Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Department of Social and Pekanbaru City Cemetery under Development of Street Children in the city of Pekanbaru and to know what are the factors that hinder the performance of Department of Social Welfare and Development In Pekanbaru City Cemetery Street Children in the city of Pekanbaru in Pekanbaru . Theory (approach) is used as an analytical tool in this study is the theory of performance indicators efficiency , effectiveness , fairness , and responsiveness . While the methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative research that is intended to provide a systematic overview of the observed phenomena .Based on these results , Performance and Social Service Funeral Pekanbaru City , particularly the field of POM in dealing with street children is still not good . Efforts undertaken in the field of POM handle street children include coaching , mental guidance , and the provision of venture capital . However , the recruitment of street children conducted by the Department of Social Welfare and Funeral Pekanbaru City has not reached the desired target . Obstacles encountered in handling the business of street children is the attitude or mindset of street children who do not want to set a target , causing stunted POM field program . Another problem is the limited human resources in both the Department of Social and Pekanbaru City Cemetery is the source of the lack of budget funds . The process of mentoring street children street children should be done to the self . Supervision of the assistance also needs to be done. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the cooperation between the Jakarta administrationand the Government of the United States United States Environmental ProtectionAgency (U.S. EPA) in improving air quality and public health in Jakarta. Air pollutionin the city has increased from year to year. This is due to the rapid development of thearea in Jakarta from the sectors of population, transportation, and industry. While theUnited States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) offers cooperation to thegovernment of DKI Jakarta in improving air quality and public health in Jakarta.The author analyzes the case using descriptive qualitative analytical methods tofind data and facts through some literature such as books, journals, and websites. Thetheory is used to analyze the cooperation between Jakarta administration by the UnitedStates Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) in improving air quality and publichealth in Jakarta is the perspective of international cooperation by KJ Holsti and GreenThought theory.These results explained that the cooperation between Indonesia and the UnitedStates in the improvement of air quality in Jakarta Breath Easy program consists of sixphases but only three phases which have been running. However, cooperation betweenIndonesia and the United States in the improvement of air quality Jakarta has given theresults of the air in Jakarta where conditions began to improve.Keywords: Air Pollution, International Cooperation, Program Breath Easy, Jakarta.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that motivate Indonesia signed a cooperative relationship with Spain in the fields of defense and military in 2013. The reasons which prompted Indonesia to cooperate with Spain and the benefits to be gained by Indonesia. The study also will explain the process from the beginning and cooperative relations between Indonesia and Spain on defense and military aircraft industry that has been initiated in 2007, by the two countries.Keywords : cooperative relationship, process, reasons, aircraft industry.

Abstract

Education is one thing that is needed in today’s modern times. Education consists of three kinds of formal, informal and non formal. Formal education is one of the fundamental things that must be taken by all children in Indonesia in accordance with the national education goals is for the intellectual life of the nation. In general, parents want their children to be smart and can be a source of pride for the family. In elections where his sosn was educated parents consider good schools and is considered to be able to educate their children well. Given the many standing in Pekanbaru international schools, religious schools, private schools and public schools. Muslim religious parent who prefer to send their children to primary school Kalam Kudus is one private school based on the teachings of religion is protestant Christianity. Therefor, the formulation of the problem in this research are : 1. What motivation causes parents who send their children to religious muslim kalam kudus elementary school ? 2. How socio cultural background of muslim parents who send their children to kalam kudus elementary school ? Subjects in this study were religious muslim parents who send their children kalam kudus elementary school in pekanbaru as many as five people. The method in this study ia qualitative research method, namely the outlines of the interview respondents. The results of this study is the motivation of parents who send their children to religious muslim kalam kudus elementary school is comprised of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation that parents want their children to be a smart kid and has a lot of knowledge and because elementary school is one of the holy word of school discipline and have the quality and the quality is very good whereas extrinsic motivation is that the distance is not to far away from school and wants to raise the degree of their social status. Socio cultural backgrouns of muslim parents who are different rom one another, and every parents wants only the besr for their children’s education. Keyword : Motivation Parents, Education, Religion

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is characterized by the development of cities in a fast tempo, this supported with high population growth and labor force. It also increases the demands of various jobs and so on. As experienced by the Karimun lack of jobs and the low level of wages / salary earned make them choose to work as Indonesian workers. Various types of job in other state including construction workers, farm workers, etc. Therefore, the problems in this research are: 1. How Tanjung Balai Karimun Migrant community profile looks like? 2. What are the Karimun factors that causing people work as migrant workers? The purpose of this study is to determine the profile of migrant workers in Karimun as well as to determine the factors that causing Karimun people work as migrant workers. The Subjects of this study are Indonesian Workers who work in Malaysia and Singapore counted 10 people, in which they derived from Kelurahan Sungai Raya. They worked back and forth between the two countries because they only use a traveling passport. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, using census techniques, The process of collecting data is by interview, observation and documentation. Abstract

