Abstract

Infrastructure and facilities of waste management is one of the important things that need to be considered in waste management. In accordance with Karimun Regency Regional Regulation number 7 of 2013 on infrastructure and facilities of waste management in chapter VI explain about infrastructure and facilities of waste management consisting of garbage trash, TPS/TPST, TPS 3R, TPA, and garbage transportation. The issue formulation of this research is why the implementation regional regulation of Karimun regency number 7 of 2013 about waste management infrastructure and facilities in 2016-2017 not effective yet?. This research purpose toknowing causes not effective yet the implementation regional regulation of Karimun regency number 7 of 2013 about waste management infrastructure and facilities in 2016-2017.In this research use one of four variables implementation theory George C. Edward III that is resource which consists of four aspects: (1) staff, (2) information, (3) authority and (4) facilities. This research use method approaches and types of qualitative research. This research was conducted at Office of Hausing, Residential Areas and Cleanliness Karimun regency. Data collection techniques with interview and documentation.Based on research results the concluded that: (1) lack of staff/ officers cleaning numbers and potential in each sub-regency of Karimun regency and there are several sub-regency don’t have staff cleaning, (2) regional regulation information on waste management, (3) no delegation of authority from Karimun regency government to sub-regency to carry out waste management, (4) many sub-regencies outside Karimun island don’t get infrastructure and facilities of waste management and lack of budget for provision the infrastructure and facilities of waste management.Keywords : Implementation, resource, infrastructure and facilities

Abstract

Animal abuse or cruelty to animals, especially cats is a thing that is currently happening a lot, the background of people doing animal abuse is usually based on feelings of annoyance at animals because they do not hurt humans, for example by beating and burning even if someone consumes the meat of the animal. Based on data obtained from the Pekanbaru City Animal Husbandry and Health Office, there are at least 30 cases per day in terms of violence and beatings of cats and dogs in the city of Pekanbaru. Related to this, the Rescue Cat House Community as a community that cares for animals, especially cats, seeks to save abandoned cats in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with the location of the study in the field. Hangtuah the tip of Pekanbaru City. The research subjects consisted of 3 informants who were selected through purposive techniques. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. To determine the validity of the data the author uses the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results of the research obtained indicate that the community communication flow of Rumah Kucing Rescue uses one-way and two-way communication. activities such as rescue processes, treatment and care programs, and other RKR activities, all members can convey and explain information or messages between each other regardless of status in the community but still have courtesy and mutual respect. The communication network that is carried out is the pattern of all channels, namely communication of all channels in the Pekanbaru Rescue Cat House community occurs when the chairman, management, and other members can communicate with each other face-to-face during meetings, run programs, or while conducting other activities, all members are the same and all also have the same power to influence other members. The form of activities carried out by the Rumah Kucing Rescue community in an effort to save abandoned cats in the city of Pekanbaru include family gatherings to establish intimacy among members, Facebook media partners in disseminating information regarding RKR, car free day (CFD), open donations, and bazaar.Keywords: Communication patterns Community Rescue Cat House

Abstract

Marine-based tourism (nautical tourism) has become an attractive tourism product internationally. The Indonesian archipelago has great potential to develop maritime tourism potential.Tourism object of Air Bangis’s beach based on Nagari Air Bangis, Sungai Beremas District,West Pasaman has potential to be managed and developed. Tourism object of Air Bangis’s beach offers its own charm, potential maritime tourism Beach Air Bangis have minimal facilities and infrastructure support. Thus causing this potential has not been managed optimally. The purpose of this research was to determine the management of maritime tourismobjectBeach Air Bangis and to identify the several problems encountered in the management of Maritime Tourism Object of Air Bangis’s beach. This research use a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Observation, documentation and interview were used for data collection techniques. Analysis of the data is limited to data processing techniques or facts obtained to develop categories that are relevant to the purpose of research and interpretation based on the theories accordingly. The results showed that the management of maritime tourism object of Beach Air Bangis not optimally managed, it can be seen from the management function of local government that has not done well, such as planning, organizing, actuating or directing, coordination and controling. There are problems that face by the Department of Culture and Tourism of West Pasaman in the management of maritime tourism object of Beach Air Bangis, including, the lack of regulations governing activities in the field, unoptimal coordination in the management of maritime tourism object of Beach Air Bangis, limited facilities and infrastructure, unoptimal monitoring activities undertaken Department of Culture and tourism, the lack of quality human resources in the field of tourism, and also still low public awareness of the potential of marine tourism in the area. Abstract

