareness Chiefs, Tourism and Culture Offices and additional informants of the Fisheries Department.. The data collection is made by a study of documents, observation, interview, documentation.The results showed that the attractions of senua island has a natural tourist attraction like the natural beauty of the Senoa Island, natural beauty under the sea on the Senoa Island.. Other natural attractions such as cave birds nest besides the animals and plants on this island is not much so that the uniqueness of its own in this island. In addition, carrying out the activity that attracts the audience such as the release of hundreds of turtle children. The conclusion of this research is a tourist attraction Senoa Island has a natural tourist attraction that can be developed as a leading tourist and add existing facilities on the Senoa Island.Keywords : attraction, natural tourism, senoa island

Abstract

Indonesia has a wealth of diverse fauna. A series of records and records held by the country's wealth. But Indonesia is also one of the contributors to the extinction of fauna in the world,The longer, the longer the list of fauna Indonesia are included in the category of endangered. Retic Pekanbaru is a community of animal lovers One reptile manifold. Retic community consisting of 30 people is concerned with the preservation of animal reptile with all sorts of activities in the community design in shaping the behavior of the animals concerned about the preservation of various reptiles in Pekanbaru.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Informants consisted of five people who is the chairman and members of the Community RETICPekanbaru by using purposive. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the Community RETIC Pekanbaru strategies targeting these communities seek to know who the target in order to establish an appropriate message. Community Retic also using electronic media (local radio and local television), social media (instagram), print media (newspapers). And in the delivery of his message Retic community has always stressed how important sustainability reptiles animals to be maintained so that shape the behavior of the animals concerned about the preservation of Reptiles. Abstract

This research was conducted in Jorong III Kampung Nagari Gadut Tilatang Kamang District Agam District. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Ninik Mamak in monitoring the ulayat land in Jorong III Kampuang Nagari Gadut Tilatang Kamang District Agam Regency and analyze why the land can be sold. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling because the author has set some criteria of the subject that will be used as a source of information in research that will be done as many as 5 (five) people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and data instrument that is observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The results of this study found that ulayat land belonging to this people can be sold to outsiders because there are several causes, namely the reason for the urgent need, because it can not redeem the previously pawned land, and the next reason is not have a sister (extinct). The role of Ninik Mamak in the control of ulayat land is to preserve the treasures as well as to preserve, explain to the child's nephew in all heritage treasures of his own people and supervise in the form of sharing of results. Abstract

Management of cultural park is very important. Cultural park is a place to do activities related to art and culture. Riau province has a Cultural Park managed by Technical Implementation Unit (TIU) Regional Museum and Cultural Park Riau province, as a government institution responsible for the existence and development of local culture.for that institution, is required to do the development and cultural development of 12 districts or cities in riau province. Based on field observations, the problems that occur are some work programs that have been planned has not been implemented optimally. The purpose of this study is to know the management of cultural park and the factors that influence the management of cultural park at TIU Regional Museum and Cultural Park Riau province. The theory concept used is management according to George R.Terry which starts from planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection research using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with research informants such as Head of Cultural Service, Head of TIU Regional Museum and Cultural Park, Head of Culture Park Section, Riau Cultural Park employee and Artist. Conclusion of this research that management of cultural park at TIU Regional Museum and Cultural Park not yet optimal. There are still some shortcomings, especially in organizing, actuating, and controlling work programs. As well as the factors that influence the form of human resources, facilities and budget management of cultural park at TIU Regional Museum and Cultural Park. Not yet optimal performance of local government of KuantanSingingi Regency in running the concept of Public Private Partnership in tourism development and the failure of local government of KuantanSingingi Regency in encouraging investors to join in development of tourism area and government unable to utilize local media / national as a means to tourism promotion in KuantanSingingi Regency. Therefore, it is then that underlie the author to find out more and intend to conduct research on Public Private Partnership in the Development of Tourism Potential in KuantanSingingi Regency In the period 2011-2015.What factors affect the Public Private Partnership in the development of tourism potential in KuantanSingingiRegency. The purpose of the research is to know the Public Private Partnership in the development of tourism potential in KuantanSingingi Regency. Qualitative research methods. This research was conducted in KuantanSingingi Regency. Data sources are primary through interviews as well as secondary data sources. Data analysis technique is carried out with qualitative descriptive analysis. Currently KuantanSingingi District Government has not implemented the concept of Public Private Partnership in developing and managing tourism sector in KuantanSingingi regency. Inadequate management of facilities and infrastructure resulting in a lack of visiting tourists.Promotion made by the Department of Tourism and Culture KuantanSingingi regency about tourism events “pacujalur” and other tourist objects that have not been optimal, and the lack of socialization from the Department of Tourism and culture KuantanSingingi district to the community about the culture and traditions that exist in KuantanSingingi, Strategy DinasKebudayaan Tourism Youth and Sports KuantanSinginggi regency has not been done properly, This we can see from some existing strategies such as improving facilities and infrastructure both principal and supporting, direct or indirect promotion and work with the community, Of the three strategies there is no implemented maximally, very less in the implementation.Keywords: Public Private Partnership and Tourism

Abstract

The research of this free family planning programs, intend to know how response of fertile age couple to free family planning programs and any kind factors to influence the response. The location of this research at Puskesmas RI Sidomulyo Delima district of Tampan. Method that used is kuantative method with descrptive analysis, that is obtained data collecting based on the fact in field by spreading enquette, interview, and documentation. Responder of this research consist 96 fertile age couple. The framework of teory is response teory, and participation teory. The result of research response fertile age couple to free family planning programs at Delima is positive, proven 63 from 96 responder have used family planning program. This matter supported by participation of husband and sosialitation from family palnning officer in Delima. Factors influence of respons that is education, work, involvement of closest person, and culture, economic, religion condition.Key word : Respons, Fertile age couple, Free family planning program

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style and effectiveness selff and its influence on organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership as a variable (X1), Selff Eficacy as a variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a variable (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is 89 employees conducted by census. Technical data through questionnaire The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test can be concluded significant transformational leadership towards organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru, It can be concluded significant Self efficacy to organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru as well as transformational leadership and significant effectiveness towards organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru.
