Abstract

UPTD SAMSAT Bukittinggi is the public services delivery unit in the motor vehicle tax administration, improve services UPTD SAMSAT In Bukittinggi innovation in the management of motor vehicle tax is to use SAMSAT kiosk machine. The purpose of this study was to determine how service innovation and determine the factors that affect service delivery innovations in the management of motor vehicle tax on UPTD SAMSAT Bukittinggi.This study uses the theory of Everett M. Rogers (2003) in Suwarno (2008: 17), In application of innovation have the attributes that are inherent in such innovations. Attributes innovation in question is as follows Relative Advantage, Compatibility), Complexity, Triability, observability. The method used is qualitative data collection through interviews, observation and documentation.These results indicate that innovation in public services in the management of motor vehicle tax on UPTD SAMSAT Bukittinggi is to use the machine kiosk SAMSAT greatly benefit the community, but much remains encountered obstacles like the community who can not operate a machine and not a serving officer operating the machine kiosk SAMSAT, other barriers such as broken network, and electricity shut off, so that people could not use the SAMSAT kiosk machine.Keywords: Innovation, Service, Motor Vehicle Tax

Abstract

Madihin is a art Kalimantan Selatan poetry or bounce accompained music with blow music rebana called tarbang. Madihin art in Tembilahan already available before Indonesia Independence. This art developing in Tembilahan city because happened big immigration Kalimantan Selatan Banjar society to Tembilahan last era 19 ago in 1999. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication process Madihin, speech act art communication madihin, and message meaning art communication madihin.This research uses qualitative method using with purposive methods by iterviewing 10 informant. The theory used is the theory of symbolic interaction with an ethnographic approach to communication. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Hubermen models. To achieve data validity, reseaarches used extended participation and tringulation.The results of the study show that the process of communication of madihin art in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency consists of preparation and implementation. At the preparation stage that must be prepared is mental, clothing and musical instruments. At the implementation stage consists of four, namely opening, respect, content and closing The communication speech act contained in the madihin poem is the act of locution to inform something, the act of illocution to convey something that has a purpose and purpose in it, the act of perlokusi is the effect arising from poetry. The meaning of the message in madihin consists of two, namely as advice and humor. Advice in madihin consists of marriage, education and religious advice. Humor contained in madihin serves as entertainment and as learning.

Abstract

Social Responsibility of Company or of Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) is an concept that organization, specially ( but not merely) company is to have various responsibility form to entire/all my me of its importance, which among others is consumer, employees, stockholder, environment and community in all company operational aspect including economic aspect, social, and environment. Therefore, CSR closely related with " development of have continuation", namely a[n organization, especially company, in executing its activity have to base its decision of eye do not pursuant to its impact in economic aspect, for example advantage storey;level or of deviden, but also have to consider environmental and social impact of arising out of its decision, good to short-range and also for longer meter.Execution Of Social Responsibility of Company ( Corporate Social Responsibility/ CSR) by PT. Energi Mega of Persada (EMP) Malacca Strait S.A. This Research aim to to know sejauhmana execution of social responsibility of company/ CSR at PT (EMP) executed pursuant to going into effect as well as to know influence of execution of social responsibility of company/ CSR PT (EMP) to society. This research have the character of research of field with data collecting obtained to [pass/through] interview with company [party/side] and society and also pay attention supporter literature. Pursuant to result of from obtained datas and research, hence obtained by the following result: (1) Execution of social responsibility of company/ CSR PT (EMP) in general have been executed based on rule going into effect namely Number rules and regulations 40 Year 2007 about Limited Liability as regulation which shade execution of social responsibility of company/ CSR in Indonesia and Regulation of Government of Number 47 Year 2012 about Environmental and Social Responsibility of Limited Liability as regulation of its execution. But still there are insuffiency and weakness in its that is, there are him some activity and program which have been planned by company but in its it him not yet walked maximally. and only some of is small the than execution of social responsibility of company/ CSR executed by company board of directors.Keyword: Execution Of CSR, PT. Abstract

Education is very important in the era of globalization, and the school is a container of children's learning from the level of primary school education or elementary, junior high, high school and to university. Primary education is compulsory education nine years, but until now there are still many children who drop out of school in the village of Baturijal Hulu subdistrict Peranap Indragiri Hulu starting from elementary, junior high and high school that causes by various factors such as economic factors factor of failing a grade, own volition factor (lazy) environmental factors and factor the lack of motivation of the family. This research was conducted in the village of Upper Baturijal Peranap District of Indragiri Hulu, this research specifically on parents of school dropouts and children who drop out of school in the academic year 2015/2016 are still in the village of Upper Baturijal with the objective to analyze the perception of parents for children's education and children's activities after dropping out of school. The theory used is the theory of perception and motivation theory. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling methods, data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The number of informants in this study were 17 people consisting of seven parents of children who drop out of school, 7 dropouts and 3 people informant supporters. The results showed that children who drop out of school more due to the child's place of environmental factors. Parents have the view that it was very important pendidika, with their education will increase knowledge and insight for their children. But not all parents have a good pandagan to education, there are also parents who think that education is not important and only spend money. Activities undertaken after dropping out of school children visits from elementary children spend more time to play, further visits of school children from junior and senior high school children prefer to work to help their parents.Keywords: Perception, Dropouts, Activities