This research analyzes the processes and networks experienced by several students from several faculties in Riau University that capable to become young entrepreneurs. The theory used in this research is the theory of social networks. This research Data is collected through observation methods and documentation. Analysis of data by using a qualitative analysis of descriptive by specifying the informant using purposive sampling. From observations in the field and identification of the research subject of six people. The results of this study have several components in the student process of entrepreneurship. Their background in opening a business is a hobby, passion, opportunities and a view of the society's lifestyle today. Work experience is also considered to have a role in encouraging student's entrepreneurial intentions. The existence of strong character such as intention to continue entrepreneurial to patience that must always take precedence to become a successful entrepreneur in the day. In the process of creating a student business has obstacles such as management of less efficient time and lack of assistance or labor. Entrepreneurial students also use social media in the marketing and development process. Social Media used are WhatsApp and Instagram. As for social networks that are intertwined to parties such as distributors, resellers also consumers are done through technology like mobile. Abstract

This research explain about interest Tiongkok to Africa through Forum On China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). Economic development in Tiongkok the rapid and the lack of energy sources as a supporting factor the reason why Tiongkok increasingly strengthen its relationship with African countries rich in natural resources especially oil the strengthening of International cooperation in the field of energy is also done by Tiongkok.Tiongkok believe that between Tiongkok and African countries have a common good, namely frienship, peace, cooperation and development. FOCAC is cooperation forum founded by Tiongkok and Africa which was hold from 10 to 12 October 2000 in Beijing Tiongkok. Tiongkok focus on Africa through the cooperation in economic terms beginning at the Meeting Of the High-Level Conference (KTT) Tiongkok Africa that produces FOCAC since the year 2000.In analyze the problem in this study, the authors use the theory of Graham T. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress and job statistification towards employee’s preformance (case study Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu). Job stress as variable X1, job statistification as variable X2 and employee’s preformance as variable Y.The research method in this research is quantitative method with SPSS programme, which the sample is the medic employee as much as 47 respondents. The sample in this research is 47 employees of Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu Which is all of the population. The data is collected through the questionnaires.The results of this research concludes that the variable of job stress is significantly influential to employees perfoormance and the job statification is significantly influential to the employee’s performance, and job stree and job stratification are simultaneously influenctial to the employee’s performance.Keywords: job stress, job statistification, employee’s performance

Abstract

Celebrity endorser as a source of advertising or information about the brand and product attributes are fun, convincing and attract the public's attention. There are various products that use celebrity endorser, but beauty products use more. One of them is Fair n Pink. Fair n Pink is a brand of lotion-based skin whitening product that earned the best-seller award in 2017. In marketing its products, Fair n Pink uses celebrity endorsers on instagram. Instagram itself became one of the social media that is very popular, so has a broad range of coverage. Therefore, the use of celebrity endorser of Fair n Pink product in instagram @ fairnpinkindonesia account can generate consumer buying interest. This research uses S-R theory with the purpose of research is to find out how big influence the use of celebrity endorser of Fair n Pink product on account instagram @fairnpinkindonesia to consumer buying interest.The method used is explanative quantitative using random sampling technique and the number of sample as much as 269 respondents. Researches collected data with questionnaires. To find out how big influence between variable X and variable Y, researcher use simple linear regression analysis. To process the test questionnaire data is done by using SPSS program Windows version 23. Based on the result of simple linear regression, obtained regression coefficient value in this research is Y = 5.748 + 0.677 X with 0.000 significance level. The level of significance is smaller than α = 0.05. Which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, with the statement that there is no great influence on the use of celebrity endorser of Fair n Pink product on account instagram @fairnpinkindonesia to consumer buying interest. Supporting indicators on the x celebrity endorser variables are divided into four namely, visibility (3.01), credibility (2.96), attraction (2.95) and power (3.03). The indicator of consumer buying interest is divided into four, namely transactional interest (2.86), referential interest (2.80), preferential interest (2.76) and explorative (2.92). Coefficient of determination equal to 0.384. This figure shows that the influence of celebrity endorser of fair n pink product on instagram @ fairnpinkindonesia account on consumer buying interest is 38,4% including weak category.Keyword : Celebrity Endorser, Instagram, Pemasaran, Minat Beli

