Abstract

Revenue Department tasked with carrying out the affairs of local government based on the principle of regional autonomy and the establishment of a task and assign areas of revenue to implement them. Organizing authority in bestowed by the government to the Governor as representative of the Government in the framework of deconcentration. The problem is still a lack of human resources, infrastructure, awareness of the taxpayer, as well as the supervision of officers associated with the management of motor vehicle taxes in 2010-2014.Objective: 1) To determine the management of motor vehicle tax receipts that occurred in Riau Province Regional Revenue Office 2010-2014 2) To determine the obstacles that occur in vehicle tax collections Department of Revenue Riau Province in 2010-2014 3) To know the effort which is to overcome the obstacles that occur in motor vehicle tax collections in the Department of Revenue Riau Province 2010-2014. The informants were taken from some employees Department of Revenue Riau Province. Population serve as informants for this study using qualitative research. The types and sources of data used primary data, ie data obtained directly from the respondents and secondary data, ie data obtained through reporting, books and records. Data collection technique used interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions.Based on the results of research known motor vehicle tax revenue management in the Department of Revenue Riau Province in 2010-2014 was done by planning (perencaanan), organizing (organizing), motivating (motivation), controlling (supervision), evaluating (evaluation). Barriers motor vehicle tax revenue management in the Department of Revenue Riau Province in 2010-2014 was the lack of information, lack of awareness of the taxpayer to pay taxes. Calo located in each UPT, motor vehicle theft and the withdrawal of motor vehicles by the dealer so that taxpayers are reluctant to pay taxes. Efforts in encountering impediments to improvement of information, monitoring each Unit to reduce brokers.Keywords:Management,Tax and Motor Vehicle

Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership style and work motivation and its effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru. Transformational Leadership Style as a variable (X1), Work Motivation as a variable (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a variable (Y).In this study the population is all permanent employees of PT. Plaza Furniture Furniture Center Pekanbaru, amounting to 72 people. Research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with questionnaires as research instruments. The results of the analysis used the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership style and work motivation had an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru. With the results of simultaneous verification that F count (5.406)> F table (3.13). So, the hypothesis of transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is accepted.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ReCAAP in handling cases of piracy and armed robbery in Southeast Asia by 2012-2015. The author focuses on the condition of the problem and the level of collaboration in ReCAAP own.Sources of this study was obtained through journals, books, theses, reports, press releases and websites that explain ReCAAP and effectiveness associated with operations in Southeast Asia using the perspective of neorealism and Effectiveness Theory Regime.In this study, the authors found that ReCAAP operate effectively in Southeast Asia, it can be seen from the complexity of problems that are not being met, either in the capacity to solve problems and a high level of collaboration that led to changes in the behavior of members and optimal achievement of technicalKeywords: Regime Effectiveness Theory, Piracy, Armed Robbery, Regional Cooperation on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery (ReCAAP)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and participation on the satisfaction of nurses work RSUD Bangkinang. Where two independent variables are proposed and one dependent variable, ie quality of work life and participation as independent variable and job satisfaction a ct as dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is nurse Non-PNS RSUD Bangkinang with responden counted 57 people. For sampling technique using census method. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires and interviews.The results of the analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test so that it can be seen that the quality of work life has a significant effect on job satisfaction, that participation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and That quality of work life and participation have a significant effect on job satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Participation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Organizational performance is crucial to success in running the organization. With good performance and supported by qualified facilities, it is certain that the organization can achieve the vision and mission that has been made to improve its quality. To measure and assess the performance of an organization is required a clear performance indicators. As a guideline in the assessment of organizational performance, can be seen and based on the purpose of the establishment of the organization, as well as PT. Pos Indonesia branch of Pekanbaru City. At PT. Pos ndonesia Ibranch Pekanbaru in the previous year of this organization has improved the performance of the organization but can still be defeated by its competitors. Increased competitors in postal package services as well as changes in fumgsi letters by mobile phones and drafts replaced by banks make a big impact on the number of production and the number of customer complaints PT. Pos Indonesia branch of Pekanbaru City. The postal party is required to compete with its competitors from the private sector.This research was conducted at Post Office branch of Pekanbaru City with the aim to know how the performance of service package at Post Office of Pekanbaru City and to know the factors that become obstacle in post performance Pekanbaru City. This research uses Dwiyanto theory in Sudarmanto with qualitative research method. In collecting data used observation data collection techniques and interviews to the research informants. After the data collected and then drawn conclusions and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniquesThe conclusion of this research is the performance of postal package service at Pekanbaru post office branch is not good enough, due to some things that have not been implemented optimally, especially on productivity indicator, service quality and responsiveness in achieving each work target. However, in terms of responsibilitas and accountability is good enough. The factors that affect the performance of postal package services in Pekanbaru City are technology, initiative, human resource management and cooperation, where these factors can encourage the improvement of more excellent results.Keywords: performance, post Indonesia, postal package services