Abstract

This research supposed to know the influence of work motivation and organization communication on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Employee work discipline is one of the factors that makes the company's goals run in accordance with applicable regulations and norms. To improve work discipline, it must be investigated first what factors influence the work discipline. Discipline of employees to their work can not be separated from the motivation of the leadership, colleagues and fulfillment of employee needs in order to motivate also must be considered so that work discipline can increase. In addition to these factors, employee work discipline is strongly influenced by the ability to communicate between each element, because discipline is closely related to the delivery of existing regulations and sanctions and is accompanied by a process of coaching and supervision.The object in this research is the employee (back office) of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru with a sample of 55 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods in the research are primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. Analysis of the data used is to use the help of the application SPSS ver 25 for windows.This research concluded that the results of the t test showed that work motivation on employee work discipline had a significant effect on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. T test results indicate that organization communication on employee work discipline there is a significant influence on employee work discipline (back office) at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The f test results show that work motivation and organization communication simultaneously have a significant effect on accepted work discipline. Keywords: work motivation, organization communication, work discipline

Abstract

One of the objectives of this study is to determine the extent of supervision of sea transport standards in Pekanbaru City. Sea transportation is one of the means of transportation as a form of service to the community to make it easier to travel from one place to another through the waters. In realizing safe, safe, fast, smooth, orderly and orderly transportation, comfortable and efficient, there needs to be supervision from KSOP (Office of Port Authority and Port Authority) Pekanbaru through the Traffic Section of Sea Transportation and Ports Business by deploying Kaposker (Head of Post Work) and its members. However, the surveillance carried out has not yet fully gone well. This is due to the condition of ships that are not in accordance with sea transport passenger service standards on board and the obligation of the Kaposker to provide supervision reports every day is not carried out properly, causing the KSOP Pekanbaru vision to realize the Safe, Comfortable and Safe Sea Transportation Service. The researcher uses the concept of Manullang theory (2015: 184) which is to set measurement tools (standards), deal with assessments, and take corrective actions using qualitative research methods, using Purposive Sampling techniques for selecting informants and conducting data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results of the study showed that the Supervision of Sea Freight Standards in Pekanbaru City was related to the Passenger Sea Freight Services Standards that were not fully operational. This is because there are obstacles Lack of Legal Awareness of the Government, Operators and users of transportation services. Keywords: Supervision, Service Standards, Transportation

Abstract

Children are gift from Allah SWT, They are the next generation of the nationwho are protected by state and government and still in growth phsyically and mentally.However, in daily activity, sometimes children face the difficult situations that makethem breaking and dealing with the law, and this is known as ABH. When the childrenare processed by the law then they will be subject of the article of child criminal lawwith imprisonment as the consequences. As a prisoner, children will be losing physicalfreedom, losing of control over life, losing of family, losing of goods and services,losing of security, lack of stimulation and psychological disturbance.This research aims to see how the role of P2TP2A Pekanbaru City in handlingABH and see what factors are inhibiting P2TP2A Pekanbaru City in doing it’s role.This research uses the role theory and policy implementation by Geode Edward III.This research is guided by qualitative explanation. This result shows that the role ofP2TP2A Pekanbaru City in handling ABH has not been accomplished maximally yet. Asfor factors that inhibit P2TP2A in implementing the role are human resources, budget,and facilities.Keywords: role, P2TP2A, ABH.

Abstract

Larasita is a People Service for Land Certification. This service has a strategy to pick up the ball that provides convenience to the community who do data collection and land measurement to be certified. So, people do not need to bother to register at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional office a long distance. With this Larasita Program, Sijunjung district with geographical location far and difficult to reach in the management of land becomes easier. The problem raised in this research is how communication strategy of Larasita Program in giving public service to society of Sijunjung Regency.This research used descriptive qualitative method, while the object of the research is Larasita Program at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional of Sijunjung Regency and research subjects including employees who are members of the Larasita team and also the community. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation.The results found First, the public audiences of public Larasita programs are far and unreached. Second, the message given in the form of informative messages and persuasion that invites the people to do data collection and making land certificates. Third, brochures, banners and radio are the media used by the Badan Pertanahan Nasional of Sijunjung Regency. Fourth, communicators come from Larasita team appointed by Decision, supported by Walinagari and local custom leaders who are more aware of the community criteria where the Larasita Program is held.Keyword : Larasita Program, Sijunjung, Land Certification

Abstract

This study is a contemporary study that provides an analysis of ILO - RI cooperation in promoting the right of fair work opportunity for disabled persons in indonesia. This study aims to explain the inequality that occurs in the right of employment for disabled persons in indonesia. In developing countries like Indonesia, disabled persons are often overlooked, so that many of disabled persons do not have the right to work. ILO as an international organization that focusing on workers' rights is concerned to help promote the rights of disabled persons in indonesia.This research was developed based on the framework of pluralism perspective that is supported by the theory of international organization, as well as the level of analysis using society as the main actor in international relations. The concept leads to qualitative methods and the study of literature as a source of information.ILO-Indonesia cooperation are in promoting the PROPEL-Indonesia program. Abstract

The popularity of online media in society, especially among teenagers, is based on the motive. The motive in using online media can lead to an intensity in using online media that will affect satisfaction in using online media. Mangaku.web.id. is one of the popular web manga among Japanese culture lovers. In the theory of uses and gratification, to meet the needs, society choose its own media based on motive and the media only provide what is needed by the community. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence between motif and intensity of media usage to satisfaction of Himpunan Mangaka Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative explanative. The data were collected using questionnaires. The research was conducted at Himpunan Mangaka Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis test used in this research is path analysis and to process the questionnaire data, done by using program SPSS for Windows version 23. The results obtained from path analysis in this study is the motive of online media use has a direct influence on online media usage satisfaction of 15.9% and indirect influence on online media use satisfaction through the intensity of online media usage of 1.1%. Thus the total effect obtained in this study is 17%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not in this study. Keywords: Motive, Intensity, Satisfaction, Manga, Media Usage