Abstract

Cooperative is a form of business activities together with the community that can meet theneeds of economic and social together. Where in accordance with the meaning of theCooperative itself contained in Law no. 17 of 2012 on Cooperatives which states that:Cooperatives are legal entities established by individuals or legal entities cooperatives, withthe separation of the wealth of its members as capital to run the business, which fulfills theshared aspirations and needs in the economic, social and cultural fields in accordance withthe values and principles of the Cooperative. This study aims to determine the Coaching ofCooperative Development by the Department of Cooperatives Small and Medium EnterprisesPekanbaru City and to know the constraints in the Coaching of Cooperative DevelopmentSmall and Medium Enterprises Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive qualitativeapproach. Informant research Head of Cooperatives, Head of Sub Division Personnel,General, and Equipment. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, anddocumentation. Data obtained will be analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based onthe results of research known that the implementation of co-operative development by theOffice of Cooperative Enterprises, Micro, Small and Medium City Pekanbaru alreadycoaching but not optimal and yet can be said good because the cooperative has a goal toachieve the desired goal to improve the welfare of society as a whole through the institutionalCooperative. There are two factors that become obstacles in the coaching of cooperation bythe Office of Cooperatives Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Pekanbaru city that is internalfactors such as limited facilities and infrastructure, limited funds for coaching program, lackof accurate data of cooperatives, limited human resources (HR) coach cooperative, and fromexternal factors namely: lack of capital Cooperatives, limited human resources, andCooperative business is not run professionally.Keywords: Coaching, Cooperative. Abstract

Human resource factor is an important element that is considered by the organization, because human resources with good performance are needed to support the successful implementation of organizational activities. In the absence of human resources with good performance, it will be difficult for an organization to achieve its stated goals The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Regional Income Agency Post-Dismissal of honorary workers in 2017 Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the factors that affect the performance of Regional Income Agency Post-Dismissal of honorary workers in 2017 Kuantan Singingi Regency The location of this study is in the District Revenue Agency Kuantan District Singingi.Data collection techniques of this study are documentation, interviews and observations. Analysis of data used by researchers is a reasoning analysis of the phenomena that will be studied, after the data collected through observation techniques and interviews then analyze the data descriptively. Based on the results of the discussions that have been described on the performance of Regional Income Agency Post-Dismissal of honorary workers in 2017 Kuantan Singingi Regency has not been running with the maximum. Based on the five indices used in this study, it is known that there are still many parts of the work that have not run with the maximum. Although the regional revenue agency of Kuantang Singingi has designed and made programs that are very good, the limited funds and human resources are the obstacles.Keywords: Performance, Honorary employee

Abstract

The research was done at On Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto. With the aim to identify and analyze the influence of the Democratic Leadership Influence Loyalty Nurses At General Hospital Sawahlunto. The population in this study were nurses at the General Hospital Sawahlunto as many as 119 people. The sample in this study was set at 83 nurses are civil servants. and data processing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the test results if the data using simple linear regression can be drawn some conclusions, namely: Chairman of the Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto already implementing demokratis. So seen behavior of each indicator shows the still low leadership in creating a good relationship with a subordinate , Loyalty nurses Regional General Hospital Sawahlunto is running in accordance with the wish of the General Hospital Sawahlunto. But seen from each of the indicators obedience or adherence, responsibility, dedication, and kejujuran.Indikator adherence or compliance is still low. Hypothesis test showed the presence of significant influence on loyalty nurse at General Hospital Sawahlunto. So, when viewed from the hypothesis test leading indicators in creating a good relationship with a subordinate and adherence or compliance is still low.Keyword: Democratic Leadership And Loyalty Nurses
