Abstract

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Malaysian Prime Minister,Najib Razak, in 2013 agreed to improve bilateral strategic partnership relationships. China invests in infrastructure, property, industry and economic sectors along the One Belt One Road sea route in an effort to protect supplies and have political influence through the Strait of Malacca. China is also helping to restore the debt of troubled state assets 1Malaysia Development Berhad with a large amount of investment. This study aimed to explain the steps taken by China which is very surprising considering that Malaysia has a complex problem about the investment state assets of 1MDB. This research guided by a qualitative explanation method and the data obtained comes from books, journals, report, working papers, internet sites and other sources related to research. The focus of this research is why China keep on investing a huge amount in Malaysia that was in degradation of investment climate after nation-asset 1MDB trouble. The theoretical framework applied in this research are neo-liberalism supported by the theory of interdependence by Keohane and Nye, theory of determinants of foreign direct investment by Dunning and China Outward Direct Investment by Buckley to strengthen the goals and opportunities that exist in Malaysia that make China confident to provide large-scale investment. The research showed that China investments in Malaysia has attracted by opportunity in Malaysia?s potential economic market. China is Malaysia's largest trading partner and Malaysia is top 3 China's largest trading partner in Southeast Asia and the history relations between countries. Even after the investment degradation, China still managed developing investments in infrastructure through Pan Asia Railway Network, expanding property by Bandar Malaysia projects, developing energy resources by buying a whole stocks of Edra Global Energy Bhd and building any sectors that could facilitate the One Belt One Road agenda. Abstract

This study aims to explain the reasons of Indonesia for deploying Air Defence Operation (Operasi Pertahanan Udara) Defence In Depth Strategy to safeguard the aerospace sovereignty of cross-rights violations by foreign military aircraft in 2012 to 2017. The escalation of air threats that develop into a violation by foreign military aircraft will threaten the sovereignty of NKRI. Opshanud defence in depth is implemented by the National Air Defence Command (Komando Pertahanan Udara Nasional) which has many functions, one of them is air defence operations function.The study was prepared using the Security Strategy theory by John P. Lovell, the concept of national security, the realist perspective, and state-degree analysis. This research also uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews (structural and unstructural) and literature studies.The results of this study indicate that Indonesia deploy aero defence operation defence in depth based on Indonesia?s defence capability. Defence capabilities can be seen from government policy in the field of defence, development of strategic environment, procurement of defence equipment and defence budget. In order to maintain effective and efficient aerospace sovereignty, airspace is divided into several air defence sectors: areal air defence, pointed air defence, and terminal air defence.Keywords: defence, air, violations, security, strategy

Abstract

This research was carried out on the existing beauty clinics in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the concept of the self and the activity of the metrosexual in doing facial treatments as well as consumption patterns metrosexual in use of free time. The subjects in this study amounted to 5 people that is men who do facials. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods and data were analyzed qualitatively and retrieval technique using accidental sampling. Data instruments are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. From the results of research conducted the author discovered that the metrosexual who perform facial treatments due to the wish to have a clean face of blackheads and spots of black flecks. Besides their goal of doing facial treatments because of demands from the place of work that requires them to look neat and clean. As for metrosexual consumption patterns in the use of free time, they perform activities shopping fashion branded and hunting accessories, hanging out at cafes, karaoke and doing fitness. Abstract

This thesis is a Bilateral Trade study that analysis Indonesia's interests in meeting domestic food needs. This research focused on Indonesia's interests in importing wheat from Australia  in  2012-2016. Wheat is the most food commodity produced in the world compared to maize and rice, even the number of production from year to year is increasing. As a country with high consumption of wheat Indonesia imports from world wheat producers such as Australia.This thesis usesd the theory of International Trade where there is a bilateral relationship between two countries by carrying out export-import. Supported by the level of analysis of the Nation State and the Liberalism Perspective. The concept refers to the method of qualitative methods and assisted by Library Research as a source of information.          Indonesia's interest in importing wheat is due to increased consumption of wheat in the country. Australian wheat contributes 97-99 percent of Australian grain exports to Indonesia every year. Australia exported an average of 4.0 million tons of wheat over the past five years and another factor that affected it was the proximity of the region between the two countries. Keywords:IA-CEPA, interest, import, wheat.

