Abstract

Tourism development is one of the effects of the implementation of regional autonomy . Tourism is also a potential area that should be developed to improve the economic welfare of society . Construction and development of travel of Bono did not experience significant changes , so that the infrastructure facilities have not been constructed thoroughly. This research is aims to determine the potential of which is owned by the attraction of Bono and to describe the development as well as factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of tourism development Bono by Department of Tourism CultureYouth and Sports Pelalawan.This research is Management uses the theory by Suwantoro. this theory consists of the Tourist attraction, tourist facilities and tourism infrastructure. Abstract

Communication process is one of defining factor in the success of empowerment thecommunity. The planned program should distribute well. Therefore empowermentcommunication becomes a trend in managing the community to increase their standard ofliving especially for the community which far for receiving any information but still in the“circle” of extraordinary natural potential. The purpose of this research is to knowcommunication of empowerment, participation and obstacles happen to PantaiPesonaMerchant Group of North Rupat by Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sport Affair of BengkalisRegency.Model of the empowerment communication with democratic leadership has applied inthis research to measure the communication of empowerment. The research used qualitativemethod through descriptive analysis which refers to Huberman and Miles data modelsystematic analysis. Subject in this research are tanjung Medan’s headman, TanjungMedan’s Companion Village, and the members of PantaiPesona Merchants’ group (KP3)North Rupat.The result of this research indicates the efforts empowerment communication for thegroup development has run well. Generally, the patterns that showed up in thecommunication model above have been run well. It is just some sustaining success factors ofthis program not yet implemented maximally such as : the government hasn’t maximallyidentifying social community, the empowerment hasn’t done regularly and periodically, andthe parties involved in managing KP3RU hasn’t have good capacity and capability.Keywords: empowerment comunications, empowerment the community

Abstract

Recruitment is one of the management functions of Civil Servants (PNS) are located. Recruitment through an objective, transparent, and accountable expected to obtain human resources (PNS) quality, capable of performing the task in a professional manner. Recruitment Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) should have a purpose as the election of the candidates for state officials who have integrity and superior quality, through the recruitment process is transparent and accountable. Society should know the stages in the recruitment process employess using CAT system to avoid errors in execution. The lack of reference books that explain the implementation of the employess with CAT system affecting the smooth implementation of the recruitment procedures that need to be propagated explanation regarding the implementation of the employess with CAT system through the print media. Socialization recruitment procedures to make people understand the CAT system used in the implementation of the civil servant recruitment so that more and more enthusiasts that wish to follow the civil servant recruitment.This study used a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach used to memproleh information needed in order to learn more on the issues to be discussed in this study. A qualitative approach emphasizes the human element as a research instrument will facilitate the adjustment of the fact that occur in the field. To meet the needs of writing, the authors take the object of this study in Pekanbaru Regional Kepegawain Agency (BKD). Because at the office in charge of the implementation of the civil servant recruitment. The number of informants needed in qualitative research can not be in charge, the research process directly from an information to other information. Selection of informants purposively This meant that informants selected were able to understand and explain it right, giving accurate information on issues of this study. Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that: Implementation of Recruitment employess with System CAT at BKD Kota Pekanbaru hold recruitment include: 1) registration online registration, 2) Filing Requirements, 3) Call Exams and Exam / Test, 4) Announcement of Results Test , Obstacles in the implementation of the civil servant recruitment system BKD CAT in Pekanbaru, among others: a. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Aras Mandiri Sejahtera Pekanbaru period 2013-2017 in terms of analysis of Liquidity Ratios and Profitability Ratios. The method used is the time series analysis. Data and information obtained from PT. Aras Mandiri Sejahtera Pekanbaru which is located at Jl. Bakti II No. 09 Kelurahan Tangkerang Barat Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru. From the results of the analiysis of data using liquidity ratio analysis it can be concluded that for the liquidity ratio with indicators Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio have a fructuating and overall it can be categorized as quite good and for the solvency ratio with indicators Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a fructuating and overall it can be categorized is good. While for the profitability ratio with indicators Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investmen and Return on Equity, it experiences fructuations and overall can be categorized as good and for the activity ratio with indicators Inventory Turnover, Working Capital Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have a fructuating and overall it can be categorized is less good. Keywords : Analysis, Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity.

