Abstract

This researcher aims to find out how much influence store atmosphere, service quality and produc diversity have on consumer buying interest in KFC metropolitan City Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data in this study uses a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. The results of the analysis use simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significant test (t test), and simultaneous significant test (F test) so that it can be known that store atmosphere variables influence consumer purchase interest variables, variables , service quality influences the variables of consumer buying interest, and variable productivity diversity influences consumer buying interest and store atmosphere variables, service quality and diversity products influence simultaneously on the variables of consumer buying interest. The calculation results show that R square is the coefficient of determination and the value of R Square is 0.847. This means that store atmosphere, service quality and produc diversity affect consumer buying interest by 84.7%.  Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality and Diversity Products and Consumer Buying Interests

Abstract

The writing of this thesis is motivated by the researchers' views on the phenomenon in the community of  Kecamatan Tualang in the process of enforcing the Circular No. 511.2/DPP.PSR/IX/2018/200 in relocating street vendors from the edge and shoulders of the KM 4 road in front of the Tuah Serumpun Market to the Pasar rakyat tualang in 2018 viewed by using the theory of requirements that must be fulfilled in the making and application / enforcement of beleidsregels and by using the theory of factors- factors affecting law enforcement. The purpose of this thesis research is (1) to analyze the important requirements in the formation of circulars in optimizing Pasar Rakyat Tualang in 2018. (2) to analyze matters that need attention in the application or enforcement of circulars in optimizing pasar rakyat tualang in 2018. (3) to identify factors that influence the application of beleidsregels in optimizing pasar rakyat tualang in 2018. This thesis research method uses qualitative research methods. Sources of research data were taken from research informants, media and documents. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview and document. While the data analysis technique is done by qualitative data analysis.The results of this research that the Circular no. 511.2/DPP/PSR/IX/2018/200 has fulfilled the requirements that must be met in making beleidsregels. However, in terms of application, the circular has not yet fully met the required requirements. The factors that hinder the enforcement of circulars include law enforcement factor , facilities and facilities factor, community factor and cultural factor. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) how the process of meeting event implementation in premiere hotel Pekanbaru, (2) how to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the event meeting in banquet section hotel premiere pekanbaru. The design of this study is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study are key informants and additional informants. Key informants are, sales banquet marketing hotel premiere pekanbaru and additional informant that is one employee per department hotel premiere pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, in-depth interviews and document studiesFrom the results of research that has been related to the author of the implementation of the event meeting in banquet section premiere hotel Pekanbaru, then taken the conclusion of the implementation of his event is good although there are still obstacles encountered. obstacles faced such as changes in the agreement of the event, the old payment, the lack of his communication, the lack of hygiene from the event organizer and his lack of order.Keywords: Event, meeting, banquet

Abstract

This research describe the diplomacy of Indonesia with South Korea in defence and security. Asia Pacisif are one of region in the world that have strategic potency espcecially about the interest of the superpower states likes United State of America and China. In order that to increase a power in defence scope, so Indonesia have make a agreement with South Korea to create some cooperations for the another states.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the diplomacy of Indonesia with South Korea in defence and security. The theories applied in this research are realism with the nations state analyze, national interest concept and the diplomacy setting theory.The research shows that the diplomacy of Indonesia with South Korea in defence and security are have done by create a confidence building measures. The implementations of this policy are have done by cooperations in military and defence between Indonesia and South Korea. The cooperations between Indonesia and South Korea area have done because the domestic and internationals threat.Key words: diplomacy, agreements, military and defence.

Abstract

Based on data from the Department of Cooperative and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Pekanbaru, a growing number of MSME continues to increase each year which recorded to 13,547 units. There are a lot of MSME in Pekanbaru, however the common problems faced by MSME have not been fully solved yet. Therefore, the empowerment program for MSME owners is required to address the problems by establishing The Business Consulting Clinic (BCC). The purpose of this research is to discover the communication strategy in determining the communicator, delivering the message, defining the objectives, and media selection by Department of Cooperative and MSME in empowering the group of MSME through Business Consulting Clinic program in Pekanbaru.Firstly, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Meanwhile, purposive technique is choosen to determine the subject of the research. There are several sources who provide the information for this research, they are Head of Finance Department Cooperative and MSME, Head of Promotion Division, Head of Enterprise and Investment Development Division, two practioners of BCC, the beverage and herbal medicines entrepreneur as well as the embroidery and Songkok Melayu employer. Afterwards, the technique is used for data collection are interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique performed by using interactive data analysis model Miles and Huberman. Lastly, to reach the validity of data in this research, the author uses the extension of participation and triangulation.Furthermore, the results showed that the communication strategy for empowering a group of MSME through BCC program is to pay attention to four factors. In one hand, strategies in determining the target are for the owners of MSME that have constraints and problems in entrepreneurship; have been active and holding a license for a Small Micro Business; and the young entrepreneurs. The communication messages are delivered in the form of an informative message with repetition and persuasive technique by giving solution in solving the problem of the owner of MSME including the knowledge and feedback in accordance with the service at the BCC program. Then, the media used are print media, electronic media and media groups. Finally, the strategy in deciding the communicators with criteria are by selecting people who work directly in doing coaching and empowerment of MSME with knowledge and experience regarding the process of empowerment of MSME would be able to understand about the BCC program.

