Abstract

The research purpose to get know what the factor have effect to tourist attraction Aek Matua waterfall in Village Tangun, District Bangun Purba, Regency Rokan Hulu.The research use quantitative descriptive method to analyze the problem.The sample of this research are 30 tourist use accidental sampling technique. The data collected in this research are using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation.According to the result of this research, the natural beauty became the most effect factor because natural condition is very goods. As evidenced by indicator are fulfilled like waterfall, forest and river’s beautys.Key word: tourist attraction, Aek Martua waterfall, Rokan Hulu

Abstract

Drug abuse is a crime, because it will give bad impact for people around the abuser her self, drug abuse is generally done by men, but as the growth of era, women did not escape the threat of drugs. Drug abuse among women is one case that has increased in recent years, especially in Pekanbaru. In institution of class II B for children Pekanbaru drug abuse conducted by women is the most cases compared to other criminal cases that is as much as 167 inmates at the end of 2016. This study is to find out what the characteristics of the perpetrators of drug abusers from the first story begins to use, the type of drugs that is consume up to the chronology of arrest and what factors that cause a drug abuse. The theory that is used is the theory of deviance and social action. Technique of sampling that is used in this research is purposive informant in selective according to criteria, informant amounted of 7 person, that is 5 main informant of woman’s drug abuse and 2 person as a key informant, 1 from BNN riau province and 1 person investigator from Polresta Drug Units . Method of data analysis is use a qualitative descriptive data retrieval use interview technique and documentation. The result of research explain that the background that cause woman abusing drugs interrelated. Both the background from within and from outside such as family disharmony to the most influential is the social environment.Keywords: Woman, Drug Abuse, Sosial Deviation

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pangkalan Serik Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar District. This study aims to find out the Social Economic Relationship between Tauke and Rubber Farmers in Pangkalan Serik Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar District. The main problem in this research is how the socio-economic relationship between tauke and rubber farmers in Pangkalan Serik Village and what factors influence the socio-economic relationship between tauke and rubber farmers in Pangkalan Serik Village. Sampling in this research is by technique of full enumeration sampling or census method. The number of sample is 47 respondents. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data filtering instruments used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. The result of this research is general:the form of socio-economic relationship between tauke and rubber farmers in the village of Pangkalan Serik is the relationship of buying and salling, the relationship of accounts payable, and social relations in the form of assistance from tauke to rubber farmers. Factors that affect the socio-economic relationship between tauke and rubber farmers in Pangkalan Serik Village are family relationship, neighboring relationship, know relationship, long sell rubber latex to tauke in the village of Pangkaln Serik.Keywords: Social Relations, tauke and rubber farmers, in Pangkalan Serik Village

Abstract

Village as a traditional government follow the system of democratic in the implementation of its government. Another form of democratic system in village is in the process of selecting urban village head. Urban village head is a bureaucrat who has the highest authority at the village level. Urban village head is very important in the process of running the village government towards the society welfare. The success of the selection of the urban village head not is separated from the role of key actors in winning their candidate. From this statement, it can be concluded that the research question of this research is to know how the role of key actors in selecting the urban village head.This research is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Sengkemang village. The technique used to collect data in this study were (1) interview, (2) Documentation; and (3) Study Library.The result of this research is the role of key actors in the selection of Sengkemang urban village head 2015 is very large. It can be seen from the success of key actors from candidate Adi Afri as the Selected urban village head in Sengkemang village. Adi Afri is a figure that is not very well known by the public, but the influence of key actor of Adi Afri, so that he can get a significant vote. The result of selecting urban vilage head in Sengkemang with significant vote is the success of key actors in playing their role. The numbers of DPT in Sengkemang village are 797 people and the numbers that use their voting are 652 votes.Keywords: role, Key Actor ,Selecting urban village head

Abstract

The traditional game is a kind of game that has been there and continues to be implemented by a next generation of descendants. In the village of Pasir Pandak Kecamtan Kepenuhan Rokan Regency there are jens types of traditional games played by the community of Pasir Pandak Village that is game Gasing, Patok Lele, Kelereng, Bamboo Bamboo or also called Dondobang in this research want to find out about the type of Traditional Games in Pasir Pundak Village. This research is qualitative where the technique of determining Research Subject is Purposive. The Key Informants are Youth Leaders, Customary Leaders and Community Leaders in Pasir Pandak Village.Keywords: Traditional Games