Abstract

Poverty is not just about economic issues. The number of poor people led to make Economic growth become slowing. One form of government concern for this problem is to create a program that is Village Empowerment Program (PPD). In PPD, there are several forms of empowerment, one of them is a program of Economic Business Village Savings and Loans (UED-SP) in the form of government provides loans or funding business capital to the society to develop the society business in order to improve the village economy and the society welfare. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of Economic Program of Savings and Loans Economic Village (UED-SP) and the factors that influence the Effectiveness of UED-SP Program Implementation in Dompas Village, Bukit Batu Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency.Based on the theory of Mahmudi that to find out the effectiveness of a program based on several indicators namely Input, Process, Output, and Outcome. The research method that is used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. The informants in this research are UED-SP Chairman, UED-SP Management Team, and UED-SP Cemerlang Users of Dompas Village.From the results of descriptive qualitative data analysis found that the Effectiveness of UED-SP Program Implementation in Dompas Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency is quite effective. It can be seen from the participation of some society to use the funds from UED-SP as the venture capital, the UED-SP Program continuity and the slightly increased society economy. In this study, it is known that the factors that influence the Effectiveness of UED-SP Program Implementation in Dompas Village, Bukit Batu Subdistrict, Bengkalis District, is less effective or less appropriate fund targets, and lack of human resources coaching for management team or borrower of loan itself.keywords: Effectiveness, Program, Economic Business Village Savings and Loans(UED-SP)

Abstract

The coaching program is one of the programs run by the State DetentionBranch Selatpanjang.. Instructor coaching program at Branch Selatpanjang usinginstructional communication in which there are several methods. One of theclasses in the coaching program at Rutan Selatpanjang branch is a handicraftclass that is able to utilize secondhand goods to be made into works such asminiature, souvenir and selling price. The community around even tourists areinterested to buy the craft. For now, the work of Batan Selatpanjang Branchresidents has come to areas such as Bengkalis, Dumai, Pekanbaru and evenabroad such as Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea. The purpose of thisresearch is to know the method, the media as well as the instructor instructionalcommunication barrier in the craft class guidance program at the Branch ofSelatpanjang Prison.This research uses qualitative research method. The research wasconducted at the Branch of Detention House of State Selatpanjang of TanjungMayat Village, Tebing Tinggi, Meranti Island district, Riau Province. Selection ofinfroman done by purposive technique. Data collection techniques used duringconducting research is by way of observation, interview and documentation.While the validity of data that researchers use is to extend the participation,triangulation and reference adequacy.The results showed that instructional instruction method used byinstructor in handicraft class of Branch Selatpanjang is using command method,practice/practice method, and question and answer method. While theinstructional communication media used by the instructor in the form of visualmedia such as drawings and whiteboard and media aids. Meanwhile, the barrierof instructional communication that occurred in the handicraft class of BranchSelatpanjang is in the form of obstacles to the technical media as well as theobstacle coming from the psychological communicant.Keywords: instructional communication, Coaching program, State detentionbranch of selatpanjang

Abstract

Metrosexual men get different attention in the eyes of society. Society still regards metrosexual men as gay or homosexual because they often use women's care products. But this stereotype was broken in the Axelerate The Series: Kostan AX / 3 web series. This web series highlights how men should look, be considered, and be cared for. This study discusses the representation of metrosexual women discussed in Axelerate The Series: Kostan AX / 3 Web Series.               This study uses qualitative research methods with John Fiske's semiotic analysis. Determination of informants using purposive techniques. The subject of this research is the Axelerate The Series: Kostan AX / 3 web series on the axeindonesia Youtube channel. Data obtained by the method of observation and documentation. The data analysis unit was chosen based on scenes which had 12 scenes of metrosexual men. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources.        The results showed that (1) the level of reality, metrosexual men were seen in aspects of appearance, manner of speech, behavior, gestures, expressions and environment. (2) Level of representation, metrosexual men are depicted through aspects of the camera, lighting, music and sound. (3) The level of ideology, the depiction of metrosexual male values can be concluded to contain consumerism and persuasive values. Consumerism describes men who like to consume care products to support their appearance and foster self-confidence. While persuasive illustrates the web series that tries to foster a man's interest to pay more attention to his appearance by showing the expression and results of men after using care products.

