Abstract

A Migration is a population movement aimed to maintain from one place to another place exceed the limits of politics/country or part of administrative limits one of the countries. A Migration defines as a permanent movement from one area to another area. People who do migration called Migrant. This study is about “The Migrants mobility of west Sumatera retailers at Mandau Duri market in Riau Province”. The purpose of this study is to find out the push and pull factor of west Sumatera retailers at Mndau Duri market and also to find out a socio-economic situation of the migrants at Mandau Duri market. The method that used in this research is a qualitative research. A qualitative research is a research which revals the facts, situation and focused on social phenomena. The data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation techniquese based on the result, the number of the migrants of west sumatera retailers at Mandau Duri market was 300 vendors. From the interview result a researcher found the fact about the migrants incneased on income in the destination area rather than in the origin area. The migrant push factors is the family and williners aimed to change the life to be better.Keywords : Mobility, Migrant, West Sumatera, Retailes

Abstract

Village Allocation Fund is a part of the central and regional equalization funds devoted to the village in implementing government services and community empowerment. But in reality the effectiveness of the implementation and management is still not maximized. The existance of human resources is inadequate, the construction of facilities and infrastructure are still yet to be realized. The problem in this research is how the effectiveness Ujung Batu Timur village government in achieving its goal in utilizing the Village Fund Allocation and the factors that influence the effectiveness of.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilization of the Village Fund Allocation In the village of Ujung Batu Timur District of Rokan Hulu. The concept of the theory that researchers use is organizational effectiveness by using Gibson’s theory by looking at the goals to be achieved Clarity, Clarity goal attainment strategy, process analysis and formulation of policy steady, careful planning, preparation of appropriate programs, availability of infrastructure and surveillance systems and control didactic.The method used is qualitative research with descriptive data assessment. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview techniquess, observation and documentation speciefied by snowball sampling tecnique. The results showed that the utilization of the Village Fung Allocation In the village of Ujung Batu Timur District Of Rokan Hulu has not been effective because there are many village fund allocation unrealized. Also foud are also government programs that have not been implemented village. The factors that influence the effectineness of the utilizationof the Village fund Allocation In The village of Ujung Batu Timur district of Rokan Hulu is a lack of human resources, poor coordination and lack of community participation in the implementation of.Keyword: Effectiveness, Utilization, Village Allocation Fund (ADD)

Abstract

This study examines the Importance of Indonesia Cooperate With Malaysia in Marine and Fishery Field 2013-2016. The rise of illegal fishing practices (IUU Fishing) has made the Government of Indonesia take policy in eradicating IUU Fishing that occurred at the border of Indonesian waters, one of them in Natuna Waters which is very vulnerable due to the direct border with The South China Sea and Malaysia Waters and other Neighbor Countries.The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, articles, internet sites and other sources related to research. The focus of this research is why Indonesia is working with Malaysia in the field of marine and fisheries in Natuna waters. This research uses the perspective of neo-realism. The theory used is the theory of international cooperation and the theory of national interest.Natuna waters are an exclusive zone of ZEE (exclusive economic zone) of marine resources. Indonesia and Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 27 January 2012 in Nusa Dua, Bali to deal with fishermen who tried to practice illegal fishing. (MoU) of the Common Guidelines Concerning Treatment of Fishermen by Maritime Law Enforcement Agencies. Abstract

Rokan Koto Ruang Village does have a lot of potential and some of the potential of the village in Rokan Koto Ruang Village can be developed through Village-Owned Enterprises, such as agricultural, plantation, fisheries, livestock, forest product management and tourism. With good professional management and management, the village potential can be maximally developed to improve community welfare. The Rokan Koto Ruang Village-Owned Enterprise is owned by the community and it is seen that the growth of business results generated by the Rokan Koto Ruang Desa-Owned Business Entity is not beneficial for the Village and cannot be utilized properly.The purpose of this study is first, knowing the potential of the village can be developed by the village government of Rokan Koto Ruang. Secondly, to find out the Factors that are the obstacles to the Village Government in developing village potential. The type of research that I use in this case is a type of descriptive research with qualitative analysis methods. The location of this research was conducted in Rokan Koto Ruang Village due to having a lot of potential that could be developed such as agriculture, plantation, fisheries, livestock, mining, forestry, and tourism. Data collection techniques that the author did by way of observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis is done by qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that Rokan Koto Ruang Village has tremendous natural resource potential in the form of tourism potential, agriculture, plantations, livestock, and superior products as a result of the creativity of the community of Rokan Koto Ruang Village. Tourism potential that can be developed in Rokan Koto Ruang Village, with the creativity of the managers of BUMDes and the Village Government, tourism villages can be realized as long as the Village Government must be committed to developing this tourism potential and must improve Human Resources for the welfare of the community. But in developing tourism in Rokan Village, Koto Ruang also faces many obstacles. The main problems are infrastructure, promotion / information media and transportation. In addition, business management of tourist attractions that are still not developed in accordance with the wishes of tourists. Abstract