Abstract

This thesis is an international relations research in diplomacy studies which describes about the efforts of Indonesian diaspora network Netherland (IDN-NL) in Indonesian’s public diplomacy toward Netherland in social culture aspect n 2013-2016. Indonesia and Netherland have long history, from conflict till cooperation. To maintain this good term relations, Indonesia conduct public diplomacy. The successes of Indonesia’s public diplomacy can be affected by the interaction of Indonesian public with Netherland public. IDN-NL as an Indonesia’s interactions tool is expected give some positive impacts.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting data from books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the neo-realist perspective and multi-track diplomacy theory proposed by John Mc. Donald and Louise Diamond. The object of this research is Indonesian diaspora network Netherland.The result of this research shows that IDN-NL creates some programs and activities that involve Indonesian and Netherland in social culture aspect. The programs and activities held by the task forces and give some positives impacts to Indonesian diplomacy toward Netherland.Key Words: IDN, IDN-NL, Public Diplomacy, Neo-Realist.

Abstract

Land is a place for people to exercise their nature as personal and social. Land ownership must be clearly evidenced by a legally registered land title certificate called a land certificate. Certificate of land is very necessary in the order of land administration. To improve the service to the public in the certification of land and in order to bring about the implementation of duties and functions, BPN Kabupaten Kampar carried out the mandate of BPN RI based on the regulation of Head of BPN number 18 Year 2009 to society developed land services called Larasita (People's Service for Land Certification). Still less people in the management of certificates through Larasita and the lack of services received in various regions attracted writers to conduct research titled Evaluation of People Services Program for Land Certification (LARASITA) in Kampar District. In Dunn's theory, there are 6 (six) evaluation indicators, namely: e.factivity, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and policy accuracy. Research method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were Head of Controlling Section and Empowerment of BPN Kabupaten Kampar, Chief of Larasita, Larasita Secretary, Larasita Member, District Siak Subdistrict Siak Hulu District, Kampar Left and Bankinang Subdistrict, Kades Tanah Merah, Subdistrict River Hope, District Governance Sand Sialang Subdistrict From the results of qualitative descriptive data analysis from the side of the evaluation, the Service Program for Land Certification (Larasita) in the district of Kampar is categorized as yet to be successful. This is evident from the unreachable goals and objectives of the Program. In addition, there are also factors that influence policy evaluation, namely: Lack of Socialization, Lack of Human Resources and Operational Budget, lack of mobilizing vehicles and frequent interruption of communication devices and presuption Community about this program.Keywords: Evaluation, Land, Service, Larasita

Abstract

The title of this research is Implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages (Case Study of Village of Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict Kampar Regency) Based on the background found the phenomenon that occurs in the field of services that ddidapatkan by community from the village government is less satisfactory community, accept the aspirations and suggestions from the village community either in terms of activities of the implementation of Village Government, the Community also did not get information from the Village Government about the development undertaken and the activities of the Village Administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is Implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Villages (Case Study of Village of Tanjung Subdistrict Koto Kampar Hulu Kampar District). The type used in this research is qualitative with descriptive survey technique. The location of this research was conducted in Desa Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district, Kampar regency. The informant is Head of Tanjung Village, Secretary of Tanjung Village Head, Head of BPD and community. The results of Implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages in the Village of Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict Kampar District can be seen from the results of research interviews, that the targeted policy is considered not reached because the community is still not satisfied with improving the quality of life of villagers, the government has been sufficient to do the service to the community and it is different from the opinion of the people who receive the service from the village government, All existing rules have not been fully implemented. And the agent of palaksana here is all the tools of the village government and its staff including Dusun, RT, RW and so on, the attitude of the implementing agency has not been detrimental to the community and yet there is a community that is in compliance with the performance and the service it is doing, Communication as a means of providing understanding to the community about the implementation of autonomy in Desa Tanjung, After the implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About the Village has a high social environment and social life that more menjantingkan the community so that mambantu implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 About the Village.Keywords: Implementation, Law Number 6 Year 2014 About Village