Abstract

The Research on role of family work in socializing the value of religion in children in RT 02 RW 02, has a purpose to know the way families in socializing the value of religion in children. The research location is located at RT 02 RW 02 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Sub District Kampar Regency. This study uses qualitative methods by analyzing the questions obtained and presented in the form of a systematic and scientific sentence. The process of analysis begins by reviewing all data that has been obtained from observations, and in-depth interviews of research informants then the data will be presented in the form of qualitative. Determination of subjects in this study using purposive sample technique. Where the samples are married couples who work and married couples who have children aged 5-13 years. The definition of concepts used in this research is the role, family and religious socialization. Indicators of this research is the way of family in socialize religious values of prayer fardu, fasting, reading al-qur'an, morals to parents, morals to others, socialization in dress and socialization in behaving. The results of this study describes the role of working families in socializing the religious values of children in RT 02 RW 02 is good enough. This can be seen from the socialization of the worship practice of the parent prayer teaches movement first and use the media images, socialization reading al-qur'an parents bring chaplain to the house, handed over completely to TPA / MDA and taught themselves at home. Socialization of morals to parents and neighbors is quite good as saying greeting when entering the house, politely speaking to parents and saying goodbye when out of the house and not doing deviant behavior, socialization in dressing well enough because parents give knowledge to children about how to dress up good according to the religion of Islam and in behaving parents apply to always keep hospitality like greeting an older man with a greeting that polite and courteous. However, it is expected that parents who work to further improve their attention to children especially in the socialization of religious values.Keywords: Role, Family and Socialization of Religion

Abstract

Transportation is one tool that is needed in human life, one of them is a motorcycle. The increasing use of motorcycles has an impact on the use of highways that are also increasing. Whereas the area of Kampar district is large enough to cause congestion and traffic density problems are growing that causing traffic violations by the society, especially for students. To overcome traffic problems the Police introduce a Program that known as Safety Riding Program (safety driving). This research used type qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In collecting data, researcher use purposive sampling method as source of information and data analysis with triangulation technique. The results showed that the implementation of safety riding program for the students by Kampar Country Police in the implementation has been running smoothly, while in terms of resources are insufficient, including from human resources that still classified less.and from physical resources ie tools used in the implementation the safety riding program is still inadequate and lack of informationdelivery. Then executive officers whom still lack as obstacles in the implementation of safety riding program should be overcome by adding staff or executive staff. Abstract

LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) three kilogram tube is a subsidized gas intended for lower class households and micro enterprises. Distribution is done by Pertamina, then distributed to the agency, and the last channeled to the base. The base party may only sell to lower-class and micro-businesses only with the selling price as regulated by the Pekanbaru City Government, and furthermore, the base is prohibited from selling to retailers. This study aims to determine how the control of the distribution of subsidized gas in Pekanbaru City and the factors that influence the control of the distribution of subsidized gas. The theory used in this research is about the control by Stoner and Wankel in Siswanto. The indicators are to define the desired results, define the results predictors, define standards for predictors and outcomes, define information and feedback networks, and assess information and take remedial action. And to know the factors that affect the control of the distribution of subsidized gas is based on field research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. Informants in this research are Head of Trade and Head of Information and Legal Section of Trade Office and Industry of Pekanbaru City, Subsidized Gas Agency, Subsidized Gas Base, and Community as consumer of subsidized gas with accidental sampling. And data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the control of the distribution of subsidized gas conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry Pekanbaru City has not been maximized. This can be seen from the existence of bases that sell subsidized gas is not on target. The base sells subsidized gas to the retailers and sells it above the set price. And it is evident from the public as consumers of subsidized gas still buy the subsidized gas at retailers. Factors affecting the control of the distribution of subsidized gas are limited human resources, lack of coordination, lack of advice and infrastructure, and the assumption that the base is aware of and obeys the rules.Keywords: Control, Distribution, Subsidized Gas