Performance is the result of work in the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties. Employee performance is a very important activity because it can be used as a measure of the organization's success in achieving the organization's vision and mission. The performance of employees at the Kuantan Singingi District Head Office is still experiencing various problems that can be seen from lack of discipline of employees, the large number of employees postponing official duties and there are still many officials who do not understand the main tasks and functions. This study aims to determine the performance of employees at the Kuantan Singingi District Regent's office and to identify factors that hinder the performance of employees in the Kuantan Singingi District Regent's office. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. This method uses the theory of performance by Bernardin and Russel in Burso (2018) with indicators of Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Effectiveness, Independence, Work Commitment. From the results of the study it was found that the performance of employees in the Kuantan Singingi Regency Regent's office was not maximal, seen through some of these performance indicators, one of them is in terms of the quality of employee performance, which is still 25% that has been achieved well, approximately 75% the quality of employee performance has not been achieved or not good. As for the causes of the performance of Kuantan Singingi Regency government employees have not been maximized, among others, due to employee discipline, limited human resources, and limited facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, so that the employee's performance becomes maximal, it is necessary to provide strict sanctions against employees who are not disciplined, increase in the number of employees, and the addition of facilities and infrastructure to support the entire work of employees in the Kuantan Singingi Regency government environment. Keywords: Performance, Employee

Abstract

As one of the major companies operating in Dumai, PT. Pertamina RU-II is should be care about and take part in improving the welfare of local communities, especially around the company's operations area. To accommodate it, PT. Pertamina RU-II implementing it in the form of CSR programs of empowerment. To achieve the realization of the program company will require input from local authorities and society, so that the programs will be precisely target as it needs. This research aims to determine how’s the planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting conducted by PT. Pertamina RU-II in implementation of their CSR empowerment programs.This study uses qualitative research with descriptive approach. Research is located in the main office of PT. Pertamina RU-II Dumai located at Jalan Raya Putri Tujuh No. 1 Kota Dumai. This research began on December 2016 and ended on April 2017. There are 3 people who became subjects of this research which is Section Head of Public Relations and CSR Officer’s at PT. Pertamina RU-II. While object of this research is the implementation of CSR programs of empowerment PT. Pertamina RU-II Dumai. The technique of collecting data are using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique using descriptive qualitative analysis by Miles and Huberman. Technical data and validity check is using the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this research shows that public relations of PT. Pertamina RU-II Dumai has perform several stages in implementing their CSR programs of empowerment such as: First, company charted the region area using social mapping trough cooperation with the third parties such as University. Second, in implementing its CSR programs company will cooperated with some partners such as PNPM Mandiri and LPMK. Third, evaluations from the CSR programs that has been done will be conducted by the auditor team from the head office of PT. Pertamina (Persero) located in Jakarta, while the evaluation of the program will be conducted by PT. Pertamina RU-II along with their working partners from the CSR program’s activity. Last, the evaluation results will be reported to the Senior CSR Officer’s at headquarters in Jakarta and then they will be publish it on the Annual Report which is accessible to the entire people in this country. Abstract

This research was conducted at Kenegerian Teluk Beringin,, Gunung Toar Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the profile of the Pangean Pencak Silat, as well as find out what efforts are being made to keep the Pencak Silat Pangean. Determination of the sample are purposive sampling because the author has set some criteria that will be used as a source of information in the research that will be conducted as many as seven people. The author uses descriptive qualitative methods and instruments of data is the observation and interview. Research results find Pencak Silat Pangean Profile that is the beginning of an influx of Pencak Silat Pangean to Kenegerian Teluk Beringin, figures of the Pencak Silat Pangean, the meanings contained in the Pencak Silat Pangean, and how implementation of Pencak Silat Pangean. Pencak Silat Pangean Swordsman was brought by Sope from Kolang Malaysia, every movement or the existing instruments on the implementation of Pencak Silat Pangean contain meanings that are concerned with the religion of Islam. One of its meaning as a four step symbolizing companions of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Implementation of Pencak Silat Pangean during Ramadhan, but this time on a typical day there also. With the peak events remain after feast Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha. Efforts are being made to keep the Pencak Silat Pangean is with the way foster a sense of high enthusiasm to members of Pencak Silat Pangean, as well as to people who want to participate. Abstract

