Abstract

The number of taxpayers increased every year, but it is not followed by an awareness of the taxpayer to report his taxes, so that the Directorate General of Tax policy making online tax service system E-Billing to simplify the tax filing process. This study aims to determine the role of communicator, assessment destination communication message, media utilization, as well as the introduction of target audiences communication by the Tax Office Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan in raising awareness of the taxpayer through online tax service system E-Billing.The research sites is at Tax Office Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan on MR.SM.Amin Street (Ring Road Arengka II). The subject is determined by purposive technique that consists of the Head of extensification, Staff Extensification, and 3 taxpayer. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the strategy of KPP Pekanbaru Tampan in increasing awareness Taxpayers throught socialization of online tax service system E-Billing. The first is to determine the communicator has the credibility and understanding of E-Billing and able to deliver messages communicatively. The second is planning message processing that includes a persuasive, educative and informative messages. The third is using communication media such as face-to-face media, print media, electronic media and internet media. Abstract

The Integrated District Administration Service (PATEN) written in the Minister of Home Affairs (PERMENDAGRI) regulation Number 4 of 2010 is the organizer of public services in the Subdistrict from the application stage to the stage of publication of documents in one place. The purpose and objective of the Integrated District Administration Service is to make the Subdistrict a community service center that embodies the service node for the One Stop Integrated Service Agency / Offic               This research study uses analytical methods on public service theory. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Data analysis unit with interviews with several speakers, with primary and secondary research data               The results of the research are the Implementation of Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Moving Certificate Services in Bungaraya District in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 4 of 2010. For service time in Bungaraya Subdistrict, it applies according to the type of each service, while costs Community service does not need to incur any costs in performing services in the Bungaraya District office. But in Bungaraya Subdistrict still has shortcomings including the number of service personnel who are still minimal and infrastructure facilities that still need to be added again. The communication factor runs effectively in the District office as well as the disposition factor and organizational structure where from these factors really greatly affect the implementation of PATEN in the office, it is different from the natural resources factor, especially HR which still lacks the implementation of services in Bungaraya District office Keywords: PATEN, Implementation and Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the predictions of financial distress in oil and gas companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2014 period using the Altman (Z-Score) method. By using the type of quantitative research and descriptive analysis method, it is found that PT. Energi Mega Persada, Tbk indicated financial distress in the year 2010-2012. While in 2013, PT. Benakat Integra, Tbk is classified as a company experiencing financial distress. Furthermore, in 2014 PT. Benakat Integra, Tbk and PT. Energi Mega Persada, Tbk indicated as financial distress companies.Keywords : Financial distress, Altman (Z-Score) method.

Abstract

There are so many changes happened in Sakai Tribe community in Kampung Minas Barat Kabupaten Siak guch as : religion changes, economic changes and education changes. They are very advance and it can be seen from the way of thinking, attitude and behavior and their habitual activities. Now they are able to accept new cultures that come in their society. Tihis research is almed to know what changes are happening to them and what factors caused that. This research used qualitative sample using snowball sampling and there are three (3) important respondents in sakai tribe society. Observation and interview were used as colleting data method to know about the real condition of socio culture changes of sakai tribe in kampung minas barat. It was found that sakai tribe have some internal factors which came from their community and eksternal factors which came from outside of their community like technology tools etc.Key Words : Socio-Culture, Changes, Sakai Tribe

Abstract

AbstractRotte Bakery is one of the bakeries in Pekanbaru City that uses word of mouth marketing (WOMM) in its marketing to build consumer brand awareness. This Bakery is known to have cheap and halal products and 20% of the profits are used for social contributions. The research aims to find out how the segmentation, targeting, and positioning of Rotte Bakery in building consumer brand awareness and to find out how the analysis of implementing elements of word of mouth marketing at Rotte Bakery in building consumer brand awareness in Pekanbaru City.This study uses qualitative research methods with presentation of descriptive analysis. The research subjects were 8 informants who were selected using a purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses an extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the segmentation of Rotte Bakery was divided into geographical segmentation which is close to housing and agencies, demographic segmentation i.e mothers ranging in age from 25-45 years, psychographic segmentation i.e mothers who did not have time to cook at home for breakfast and like to bring food to events. For targeting, it is divided into product categories. For positioning, namely products that are cheap and halal and "Ada Kebaikan di Setiap Gigitan." The WOMM elements in Rotte Bakery consist of talkers, namely consumers, employees, and Ustadz Nasrullah. Topics are tasty and cheap, social contributions, Magnet Rezeki, service, outlets, Beli Rotte Bisa Umroh, Buy 1 Get 1. Tools, namely using social media, coupons, vouchers, and sponsors. Taking parts, namely through social media, and respond to complaints. Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a demographic bonus. This is marked by a doubling in the number of productive age populations accompanied by a delay in the growth of young age populations and a smaller number of elderly residents. Even though the number of adolescents of productive age is very large, the common problems faced by adolescents who do not have the life skills to understand they have not been handled optimally. And life skills alone will be useful for productive age teenagers to prepare for their future plans. Therefore, the GenRe Ambassador of Indonesia 2018, the educational pathway initiated a GenRe Move On program in which this program is needed to overcome the problems of adolescent groups and maximize the productive age of adolescents to plan for their future. The purpose of this study is to determine the campaign planning, campaign implementation, and campaign obstacles that occur in the GenRe Move On campaign program.   This study used qualitative research methods. The research informants totaling of nine people according to the criteria selected using a purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data validity checking technique uses an extension of participation and triangulation.         The results showed that this program's campaign planning aims to fortify adolescents with positive things and activities so as to avoid things that destroy the future of adolescents, the target in the GenRe Move On program is adolescents aged 10-24 years who are not married, the message conveyed the GenRe Move On program is the GenRe Triad, which is to avoid early marriage, premarital sex and drug abuse and drug use and other material based on syllabus or modules given by the GenRe Ambassador coordinator entitled "Rencanakan Masa Depanmu". The media used is to use mass media in the form of print media, electronic media and social media which aims to disseminate information about programs and activities organized in GenRe Move On program. There are also several GenRe Move On campaigns such as socialization, GenRe On Street and Gempor, and obstacles that occur such as lack of attention from the audience, differences of opinion and transportation barriers. Keyword: Campaign, Demographic Bonus, Productive Ages

