Abstract

The Family Expectation Program is Conditional Cash Transfer program to accelerate poverty alleviation and development of the social security system provided to RTSM/KSM in an effort to improve human resources especially in education and health. Implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Pekanbaru began in 2013 to include 8 sub-districts, one of it is Rumbai. According to directly observation, the problem is implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Rumbai Sub-district is not optimal, especially in Sri Meranti Village. The purpose of this research is to knowing how the implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Sri Meranti Village Rumbai Sub-district and to knowing the obstacle factor implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Sri Meranti Village Sub-district Rumbai.The theory used is management by George R. Terry starting from planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. In collecting the data researcher uses the method of observation, interview and documentation.The result of this research gets conclution that implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Pekanbaru is not optimal. There is still a shortage especially in planning and organizing implementation of The Family Expectation Program. And then, the obstacle factor in implementation of The Family Expectation Program in Pekanbaru (the case studies in Sri Meranti Village Rumbai Sub-district), that is socialization, budgetting, completness requirement and lack of awareness RTSM/KSM.Keywords: The Family Expectation Program, Health, Education, Poverty

Abstract

Online media is one of the evolution of information and communication technology very rapidly at this time. The evolution of online media take a part in supporting for the learning process. Online media becomes one of the media that used to get some information and can be used as a learning resource. One of the online media is used as a learning resource is Google Classroom. Google Classroom is an application that allows the creation of classrooms in cyberspace. Google Classroom can be used for distribution of tasks, submit assignments and assess the tasks they have collected. Google Classroom also be used to provide information about lectures and upload learning materials. The theory used in this research are the effectiveness of communication as the main theories and new media as a supporting of the theory. The purpose of this research is to investigate how effective these online media in providing information on the Civil Engineering University of Riau. This research uses quantitative methods of data collection using a questionnaire that distributed to Civil Engineering students who are still actively using Google Classroom. Determination techniques for sample is using random sampling techniques. This results shows that the effectiveness of Google Classroom in Civil Engineering is considered very effective. This has been proved by the results of the data collected have been measured by six indicators, which are Receiver, Content, Media, Format, Source and Timing. The result is highly effective on a scale of 4.36, which means that Google Classroom is a very effective for used in providing information on the Civil Engineering University of Riau. Abstract

Respon in the world of tourism is the opinion of way of view of visitors and tourists in understanding a tourist destination. This research was conducted in attraction zapin dance, Rempak Village, Siak District. This study aims to determine the respons of tourist to the attraction zapin dance in the palace touristarea asserayah alhasyimiah in siak district. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, observations and questionnaires. All the information collected and studied to become a unifed whole. As for the sample in research 100 respondent. The determinsntion of respondents with accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are observations, interview, questionnaires, using likert scale as ameasuring tool. Based on the result of  research that has been done the attraction of zapin dance with sub variable uniqueness, authenticity and value interesting research conclusions.Keywords: Respon of tourists, Attraction, Zapin dance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru which is located on Pope Street No.21 Tanggerang District, Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is the sales target which has fluctuated for five years and the percentage of sales also experienced fluctuations and the reduction in the number of buyers, this is thought to be influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and promotion at PT. Pandi Kencana Murni Pekanbaru. In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive using the SPSS program. The population in this study were 118 consumers. Samples were taken based on the Slovin formula method of 54 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and promos on consumer purchasing decisions. The technique used was purposive sampling, data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the Quality of Service and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion and Consumer Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

In the fulfillment of children’s welfare with the protection approach from various aspects tried have not been satisfactory yet. Admitted that the children’s protection policy and the children’s welfare policy have been accommodated by various interests. Yet, if it is not supported by facifacilities and infrastructuctures, it will not bring a result. In the context of the human rights protection, children’s protection is not only national problem but also international problem. It have been seen in some international documents protecting of children’s problem.The convention of children’s right is one form that children’s protection problem in the world that should be protected and the convention implementationhas prevailed in legislation that had been passed by the KEPRES Number. 36 in 1990 in order to give protection to children’s welfare interests. Abstract

Certificate of land said to be evidence of a legitimate legal ownership. But in fact it is still often the case of overlapping land certificates among the community. All started from the increasing of need the land so that people trying to gain ground in various ways even with other people's land grab. In addition causes the occurrence of overlapping land certificate arising from the national land Agency parties city of Pekanbaru that do land registration system that is sporadic and manual, the lack of transparency towards land ownership also be the cause.The purpose of this research is to find how strategy national land agency the city of pekanbaru in minimizing the problem overlapping land certificates in pekanbaru and knows factors affecting strategy national land agency the city of pekanbaru in minimizing the problem overlapping land certificate in pekanbaru. The study is done by using the method the qualitative study, with study data is descriptive. In data collection, researchers used technique interview, observation, literature and documentation.This research result indicates that strategy land agency the city of pekanbaru not run optimally. Strategy is not was fully exist. such as innovation strategy, the national land agency do not have it even the implementation of the strategy technology just that is said to ease services to the community has not been fully can be done due to the limited application usage online services that available and operating strategies are still lacking. Factors affect the implementation of the strategy is the human resources owned inadequate, the national land agency only held a meeting to keep coordinated, the absence of socialization schedule from the national land agency directly to the community and community participation is still lacking because delivery of program from the national land agency yet optimal.Key words : Strategy, Certificate of land, Overlapping