Abstract

The research conducted at AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Teuku Umar No. 79, Rintis, Lima Puluh. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and promotion on purchase decisions at  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that lifestyle and pricinghave a positive and significant effect on purchase decisionat  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) lifestyle on purchase decision  the value of R square is 0,724 or 72,4% and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,515 or 51,5% and coefficient of determination (R2) lifestyle and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,747 or 74,7%. This show that the lifestyle and pricinggives an effect of  74,7% on purchase decision  at AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru, while remaining 25,3% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study. Key words:Lifestyle, Pricing, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work involvement on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 71 respondents to the nurse at mother and child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16 by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).The results that the first hypothesis testing was work motivation for job satisfaction, t count (32,350) > t table (2,760), meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, work involvement is t count (7,150) > t table (2,760), meaning that work involvement has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The result of the F test count (757,712) > F table (3,139), meaning that work motivation and work involvement simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Involvement, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of research are ;1) to know how political coalition make good relationship among the other parties on regency election in kuantan singingi regency 2015. 2) to know wh the coalition parties getting lost in regency election in Kuatan Singingi 2015This research has conducted in kuantan singingi regency as long away 6 months. The method of the research was doing by qualitative. The data was using primer and secondary data. Primer data form have shape of interview and research location. While, Secondary data form are docmentation and publication. The research showed;1) that first one purpose of the esearch has discribed that coalition of Indra putra- komperensi partner had been made no good relationship between individu and parties . 2) the second of purpose this research are that quick count electric showed that Mursini – Halim partner has been hight score of other partner ( Indra Putra- Komperensi and Mardjan Ustha- Muslim). Quarrel of superiority of Mursini- Halim on Indra Putra quite slight is 389 voted.Keywords: Coalition, Election, politic Parties

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational and environmental communication on employee job satisfaction (Case Study of Non-Medical Employees at the Prima Pekanbaru Hospital). The population in this study were non-medical employees from Prima Pekanbaru Hospital with 76 samples taken, which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. The research method used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous and partial determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the F test and T test. Data analysis used is to use SPSS ver 25 for windows.This study proves that the research shows that organizational communication on employee job satisfaction shows a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. T test results indicate that the work environment on employee job satisfaction has significance to the job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. F test results show that simultaneous organizational and work communication has a significant and significant effect on job satisfaction received. Keywords: Organizational communication, work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study discusses the interests of Indonesia Extend Cooperation With PT. Freeport Indonesia Year 2017. First Working Contract is from 196 7 until August 2017. Freeport is a mining company from the United States that manages Gold, Metals and Copper (molybdenum). Starting from the mountains of Papua, Indonesia, to the deserts of the Southwest of the United States, the magnificent volcano in Peru, the traditional copper-producing region of Chile and new opportunities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This study used qualitative research methods. Describing the research by collecting data from various sources from books, journals, and the internet, then collected into a study. The theory used in this research is the theory of national interest according to Donald E. Nucherlain. The results of this study conclude that the interests of Indonesia extend cooperation with PT.Freeport Indonesia is sebai follows: The first legal basis that can be used is a contract of work but after the renewal will be converted into a special permit Business License. The Second Divestment of PT. Freeport Indonesia of 51% for Indonesian ownership, Third construction of refining facility or smelter for five years or not later than 2022, unless there is condition of Force Majeur.