Abstract

Researchers formulate the problem of research that is why there is no policy of Kampar regency government in empowering keramba farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem-solving process investigated by describing the state of the research subject based on the facts that appear during the study which then continued with based on the existing theories. Based on the results of the research is known Empowerment of fishery business by the Regional Government of Kampar regency on fish farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower dam does not run as empowerment in other areas. It is seen that there is no assistance and programs that run and is destined for fish farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir. Empowerment of fishery business is not maximally done by local government especially in fishery potential in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir, less maximal cost or budget for empowering fishery businessKeywords: Policy, Empowerment, Fish Farmers

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence advertising and brand image to consumer buying interest. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used accidental sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that advertising has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. brand image has a significant impact on consumer buying interest. And then simultaneously advertising and brand image have a significant impact on consumer buying interest. Abstract

Any take and / or exploitation of the Swallow's Nest is taxed under the name of the Swallow's Nest Tax. Rokan Hulu Regent Regulation No. 35 of 2011 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Swallow Nest Tax Collection, this regulation is issued to regulate local taxes which are one of the important sources of regional income to finance the implementation of local government in performing services to the community and realizing regional self-reliance. Swallow's Nest entrepreneurs are less motivated to pay the Swallow's Nest tax, but officials of the Rokan Hulu District Revenue Agency lack socialization about the Swallow's Nest tax collection. The problems in this research are formulated as follows: How is the implementation of Bupati Regulation regarding the mechanism of tax collection of Swallow's Nest in Rokan Hulu Regency Year 2017 and what is the inhibiting factor of its implementation. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Bupati Regulation concerning mechanism of tax collecting of Swallow's Nest in Rokan Hulu Regency Year 2017 and its implementation inhibiting factor.In this research use descriptive research type with approach of qualitative method. This research is located in Bapenda Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. For informant research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. To examine the problem the authors perform data analysis using qualitative descriptive method.The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of the Regent Regulations on the mechanism of tax collection Swiftlet Nest in Rokan Hulu District Year 2017 has not run well. The weakness of the implementation of the mechanism of tax collection of Swallow's Nest with attention to the socialization factor of the officers and the lack of awareness from the community of Swallow's Nest owners.Keywords: Implementation, Mechanism, Tax Collection

Abstract

Their wi-fi facilities provided by the faculty, not infrequently of students gathered in front of the dean. Many students spend time to enjoy the facilities that are provided interrupted the completion of lecture hours. However, theis facility drawn some criticism or feedback from students on the wi-fi facility. This study aims to determine students perception of using the wi-fi in the search for information among the students of the faculty of social sciences and political science university of Riau and factors-factors that affect the perception of students take advantage of the wi-fi in search of information among students of faculty of social sciences and political science university in Riau The study used a qualitative descriptive method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentansi. The data obtained are then processed to be reduced, resulting conclusions are presented to the public. Informants in the study ware 12 based accidental sampling method that researchers use. As for the examination of the validity of the data the researcher used the extension of participation and triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that the perception of students take advantage of the wifi in search of information among students of facultyu of social sciences and political science university Riau sensation in this case the wifi speed is suffcient, attention in this respect can be seen from the access speed wifi and wifi hotspots it self, and interpretations whic students were quite happy to use wifi, wifi network due to slower and less stable..  Factors-factors that affect the perception of students take advantage of the wi-fi in the search for information among the students of the faculty of social sciences and political science university Riau,their taste experience in this facility provided less than satisfactory, the motivation in this case can save on the cost of the budget to buy an internet card and personality in this facility which is provided quite helpful and helped students.