Given the tremendous amount of waste generated per day would need to be an attempt to address the problem, the Government Sijunjung District of Sijunjung make a socialization to overcome the problem, namely the Regional Regulation No. 08 of 2013 on the management of waste that aims to improve public health and environmental quality and to utilize waste as a resource. Trash that are produced by the District Sijunjung community is for household waste or household with a percentage of 77.89% of organic waste is carried out 2-4 times a day to transport it to the landfill.The purpose of this study were (a) to identify and analyze the socialization of implementation of Regional Regulation No. 08 of 2013 concerning waste management in Sijunjung, (b) to determine and describe the factors that become an obstacle to the socialization of the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 08 of 2013 on waste management in Sijunjung. This research was conducted at the Environment Agency Sijunjung who socialize regulation No. 08 of 2013 on waste management, accordance with the object mentioned above, the necessary data technique election informants in this research is purposive sampling, while the informants in this study is as follows: Head of the Environment Agency, Section of Environment, Head of Environmental Degradation Control, Sub Division of Administration, the District Public Sijunjung Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. For the technique of data collection was done by interview, observation and literature study. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis.From the results of research on the area of socialization Regulations No. 8 of 2013 on Waste Management, especially in Sub Sijunjung seen from the aspect of communication, resources, attitude or disposition as well, bureaucratic structure. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of the socialization of Bylaw No. 8 of 2013 on Waste Management in Sub Sijunjung among others: (a) lack of ability and profesonalisme human resources to carry out the implementation of waste management, (b) the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of waste management, (c ) lack of employee attitudes for interaction, communication and coordination between authorities in conducting waste management, (d) lack of coordination, performed the Environment Agency with other relevant agenciesKeywords: Socialization, Bylaw No. 8 of 2013 On Waste Management

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Rafindo Mutiara Abadi Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and product quality on home sales at PT. Rafindo Mutiara Abadi. Promotion as a variable (X1), Product Quality as a variable (X2) and Seller as a variable (Y). The sample of this study was taken as many as 72 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. This study uses the Stratified Random Sampling method, while the leadership and employees function as facilitators who provide supporting data in this study. In this research the method used is descriptive and quantitative with the SPSS program, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and questionnaires. From the results of data analysis which includes validity, reliability, simple linear, multiple linear, determination, and significance tests with t (partial), F (simultaneous) tests. This research shows that promotion has a significant effect on sales. Both product quality has a significant effect on sales. All three promotions and product quality simultaneously affect sales.  Kata Kunci: Promotion, Product Quality, Sales

Abstract

This research was conductedincampus Bina Widya University of Riau Pekanbaru City. Target of this research is to know how knowledge of coed about hijab, and to know what meaning of hijab to coed, and also to know what the reason of coed use hijab transientlyincampus area BinaWidya University of RiauPekanbaru City. This Research entitle "Hijabers Women inArea Campus ( Case Study of Fahion Transient Hijab among Coed Campus Bina Widya University of RiauPekanbaru City). Topic focus of this research is the reason of coed use hijab transientlyin campus area BinaWidya University of RiauPekanbaru City. Informan of this research is woman using hijab transiently in campus area Bina Widya University of RiauPekanbaru City. Intake of sampel was conducted with technique of snowball sampling. Sampelis 6 coed people using hijab transiently. Writer use descriptive method qualitative and data analysed qualitative. Data instrumentisobservation, documentation and interview. Result of research indicate that the reason of coed use hijab transientlyin campus area Bina Widya University of Riau Pekanbaru City caused by feeling reluctant to instructor lecturer, existence of feeling reluctant to friend, going by the book and policy of majors, to avoid incidence ofquestion which can trigger emotion,and no demand of family. Besides from result of researchinfield known meaning of hijab to coed in campus area Bina Widya University of RiauPekanbaru City is hijab as a means of close hair of sunshine, hijab as obligation, as motivation, to show femininity symbol, and aslife style.Keyword: Hijabers Woman, Reason Of Coed Use Transient Hijab