Abstract

Bengkalis regency is one of the government agencies that run the activities of publc relations. In every government agency, of course, have a good problem. Bengkalis district also experienced it. Along with the development of the media has become one of the tools to help disseminate information or news related to organization or government agencies. Public ralations Bengkalis district utilize media relations in maintaining a positive image.The research uses descriptive qualitative research type whit data collection method of interview, observation and documentation. To determine the subject, the research is interactive analsis model. To test the validity of the researcher uses extension of patricipation and data trisngulstion.The results of this study indicate that the public relations Bengkalis make massmedia as partners in in order to obtain a balanced publicity, forming a positive image and harmonious relationship with the mass media. Media relations activiover the spread of press releases, pers confies of bengkalis public relation bureau crences, perss visite, pers receptions, personal information service (news service) and anticipate contingency plan. Positive image of Bengkalis regency government in the eyes of the media well in line with the cooperation. Nevetheless, there are still public who think badly to the government of Bengkalis regency. Humas consider it all a challenge for them to stay afloat in an effort to maintain a positive image.Keywords: Public Relations, Media Relations, Image

Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of the growth rate of sales and capital structure on profitability. Where the independent variables in this study is the level of sales growth and capital structure while the dependent variable is profitability. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 20011 until 2015.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that the variable level of sales growth in persial (t test) has no effect on profitability, while the capital structure affect the profitability of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show the influence of the variable growth rate of sales and capital structure on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: level of Sales Growth, Capital Structure (DER), and Profitability(ROE).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much promotion and workload on performance of non medical employee. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 69 respondens and techniques used census sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by non medical employee. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that promotion has a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. workload has a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. And then simultaneously promotion and workload have a significant impact on non medical employee’s performance. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing non medical employee’s performance, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Promotion, Workload, And Employee’s Performance

Abstract

Green open space (GOS) of urban forests is an important element in creating a aquality city in realizing the beautiful and sustainable development of Pekanbaru city and as a from of meeting the needs of green open space for the community. Management of urban forests GOS to the city of Pekanbaru is one way for the function and utilization of urban forests GOS to be felt by the community and also the animals that live in it. The management is carried out in the from of maintenance and repair and provision of facilities in urban green open space. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the management of green open space (GOS) of urban forests in the city of Pekanbaru as well as what factors influence the management of green open space (GOS) of urban forests in the city of Pekanbaru. The theory ised in this study is the theory of George R Terry who has 4 management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing/driving, and controlling. The research method use is descriptive qualitative with file collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of research informants used the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence the management of green open space (GOS) of urban forests in the city of Pekanbaru. These factors are the budget provided, inadequate human resources. Inadequate supply of work material and equipment and user participation (User/visitors) in managing urban forests green open space in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Green Open Space, Urban Forests, Managemen

Abstract

Development of Villages Active Standby is an advanced program and the acceleration of the development of alert village which began in 2006. And the development of Villages Active Standby implemented through community empowerment, which seeks to facilitate the learning process of rural communities and villages in solving health problems. The main objective of the implementation of this program is the establishment of rural communities and urban neighborhoods caring, responsive, and able to recognize, prevent and address the health problems faced independently, so the degree of health improved. The theory used in this research is the theory of Policy Implementation by Riant Nugroho (2003: 158), which explains the meaning of the implementation of the policy in principle is a way for a policy can achieve its objectives. And to implement public policy, then there are two options available measures, which directly implemented in the form of programs or through policy formulation derivatives or derivatives of such public policy. And also use the Theory of Van Meter Van Horn in Winarno (2014: 158-174), which describes factors that affect to assess the implementation of a policy can be measured or assessed on six indicators, namely the presence of basic measures and goals policy, policy resources, communication between the organization and implementation activities, the characteristics of the implementing agencies, economic conditions, social and political tendency implementers (implementors).Based on research conducted by the researchers, it can be concluded Active Standby Program Implementation Village in Desa Karya Tani District of Kempas not run as expected, and has not reached the output end or purpose of these programs. It can be seen from the indicators that researchers use in assessing or measuring the implementation of this program, not entirely as it should be. It can be seen from the liveliness of village forums are still only run two times a year, a cadre of empowerment that is not yet fully understand the duties and responsibilities, the ease of access to services is affected by midwives who do not apply the village, UKBM that have not been fully implemented, the financial support is not maximized from the village authorities and the private sector, there are still 25-30% of rural communities are less understood and less concerned with the program, the village level regulations have not been fully implemented and not specifically explain the content of the regulation, and also coaching PHBs are not maximized.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Active Alert Village.