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor in the formation of customer satisfaction. This study explain how the influence of the quality of services provided by traveloka through the medium that mobile application. Following indicator of service quality using model e-servqual to be tested, covering efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. Used to see how big the influence of the customer satisfaction, indicator include the suitability of hope, interest been back, and willingness recommend. Theory used in this study is theory S-R. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the influence of the quality of mobile application traveloka to the customer satisfaction in the community backpacker the world. This research uses explanative quantitative research method with data collection technique that is distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents in the group of active world backpacker group, with accidental sampling technique that is choosing anyone who happened to be found to be sampled. And the technique of data analysis in this research using simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the value of regression coefficients in this study is y 1.880 + 0.269 x the number of constants (a) of 1.880 and the coefficient of variable xsebesar 0.269. Meanwhile t count 11,198 bigger when compared with t table equal to 1,246, with significance level 0.000 less than a 0,05. Based on the statistical calculations obtained, the hypothesis for this research is ha there is influence between service quality (x) to satisfaction subscriptions (y). Then it means ha accepted ho rejected. Based on the table "model summary" shows that the value of r 0.756 and the coefficient of determination (r quare) is 0.572 result of the correlation coefficient correlation 0.756 x 0.756. This figure shows the understanding that contribution of variable of service quality (x) to customer satisfaction (y) is 57,2% with medium category. While the rest of 42.8% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Key Word: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Theory S-R,E-servqual model

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jorong Mudik Simpang Kenagarian Kajai West Pasaman Talamau subdistrict of West Sumatra. This research aims to analyze the role of the Community (family, school, peers) in providing pressure against dropping out of school or not to school dropout. Sample determination techniques generally purposive sampling because the Researcher has determined several criteria subject to use as a source of information in research 1 Person key informant, the informant and 5 people 6 people triangulation. Data analysis was done using descriptive qualitative and instrument data are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the causes of dropouts and the factors that provide a threat to economic conditions, namely the desire itself, environmental factors and influence to peers. The environment is still at domination by the community or children who do not attend school and have a less knowledge will make the education of children who are still driven to school dropouts. The role of the community that always runs in the community will determine the attitude and the future of the child and of any community will generate cost and reward the actions that set the child either being dropouts or remain in school.Keywords: Endangered Dropouts, Community Roles, Jorong Mudik Simpang

Abstract

In law constitution number 15 0n 2011 clause 1 paragraph 5, that: election effectuation is an institution which organize the election consist of General Election Commissions and Election Supervisory Agency as a unity with election effectuation function to choose member of the House of Representatives, Regional Representative Council, Regional People’s Representative Assembly, President and Vice President, directly selected by public, also for governor, regent and vice regent democratically. When Simultaneous Local Election on December 9th 2015, Indragiri Hulu district becoming one of district that held election of Regent and Vice Regent. The result of election showed that the pair number 2 are H. Yopi Arianto , SE and H. Khairizal, SE, Msi won the election. In the opposite side they felt unsatisfied and incongruity in the process of election, so they submit a lawsuit about the result of the election to Constitutional Count. In the demanding pair number 1 showed some proves of infraction which are administrative infraction, code of ethics infraction, and criminal offense infraction. The purpose of the research is to get to know the effectuation sinergity in election regulatory control of Regent and Vice Regent in 2015 at Indragiri Hulu district. Thie research uses qualitative approach with descriptive research type, data collection by interview and documentation. The research is held in Indragiri Hulu district. The result of this research in the effectuation sinergity in election regulatory control of Regent and Vice Regent in 2015 at Indragiri Hulu district is awareless well. This could be seen from coordination and communication of election organizer that less effective to anticipate in the steps of election preparation so causes election infraction and the finishing mechanism that less of firm from the organizer. The obstacles that be found is less human source who obey the rule and communication. Keywords: Synergy, Supervisor
