Abstract

This research was conducted at the keramba farmers in the village of rice paddies of Northern Kampar Kampar Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to find out how social capital and the constraints faced by the farmers in the villages of keramba Rice in the running of social capital. The theory is the theory of social capital that is put forth by the Coleman consists of beliefs, social networks, values and norms. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive method with approach case studies. The subject of the study amounted to 7 persons i.e. chairman, threasurer, secretary, members of keramba farmers, agents, sellers of seed fish, and fish feed salesman. The technique of determination of informants by using puposive technique of sampling. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data collected by the data collection techniques in the form of observation (Observation) and interview (Interview). The analysis of the data used in this research with the technique of collecting data from various sources by entering the theory used in accordance with the social phenomena. The results of this research are very important social capital within the group or organization, trust, value networks, and norms have a very important role in the running and smooth business keramba fish in the Rice Village and subdistrict of Kampar Utara Kampar Regency. Trust is an important element in the group, the form of confidence among farmers keramba i.e. by mutual borrow lend capital in running the business. Social networks that form of cooperation so as to form a network, such as between farmers keramba with agents who need each other and mutual benefit. Values and norms become the guideline for each Member farmer keramba, norms that apply to realize the smooth running and success in doing business keramba fish. Constraints faced in running social capital with the presence of conflicts or problems that occur in groups or with parties involved in running a business because there are disappointed and wronged then the relationship can be split asunder and cooperation did not go well and could be broken.Keywords: Social Capital, Farmers Keramba, Group

Abstract

Work professionalism is an important component needed by a professionalworker to improve and maintain the quality and quantity of work. In many opinions andtheories, professionalism is supported by several things including professional ethics init. This ethic serves to enable professional workers to know what is appropriate andinappropriate. So that professional workers can work in accordance with social valuesand standard rules of his profession. With so needed knowledge about code of ethics inorder to maintain profesionalism. Therefore, this study aims to determine therelationship between the level of knowledge about the Code of Ethics Journalism WithWorking Professionalism Journalist Indonesia (PWI) Working Group Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is quantitative with correlational approach.The data were collected using questionnaires. The research was conducted inPersatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Kelompok Kerja Pekanbaru. The sample in thisstudy amounted to 86 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling.The analysis test used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and toprocess the questionnaire data, done by using program SPSS for Windows version 23.The results obtained from simple linear regression analysis in this study is thelevel of knowledge about the code of ethics journalism has a relationship withprofessionalism work of 45.4%. With a percentage of knowledge level of 67.5%, andprofessionalism of 58%.Keywords: Profesionalism, Knowledge level, Journalist.

Abstract

Flooding is an event that occurs when excessive flow of water immerses the city mainland. To overcome flooding, it is necessary to have a good flood control management so that the flood does not have a more severe impact, especially in handling flood emergency conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out flood control management in Pekanbaru City in handling flood emergency conditions and to find out factors which inhibits flood control management in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this study is actuating theory according to G.R Terry and the flood control method used in this study is the method of handling emergency conditions according to Roberts J Kodoatie which consists of three important indicators, namely: flood prevention preparation, flood inspection, flood control coordination. The selection of research informants used the snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study are by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that flood control management in Pekanbaru City especially in terms of handling flood emergency conditions conducted by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service has not gone well because it only implemented two important indicators in handling flood emergency conditions, namely: flood prevention preparation and countermeasures coordination floods, but flood inspection indicators are not well implemented. In this study, there were found to be several inhibiting factors for flood control management in Pekanbaru, namely internal factors: such as lack of human resources and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, while external factors were difficult to reach, extreme climate change and lack of public awareness. For this reason, additional human resources are needed along with the addition of a transportation fleet to facilitate work.Keywords: Actuating, Flood Control Management, Flood Emergency Management

Abstract

This Thesis submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of sociology. With the title "Women Workers Profile Koro-Koro Player in the city of Pekanbaru". The problem discussed in this essay is about women workers at the site profiles billiard koro-koro player in the city of pekanbaru. As the development of billiard in Indonesia at this time also influenced the development of the community's view of the sport of snooker player.Viewed as a billiard game with elements of "negative" which in fact is bad in opinian of the community. This is because the view of the public who saw the billiard sport activity as instead of a concentration. In its development at this time, any billiard encountered in places "negative" or place of entertainment in particular. And also billiard is always associated with gambling places, comfort women or a gathering place for young man who tend to be negative. Thus, the views of the public about this billiard is not as good place what a servant or worker who serves his guests are women. The subject of this research is four (4) respondents. The technique of determination of informants in this study by using in-depth interview techniques is a form of verbal communication or conversation with the intent of obtaining information from the object.The method used isqualitative research methods: for dekskriptifmethodin detail and depth about the problems in the meticulous. The theory used in this research is the theory of paradigm of social facts, theory, and the theory of dramaturgi human needs according to Abraham Maslow. Research results can beconcluded that the existence of a close, where the influence of the environment of the place of residence of the subject is lacking in oversight and can be categorized get freedom so that the subject can still do sidejob. Abstract

