This research discusses about “Influence of The Policy of Non-Tariff Barrier in European Union on Export Of Indonesian Cocoa Bean in 2011â€. The purpose is this research is to find out how is the influence of the policy of non tariff barrier in European Union on export of Indonesian cocoa beans in 2011. Cocoa beans is a leading commodity where Indonesia is a producer country thirdly after Ivory Coast and Ghana. In 2011, the deacreased in export value of Indonesian cocoa beans to the European Union fell from US$ 55 million to US$ 4 million. This is due to the policy of non-tariff barrier of European Union which obliges fermentation requirement at Indonesian cocoa beans. Most Indonesian farmers ignore the post-processing stages of cocoa beans.This is qualitative research which used descriptive explanative methods, and collecting datas from books, journals, articles, mass media, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the mercantilism perspective, analysis unit group countries written by Mohtar Mas’oed and the theory is International Trade.The result of the research is the development of export value of cocoa beans Indonesia has decreased in 2011. The main cause is the existence of fermentation requirements (non tariff barrier) in the European Union market which is the most important stage in the processing of chocolate. Ivory Coast and Ghana are the good cocoa beans producers in European Union due to the quality of the fermented beans. The policy relating to quality of cocoa beans are discussed in Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002. Lack of employee health concern affects performance in getting optimal results. To support it, PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Tbk, Pekanbaru provides facilities in the form of Healthy Paradigm 4P program to improve healthy lifestyle of employees is a program of Health Foundation Telkom Center of Healthy Diet, Healthy Activity Pattern, Healthy Mindset and Healthy Spiritual Pattern. This study aims to determine the form of health communication, health communication barriers and health communication media at PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Tbk, Pekanbaru This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. Research subjects amounted to 7 people. With research object health communication unit Human Resource Development (HRD) in improving healthy lifestyle of employees through 4P health paradigm program at PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Tbk, Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis with the presentation of descriptive analysis according to Huberman and Miles. And examination techniques validity of data by extension of participation and triangulation. The results of the research show that the 4P Health Paradigm program is conducting Health Communication from the Human Resource Development (HRD) unit in improving the healthy lifestyle of employees through the 4P Health Paradigm program at PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Tbk, Pekanbaru seen through the form of communication is the form of interpersonal communication, group communication and organizational communication. Human Resource Development (HRD) units use media such as websites, emails, phones, banners, and brochures. The 4P's Healthy Paradigm Program Process has barriers that come from sources and employees.

This research was conducted in the Penyasawan village; Kampar District with the research questions was (1) how is the process of pulang bainduok tradition implemented in Kampar District? (2) What is the meaning of pulang bainduok tradition in the Penyasawan Village, Kampar District? The purpose of this study was to find out the process of pulang bainduok tradition in the village of Penyasawan Kampar District and to find out the meaning of pulang bainduok tradition in the Penyasawan village, Kampar District. This research was descriptive research. There were 8 informants determined intentionally and selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was taken from primary data, namely direct data concerning the opinions of informants about the research variables obtained from the interview and secondary data, namely the data obtained to complete the primary data. The data collection technique were in the form of observations, interviews, and documentations. The findings of the research study showed that the tradition of Pulang Bainduok was very suitable for those people who prioritize family and empathy. The tradition of pulang baindouk to the village was only done for those who live in the Penyasawan village want to find tribes and relatives (induok). The meaning of this tradition was to provide protection for new comers who settled in the village of the Survivors. The benefit of having pulang bainduok tradition was to get a new family, to be able to gather with relatives so that the relationship between relatives and nephew is getting closer. One of the intentions of pulang bainduok is to give a status or tribe to new comers who want to settle down and marry a native woman of the Penyasawan village by looking for induok (family).Keywords: New Comers, Tradition, Pulang Bainduok.

