Abstract

Pencak Silat is a traditional self-defense which comes from Indonesia aims to defend themselves and the group from natural challenges, they learn self-defense by following animal’s movement clay are nearby. Many people interest to join Pencak Silat Pangean, but the Pencak Silat slightly closed, so the consequently is a little bit difficult for outside people to join this Pencak Silat. This research aims to know the procedures in Pencak Silat Pangean. What factor people interest to join Pencak Silat Pangean and what positive and negative impact when joining Pencak Silat Pangean. The research metodh is use descriptive qualitative. To know the result of the study, so use observation, interview, and documentation technique. And for the subjects research is use t purposive sampling technique. The result show that a person who joining Pencak Silat Pangean is for self-defense, Pencak Silat is interpreted by self-defense’s art. There is religious element that cointained in this Pencak Silat Pangean mengajarkan who teach us for always cautious to Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.Keyword : Social System, Pencak Silat

Abstract

This research was motivated by the village development planning which is a deliberative democratic processes and institutions in the village. but in actual experience various problems, such as attendance musrenbangdes dominated by the village government, and the proposed development of communities in rural development planning meetings were not accommodated and realized according to the wishes and expectations of society. This study aims to determine the deliberation of interest in rural development planning and deliberation impact on rural development. The method used in this research is method descriptive approach to qualitative research. Type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results showed that the deliberation of interest in rural development planning is still not going well. In addition deliberation in rural development are still not able to have a significant impact. It can be seen from some of the data obtained from the Village, District, as well as the field data collected. The right solution to overcome these problems is the village government should encourage and increase community involvement in the process of deliberation on interest in the development plan of the village, and the village government should cooperate with existing institutions in villages to create a better deliberations.Keywords : Deliberation, Village Development.

Abstract

Village funds are a budget intended for villages to finance the government administration, development, community empowerment and community development. Village funds are the highest source of village income. Theerefore, guidance and supervision in the use of village funds in mandatory for local governments so that the target of village funds can be achieved, that are adequate development and independent community. The research aims to describe (1) the form of guidance and supervision carried out by the community and village empowerment and the government of Siak Sub-district and Inspectorate of Siak District, and (2) describe the inhibiting factors in the use of village funds in Siak Sub-district of Siak District in 2017.The result of the research show that guidance and supervision are carried out through several stages, namely pre-distribution stage, distribution stage, and post-distribution stage. The guidance and supervision in the use of village funds lies in the stages of palling and use, but n empirical conditions they are not implemented. Furthermore, supervision lies in all stages including the stages of planning, budgeting, distributing, using, reporting and accountability. However, only three stages are implemented. The inhibiting factors in guidance and supervision in the use of village funds are the delays in the implementation of data verification, lack of coordination with village facilitators and lack of time for supervision by Siak District Inspektorate. Guidance and supervision in the use of village funds in SIak District have not been implemented optimally, because until now there are still several aspects of it that have not yet been implemented and there are still several inhibiting factors in guidance and supervision in the use of village funds of Siak District.  Keywords : Guidance, Supervision, Village Funds

Abstract

Motivation is the force that drives someone to do something to achieve the goal. These forces are basically stimulated by their various needs. The need is the reason tourists visit in the tourist attraction. This study aims to find out what the motivation for travelers visiting the attractions in the village pawan Rokan Hulu. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to address issues. For the purposes of the first use of the interview, and for the second goal in using Cross Tabulation techniques. The sample in this study were 60 respondents, taken using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. Motivation can be grouped into four major sub groups motivational variables physical, cultural motivation, social motivation, and Fantasi.Mclntosh 1977 murphy Sharpley 1985 and 1994 (in Pitana and Gayatri 2005: 59. By indicator relaxation, health, looking for comfort, sports activities, learn the customs, know the traditions, learn the culture, see the art, stay in touch relatives, maintaining prestige, got hospitality, refuge, looking for fantasy, enjoy the satisfaction, seeking status, seeking freedom. Abstract