The population increase of Pekanbaru City is very important for housing demand. Property businesses invest to building housing. Increasing home business is also followed by competition from various developers, competitive prices, quality, quantity of developers, and strategic location. Property entrepreneurs must have creative promotional ideas to attract customers. Based on that?s many property companies in Pekanbaru City, establishing Citraland Housing in Pekanbaru can be used to increase sales value. Therefore researchers are interested in researching with the objectives of the Marketing Communication Strategy of PT. Ciputra Symphony with Personal Selling Activities to increase the sales value of Citraland Pekanbaru Housing.This research is using qualitative methods. It?s collecting data from the field with observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are 1 marketing head, 3 marketing people, 3 customers and 2 prospective customers of Citraland Pekanbaru. It was chosen based on purposive sampling technique and using analysis techniques of interactive data, while data validity checking techniques with extended participation and triangulation.The results of this research first, prospecting is a promotional activity such as exhibitions, canvasing and collaborating with bank partners. Second, an approach to know how start communication to make a good relationship, as well as inviting prospective customers and customers to a Galadinner event and gathering Citraland Pekanbaru Housing. Third, presentation and demonstration are making sales presentations. Fourth, handling objection used with a positive approach, found hidden rejection and asking buyer to explain each reason of rejection. Fifth is closing, Citraland helps the process of purchase administration.

Abstract

The event program hue malay is program talkshow that aims to provide the knowledge and information and features related to the Malay culture. This program was created based on the reality of the people of Riau who lack knowledge about the Malay culture. Serving this program can affect the view and build the public mindset about the Malay culture. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relations between transformational leadership andnurses’ organizational behavior citizenship (Studies on nurses of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 17 program, wherein the samples used are nurses of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 76 people. For a sampling technique researchers used census method. Data collection is done through questioners and interviews.The results of the analysis is achived by using the validity test, reliability test, correlation test, t test, so it can be seen that the variables of transformational leadership has a significant relationship with organizational behavior citizenship.Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

 Tourism object Pulau Cinta is one of the attractions in Kampar Regency and is worth to developing. The reason researchers chose this attraction is because the number of visits continues to increase every year. Based on the increase in visits, it is necessary to segment or group visitors according to needs, characteristics and the same relationship. Can be adapted to existing market segments. This study tries to describe the segmentation of visitors on Pulau Cinta, Teluk Jering, Kampar Regency. Segmentation used is geographical segmentation, demographic segmentation, and psychographic segmentation. The method used by the author is a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires. The results of the study of visitors who came to Pulau Cinta Teluk Jering were 92% received from Riau Province, 82% were received from outside Kampar Regency which came from Pekanbaru City community. The majority of visitors are women and are unmarried. With the age of around 15-25 years who dominate students with an average income of under 1 million. Large family visitors who have a core population of 5 people with an average monthly 1,000,000-2,000,000. Some facilities are used such as parking lots, photo spots, eating places, mosques, and others. Activities of visitors taking pictures and going around the tourist area. 65% of them visit friends and colleagues with a refreshing purpose. They know information through social media and 61% visit using motorbikes and through bad roads. Entrance rates are cheap and will be sent to Pulau Cinta Teluk Jering to visit. Keywords: Segmentation, Visitors, Teluk Jering.

Abstract

One of the poverty alleviation programs carried out by the government is to provide assistance in the form of basic needs of rice to poor households so that this is expected to reduce poverty in the region. The implementation of the poor rice distribution program is carried out one of them in the Siak Hulu District of Kampar Regency with the target of poor households with an economic category of poor households.This research uses descriptive qualit   ative method by describing the current state of the subject and object of research based on the facts that occur. The research location is in Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency and the writer collected research data from interviews with research informants as well as documentation of books, government regulations, journals, mass media several internet media sites.This research concludes that the implementation of the poor rice distribution program (Raskin) in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency was carried out in accordance with government regulations ranging from district level distribution to the point of ransom. Several factors that hampered the implementation of the poor rice distribution program (Raskin) in Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency were the lack of communication and socialization among the implementation team, the low quality of implementing resources, the attitude of program implementers who were not serious and the absence of clear operational standards in the distribution raskin in Siak Hulu District so that the price sold does not match the price of the redemption point.Keywords:  implementations, program and rice poor.

Abstract

The most important thing to consider in making a criminal news is packing leads that describe events that are interesting and capable of bewitching the reader. It should be applied because the interesting leads will determine the reader in making the decision to read a criminal news until it runs out or not, the more interesting a crime news lead to eat the greater the possibility of the news will be read to the end. In packing leads in the Riau Pos newspaper, in addition to reporters responsible for coverage have full authority over leads, the responsible reporters have the right to change, add and reduce leads that have been made by journalists. This study aims to find out how the strategy of writing crime news headlines in Riau Pos newspaper, the characteristics of crime news in Riau Pos newspaper, and the obstacles experienced by criminal journalists Riau Pos in packing crime news headlines.This research uses qualitative research type with explorative approach. Subjects in this study were criminal journalists and responsible for coverage in Riau Pos newspaper, selected subjects were those who were responsible for the publication of criminal news in Riau Pos newspaper. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. To achieve the validity of dta in this study, the authors use extension of participation and triangulation.The result of the research shows that first, Riau Pos newspaper strategy in making crime news lead is to master the content of the subject matter, to determine which way criminal news will be made, to find the cause of the problem from the criminal occurrence, to describe the atmosphere of the location, using the sentence that tells, By journalists, using the acting lead functionality and must have interesting indications, stimulate the reader, and be presented with an easy-to-understand language. Secondly, the characteristics of crime news in Riau Pos are made by writing correct and semi-feature leads, containing the headline, and containing new events and events. Third, the obstacles experienced by journalists to make interesting criminal news leads is the limited time that criminal journalists have, as well as the amount of criminal news that must be paid per day perceived enough to burden the journalistKeywords: Lead , criminal news, writing strategy