Abstract

This study describes the cooperation of World Health Organization (WHO) - Indonesia in dealing with polio in Indonesia through the program free of the disease. Health is one of the issues of international relations that are low politics that drew the world's attention, for example a health problem that is considered very important is the problem of polio. Indonesia is a country with endemic polio that makes WHO as an international health organization trying to solve this problem. The study was obtained by reviewing the literature either from books, journals, theses, reports, and internet. In this paper, the author uses pluralist perspective with international organizations theory. Author uses the analysis unit group as one actor in international relations. In the writings found that the cooperation of WHO - Indonesia in dealing with polio virus in Indonesia is to implement the program ERAPO. The program of ERAPO is to implemented National Immunization Week (PIN) and Polio Surveillance which includes Wild Polio Surveillance (SPL) and surveillance of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (SAFP). Abstract

This research conducted in Pelayanan Sosial Marsudi Putra (PSMP) Tengku Yuk Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the Causes of Juvenile Delinquency In Kota Pekanbaru. The research titled “Delinquency In Pelayanan Sosial Marsudi Putra (PSMP) Tengku Yuk Kota Pekanbaru”. Topics focus of this research is what kind of juvenile delinquency conducted in Kota Pekanbaru. Because there is no exact data on the number of juvenile delinquency in Kota Pekanbaru, authors use the technique in non probability. The subject was done by purposive sampling or intentionally election considerations is the subject of a teenage actor in Kota Pekanbaru. Instruments Data were observation, interviews and documentation. From research conducted, the authors found that the types of juvenile delinquency in Kota Pekanbaru is as follows: fighting, smoking, drinking, skipping school, and drugs. The background factors adolescent mischief is as follows: the family, the perception of adolescents to education, self-control is weak, the influence of friends, neighborhood and media. Crimes committed by juveniles in Kota Pekanbaru encouraged because of the lack of attention from parents and the environment on children's growth and cultivation of religious values from the environment in which children grow and develop. Abstract

The implementation of the Yard Optimization Program through the Farmer Women Group in Tebing Tinggi Barat District will be carried out in 2018, the growth stage with the concept of a sustainable food house area (KRPL). At the stage of growing funding from the government in the amount of Rp.50,000,000 - for five KRPL activities, the aim of the KRPL activity is to empower households and communities in the provision of food and nutrition sources and increase awareness, role and community participation in realizing food consumption patterns that diverse, nutritionally balanced and safe (B2SA). However, there are some obstacles in the implementation of the Program for the Optimization of the Utilization of the House of Land through a group of women farmers in Tebing Tinggi Barat District, namely in the Insit Villag.                This study aims to determine the implementation of the Yard Utilization Optimization Program through a group of women farmers in Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2018 and the obstacles in implementing the Program, with the concept of policy implementation theory that researchers use, namely Merilee S. Grindle which states that the success of a policy implementation can be measured from the achievement process, namely the achievement of objectives to be achieved                The results of this study were the Implementation of the Yardland Utilization Optimization Program through farmer women groups in Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Meranti Islands Regency in 2018 the growth stage was not optimal. This happened because of the inhibiting factors, namely the non-fulfillment of the requirements set by the technical guidelines in the implementation of KRPL activities by the Asyfa farmer women's group in Insit Village, the determination of the location of the KRPL stage for the improper growth stage in Insit Village, the lack of information obtained by group members Asyfa farmer women in Insit Village regarding the growth stage KRPL activities, and the Asyfa Farmer Women's Group in Insit Village are not the majority of farmers. Keywords : Implementation, programs, KRPL activities

Abstract

Seaweed is one of the large potential aquaculture in Indonesia. Indonesia have known one of the largest seaweed producer and exporter in the world. China is the biggest seaweed importer from Indonesia. This study aims to explain the Indonesia’s motivation exporting seaweed to china during 2013-2017.            The research method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative which used secondary data such as books, journals, reports, and the other sources. The perspecrive in this research used liberalism with the level of analysis is the nation state and the international and export theory was used.            The results of this study explain the reasons of Indonesia exporting seaweed to china due to several factors, internal and external factors. The internal factors include indonesia’s high seaweed production which not supported by domestic industry absorption. The external factors include the high demand of china for seaweed and the lack of raw materials for certain types of seaweed.            Keywords: Motivation, Export, Seaweed, Liberalism, International Cooperation