A cultural history of the area first studied population itself. KenagarianPulau Gadang is included in Kampar administration area adjacent to SumatraBarat culture is synonymous with, which consists of the Desa Pulau gadang andthe village of Koto Masjid as a region located Kenagarian the Kecamatan XIIIKoto Kampar. Kenagarian Pulau Gadang Inscribed Stone districts connected byroad. Road conditions are mostly in good condition. In general, peopleKenagarian Pulau Gadang has a fairly high mobility. Mobility is evidenced by themany people both in and out of and into the Koto Masjid every day. Populationmobility is strongly supported by aksibilitas area fairly easily both to the districtand the city center. Humans need other humans to live together and cooperate. Hewas determined to live in groups and society. Small groups in society PulauGadang is a tribal village, while the largest group, are seen from the perspective ofindigenous villages. Tribe as the smallest group, must be well understood andinternalized by society Pulau Gadang. Bainduak home is open to anyone whocomes to the village of Pulau Gadang of any tribe as Batak, Jawa, Minang,Malayu, Nias, Bugis and others, for non-Muslims who return bainduak theyshould convert to Islam. Because in the Desa Pulau Gadang Muslim communityall. People who wander are required to place another person can to theenvironment in which it is located. Entrants must be able to take care of theenvironment around them, become part of his new community. Someone must befused with the migrating into their new hometown. Kopi Luwak (Luwak Coffee) is one of the original in the internal affairs of Indonesia (natural given). Luwak Coffee is coffee indigenous diracik coffee bean derived from a group that has been chosen selectively and consumed by Luwak (paradox harmaproditus) or better known as asian palm civet. The purpose of this research is to know strategy The Government of Indonesia to improve competitive luwak coffee in global market and the factors that affect strategy the government of Indonesia to increase competition in the global market luwak coffee.The data collected by using technical research library research (literature), data internet, and interview technique source. The three used as the effort to get more valid research results, with the process data can complement each other and to each other, so that researchers also can be understood to these issues, and have a certain satisfaction.Internationally, Indonesia as a country coffee producers to 3 in the world after Brazil and Vietnam plays a vital roles in the global market. Abstract

The game is one of the activities undertaken by someone who makes her feel happy and feel comforted by it. Types of games that are popular in the modern era such as PSP, Playstation (Ps), online games and so forth. From the variety of games that appear this modern era of the PlayStation (PS) is the most popular by all people, both children, teens, and even adults. Issues discussed in this study How playstation player characteristics (Ps), what is the motivation of students at the University of Riau to play playstation games (Ps) and how it impacts the playstation game addiction (Ps) among University Students Riau. The goal is to identify the characteristics of the player playstation (Ps), to determine the motivation of Riau University students to play playstation games (Ps) and to determine and describe the impact playstation game addiction (Ps) among students at the University of Riau. The population in this study is still active Riau University students who came to college to play playstation (Ps) in Farel game station by 30 respondents. The data obtained in this study will use descriptive quantitative method. The research instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, participant observation and documentation. The technique used in determining the sample is accidental sampling method that is based on accidental sampling technique, which is met with a researcher who happened to be sampled are considered suitable or collectively, the sampling method by way of choosing who happened to be there or encountered. The theory used for this problem is that the theory of Max Weber Theory of Social Action. Abstract

Implementation of Government Decision regarding Licensing and Retail Alfamart Indomaret in Pekanbaru City Year 2012-2013. And the purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Decisions Retail Licensing Mayor of Pekanbaru on Alfamart and Indomaret Year 2012-2013 and to find out why the decision is not complied with by the Mayor of Pekanbaru Indomaret.peneltian Alfamart and the use of qualitative research methods by incorporating quantitative descriptive data assessment. By using the key information resources. Based on the research that has been conducted based on the concept and theory researchers found that the implementation of Government Decree on Licensing and Retail Alfamart Indomaret in Pekanbaru City Year 2012-2013 has not been going well as expected in Pekanbaru mayor's decision. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Bangkinang with the title on the application oforganizational culture PT.PLN (Persero) Rayon Bangkinang. Knowing the purpose of this study is theapplication of organizational culture on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Bangkinang. And the benefits of thisresearch is to add insight and understanding of science in the field of Human Resource Management and toto increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of the organization but also for the company tobecome one of the materials evaluation of the extent to which the effectiveness of organizational culture thathas been applied by the company during this time.As a measure of this study reinforce the authors use the theory of Stephen P. Robbins (2003) on thecharacteristics of the organizational culture. Research method used is a census technique, whereby allemployees into the study sample as many as 24 employees. The results of this study indicate that theapplication of the value of organizational culture on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Bangkinang very strong.Key words :Organization culture, application, company