The birth certificate is a document that should be owned by every citizen of Indonesia. Rokan Hulu in this case the Department of Population and Civil Registration makes one form of service innovation that initially this birth certificate service takes 14 business days, converted into a day's work, called the program One Day Ready (SHS). SHS services were made because the civil registration of birth certificates in the field of Rokan Hulu is still relatively low. The purpose of this program was launched to improve the recording field of a birth certificate. The problems of this research are how the implementation of the program service of One Day Ready (SHS) on the quality of public services. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the service program One Day Ready (SHS) on the quality of public services by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu years 2014-2015. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data in this study of informants and review documents related to this program are One Day Ready (SHS). The Data collection technique with in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), documentation and direct observation. Data analysis technique with data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification. From the results of this research is that the implementation of the program One Day Ready (SHS) in the service of the birth certificate presented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu is good. Judging from some of the important aspects in the implementation of a program that Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This thesis is a Bilateral Trade study that provides an analysis of two-state Cooperation in meeting needs and achieving their interests. This research focused on the Export of Indonesian Palm Oil (CPO) to Tunisia from 2010-2014. Palm Oil is the product of processed palm oil as vegetable oil which is needed as industrial material and household consumption. Where Indonesia as the largest palm oil producer in the world accounts for 51% of the world's demand for palm oil and exports to various countries including Tunisia. This thesis uses a conceptual basis with the concept of International Economic Cooperation in which International Economic Cooperation is carried out to get together through the use of finance and technological resources from each partner. Supported by the level of analysis of the Nation State and the Liberalism Perspective. The concept leads to the method of qualitative methods and is assisted by Library Research as a source of information. The MoU on Cooperation between Indonesia and Tunisia is a manifestation of Indonesia's national interests, in which the bilateral cooperation of the two countries is the ultimate goal of profit. Therefore, CPO export cooperation is one of the many Indonesian exports to Tunisia to achieve the set trade value with a contribution of 63.3% of Indonesia's exports to Tunisia in 2010-2014. This research to analyze the Influence of Foreign Tourist Visits on Indonesian Tourism Economy (Case Study: Raja Ampat Tourism Festival), with case studies in Papua. Papua is a tourist destination that has been known to the world. Since then many foreign tourists come to Papua to be able to witness and enjoy the culture, natural beauty and hospitality of Papuans. Papua and tourism can not be separated. It is not only the Papuan government that many hope from the service sector to drive the wheel of development, but most of the people also rely on the sector.The development of the tourism industry in a region can not work without government intervention as a regulator, and the private sector as an investor. The participation of both parties is necessary in order to create an ideal condition for the success of the tourism economy's goals. One of the cornerstones of tourism development secured by the Constitution of the State is to develop tourism should be based on local community empowerment, arts, and (charm) by taking into account the preservation of traditional art and culture as well as the preservation of the local environment. It is proper that the development of tourism is utilized to support the creation of the objectives of the economy.The economic problems facing West Papua are highly vulnerable to external factors. In 2014, the economic growth rate of West Papua grew slower by 5.38 percent compared to the year 2013. Likewise in 2015 which experienced an economic slowdown of 4.10 percent. The sluggish economic condition of West Papua is mainly triggered by the Indonesian economic situation during 2014-2015.In contrast to foreign tourists who have higher income levels than Indonesians, these better financial conditions enable them to enjoy diving as one of Raja Ampat's most popular tourist attractions. The rate of foreign tourist arrivals more than domestic tourists.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Room Boy Hotel Prince Pekanbaru and this research use qualitative with a descriptive approach to know the problems that exist in the room boy prince. Solok district is one of the areas with potential land that can be utilized and developed, such as the potential of agriculture and plantations, the potential of the fisheries sector, and tourism potential. Hence there are not infrequent conflicts and land issues, due to unclear land ownership in the community. Overcoming these problems the government elaborated a land registration policy through the ATR / National Land Agency Ministerial Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PTSL and see the inhibiting factors for the implementation of a complete systematic land registration program in Solok Regency. The theoretical concept used is the theory of implementation by Ripley and Franklin in (Tahir, 2015), namely: the level of bureaucratic compliance, smooth routines and no problems, and performance. This study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, with data collection techniques including: interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the implementation of the ATR / National Land Agency Minister Regulation Number 6 of 2018 in Solok District was not maximal. This study is a contemporary study that discusses International Labour Organization (ILO) The Role in Protecting Indonesian Migrant Workers in Saudi Arabia 2012-2016. This study aims to identify and explain the role of the ILO in protecting the rights of Indonesian migrant workers in Saudi Arabia. Indonesia is one of the largest sending countries of Indonesian migrant workers in the world. Where Indonesian migrant workers become the second largest foreign exchange earner for the country after oil and gas sector (oil and gas). The presence of Indonesian migrant workers who work abroad on the one hand has a negative impact, where the number of Indonesian migrant workers who received unjust treatment and human rights violations. Saudi Arabia became the country most experienced problems of Indonesian migrant workers.ILO an organization under the auspices of the United Nations (UN) agency that manages the field of employment in the international world. The ILO is responsible for promoting workplace rights, encouraging the creation of decent work, enhancing social protection and strengthening dialogue on labor-related issues.In solving the problems of ILO migrant workers in cooperation with Indonesia, drafting migrant conventions of migrant workers, conducting programs and campaigns related to migrant workers.In this case the authors use perpective pluralism, which is supported by the theory of international organizations and the concept of role and level of group analysis, as the actor. Bigo live is one of the social media that become viral among students in the University of Riau today which became a unique phenomenon of its own. Bigo Live is exist because of the uniqueness features it has, as if feature live streaming, video call and give. Departing from the motive, meaning, experience of the students users of Bigo Live which is very viral at this time. This study aims to determine the motives of students using Bigo Live among the University of Riau, meaning of Bigo Live features For students in the University of Riau, and the experience of Bigo Live users among the University of Riau. This research method is using a qualitative research method with phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were five users of Bigo Live who selected using purposive technique. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This research uses an interactive data analysis model of Miles and Hubermen, using the technique of examining the validity of data through the extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the motives of Bigo Live users is the motive of the past (because motive) in the form of friend invitation, kepo (knowing every particular object) and trend, and the future motive (in order to motives) in the form of interaction with new people and expertise. The meanings of Bigo Live features for students include Bigo Live as a medium of entertainment, Bigo Live as a Media lecture and Bigo live as an expression of feelings. The communication experience of Bigo Live user is a pleasant experience (Positive) includes adding friendship network, build a good relationship with users and entertaining yourself. Unflattering (negative) experiences include blasphemous accounts resulting in discomfort, and Bigo Live users who use Bigo Live badly.