Abstract

This research was conducted in Mandau Subdistrict, Duri District of Bengkalis with problem formulation that is (1) What are some forms of social adaptation conducted by households of employees experiencing Termination of Employment? (2) What is the most dominant form of Adaptation carried out by the household of the employee who is terminated? (3) What are the factors that influence employees to choose the dominant social Adaptation?Termination of employment occurred in the city of thorns, Mandau district. Termination of employment is the termination of employment relationship due to a matter that causes the ending of rights and obligations between workers and the company. The termination of employment resulted in an increase in the number of unemployed. Economically, termination of employment can stop the family income generating process, and cause difficulties in the fulfillment of life needs. In this case an adaptation strategy is needed. Adaptation strategy or survival strategy is one's ability to apply a set of ways to overcome various problems in economic life. The strategies undertaken by the five former employees are active strategy, passive strategy and network strategy. This research uses qualitative data analyst research techniques, namely the description of the actual conditions. The research subjects used are 5 employees who have experienced job termination from CV. Abadi Jaya.Keywords: termination of employment, adaptation, survival strategy.

Abstract

 This research was conducted at HR. Soebrantas street Tampan district, Pekanbaru with the title Traders Resale Response Against Alfamart and Indomart in Tampan District, Pekanbaru (HR Soebrantas street). Lately, with the increasing technological advances population growth encouraged the increased development activities. One of the many developments done is the development in the field of shopping centers such as retail stores like Alfamart and Indomart. In the last 5 years, it has been known that retail store development has been done as many as 11 Alfamart and 12 Indomart on HR. Soebrantas street, Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, traditional traders sell similar products are found in the same location and have operated both before and after the establishment of the retail store. This study aims to find out how the traditional daily merchant’s response to the existence of Alfamart and Indomart on HR. Soebrantas street as well as to determine the extent to which the influence caused by Alfamart and Indomart to the turnover of traditional daily merchant on HR. Soebrantas street. The theory used in this research are the response and development theory, while the method used is quantitative descriptive by using questionnaires and guided interview techniques. The results showed that from 75 respondents there were 30 respondents who accepted, 29 respondents refused, and 16 respondents that did not care regarding the existence of Alfamart and Indomart. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the existence of Alfamart and Indomart didn’t affect the turnover of Traders Traditional Goods.  Keywords : Respond, effect, turnover

Abstract

The implementation of health services carried out at the Kuantan Singingi Regional General Hospital where the implementation of health services there are problems with the doctor's slow coming, waiting for the medicine to be treated for a long time, sometimes there is no medicine so it requires buying outside, the doctor is not there and there is no substitute doctor, the officers are less friendly registration. The purpose of this study is to Organize Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi and find out the factors that influence the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi.Using the concept of public service theory according to Suryadi (2009: 69). Using qualitative descriptive methods. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, interview, literature study, documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study addressing the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi, the hospital has not run optimally. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the voting behavior segajah river communities prosper in the election in 2015. The study focused on the defeat H.Suyatno the majority ethnic community of Java, while H.Suyatno ethnic Javanese. With the formulation of research problems, namely how to choose the behavior of society segajah river affluent in the election in 2015. Based on the background of the problem, the study aims to identify and analyze the voting behavior of society kepenghuluan segajah river affluent districts downstream rokan 2015. The research method is quantitative, with the type of Causal comparative studies and then using the sample population. Data was collected by questionnaire, and documentation. The results of the field studies showed that the voting behavior segajah river affluent society kepenghuluan not use mashab sociological, but using a psychological approach and the economic approach. it is seen from the answers to questionnaires from the public kepenghuluan segajah river that ethnic Javanese. based on research by the author H.Suyatno the Java tribes lost in the river kepenghuluan segajah prosperous, while the reason the majority of people do not choose H.Suyatno namely because of disappointment, people are not familiar with H.Suyatno, Peoples followed increments families, communities want to change, and H .Suyatno less sociable with people kepenghuluan segajah prosperous river. In this study the authors concluded that the sociological mashab not affect the voting behavior of the river kepenghuluan segajah prosperous society in 2015, but the community kepenghuluan segajah river mashab prosperous using psychological and economic mashab in selecting candidates for the heads of districts rokan downstream.