The problem in this study is the percentage of sales target achievement has decreased, and not achieved the company's sales target, this is thought to be influenced by purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the product quality and price of purchasing decisions on biovision products distributed by PT. Indofarma Global Medika, Medan branch.. The population in this study were consumers of biovision products in the city of Medan. Samples taken based on the method using the Roscoe guideline in Sugiono on the third point were 39 respondents.  Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on biovision products in the city of Medan. With a simple calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) on purchasing decisions obtained R square value of 0, 429 or 42.9% and the price of the purchase decision obtained R square value of 0, 447 or 44.7% and calculation of determination (R2) multiple product quality and prices for purchasing decisions obtained R square value of 0.546 or 54.6%. This shows that the quality of products and prices have an effect of 54.6% on purchasing decisions on biovision products in Medan, while the remaining 45.5% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Key words: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Raja Lake is a tourist icon of Indragiri Hulu. Based on data from the number of lake king Rengat visits in 2016 amounted to 7,110 visitors, in 2017 there were 6,420 visitors. in 2018 there were 22,134 visitors. The high data of visitors to the Raja Raja tourist attraction is inseparable from the communication strategy adopted by the youth and tourism youth service of Indragiri Hulu so that the Indragiri Hulu Regency is widely known in the hope that the increase in visits will increase more each year. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy to determine communicators, the strategy of choosing the media, the strategy of conveying messages and determining the audience.The method used is a qualitative method. The research was carried out at the Indragiri Hulu youth youth and tourism agency. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. There were 13 informants, namely, 3 from Indragiri Hulu's youth and tourism youth service, 4 tourist objects and 6 visitors. Data analysis techniques using the Interactive Miles and Huberman models. The data validity technique uses triangulation and extending participation.The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy carried out by the Indragiri Hulu youth and tourism youth service in attracting Raja Lake tourist visits is that communicators have credibility and extensive knowledge about Raja Lake tourism, namely those who do work in the promotion and marketing department. In conveying a message that is informative and persuasive, it emphasizes information with advantages and features offered by Raja Lake tourism. The media used are radio media, social media, and booklets. The primary audience is the Indragiri Hulu people who take part in the Keratif team program and visitors from within the Indragiri Hulu district and the secondary audience is visitors who come from outside the Indragiri Hulu district.

Abstract

This study is a study to describe the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty on Airline PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru Route - Jakarta. From the data obtained, from 2013 to 2016, the number of passengers using Citilink's carrier airline has decreased in 2016 and caused a decrease in passengers loyal to Citilink airlines. Problems that occur are less effective and efficient implementation and function of the company in meeting the quality of peyananan desired by the customer. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality to customer loyalty at airline PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru - Jakarta route and to know the inhibiting factors is less effective and efficient execution and function of company in fulfilling quality of peyananan desired by customer. The concept of the theory used is Quality of Service and Loyalty. This research uses quantitative method to test the influence between the two variables. Customers who are sampled amounted to 100 people. The type of data used is primary data with data collection methods using questionnaires that spread to 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is a simple linear regression with the help of SPSS Software Version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the quality of service and customer loyalty in PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru branch classified as less good and customer loyalty, based on the results obtained as a whole off Citilink airline route Pekanbaru-Jakarta route loyal enough or loyal to use Citilink aircraft carrier. Abstract

The Village Consultative Board (BPD) as the policy and supervisory council in the implementation of village policy performs its function to build the village, where the success of village development is the basis for the achievement of the national development objectives. Currently there are still unfinished development in Binabaru Village, the society can not fully conduct their aspirations, lack of socialization, lack of member training, and lack of coordination of the village and BPD in Binabaru Village. This study aims to know clearly about the implementation of the functions of BPD and the factors that influence it.The theory used is Theory Widjaja said that the village consultative institution is a council that functions as follows: assign a plan of village regulations with the headman, collecting and distributing the aspirations of the society and take supervision of the headman performance. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with observation and interview data collection techniques. The factors that affect the implementation of the function is the factor of education, coordination and socialization. Research location in Binabaru Village Kampar Kiri Tengah District Kampar District. The research informants are Village Head, Head of BPD, Secretary of BPD and Member of BPD Binabaru Village. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive analysis by using data collection method technique, observation interview and documentation.The result of the research shows that the implementation of BPD function in Binabaru Village has not run maximally due to the absence of transparency from the village head to the BPD in carrying out the task and the personal problems between the two causes the obstruction of the making of Village Regulation, the absence of facilities and infrastructure such as offices and supporting equipment BPD functions such as laptops and printers because no funds are derived from the Village to build BPD offices, there is no training provided by the local government due to the unavailability of the Technology Guidance Program (BIMTEK) from the District Government. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the representation and meaning of connotation denotation, and the identity myths of children in the animation Upin and Ipin season 10 episode 11 through the signs that exist in this with the analysis using semiotics analysis Roland Barthes. To collect research data using, documentation, and literature study. The results show the existence of a child's identity is represented as individuals who still want to learn culture in their own country. The form of identity is, fantasize and imagine, have curiosity, spontaneous, learn many things using the body, and have a high learning spirit. This research is also required to see how the form of ideology and what interests are there in this animation, by viewing impressions of Upin and Ipin this includes frequent repetitions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Organization Commitment To Job Employees Statisfaction Head Office PTPN V Pekanbaru.This research used questionnaire with measurement scale that is Likert scale which analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, t test, and f test with the help of using SPSS software ver. 17 for windows. The number population from this research 478 persons with 83 head office employees PTPN V Pekanbaru as the sampled, calculated using slovin formula.From the results of tests conducted indicate that the Work Environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect to employee job statisfaction, as well as Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on employee job statisfaction Head Office in the PTPN V Pekanbaru.Keywords : Work Environment, Organization Commitment, Job Satisfaction.
