Abstract

The study is titled “Lifestyle Hijabers Community Pekanbaru city” Researchers interested in the theme of this because there are many Muslim women contemporary hijab users who join and form a community. In this community, a lot going on various phenomena which deserves to be investigated One form of such phenomena is a lifestyle that involves a series of patterns of consumption and leisure activity. That certainly raises a positive or negative effect on the appearance as well as they wear the hijab and their leisure time activities that seem high class.To find out the results of this study the authors use data collection techniques with observation and in-depth interviews with respondents. The sampling method or the respondent done with techniques snowball sampling where the determination of the informant is determined on an ongoing basis where the informant subsequently determined from the first informant and so on. Informants are 8 people from the community Hijabers, author stops on informants to 8 because the author felt quite obtain the desired data to answer all the research questions. The theory used in this study is a lifestyle, community, social groups, symbolic interactionism, and the history of the hijab. The method used is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study indicate a change in the use of the hijab that was originally simple use of the hijab and Muslim women as a symbol of devotion to religion has now become a lifestyle and fashion which can be seen from the pattern of consumption, leisure time activities and the factors that affect the lifestyle of the city pekanbaru Hijabers.The results of the study are expected capable of providing an overview to all parties who need information about Lifestyle Community Hijabers PekanbaruKeywords: Community, Hijabers, lifestyle

Abstract

Poverty, welfare, and unemployment is indeed an urgent priority issue to be addressed, both at the national, regional and district / city. Poverty reduction since reforms gained serious attention, because many cases are proving that the spread of poverty pressure will cause a number of counter-productive consequences for development (Ministry of Welfare, 2003). Poverty alleviation is an implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution which has been in jabarkan into various national development agenda. In the Medium Term Development Plan (Plan) for example, the Government has implemented a Poverty Reduction as one of the main development priorities for the period 2009-2014. The document also refers to the National Poverty Reduction Strategy apply consistent achievement of the targets of the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals or MDGs). The purpose of this study was to answer the problems that exist in this study: first, to determine the extent of the district government efforts kuantan singing in overcoming poverty level in the District Inuman Regency Kuantan Singingi Year 2007-2011, the second is to determine what factors which causes the poverty level in the District Inuman Singingi Kuantan District, the third is to know how the impact of government policies on poverty Singingi Kuantan. The findings showed that the policy of the poverty level in the District of Kuantan Singingi is already well underway, but the lack of education that makes a lot of people are unemployed, and added more soil conditions, remote village landslide impede trade network to enter the town. It is therefore expected to Kuantan district government to better control again Singingi poverty level.Key Word : Public policy, Development, Poverty

Abstract

Public relation department has a big influence in company’s existence and positive image. Every institution, company, organization and government want positive image in society. To reach this, public relations department needs to do some activities like: publicity, media relations, and crisis management. PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau and Kepulauan Riau has some problems like scheduled extiguishing, low standard infrastructure and interconnection problem. These problems affect company’s image. The purpose of this research is to find out the activities of public relations department of PT. PLN (Persero) area of Riau and Kepulauan Riau in improving company’s positive image. The other purpose is to find out public relation media used by PT. PLN (Persero) area of Riau and Kepulauan Riau in improving company’s positive image.Writer used qualitative method. Analysis is shown descriptively. Data collecting technique are observation, interview, and documentation. To get validity of the data, writer used triangulation. Subject of this research is staff of Sub Bidang Humas Dan Hukum PT. PLN (Persero) area of Riau and Kepulauan Riau, customers, and journalists, decided by purposive technique sampling. Object of the research is public relations activity in improving company’s positive image.Result shows that activities of public relation of PT. PLN (Persero) are not maximal yet. It is shown by lack of acccurate information for customer, and slow response for problem facing by customers. Public relation media used to improve positive image contains mass media like newspaper and website, street banner, and bulletin Sawit e-news. Public relation media used are not effective yet, because the customers do not get fast and accurate information and also limited media used in spreading the information to society.Keyword: public relations activities, image, communication

Abstract

This research will examine the background of what Nicolas Sarkozy as president of France in a phenomenal policy to extrude the ethnic Roma from France. Ethnic Roma are the largest ethnic minority in Europe who can move residence from one region to another. However, this activity is not ethnic Roma were warmly welcomed by other European countries so Ethnic Roma often get discrimination from their state residence. The purpose of this study is to find out who is Ethnic Roma and discrimination obtained by them, and knows how the state of immigration in France and Nicolas Sarkozy in his policy to extrude the Ethnic Roma from France in 2010.The research was conducted using research methods literature where the data and information obtained from sources which are relevant to the research problems. This reasearch uses perspective to analyze individual behavioralisme of Nicolas Sarkozy and Human Security theory proposed by Barry Buzan, and the concept of national interest of Jack C. Plano and Roy Olton.This research shows that the Ethnic Roma who came from India's Punjab have experienced discrimination since they migrated to Europe from the famine that hit them. Nicolas Sarkozy issued a phenomenal policy to extrude the ethnic Roma from France because the French politician Nicolas Sarkozy is coming from immigrant families who are representative of the Hungarian right-wing politics in France who hated immigrants in France.Keywords: Ethnic Roma, Immigration, Nicolas Sarkozy, Discrimination

Abstract

As a small business, the small and medium business unit in desperate need of financial assistance. One lender capital is PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru. From the capital, the expected presence of small and medium businesses can thrive even in business. But in fact small and medium businesses have not been able to properly carry out their business in a profit. This leads to capital provided by BPR to become obstructed pengembaliannnya. Because capital is given a credit in the form of venture capital. With the ability of small and medium enterprises that are less so that the creation of bad loans that can be suffered by the RB. In addition to the loss of RB, also the loss of small and medium business unit itself.PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru activity, in addition to lending to small and medium business unit, also lending to the general public in the form of credit is a credit for residential housekeeping. Activities PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru olso provide savings and current accounts and deposits.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of small and medium enterprise lending banking sector in evaluating bad loans on PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru.The results of the study concluded that the binding of the less than perfect credit guarantees are common in this bank. This is confirmed interviews with head xxxxxxxxxxxxx many cases binding guarantees less than perfect credit. But thankfully it did not lead to bad credit because fieldworkers who conducted a survey has provided confidence in the outstanding loans. acyl respondents indicate that the binding of a less than perfect credit guarantees can lead to bad credit. But in this bank, an increase in collateral rated as good by a majority of respondents. Thus, given the collateral can be used as collateral if the bad loans. Abstract

Futsal has become the current trend in young people in big cities in Indonesia, a lot of young people to change the habits of life of silence in the House with a number of electronic games such as playstation (PS), computer (PC) and so becomes a nuanced game health. Many reasons why futsal popular, other than to maintain fitness, futsal has also coached managing emotions and improve teamwork. The purpose of this research is to find out which marketing efforts are doing the Sport Centre Langcang Yellow Futsal in the face of competition in the Subdistrict of Pekanbaru, HandsomeTheoretically, futsal coaching someone to hurry in taking decisions, rules of the game to mention that each execution (kick or roll) must be done within a span of four minutes, over the span of time rewarded violations. Futsal is also forming a player to always focus on accepting and feed and scored it really should be done quickly and mature. To train co-operation between the player and the cohesiveness of the team futsal players, for some, is not just a sport but a lifestyle has become an interesting and dynamic.From the results of the overall analysis of the Business – marketing efforts undertaken by Sassy Yellow is good enough, it can be seen from the responses of the respondents against the product marketing efforts deliver assessment quite well.Keywords: product, Price, promotion, location, and service

Abstract

General Hospital Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api a central hospital in Rokan Hilir in general and people in particular Bagansiapi-api. The hospital is also home to the referral of patients for treatment using their own cost and user Jamkesmas and strategic enough mileage to 16 health centers in the area of Rokan Hilir. This study was conducted with several phenomena discovered by researchers in the field. That is a long process that tends to care for patients and the lack of a health fair attitude to patients who make their undifferentiated in terms of getting services. This study aims to determine a health care from hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api and to determine the factors that affect a health care from hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapi-api. Descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection methods used observation and interviews. Theoretical concepts used are according to Agung Kurniawan who say that the administration of the service (serve) for a person or people who have an interest in him in accordance with the basic rules and procedures have been established, determined by several indicators, namely: Timeliness of service, accuracy of service, courteous and friendliness in service, ease of getting care, comfort in service, support service attributes, these indicators also to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the service. The results showed that a health services in hospitals Dr. RM. Pratomo not running optimally, because of the 6 indicators of overall service has not been achieved. For indicators of service timeliness, accuracy of service, courtesy and friendliness of the service, and the ease in getting the service is not maximized, while fatherly attributes of comfort and service support has been reached. Factors that affect service Jamkesmas at Hospital Dr. RM. Pratomo is the lack of medical personnel, procedures, and lack of long service tends polite and friendly attitude of employees towards the patient.Keywords: Services, Jamkesmas, Hospital

Si the Flooding problems in the city ofPekanbaru has become a serious concern for officials and experts spatial City lately.Therefore, almost every certain months of the regular flooding greets residents of Pekanbaru.Mainly when rainfall exceeds the capacity of the ground already covered most cities andpavin cement block. Even so, in fact unreasonable Pekanbaru city could be flooded. Becausethe position is located far above the surface of the Siak river is about 4 or 5 feet above thesurface of the Siak river, except in the northern area of town around the coastal fringe urbandistricts meranti pandak. Factor cause flooding can be caused naturally and also due to thechange. In urban areas the dominant cause of the flooding is a result of human activities thatcause spatial changes and impact on natural changes. Environmental degradation such asloss of vegetation cover in the catchment area of soil, siltation of rivers due to sedimentation,the narrowing of the river channel and so on can also be caused due to human action. Theconcept of the theory is that researchers use community participation, Angell theory in Rossand Holil are the factors that influence the community participation. while the researchmethodology is divided into: the study site is in a handsome village kecematan luck works,the type of research that is taking a qualitative approach with descriptive methods,informants, types and sources of data put on primary data and secondary data, and datacollection techniques. From the above research results will be obtained as follows: publicparticipation is a form of energy, a thought, and possessions. Abstract

This paper explains about the effectiveness of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) led the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan in 2002-2012. NATO is an international organization that emphasizes the military defense sector in the countries of the North Atlantic. While ISAF is an inter-state cooperation that aims to make the program successful reconstruction of Afghanistan. This paper begins by explaining what is being done mission ISAF in Afghanistan, the first mission is done ISAF mission for security, reconstruction and construction of the second and the third rule. Mission most emphasized by ISAF in Afghanistan is security, because of the threat of the Taliban to Afghanistan, as well as the spread of narcotics. That is why Afghanistan had help from NATO. However, whether effective or not assistance is done through NATO ISAF to Afghanistan?.In fact, the research concluded that the program performed the NATO-led ISAF to help Afghanistan is not effective, or can be said to have not been successful, because we can see the current state of Afghanistan, they are still not ready to face the threats of the enemy, in Afghanistan there are still many the spread of narcotics, it indicates that the NATO program for about twelve years of the leadership of Hamid Karzai is still not much change.Keywords: security, threat, ISAF program effectiveness, government of Hamid Karzai.
